The Simic made it through the dense atmosphere and streaked across the sky, passing over the ragged spines of the Leviathan Rift. The hooded figure took a deep breath in, exhaling it slowly.
"Ah, do you smell that?" He asked no one. The two pilot-driods looked to one another as if asking each other if they should reply.
::We have not picked up any abnormal smells on our sweeps, my Lord:: Replied one of the droid a moment later.
"No, of course you haven't. I'm talking about something your metal, wired and chipped brains can't even comprehend. It smells like power, and thus like home." The hooded figure laughed as the ship continued to its target destination.

Landing on the small plateau of sharp rock was about as easy as riding a Gundark, but the droids managed it. Within the confines of the shuttle the hooded figure exited the cockpit, walking through his living quarters and ending up in a small converted aft compartment lined on both walls with matte black droids. Each one stood at least a head taller than the cloaked figure, the emblematic symbol of a circle with an orange flame on each of their chest-plates mirrors a clasp with the same symbol on the hooded figure.
"Alpha, Beta..." The figure said softly as two of the HK-J's heads raised from their slumber, their eye-lenses ebbing to an amber colored light as the figure passed. "Follow me with the artifacts." Exclaimed the figure, while the landing ramp's hydraulics started to hiss with effort.
::We obey:: The droids said in unison, stepping off their gurneys before following the figure on the still descending ramp. One picking up a pair of armed gauntlets and the other a massive sword, nearly the size of the droid itself.
"Sigma?" The figure asked before stepping off at the bottom of the ramp, onto the harsh landscape.
::Yes, my Lord:: Came the curt reply, in an emotionless monotone.
"Defend the shuttle, if anything approaches... Kill it." The figure turned to look at the droid. "Understood?"
The massive droid slammed it's metallic fist to it's chest. ::As you command, my Lord::
Satisfied the figure nodded and turned away. "To the citadel then, we go..."
A good ways off in the distance, the shadow of a mighty fortress could be made out among the eerie mists of the jabbed mountains.

The small cargo transport continued it's descent through Byss' atmosphere, closing the blast shields over the windows as it did so, before extending it's landing gear as it touched down just outside of the Imperial Sector. Ifrit then rose from his seat and moved towards the cargo hold, pulling out the Holocron from his pocket as he came to a stop Now my young apprentice... We must first hone your sight to see that which normal people cannot see. Apply the blindfold and reach into the force to see your surroundings. It will be painful, but you will quickly learn to focus your sight and screen things out...
By your command master... Ifrit then replaced the Holocron back into his pocket, before withdrawing a length of material which he wrapped across his eyes and tied it together behind his head. Ifrit took a couple of breaths as he stood still for a few moments, before reaching into the force, seeking to use it to augment his sight.
Ifrit suddenly grabbed at the sides of his head as he fell to his knees, the pain he felt as he tried to process the full spectrum of sights that rushed towards him all at once. He then fell forward as he pulled back the force from his sight as he tried to cope with the intense pain, although Bara'Duun had warned him of the pain, Ifrit had not even considered it would be this painful I told you it would be painful... Now this time, slowly open your sight. Start with only a small area and focus on specific objects, and work your way from there....

Ifrit nodded as he noted the Sith Lord's advice, as he pushed him self back up onto his feet despite the risidual pain still left over from his first attempt racking his mind. He then stood still as he did his best to try and remember the layout of everything in the cargo hold, trying to work out where he could turn to find something to focus on so that he could work on ignoring all the other distractions.
Suddenly the answer came to him, as he turned to his left where a crate of supplies had been sitting. He then took a deep breath as he steadied himself, before he dipped into the force as he slowly opened his eyes as he picture the item he was going to focus on. His eyes took on a slight green glow as his sight was slowly augmented by the force, allowing him to seemingly peek through the fabric in the direction of the crate.
As he slowly begun to process what he saw, his vision seemed foggy, like a thick black cloud had suddenly descended upon his surroundings, a fact which was partially true. A thick black fog was indeed clouding his vision, but it had been on Byss for many years before Ifrit had arrived. The Dark Side energies that radiated from Byss were the source of this obstacle that Ifrit needed to overcome.
He started to clench his fists as the pain slowly begun to return as he tried to concentrate harder on the crate, urging his sight to cut through the fog and give himself a clear field of view to that specific object. It felt like several hours had passed before the fog started to part and reveal an edge of the crate that was close to him, and longer still before he was able to see the whole crate by itself.
He held the sight for a couple of seconds, before he let go, causing the fog to creep back in as the world turned to darkness again. Ifrit fell forward onto his right knee as he inhaled deeply, the pain and usage having taken a great toll on him considering he had never really trained under such conditions before, especially with a power he had not gained a proficiency with before now. He then pulled the Holocron from his pocket and held it in front of himself I... saw the crate...
That you did... But your training has just begun. But it took you a great deal of energy to cut through through the dark energies... You must learn to embrace them, and they will part for you... Then you will be able to concentrate more on what you want to see, then fighting to see the object you wish to inspect in the first place
How does one embrace soo much energy... without risking their individuality?
Very cautiously... You are still young and have no lust for grand power. Always remember what you fight for, it will both protect you from losing yourself, and allow you to begin embracing the concentrated energies that live here

Irfit replaced the Holocron into his pocket as he stood up straight, pausing a moment to ascertain his balance in his blindfolded state. If he wanted to bring his beloved back, then he had to follow every instruction, so that he may grow stronger and master the powers he needed to return Tyrande from the other world. But first he needed to embrace the dark energies that resided here on Byss, something which Bara'Duun was confident he could do, so long as he remained true to the goal he wished to achieve I must bring back Tyrande, for she sacrificed herself to save me. Now I must become stronger so I can bring her back and save her from death. Ifrit continued to repeat the sentence, using it to become somethign akin to his mantra, as he slowly lowered his guard to allow the dark side to slowly trickle in. He suddenly flinched as he felt that first touch, almost faltering as he heard a far off voice pleading with him to stop what he was doing, a voice that almost sounded like hers. He then shook his head, knowing it could not be her, as he had seen her die as the ruins collapsed on top of her moments after she had saved him.
He tilted his head back as he resumed repeating his mantra, steadily increasing his tempo and volume as he readied himself, before throwing his arms out wide as he suddenly dropped his guard. He suddenly took a deep gulp of air as time seemed to slow down around him, He could feel the dark energies as they penetrated his extremeties and made their way towards his core, filling him with a new energy. He then lowered his arms as he steadily breathed outwards, the dark energies now circulating through his entire body, having chosen to allow him to be their receptacle.
Ifrit then leveled his gaze on the crate, ready to test his new power. He begun to concentrate on the crate, picturing it in his mind as he allowed the Force to augment his vision again. His eyes begun to glow an iridescent green as he maintained his focus on the crate. He could suddenly feel something was already different, for where before he had had to force the darkness to part, it now seemed to dissolve as the crate materialised into view.
He smirked for a moment as he held the view for a couple moments again, before slowly the darkness caused by the blindfold enveloped his vision again. He felt a wave of relief as he had managed to achieve but a small victory on his long journey towards his ultimate goal. He pulled the Holocron out of his pocket again and held it infront of himself I feel invigorated... It's like nothing I've ever experienced before...
Nor is it like anything you will ever experience again. The powers here have chosen you to be their Master, so that you might command them and use them in your quest. But make no mistake, they can just as easily consume you, should you try to be foolish. For now get some rest, and we will resume your training in the morning.
As you wish Master... ifrit then placed the Holocron back his his pocket, before turning around and heading back towards the cockpit from the cargo hold. He reached out with his hand to feel his way along the wall, before stopping as he felt a door with his hand. He opened it up and walked over to the bed, before he laid down on the travel bed and calmed his thoughts as he slowly drifted off to sleep, knowing that he would need to be refreshed and well rested to be able to continue his training

