Capital City was the capital and largest spaceport of Abregado-rae. It contained many water canals which were used for transportation. The older part of the city was referred to as The Old Patch. The city had numerous sights, such as the LoBue Cantina.

There was a building overseeing the city next to an even larger building, the flat surfaced welcomed a safe landing for the two. He didn't want to set his ship down below but up here and look upon the city for a minute or so. He walked like an Imperial officer but acted like a young adventurer with an expression of wonder and excitement, much like his father before him. With his hands held behind his back he walked to the edge of the building and looked upon the city & towards the horizon in the distance where he could barely see a thin green line which were the fields past the city. The wind is cold up here and their breathing had thinned, his cheeks already reddened. Why are we here?
Elton said as he approached Horan, he looked at him and already knew Cold had some sort of connection to this place. He's been here before, sometime before all of his adventuring, before he set out with his father for wealth and glory. Both of them had become obsessed with the idea of discovery or revelation. Then it hit him, he left his home. He spent his years away on following an idea with a path that followed infinity 8. In other words, something he could never achieve. Though right here he saw something he could accomplish with branches of ideas ahead, he looked at elton for a second, letting go of his own hands behind his back then crossing his arms. This is where i grew up Solo. Abregado-rae...this is where I left everyone I've ever known behind. Except my father of course. I hope to see them alive and well.. He looked at him again. There is a cantina i know, lets go there.
He said as he turned and headed up the ramp to Elton's ship. He followed Horan and not a moment later the ship's ramp closed and they descended down off the building and towards the city below heading to the Lo Bue cantina.

Cold & Solo entered the Lo Bue cantina, his father always use to come here to play pazaak and enjoy the beverages this place had to offer. The more Horan thought about his past the more he was realizing how not much of a father Haythem was. Though he left behind a Legacy for Horan to pick up, something he had to put back together himself. Solo went ahead and ordered a shot of rum for himself while Horan looked around wandering behind Elton. He noticed someone and left Elton to the bar, Solo looked over just as Horan approached a man under a brown worn out robe, so there was more to this kid then adventure. Horan sat down in front of the man and greeted him with a shake of the hand, he looked at him for a few moments in silence before anything was said.
Just a moment later before they began to talk the man had looked over at Solo, then back to Horan who had currently been wondering if this was the Jedi he use to know back before Horan's little brother Kalem was murdered by some street thug. You've always had bad timing, that's what got your brother killed.
The man said when he removed the hood from his head. Unable to help himself Horan reached over the table, grabbed the man by the collar and pulled him closer. He raised his fist and merely looked him in the eyes, clenching his fist tighter. He let go, then fell back in his chair. How did you know... He said, the man smirking. You knew i was coming to Abregado-rae...how?
The man laughed and situated himself back into his seat. You're reckless, i could sense you from a mile away. You're looking for your family, aren't you.
He said to Horan with a certain look on his face, something was wrong and he already knew it. Where are they Larec.
He said demanding to know. Right here in the old patch...the Hyren gang has them. Word got out that your father had a treasure hidden somewhere in the city that kept the wealth your family had until he left with you, i don't know how it got out. You still have enough time Horan.
Without saying anything else Horan got up, Elton noticed him leaving so he got up himself and caught up with Horan after glaring over at the man covering his head back up with the old Jedi robe he wore. Getting transportation back to the city just across the water they returned to the streets, walking along side the water canals where people rowed boats threw the city. He was running with Elton struggling to keep up without any explanation as to what he was getting himself into. The city was almost cramped, not to mention the large spaceport as well which made air traffic a lot more insane. He leaped over one of the water canals then cut threw an alley way. Just ahead he spotted the Hyren fortress, he looked around. What has this place come to? He thought while approaching the building entrance, two guards blocked his way. Elton knew where he was going with this, so he raised his blaster just as Horan threw his saber, impaling the guard on the left. At the same time the second guard fell to his death with a blaster bolt in the face.
They kept approaching the building at a faster paste when Horan blew open the entrance using the force while guards neared the entrance, when he entered he raised his saber and struck one of them down. Swinging up following his last kill the end of his blade sliced into another guard while Elton took more of them out entering the entrance hall from other hallways. He pulled the last guard in the room towards him at the same time swinging to his left and severing both of the guards legs clean off. He grabbed him by the neck and held him up from the ground. Where are the people your holding prisoner!
Horan said as he squeezed tight, until he tossed the man in agony to the floor then threatened to remove his arms. The man tried moving back away from Horan in fear of him, to afraid to speak but as he did he had been stuttering. Down the h-hall. Threw the two d-doors, the blue doors!
Elton looked at his severed limbs in disgust as he followed Horan. As they entered the hall two guards had been ready to fire, Elton raised his blaster and quickly downed the two of them. Horan opened the two doors when he came face to face with ex-commander of the Abregado-rae military. With a pistol to some young woman's head, this female wasn't his mother. Stay back or I'll kill her!
The commander said as she cried and pleaded for her life. Horan glared at the commander with a deadly & creepy stare when suddenly Horan began to approach, the commander pressed the end of his gun against her head. Then what came as a shock to everyone in this room is what happened next, the trigger was pulled. Her corpse fell to the floor, her eyes starring into the abyss as the tears of the dead girl dripped onto the floor. Horan parted his mouth in shock, his eyes widened. Hand out with the force flowing threw him. Am i that evil?! He said, his eyes wet and wide with fear.
Next thing that happened was Eltons blaster being fired and the commanders corpse falling to the floor. Elton dropped his gun, it rattled on the spot there on the floor. Until it stopped, Horan felt a presence, and it was none other then Larec. He moved around both Elton & Horan, the 37 year old Jedi shifted the corpses out of his way using the force and he sat down in the commanders chair, folded his hands and looked at Horan. The girls blood is on my hands, don't worry Horan you didn't kill her.
He said, Elton looking to Horan who was feeling a sense of hatred against Larec. She was innocent!
Larec rested his chin upon his folded hands, he chuckled. Innocent? She shot down a woman in cold blood, took all of her credits and left the scene as her five year old kids cried for their mother to wake up. They're in my care now. Horan my friend, you need to rethink & evaluate what is right and wrong. Abredgado-rae is under my watch now, join me and help restore peace on prosperity to this planet.