Ifrit heard his alarm going off, causing him to almost suddenly wake from his sleep and sit up on his bed. A new day had begun, both for the planet and for Ifrit's training on Byss. Ifrit made his way out of the bedroom and through to the kitchen area of the transport, where he grabbed a small bite to eat for breakfast, still blindfolded as apart of his training.
Ifrit then made his way through the ships length to the cargo hold again, resuming his place in the center of the hold. He took a moment to compose himself, as he slowly set his gaze upon the wooden crate he was using to focus on the day before. The crate soon appeared before him from the darkness, he then slowly expanded his gaze, taking in more of the surrounding area around the wooden crate.
The first time he had tried this, he had been assaulted by the dark side energies that lay formant on Byss. But this time, he was harnessing them and commanding them to enhance his power, so that isntead of fighting the darkness, the darkness was bowing before him. but his skills were still in need of training, which was why, even now, he was trying to push the limits of what he could see, whilst still holding it steady.
Ifrit spent the next several hours slowly pushing his limits, expanding his field of view as it encompassed the entire transport, forming a sort of bubble. He concentrated on holding it for a few minutes, before he started to pace the room, making sure he held the bubble. He stopped in the middle of the room as he throttled back how far he could see, limiting it to just the crgo hold, feeling the effects of the drain it had caused.
He knew this was going to be taxing, but if he trained at it day after day after day, he would become more skilled in it's use. Practice, in this case, would make him more adept and better with the use of force sight, at least until he was able to learn a way to lessen the burden on his own force reserves.
For now though, Ifrit could see everything in the cargo hold basically as clear as day, thanks to the fact that he no longer had to struggle against the dark side, but had chosen to embrace it's power. He then pulled the holocron from his pocket and held it in front of himself So, my apprentice. You are well on your way to beginning your studies in Sith Alchemy and Sith Magic. You see, Sith Alchemy is the application of scientific principles that are then manipulated by the power of the force. Whilst Sith Magic is an arcane expression of Force Ability. These two practices require you to be able to see that which normal people cannot see and harness it to serve your will. Over time as you become stronger and more knowledgable, you will feel less strain from the lower level abilities. But until then, you should proceed with some ounce of precaution, lest you get yourself consumed by a power you cannot control. Do you understand?
Of course Master...
Good...I think it's time to start your training with Sith Magic. You are still not quite ready to defend yourself from attacks, so it is best to start you off with some protective spells. Sith Runes are the fastest and most efficient way to achieve it. Whilst Runes are usually transcribed onto weapons and inantimate objects. It is possible to tattoo them into your flesh. So you need to find the materials within these crates. You'll need ink and tattoo gun Irfit placed the holocron back in his pocket as he started searching through the various crates of stolen cargo that had been in the transport when he had hi-jacked the ship. As he tore open one crate, by sheer luck of the force, he managed to find the required materials. Fluorescent green ink and a tattoo gun, all new and ready to go, that had obviously been intended for a new shop.
he moved the equipment over to a work station and started filling the tattoo gun with the ink, before placing the holocron on the desk in front of him. Ifrit had never created a tattoo before, and was certain this was going to hurt, but pain and suffering were sometimes required to attain greater power, especially the kind of power he would need to bring Tyrande back Alright master, now what?
I will now show you the design you need to tattoo into yourself. Be sure to chant qyâsik dabotin as you do so, to infuse the power of Force Protection into the Runes you create, make sure to focus your energy on the needle points... The holocron's eyes then lit up and begun projecting a holographic outline across Ifrit's torso and down his arms. Ifrit took a breath and begun to focus his energy, keeping part of it flowing to his eyes to enhance his vision, whilst the rest of it was concentrating on the needle points as he gave the trigger a pull, the machine making a noise as it revved up. Everything was set, and ready for him to begin.
He lowered the tattoo gun's point to rest on his chest as he begun to slowly chant the words repeatedly, before pulling the trigger of the tattoo gun. Suddenly he felt an intense searing pain as the needles begun to pierce his skin, but he knew he couldn't stop, he needed to make these Runes and maintain his pace. He begun to use the pain to help fuel his actions as he slowly, and very carefully, followed the outline as he continued to chant the ritual words.
It took him a good several hours of chanting and tattooing, before he had finished the outline and had coloured it in. He carefully placed the gun down, before standing up and going over to a mirror where he could admire the design. Almost immadiately he could see the power pulsing from the ruins he had just created, albeit somewhat weakly considering he had just started his training and they were only fresh. He then returned tot he work bench where the holocron was sitting I have done it Master. The Runes already pulse with a weak power...
Good!... Good... These will prove beneficial in protecting you. As you grow stronger, soo to will they. For now you should rest and recuperate. We must hone your skills as they are, before starting you on the first stages of Sith Alchemy...
If that is your wish Master... It shall be my bidding. Ifrit picked up the Holocron and placed it back in his pocket as he made his way through the transport, using his enhanced sight to make it back to the bedroom, briefly stopping to take a shower and clean himself up a little, before falling into bed and embracing the darkness of sleep

Ifrit got up from bed, fuelling his force sight so that he could see where he was going as he made his way to the kitchen, to attend to some breakfast. A few minutes later, with his breakfast attended to, Ifrit made his way back through the transport ship into the cargo hold, where he set down, crossing his legs as he did so, and entered a state of meditation, in hopes of becoming stronger in the force. He would spend the next several days like this, concentrating his energy to further recover from the energy used to create the protewction runes he had tattooed on himself the day before

Lord Ifrit remained seated in his medatitive position, listening to, and feeling the currents of the force that swirled around him. As he did so, he focused on the one goal that he wanted to achieve. Whilst others sought riches, power, or command, Ifrit had only one goal, and that was to bring back the woman he had loved. Although some would consider it an unconventional goal for a Sith to strive for, Ifrit was quite certain those who would be decrying him were the same kind of unconventional Sith.
He would show them all, and he would prove his devotion and love to Tyrande by bringing her back and saving her from the bleakness of death. All that stood in his way, was a good amount of training and learning, something that the Holocron of Bara'Duun would provide him over time. He just needed to be patient and follow every instruction that he was given, with any luck the time would fly by and before he knew it, he would be reunited with his beloved, one way or anohter

Lord Ifrit had remained meditating for well over a week and a half, taking breaks only to have small staple meals or to relieve himself. His meditative trance was so deep he had not made use of his bed the whole time, his body making use of the force to assist in performing repairs that would otherwise be done when Ifrit was asleep.
He could feel his power slowly growing by the day as his runes finally healed and set in, allowing them to store their own small reserves of energy to make use of when executing the spell they were designed to perform. As Ifrit slowly exited his meditative trance, he could already feel the new energy that was boosting his power, ready and waiting to protect him and keep him safe from attackers.
He then rose up from the floor and stretched out a bit, cracking various joints to release the build up of gas. He felt quite revitalized and more powerful than before, meaning he had taken one more step towards his ultimate goal. He then reached into his pocket and pulled out the Holocron and held it before himself Master... am I ready?
Yes...yes you are my young apprentice. It is time to begin your Alchemy training. But first, you need to venture out and purchase a small cube of durasteel, something small to start off with will do you some good...
Of course Master... Ifrit then placed the Holocron back in his pocket, before making his way over to the cargo hold loading ramp. He pushed a button before the ramp lowered down and touched the surface of Byss. Ifrit then felt the wind brush against him for the first time since landing on the planet almost two weeks ago now.
He made his way down to the foot of the ramp, using the force to augment his vision, since he still remained blindfolded. As he stepped off the ramp, he could feel the planet's surface under his bare feet, preffering to not wear shoes as a personal preference. It felt like something of an achievement to finally be free of the transports cargo hold confines.
Ifrit then set off on foot towards the Imperial District's outter limits, having landed in an area where a good deal of craftsman and warehouses were located. It was a good half hour walk before he arrived to one of the blacksmiths who was set up somewhat close to the edge of the massive city. After a brief haggling of prices, Ifrit purchased a small cube of durasteel that measured 4cm3.
He then walked back to the transport and made his way back up into the cargo hold, before raising the ramp and returning the world to just being the small cargo hold of the transport. At this early stage of his studies he needed peace and quite to concentrate, though he was sure as his powers grew he would have no need of such conditions.
Ifrit then pulled a small, but tall table, into the center of the cargo hold and placed the cube on top of it, before retrieving the Holocron from his pocket and placing it on the table. At long last his studies into Alchemy could begin and his road to Tyrande would be just one step closer to being completed Now we can begin your studies into the ancient science of Sith Alchemy. As I mentioned early, Alchemy is a science of transmutation, turning one thing into another. For example, ancient alchemists were best known for their ability to turn Lead, a relatively useless and common metal, into the purest of Gold, a highly precious and rare sought after material. But as our knowledge expanded, we can now turn common metals such as Durasteel, into an object stronger and lighter than Phrik or Bes'kar. For now you will start off with this small block of duasteel, but eventually, as your power grows, you will be able to transmute entire hulls of a ship. But first, it is time to change the properties of this cube, let's see if you can make it heavier... Ifrit nodded, before extending open hand out, palm facing down towards the cube as he focused on the structure and make up of Durasteel. Durasteel was a somewhat heavy metal already, but by increasing the density of it's molecular structure, he could add some weight to the cube and make it feel heavier than it looks.
He focused on slowly adding weight to the cube, not wanting to immediately add so much weight that the table would break and potentially lead to the Holocron being damaged. He stood there for a couple moments, focusing on the cube and the changes to be made, before he slowly felt a flow of energy being transferred between his hand and the cube.
A few moments passed in silence, before he could hear the faintest sounds of the table top creaking, at which point he cut off the flow. Ifrit then grabbed a hold of the cube and tried lifting it up, noting the extra effort needed to move the durasteel cube. He then let go and took a moment to take in the small achievement Your first step has begun on your long journey to mastery. Next you will toughen the cube so that it can withstand the strike of a lightsaber, but first take a moments rest to compose yourself before attempting this next move

Ifrit did as was commanded of him, taking a moment to regain his strength and compose himself after his first foray into the ancient secrets of Sith Alchemy. He picked up the Holocron, before placing it on a seperate table that he moved closer to himself, not wanting to risk accidentally destroying his only tool of learning.
With his break finished, Ifrit placed his outstretched hand over the top of the cube again, focusing in on the molecular structure of the piece of durasteel. In it's base form, the metal was weak against the pure plasma blade of a lightsaber. But by altering the construct of the Durasteel's molecular structure, the metal could become stronger than cortosis weave or even beskar.
Ifrit felt the force flowing through himself as he directed it's power towards his hand and down to the cube of durasteel, slowly altering the metals structure. New bonds between protons and neutrons started to form and change the atomic structure of the metal, changing how the metal reacted to certain conditions, such as the strike of a lightsaber.
He waited a few moments, before he ebbed the flow of energy from himself to the block of metal. He wasn't certain if he had done enough, but the best way to check was to give it a try. He then unclipped his lightsaber and ignited the Fire Orange blade, before slowly bringing the blade up over the top of the cube.
Ifrit then slowly lowered the blade onto the top of the cube, quickly touching the blade against the top of the cube, before removing it just as quickly. He extinguished the blade as he inspected the slightly damaged block of Durasteel, having not quite gotten the change correct yet. He then reclipped the saber hilt to his belt.
He then extended his hand out over the cube and directed the flow of the force to his hand and down to the durasteel. He needed to harden the metal further, his first attempt had been close, but that was to be expected. He tilted his head down a little, listening to the flow of energy and letting it guide his actions.
Ifrit stopped the flow of energy almost out of nowhere, sensing that the metal was ready. He inhaled a breath as he unclipped his saber and ignited the blade again, before bringing the blade slicing through the air and striking the cube. The blade seemed to stop in its tracks as it contacted the metal, unable to cut through.
He then slowly exhaled as he lifted the blade and extinguished the blade, before reclipping the blade back in it's place. Ifrit then ran his fingers over the surface of the cube, unable to find any further damaged caused by the second strike. He then turned towards the Holocron located on the other table and gave a nod That... Was amazing...
That, is the power of alchemy my apprentice. You should practice this skill before we move onto crafting your weapons...You'll need some more metal though...
Yes Master. Ifrit then placed the holocron back in his pocket as he used the force to lift the block of durasteel into the air and move it over to the rear ramp. He hit a button, before the ramp begun to lower, at which point he used the force to throw the cube of durasteel out of the ship, before closing the ramp again.
He then made his way back through the transport ship to the kitchen area, having some food for dinner, before making his way to his bed. As he lay there, he could feel a great deal of possibilities slowly beginning to bloom before him. Although he still had a great deal of practice to do, he could already see designs for his weapons of chosen forming, as well as ways he would mold their structure for his own advantage

Ifrit awoke from his sleep and got up from his bed, feeling rested and relaxed after yesterday's training and ready to start a new round of exercises. He stopped by the kitchen to have some breakfast, before he made his way through the transport and down out of the loading ramp, embarking on his trek to the market on the edge of the Imperial District. Although it was a fair walk to get there, it helped him get some exercise and strengthen his control over the use of Force Sight.
He arrived to the edge of the city, where a number of new stalls had been set up, for what Ifrit could only assume was a market day judging by the new stalls and the size of the crowd. Although he was here to purchase some more durasteel blocks, he had a feeling it might not be such a bad idea to have a look around and see what else was up for offer. After all, if this was a regular event, there might be some stalls to help with his later training.
Ifrit made his way through the crowd, a few people stepping out of the way when they saw the cloth covering his eyes, others intimidated by the runes that were tattooed across his chest and down his shoulders. He dropped by the blacksmith to grab a dozen durasteel cubes, before beginning his little tour of the market in earnest, taking note of various stalls. Some were selling food, others clothes, a couple sold books, and others sold a great deal of junk.
His attention was soon caught by a rather odd stall that was mid way along an aisle that ran between two major walkways. He joined in with a crowd that was at a toy stall right next to the stall that had piqued his interest, before focusing his attention on the stall and the pair of women that were working it. Thankfully his Force Sight allowed him to look like he was examining the toys, whilst focusing elsewhere
Ikaros stood towards the rear of the stall behind a table, mixing various ingredients together and bottling the various potions she was crafting for sale. Nymph meanwhile attended to the front of the stall, doing her best to try attract any passing by customers that ventured between the two main walkways. The pair had a fairly hard job of selling their wares, mostly because very few people ever ventured along the connecting aisle they were positioned on.
Ikaros had needed to save up a fair amount of credits to even just secure this position at the market, which had been hard enough to do since there was very little regular work for an exiled Nightsister. As for Nymph, well a lot of companies were hesitant about employing someone as young as her long term. Between them, they managed to scrap by a living, but they both longed for something more, where they could live comfortably without the fear of not being able to afford food.
Ikaros suddenly felt a strange presence centering itself on their stall, causing her to pause what she was doing as she started to scan the couple small crowds nearby. Nymph meanwhile turned around in agitation as another group of people passed by the stall, without so much as a passing glance at what might be on offer. She was sick of being ignored and this day looking like it was going to turn out to be a bust for them Damn it! This stinks! Ikaros, are you even listening to me? Nymph then noticed the somewhat blank expression on Ikaros' face, not that her older sister really conveyed much emotion on a regular basis, but this was different. Ikaros barely noticed as Nymph turned around, her attention more focused on the growing dark presence that was nearby and placing it's focus upon them. Although it did not feel strong alone, there was a dark object that was in the possession of whomever was curious about them What's up sis?
We are being watched... I can feel someone nearby...
Like another Nightsister?
No... This is different... Ikaros placed the few ingredients she had been working with on the table, before making her way around the table to the front of the stall, before standing there and waiting. Nymph moved closer, keeping a close eye on everyone nearby, as well as on Ikaros. She'd never known her sister to act like this, which caused her some concern, she couldn't help but wonder if some body was here to do them harm. It would not be the first time, and Nymph was certain it would not be the last
Ifrit could sense it was time to make his introduction, as he moved off from the crowd that was inspecting the toy store. He stopped just in front of where the woman known as Ikaros was standing, before giving the stall a quick glance over as he surmised that these girls were running some kind of apothecary. Which, if Ikaros was a Nightsister, would make perfect sense, after all he could sense dark energies surrounding her, just as they did himself Greetings, I am Ifrit. Quite an unusual stall you have here...
As the man separated himself from the crowd and stood in front of her, Ikaros knew that he was the one who had been paying them close attention. The cloth covering his eyes meant that he must have been using Force Sight, thus why she felt like they were being watched with a keen intent. She gave a short bow to the man, since it was the polite thing to do when greeting a potential customer. Nymph meanwhile eyed him suspiciously, uncertain whether to trust the man My name is Ikaros, and this is my sister Nymph... Welcome to the Synapse Potion Store. How might we help you?
He smiled and gave a short nod to both girls in turn, before his suspicions were confirmed that this indeed was an apothecary. It was a strange name for a stall, one he did not entirely understand just yet, but he was sure, given some time, it would become clear. Although he had no immediate needs, he had a feeling he could perhaps help them, a feeling that was seemingly echoed a few moments later as the Holocron in his pocket reached out to him They will be valuable to you my Apprentice. See if you can secure their loyalty... Ifrit was quite certain the two girls would come in handy, especially if they would be able to provide him with supplies for when he embarked upon his potions studies. Perhaps they might even be able to teach him a thing or two about the ancient art that Bara'Duun did not know. But first he needed to work out how to secure their allegiance, something he was certain would not be too difficult considering their stall's positioning Potions are an ancient art, an interesting business venture to be sure... One that I must admit I am quite interested in. I take it you make everything yourselves?
Ikaros felt a slight disturbance as what ever object the man had in his posession seemed to have some reaction, before the man enquired about the store. It was unusual for customers to ask questions, most of them knew quite clearly what they wanted, and so asked after a remedy. Nymph on the other hand thought this was a good opportunity to put a sales pitch out there, after all the man might still be interested in purchasing something Well... Ikaros makes them all, she is something of a Master Potions maker... She has a potion for just about every occasion...
That is only partly true. Whilst I am quite good at potion crafting, I am still constantly learning new recipes...
He nodded with a certain degree of interest. Ifrit was quite certain she had the makings of a fine Potions Master, after all, he had once learned that a true Master recognized that there was always something new to learn and that one's training was never complete. For now though, he had an interesting plan already forming, that could well make them all very rich, and provide him with a perfect opportunity to get to know them both better There is always something you can learn within your craft. I admire such honesty in people. Perhaps I might be able to assist your business... Unless I am being too presumptuous?
Nymph could not quite figure this man out, not that she had a particularly good track record when it came to interacting with other people. But this man seemed to be something of an enigma to her, though he did seem to have something to offer them. Ikaros remained as expressionless as ever, somewhat curious as to the man's intent. She could feel the dark side with him, but it wasn't something that really concerned her, since she had her own connection to the dark side That depends. What do you have in mind?
Ifrit could tell it was Nymph who was really in charge of the more business side of things most of the time, thought he was certain Ikaros could assert her own authority, even if she was somewhat hard to read. Hopefully, though, he was about to make them an offer neither one of them could refuse. Even if it meant they had a purely business relationship for now, the future may hold a different direction for how they all interacted Perhaps you might join me for dinner to discuss a potential partnership?
Ikaros regarded the man with a great deal of curiosity, even though it did not show on her face. It seemed like an innocent enough offer, besides that, she still had her Lightsaber if things were getting a little too weird. Nymph was curious as to what sort of partnership that this Ifrit fellow was proposing, but like her older sister, she knew they would need to attend the dinner if they wanted to find out. Ikaros gave a nod to Ifrit It would be a pleasure, where did you have in mind?
Ifrit pulled a piece of paper from his pocket, before writing down a pair of co-ordinates and handing the piece of paper over to Ikaros. Although he was sure they would be a little suspicious of meeting him outside the city, there was just some offers that were worth the risk. He smiled and gave a nod to the two girls, already slightly excited by the propects that the three of them could achieve together You'll find my ship there. I'll see you both tonight... Ifrit then gave a bow to the two women, before walking along the aisle and making his way back onto one of the main walkways, heading out of the market and making the half hour trek back to his transport on foot. It had been a pretty eventful day so far, all that remained would be to organize some food and secure this deal, and thus secure a very stable future not only for himself, but for these two girls as well. Thus securing him very valuable allies
Ikaros accepted the paper, before placing it in her pocket as she returned Ifrit's bow. It had been an interesting turn of events, but she had a feeling things could only get more interesting. Nymph could almost taste the smell of a better tomorrow, even if the guy did seem a bit shady, but on a world like Byss, everyone was shady. Ikaros then headed to the back of the stall again and resumed her potion making, since the day was still quite young So, what do you think Sis? Reckon we can trust him?
I'm not sure, Nymph. But we should at least hear what he has to say...

Ifrit returned to his ship and made his way up into the cargo hold, where he dropped off the bag of durasteel cubes on the table, before continuing on to the galley to drop off the food, making only a brief stop to his cabin to drop off a couple other items he had purchased. He then spent the following couple of hours preparing ingredients, setting up a set of tables and chairs at the base of the ship's ramp, and putting some of the meals in to cook.
He then made his way back through the ship and down the cargo bay ramp, to take a seat at the table to await the arrival of Ikaros and Nymph. Over the course of dinner, he would need to convince the two women to trust him at least enough to agree to a business partnership, in which he would fund a better market spot for them to sell their wares. In return, the profits would be split between them, and Ifrit would be able to keep the girls close for the day when he moved onto the next stage of alchemy Everything is proceeding well Master.
Of course it is. You are my apprentice, you have learned well.
The sun was setting over the Imperial Sector as the land speeder departed the city and headed towards the co-ordinates supplied by Ifrit. Ikaros sat in the driver's seat, with Nymph in the passenger seat. Most people would be nervous or apprehensive about meeting someone at a set of co-ordinates, instead of a street address or public building, but not these sisters. Ikaros had her lightsaber and energy bow, and Nymph had her pistol and repulse hand should the need to defend themselves arise.
It wouldn't be the first time someone had sought to use them for some lewd purpose, nor would it be the first time anyone succeeded. They knew all too well how lawless the streets of Byss were, with the local law enforcement more inclined to turn a blind eye to such things. The sisters had decided to instead take matters into their own hands and deal with any scum who was stupid enough to mess with them. So far it had proved quite effective, with fewer people trying to bother them.
Ikaros slowed the speeder as the cargo transport came into view, before she spotted the set up at the bottom of the loading ramp, where Ifrit was seated. It seemed like a simple enough setup, but that did not mean she would let her guard down as she parked the speeder just within the lit area. Ikaros and Nymph then exited the speeder and made their way over to the table and stopped behind the empty seats as they gave a nod to Ifrit, as was customary when greeting one's host
Ifrit had remained seated as the speeder arrived, bearing Ikaros and Nymph, before the two got out and came over to the table. There was indeed a certain allure to them that he was certain would tempt men to try and act rashly around them, no doubt assisted by the way they dressed. For him, there was no urge to do anything so rash, just an increasing fascination in these two women and the possibilities that the future held. He motioned for them to take the seats Please, take a seat, the food is almost ready to be served...
Ikaros and Nymph took their seats at the table as Ifrit motioned to them, as the pair studied the set up that Ifrit had out here. The sisters could tell from the fact he was camping out in some transport, that Ifrit was obviously quite new to Byss, not having secured accommodation yet. Something that made Ikaros curious how he intended to further their business venture, if the man wasn't able to secure lodgings of his own Interesting little set up you have here...
He nodded at Ikaros' comment, quite aware his current lodgings seemed somewhat unreliable for someone seeking to begin a business partnership that was in both of their interests. For the time being, it served his training better to work out of his ship, since if he intended to own a workshop as a more permanent residence, he would need to focus more on selling goods to make a profit then training up to become stronger It's a start. Like all great things, this is my humble beginning here. I assure you though, I can back up my words if you are worried... But first, I do believe a meal is in order, then we can discuss business. Ifrit then rose from his seat and headed into the ship, before returning a couple moments later with the food and placing each dish on the table for the girls. He then took his own seat and nodded to the girls before starting on the meal, his force sight allowing him to see everything quite clearly since he was concentrating on the immediate area around the table. Like all things, with practice, his ability and control over Force Sight was increasing, slowly but surely
Ikaros and Nymph nodded in thanks as Ifrit served the food, the pair unsure when the last time was that they had partaken in such a lavish dining experience, especially where they were the guests. Although Ifrit's remarks had done little to qualm her fears, Ikaros could not help but regard Ifrit's ability to cook, despite the fact he appeared blind. No doubt he was not fully blind, since she had heard of ways to use the force to regain one's vision, or even enhance one's sight in regular cases.
They were almost halfway through their meals, when Nymph decided it was time to break the silence and get these discussions underway. It wasn't that she didn’t like the food, in fact she quite enjoyed it. No, it was more the silence of the meal, and the apprehension of whether or not this man would be able to actually help them. Especially since their prospects were looking pretty dim so far, unless he intended to work as a chef that is, but she had a feeling that was not the case I don't mean to be rude, but could we discuss the idea you mentioned earlier, this whole business proposal?
Nymph!
Ifrit paused as Nymph spoke up, before calmly placing his cutlery down on the table and grinning. Nymph was indeed a pretty direct person, always preferring to get down to business, instead of wasting time with the regular customs of society. It was something he liked about her, she had a great mind for business, and he could tell that if you messed with her, she would mess with you. Much better to have her as an ally, than an enemy to be sure Ah, straight to the point. I like that, I do. But first, let me retrieve something quickly... Ifrit quickly got up from his seat and made his way up into the ship again, heading to his personal quarters to retrieve a credit chip, before making his way back out of the ship. He retook his seat at the table and slid the credit chip over to between Ikaros and Nymph, so that the pair could have a good look at the amount on it, which was a fairly sizeable sum to get things moving for anyone or anything As you can see, I have more than enough money to back up my words, however what I lack is both free time and enough training to run a profitable business myself. Which is where the pair of you come in, your business model and venture is one I greatly admire, you put a personal touch into things, much like I used to before moving out here to Byss. You have an ideal I could support. So I have a question for you, how would you feel about moving up to a permanent store? I know it sounds odd, but of all the people I've met, and all the businesses I've seen, yours is the one I would like to support. You would have your own store front, your own private lodgings on premises, everything would be stable, all you need do is run your business and you will be making a bigger profit then you've ever made before. You will retain your autonomy, to run your business as you see fit, and any costs that come through we will split fifty-fifty. What do you think?
Ikaros had stopped eating as she paid attention to Ifrit's proposal, briefly checking out the credit chip, but mostly taking in what he had to say, slightly unsure how to react to such a proposal. A guaranteed store, with permanent lodgings and more money, assuming the business was successful and there was a fairly constant stream of customers. Nymph on the other hand was most interested by the idea, having studied the credit chip whilst listening in to the proposal, weighing up the pros and cons of the partnership.
The one thing that interested her the most, though, was what he hoped to achieve from this venture that he was proposing. It wasn't like a Potions business would make enough money to recoup the costs of renting a store front in most places, and she highly doubted he had an endless supply of money to keep a business that was running at a loss afloat. There was an ulterior motive somewhere, whether he would reveal it, was another matter entirely What do you hope to achieve from such a partnership? I'm not saying it isn't nice or anything, but money is not a limitless supply, and I am unsure our potions business will make the kind of sales needed for a lot of places to pay the rent...
Ifrit relaxed back into his seat as he steepled his fingers, flashing them a grin as he did so. It was becoming quite apparent he had made the right decision in choosing these two girls to be his... business partners, sure Ikaros seemed a little air-headed, but it's not every day you get offered a fresh start. And Nymph, well she was very acute when it came to business matters, always wanting to find out what the other person was hiding I assure you, I do not intend to rent. I intend to buy one of the places, renting is a waste of good money. The only thing we will need to worry about is utility bills. As to what I want, I merely want something that will provide a steady stream of income whilst I train and learn a new skill with which to use as another means of income... and perhaps one day, if Ikaros would be so kind, I hope to learn the ways of Potion crafting from her, if she is so inclined. I have nothing to hide from you girls, and it would be foolish to think I could, unless I knew it was in the interest of your safety that you did not know...
Ikaros eyed Ifrit somewhat suspiciously, not because of his potential desire to learn the art of potion crafting, but because of his last remarks about only keeping secrets he deemed in their best interests not to know. Although she was usually a fairly calm and cool person, when one person in a partnership tried to make such decisions on the other people's behalf, she would not stand for it. Ifrit was not going to make decisions like that for her and Nymph if she had anything to say about it We have a right to know everything, even if you may want to hide it from us. If you are earnest in a business partnership, especially one that would result in us living so close together, then there can be no secrets. If you hide things from us, how are we to trust you, especially if these secrets could lead to harm. Even now, you sit with some object in your pocket that is emanating more power that I've ever felt before...
His expression suddenly took a slightly more serious look, his smile hardening a little as he rested his gaze on Ikaros, reaching out with the force to feel her presence. He had felt it earlier in the day in the market, drawing him to her as she mixed her potions. It was quickly becoming apparent she was well aware of her Force abilities, though her attire did not lead him to believe that she had ever served as a Jedi before, no doubt she would still be amongst the Order.
No, she was from somewhere else, meaning she could be a run away from the Jensaarai, the Jen'Jidai, the Grey Jedi, the Dark Jedi, the Blazing Chain, or even the Dathomir Witches/Nightsisters, just to name a handful of organizations off the top of his head. Regardless though, she could sense the Holocron of Bara'duun's presence and laid down her own conditions, which was not entirely unexpected, he just needed to decide whether or not he could trust them with the knowledge and still trust they would stay with him.
In saying that though, if he expected them to trust him, he needed to place some trust in them. Whilst he was a Sith, until he far stronger, he would need some allies, and these girls were the closest thing he would find around here that had the requirements he needed. Ifrit then reached into his back pocket and pulled the Holocron from his pocket and placed it in the middle of the table for Ikaros and Nymph to see, but not touch You are right, I cannot make that decision for you, even if I would prefer not to. Perhaps it will be best to trust you to make up your own minds if something could be dangerous. I assure you though, this Holocron is no more dangerous than any book on fighting you will find in a library. It is but a necessary... evil... you could say, on a long road to learning arts that certain groups would veer away from. I am a man of knowledge and passion, and so to regain she whom I am most passionate about, I must garner more knowledge, even if it is knowledge that certain dogmatic groups would consider pure evil. It is a long road that I walk, but one that I would not be unappreciative of company on, especially if a side venture could bring in some money. I have no desire to take advantage of either of you, you are free to walk away now, all I have to offer is the promise of something better than what you have already. Money, power, and knowledge, these are the tools few are able to wield in life. A warehouse is where we will begin, but where we could end up... Well, that is up to your own individual imaginations. As for me, I hope to bring back the one I loved, whom fate tore away from me right before my eyes...
Ikaros and Nymph had both watched Ifrit as his expression changed, moments before he placed the Holocron in the centre of the table, both of them a little confused by the unorthodox design. Most Holocrons they had heard of were more resemblant of little metal boxes or other such shapes, but never a skull before. Even if Ifrit had allowed them to touch it, neither one of them was game enough to do so, figuring it was better off left alone for only Ifrit to interact with.
Ikaros had kept her attention on Ifrit when first his Force presence had reached out to her when his expression first changed, no doubt the man was working out she was indeed well aware of the Force, maybe even he was trying to work out where she was from. She had turned her gaze from him only for a few moments to regard the Holocron, before resting it upon him again as he laid out his reason for being on Byss basically. She could also feel the pain in his words as he spoke of losing someone, a feeling she could relate to, since her and Nymph had lost everyone close to them over the years.
Nymph turned towards her sister, slowly processing everything that had happened so far in this meeting. There was a great deal of new information that the man known as Ifrit had just revealed, doing the one thing she knew was not easy to do with strangers. He was trusting them with his secrets, whilst offering them an opportunity that was somewhat beyond her comprehension almost. But his thinking and ideas did have a certain appeal to them, although it was hard for her to not admit it, money and power seemed like very tantalising incentives to stick around.
Ikaros looked over at Nymph, before the pair exchanged a nod between them as they seemed to come to some silent agreement about what they intended to do. It was a risky path that they would endeavour upon, but sometimes you had to take some risks to achieve things in life, and besides that, Ikaros really did feel sorry for the pain and suffering that Ifrit had experienced at the hands of fate. It would be more cruel then she was capable of being to let him follow his path alone I am sorry for your loss Lord Ifrit, me and my sister know the pain all too well. As to your offer, we will gladly accept it. We will do our best to be good travelling companions upon this journey forward. Since you were honest with us, I will be honest with you, I trained as a Nightsister back on Dathomir, it is where I learned all I know of potions, as well as the ways of the Force, although my sisters preferred to call it magic.
That aside, what is the plan with the business? Any particular locations you had in mind to purchase? I might be able to help you find a good place to buy, since your kind of new here and might not know the best places around...
Ifrit was somewhat relieved as they accepted his offer, showing that they were willing to stick around despite everything, although it was not hard to use loss as a way to gain one's trust. He leaned forward and removed the Holocron from the table and placed it back into his pocket as Nymph fired a series of questions his way regarding the warehouse he intended to purchase, which if truth be told, he really had made no decisions about. His intent had been to go looking around in the next couple days, something that he was sure would be much easier with Nymph's advice So far I have made no decisions, I would greatly appreciate your advice in the matter. I hope to find something that has a spacious workshop that can be partitioned off into various areas, with a store front and existing accommodation, or space for them to be added. In the meantime, I invite you both to stay here, there is a number of spare cabins in the ship that you both can make use of... Ifrit then raised his hand and used to Force to make it float through the air back into his hand, before he placed it into his pocket. He could not help but feel this day had been an exceedingly fruitful experience, providing him with a pair of new allies in his quest forward. No doubt they would prove themselves quite worthy and extremely helpful as things progressed, after all, Nymph was about to give him a glimpse of just how useful as assets they would be

Like the most silent of whispers, the fast attack patrol craft touched down upon one of the many perches within the faux Coruscant's foundry district. The soft mutter of hydraulic steam jetted out from the landing struts as the craft came down upon the flight deck like a forlorn lover. A pleasant sigh was the only sound to betray the arrival of the shuttle craft, as it's metallic skin parted to allow it's occupants within to depart. As the side hatch had left the sensor bed of the porthole, a clawed hand gripped at the frames lengthy sides. Ashen grey and riddled with scales, the taloned paw had been the precursor to its bearer's arrival onto the primitive world of Byss. Pulling himself from the depths of his barge, the Noghri exposed his rugged features to the gentle breeze threatening to overwhelm his senses. The assault upon his nostrils was fierce, as the myriad of various scents sought to drive the reptilian mad. Yet, despite the rancid smell of humanized colonies, he was able to pick up the scent of his assigned target with minimal effort. What aura had hung about his target, was one that was very similar to that of his Master's, albeit upon a smaller scale than the behemoth enthroned but a pile of skulls and brass. The odor was like no other, as it reeked of torched ozone and flecked with the copper euphoria of one's crimson vitae. Though this description was far from the actuality of the horrid stench, it was the Noghri's best approximation formulated into coherent speech.
Adjusting his sight with a lingering blink, the Death Commando removed himself from the carbonized steel embrace of his vessel and lightly padded across the surface of the duracrete flight deck. This world had once been the proverbial heart of an Empire, and even though its lingering flames have long since been gutted out, the Noghri could smell its acrid taint underneath the fresh plumes of industry. He could smell the long dried blood of the terrors the one known as Palpatine had wrought upon this planet's surface. Twisting the very fabric of reality itself had left an interesting, if not putrescent aroma clutching to the passing breeze, as the planet's heart tried to heal the damage inflicted upon its very soul. To no avail, it seemed that darkness would always fester upon this world, and in some sadistic way, the Noghri wished that fact would never change. He had grown accustomed to the subtle pervasive quality of the atmosphere that hung about his Dark Lord, though it was done by unknowable means; as the reptilian had no recollection of ever liking the putrid bouquet. However, as the scent laden breeze once again assaulted his sensitive nostrils, the Death Commando was forced to bury the heretical thought in favour of pursuing the task at hand.
Drabbed in the folds of an ebon tunic, held tight to his scaly hide by a thick braid of bleached twine, the Noghri warrior moved off towards the heart of the city - following the path his nose ordained. He would find his target, and when he did, the Noghri would fulfill the requirements of his assigned task and deliver the message...

Ifrit steadily made his way down the boarding ramp as the first rays of light stretched across the barren landscape that the Transport sat on just outside the Imperial Districts outer limits, where Ifrit had first landed when he arrived on Byss not too long ago. He had come a fair way in his studies since arriving, considering he was uninitiated in the secrets of Sith Alchemy and Sith Magic, and now he was well on the road of the Initiate in both studies. In fact he had a feeling it would not be too long before he achieved the next tier in both of his studies.
As he reached the bottom of the ramp, he turned his attention to the landspeeder sitting opposite where he was standing, further proof of the progress he had made in his fair short stay here thus far. He had met Ikaros and Nymph only the day before at the Market, and had since convinced them to partner with him in a joint business venture. It meant they would all be provided with a continuous source of income, whilst allowing Ifrit to keep them both close, since Ikaros' skills with Potion Crafting would come in handy to his studies later down the track.
As things were, he was well on his way to attaining the power he needed to bring Tyrande back from the void, but first he needed to concentrate on securing a permanent place of residence for himself and the two sisters, so they could set up shop and he could continue his practice. It would not be an easy road, of that he was sure, but they were all in it for the long haul, which meant things would be slightly easier for them all. Ifrit paused beside the landspeeder, and waited for Ikaros and Nymph to wake up, since they had both agreed to accompany him in his little property hunt today
Ikaros and Nymph made their way down the boarding ramp not too long afterwards, the pair having accepted Ifrit's offer of a place to sleep last night, opting for one of the double beds to share. They had both half expected Ifrit to try pull something last night, especially since his offer for them to stay the night could have been used as an attempt to lull them into a sense of trust. The fact he hadn't done anything, had earned some actual trust from them.
Whilst it was true they had agreed to trust him, based on the fact he had been open with them about his plans, they had both learned long ago to be weary of a man's words, since they were likely to decieve, as they were to be honest. That aside though, they could concentrate more on the task at hand, than whether or not Ifrit really was to be trusted, as they made their way down the loading ramp and over to the landspeeder. Ikaros got in the driver's seat, whilst Nymph got into the front passenger's seat, briefly turning back towards Ifrit Hop in... So anywhere in particular you'd like to check out first?
Ifrit nodded to the girls as they passed around him and got into the landspeeder, hoping into the backseat when Nymph turned back towards him. He had no real particular feelings about any area in particular, nor had he done much research into what area's had buildings up for sale, partly due to the fact he figured they would both have a much better idea than him about where the best place to set up was. He smiled as he considered the thought Just somewhere with warehouses large enough to suite our needs, whilst also having a good deal of walkthrough traffic so that the store front will be noticed. I guess the best answer is, take me somewhere you would want to set up shop...
Ikaros nodded as she started up the landspeeder before driving back towards the Imperial District, there was a main stretch of stores not far into the Imperial District from where they were living where she would have loved to set up a shop, had she been able to afford it. Now, with Ifrit's monetary backing, they would be able to purchase it. It was only a relatively short drive, before they arrived to the place, which was on a fairly busy road.
Ikaros parked the landspeeder in the parking area along the side of the building, before she and Nymph hoped out and noticed the real estate agent waiting for them. Nymph had had the foresight to contact her on the way over, so that they would be able to have a look inside and show Ifrit around and see what he thought of the place, since it was his final decisions that was the one that counted most. Nymph went over to talk to the agent, whilst Ikaros waited to walk with Ifrit Here's our first stop. Me and Nymph always thought this would make a great place to be one day, though we always knew it would be well beyond what we could afford... But it was a dream that we needed to hold onto...
Ifrit had sat in the back of the landspeeder, taking silent note of how well the sisters worked together without needing to exchange many words, no doubt part of that could be the fact they had been discussing locations the night before. But none-the-less, he was quite impressed, especially since it was a skill he was certain would come in handy for them later down the track. Ifrit got out of the landspeeder when they arrived at their location and expanded his field of view a little.
As he walked over towards the front entrance with Ikaros, he could sense the pain in her words when she spoke of holding onto hope. It was something of a foolish notion to hold onto hope, if you have not the drive nor willingness to go all out to achieve the goal you hope to achieve. It was something he had realized the moment Tyrande had been killed in the ruins, he could hope all he liked that she would come back to life, but unless he was willing to put in the effort and dedication to learn the required skills, she wasn't coming back Well, it certainly seems like a good place. Might be the only stop we have to make today if it meets our needs...
Ikaros smiled as she walked alongside Ifrit towards the front entrance of the building where Nymph and the Real Estate Agent were waiting for them. If they only needed to make one stop, it would be a great boon to their plans, and mean things could be moved a lot sooner. As they arrived to the front of the building, the Real Estate Agent was already unlocking the front door to allow them all access into the store front area of the building.
The Real Estate Agent made her way inside first and walked across the empty room, before turning around to face the two sisters, and the man whom the youngest woman had explained was their physically blind uncle. It was a rather interesting looking family, but not entirely unheard of, considering the number of species out there in the universe and the number of ways in which he could be related to them. But that was neither here, nor there, her concern was finally selling this place, and at a good profit Welcome inside. The place has been empty for a little bit of time, but our agency has had cleaners come through to keep the place looking pristine. As you can see, the building comes with a storefront area ready and waiting to be renovated to suit your looks and needs. It has a further 200 square meters of factory floor out the back, with space for living quarters just above us... The Real Estate Agent then lead the group out through the store front's back door into the factory floor area, which was also bare, with plenty of space for a potential buyer to set up just about any sort of operation they wanted to. Or, if the buyer preferred, they could set up partitioned areas to have different kinds of operations going. Regardless, it was what some would call an entrepreneur's dream As you can see, there is plenty of room for renovations out here. On top of that, this place comes built in with some local security measures, such as window blast shields, biometric locks, and room to have video monitoring systems installed...
Ifrit had maintained his expanded field of vision as they entered the buiulding, making sure to pay attention to the Estate Agents explanations of the place, quite impressed by what the place had to offer. As they moved out to the factory floor area, Ifrit was even more impressed and quite pleased by the choice the sister's had made to bring him here first. There was more than enough room for everything they needed, he was sure of that, and with the space above the store front able to be renovated into living quarters, it was a deal sealer.
He gave a nod of approval, before turning towards the Real Estate Agent, quite certain they had found their new home and base of operations on Byss. All that needed to be settled now was the signing of the paperwork and exchanging of credits, before they could attend to moving into the place. It seeemed things were progressing quite nicely, which made him weary about what was about to go wrong So, where do I sign?
The Real Estate Agent turned towards the man as he seemed ready to sign for the place and buy it already, which was a positive. It meant this place would finally be taken off her hands, which also meant a nice juicy pay check was coming her way. She entered in a couple commands into her datapad, which brought up the warehouses contract, which mentioned, amongst other things, it's price. She offered the datapad and stylus to Ifrit, wondering if he could actually see what he was about to write on Here is the contract, along with the price. It seems steep, I know, but considering everything that is included, it is quite fair...
Ifrit took the stylus and signed the contract, having heard and seen enough to have made a decision. Whilst he did agree the price seemed like a lot, it was a small price to pay for what they would eventually achieve here on Byss. He then reached into his pocket and pulled out a credit chip and his own datapad, before swiping the chip over the datapad to give it the correct amount of credits. He then handed it to the Agent very nonchalantly, grinning as he did so Pleasure doing business...
The Real Estate Agent was almost gobsmacked at how easy this had all been, especially as he handed over the credit chip with the full amount. It seemed soo surreal, and yet it was all happening right now, as she placed both the datapad and the credit chip into her back and gave a quick bow towards the man. It was quickly becoming apparent she was dealing with someone you didnt ask many questions to and just went along with what ever he asked of you, she would feel much better once she was out of here Thank you sir. It's all yours now, enjoy...
Ifrit nodded as he then watched her make her way out of the building, no doubt in a rush to cash the credits and get what ever ridiculous share of the sale she was going to make. He then turned towards Ikaros and Nymph, now that they were finally alone in their new home, even if it would take some time to fully grasp that this was indeed their new permanent residence here on Byss. he gave them a nod of approval, quite certain he had indeed made the right choice to induct them both as his partners here Well girls... Welcome home... There is lots to do first though; Like getting your things moved here, and getting some workers in to refurnish the place. In the meantime, I'd suggest we stay at my transport. What do you think?
Ikaros and Nymph had almost felt like they were in a dream as Ifrit had signed the paperwork, thus securing the place as their own new home. It seemed like at long last the universe was rewarding them for all the hard work and suffering they had gone through. But first, as Ifrit had noted, there was a lot of work to be attended to first, such as getting this place looking the way they wanted and needed it to. Nymph nodded as she gave the place a quick look over again Well, I know of a few businesses that could attend take care of the building side of things, and we could pick up a couple storage crates for pretty cheap for mine and Ikaros' stuff...
Indeed. Well, we better get started...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It had been late in the afternoon when they had arived back to the transport, having spent most of the day moving Ikaros and Nymph's belongings to the warehouse, before contracting a local building company to attend to the renovations of the store front and living area of the warehouse. But Ifrit was quite impressed with everything they had achieved and gotten taken care of during the day, as he sat at the table opposite Ikaros and Nymph again, as they enjoyed their take-away dinner A rather fortuitous day I think...

The trail had been easier to follow than the Noghri had expected, as in a city of those drenched in the energies of the darkness, this being stood out like a dimmed lantern in a darkened room. Following the tantalizing stench of this man's power, he had fallen upon a non descript transport that was situated in the outskirts of the Imperial Sector. The journey from the spaceport had been nothing but a blur as he followed the trail towards his ever shifting destination, though he did recall a moment where in he had almost lost the scent in the backwash of the lines of traffic traversing through the city. Thankful that he was able to resume his hunt after moving through the various lanes of congested repulsorcraft, the death commando fell upon the transport mere moments after the occupants had entered.
It was a stroke of luck, that he had arrived after the craft's occupants, as the Noghri doubted they would appreciate the intrusion from one of the galaxies foremost race of assassins. Clearing his thoughts, the Death Commando keyed the external terminal panel. If the occupants deigned to answer his beckon call, they would be greeted by a pleasant veneer and a serpentine approximation of a smile. He was here to deliver an invitation, not carry forth his master's will, that was unless these guests had refuted his master's offer. Whatever happened next, was within the hands of his race's pantheon.

As the doors had parted and the ramp descended, a reptilian approximation of a smile had curled upon the Noghri's lips. It was true that the blood did not lie, and with his target exposed to the light of day, his hunt had come to a conclusion. Taking less time than he had expected, the expansive city did little to dissuade the predator from tracking the bloodline of his prey. Now, with his target exposed and nothing but pacing separating them from a deadly embrace, the Death commando bowed respectfully before the presence of prey. It was uncharacteristic of a predator to show any sort of deference to their quarry, yet the shedding of blood was not this Noghri's assigned task. Instead, like the brothers in arms, he was sent out into the stars to deliver a message. As this man was now within sight, the delivery could finally be fulfilled.
"I have found what I seek, Lord Ifrit." The Death Commando rasped, the sounds becoming more serpentine as they slipped through his fanged maw. "My master, one whom holds more power than the spirit who teaches you from within the imprisonment of the pyramid, seeks an audience. He desires to meet face to face, and offers to broaden your horizons in the dark arts. In return for accepting his invitation, he promises to restore what you have lost. Should you refute, I am saddened to say, that I must take your life - as well as those of the females behind you."

It took a considerable effort of will for the Death Commando to keep his humours aligned and his facial expressions taut. He had noticed the slight shift in the Nightsisters stance, the ever so subtle tightening of her palms about the grips of her weapons. That meant she either had previous experience in such matters before and knew what to expect, or was fighting against her ingrained impulsive nature. Threatening her master had sparked the expected reaction from this loyal pet, so if things had turned sour, he would know exactly which buttons to look for and press.
After taking a moment to recompose his thoughts and restore much of the Master's message to the forefront of his mind, the Death Commando continued on.
"The Force reverberates with echoes of the past and the limitless possibilities of the future. You know this, it was taught to you when you were once a Jedi. This much even I can tell, as the Sith are always born within the ranks of Ashla's warrior monks."
He chuckled softly as he began to lower himself into a respectful bow.
"Lord Ifrit, you are nothing more than an weapon waiting to be forged. An ingot forever curse to bide your time until the Smith tosses you into the fire. This spirit can only teach you how to temper the blade, but not how to wield it or make it deadlier. That knowledge my Master is willing to part with, on the condition you accept his invitation."

“In a city of spies and traitors, I cannot reveal my Masters whereabouts.”
His eyes began scouring the land surrounding the transport, looking for any means in which someone other than their present company would be using to eavesdrop. Finding nothing overtly obvious upon first inspection, the Noghri took a step towards the destined scion of the primordial annihilator. His motions were not abrupt nor would be a cause for alarm, but his tone had taken on a more conspiratorial hue.
“Leave this world for the time being; meet with my pack in the skies above and we shall light the way to the world where my Master resides.”

A couple weeks had passed since the original purchase of the store in the Imperial District, during which time the renovations had all been attended to for the shop front, the warehouse area, and the living quarters. Ifrit had spent most of the time training, as he changed the various properties of the durasteel cubes he purchased, as well as strengthening the armour pieces that Ikaros and Nymph wore, to ensure he had a proper grasp of what he wanted to do, and how he was going to do it, to the two new blades he was going to forge. Having moved into the warehouse already, he had spent the last couple days setting up the divider's so that Ikaros and Nymph would have an area near the store's back door to put excess stock, spend time during breaks, and work on different recipes for potions. The rest of the back area was devoted to his work, for which he had already purchased several new machines to help with, as well as a couple different forges and oven's, for heating metal and ingots, and melting ore's.
Ifrit started off the day by cutting out the outline of all the pieces for the two WarGlaives from a couple sheets of durasteel, in varying thicknesses, using a plasma cutter. From there, he started to grind the edges of the blades to form the cutting edges, along with the shallow grooves in the middle of the blades, before moving onto the hand guards, which he used a Pullmax Machine on to give them a more concave appearance. Ifrit then started to add gold leaf in patterns to the hand guards, as well as attaching three custom made silver claw like pieces to each hand guard. Once they were done, he gathered a couple pieces of wood and ran them on a lathe, to round out their shape, to something more handle like, before cutting them in half and sanding out a groove in their centre's to match the metal piece between the two blades.
He then attached the wood pieces around the metal, before wrapping them in pieces of leather, to provide a nicer grip for the blades, as opposed to just straight wood. with that done, he then attached the hand guards, so as to cover the hand grips of the two WarGlaives, to afford him some measure of potection when fighting with them. Once both WarGlaives were finished, he checked them both out with a visual inspection, before laying them down on a table, side-by-side, before lifting his hands over the pair of them, and delved deep within the force to focus his power upon changing the atomic structure of the metal. He started by hardening the blade's, and strengthening the bonds between the various pieces, making them as one pieces, instead of several pieces, before reducing the weight of the WarGlaives overall, to make them more smooth to wield, he also added a sharpness to the blades so that they would never dull.
When he was done, he took hold of the two blades and held them like he would if he was facing an opponent, making sure to feel the balance of the WarGlaives, before demonstrating the elegance with which he could use them against a practice dummy nearby. He then placed the WarGlaives on his weapon rack, now that he had completed them, his first tier of training was finished, both in alchemy and magic, thanks to the practice he had gotten in with Ikaros and Nymph, and the protective spells he had perfected on them. He then withdrew the Holocron of Bara'duun from his pocket and held it before him I have completed my blades...
And a very well made pair of blades to be sure. Now you can move on to the second tier of your training, as a Novice within the arts of Alchemy and Magic. I suggest you begin your training with Ikaros, I feel she will be better able to teach you the arts of potion crafting, whilst I can refine your skills towards Sith Alchemy. At the same time, I can teach you the next level of magic, in which you will learn to wield more powerful magic, so prepare yourself... Ifrit gave a nod of understanding, before returning the Holocron to his pocket, feeling a sense of acomplishment at having managed to make it to the second tier of his training. Soon he would be strong enough to assault and take control of the Emperor's former base of operations here, known as the Black Stone Citadel, from there, he would have the resources he needed to advance through his third and fourth tiers of training, bringing him ever closer to his goal of ressurecting Tyrande