To think Horan thought this man was righteous once upon a time. He had a harsh way of justice, but perhaps this was a way to achieve peace much faster then the 'good' way. He looked to the dead corpses on the floor, both of same types. An Anti hero type, and the plain villain, both deserving punishment. Though was this the way it should of gone? He looked at Larec and crossed his arms with a thought. Since when did you harbor control over Abregado-rae?
Horan said recalling the days when Larec had been in charge of a small Jedi group here on this planet. It wasn't the Jedi way to take such control over the people, but he isn't the man he use to be clearly. Larec chuckled then looked to Elton Solo when he started to talk. How much money are we talking about here.
Solo said, referring to payment in joining the ex Jedi's new government over this planet. Let's just say you wont need to ask that question once you've joined me.
Solo smirked, looking to Horan then back to Larec. You've got yourself a deal mate.
He said reaching over and shaking Larecs hand. Horan looked at him, though in slight shock he didn't know yet that he was already in on this himself. Larec smirked then looked over at Horan who began to calm after these events. So you set this up. You told me my mother would be here...you knew i would come and take out a problem you've been having here in the city. Then amongst their defeat you would show up and offer us this job. My mother alive and well Larec?
He nodded with a short smirk. Don't worry about her my friend. She will be more then alive and well once you've joined me. So what do you say Horan..
Larec said as he stood up. Horan looked at him and thought about it, if it means making money and working on the home front maybe its actually not so bad at all. Then Horan nodded and Larec laughed as he reached out and shook his hand. Good to have you back. Meet me when you're ready aboard my ship in orbit, we have things to talk about.

Abregado-rae Spaceport
His buy'ce beneath his left arm, Greig Jendri does a FOD walkaround of his Tra'kad-class transport, the Eachna, in preparation of their planned departure. At twenty-six, Greig still retains his youthful, boyish looks despite his shaggy brown beard, and his ever-present cheerful smile hides the ruthlessly cold, calculating mind residing in one that looks so young and seemingly jolly. Life as a bounty hunter and mercenary has afforded Greig the opportunities to see many worlds, and to meet many interesting individuals of various species, but the enigmatic and aloof Qiraash woman that he has been traveling with for almost a year now has proven to more fascinating to him that any other he has encountered in his nomadic wanderings.
"He will be here soon, the Qiraash woman, Rashmi Gairola, says from behind Greig in her soft, lyrical voice, somehow always able to move silently despite the many beads and baubles that adorn her robes and the veil that covers her nose and mouth. Is the ship ready?"
"Always, Greig answers with his usual hearty cheeriness, smiling as he turns towards Rashmi. Reaching up to idly adjust the sling of his E-11 carbine so that the weapon is moved to a shoulder ready carry position, Greig tilts his head to the side and asks, You going to tell me where it is we're going, or why we need the ba'buir with us?"
Only her eyes visible beneath her headscarf, hood, and veil, Rashmi shakes her head as she gently says, "That is for the ba'buir to reveal, not I. Reaching out and resting a thin fingered hand on his left shoulder, she adds, All will be clear soon."
Greig, having known Rashmi long enough to know that both clear and soon are relative terms when it comes to her, laughs and says, "I may have believed that once, Ras, but alright, I'll wait. Nodding towards the boarding ramp, he says, I'll be in the cockpit, you can wait out here to be the welcoming committee."
Crossing her arms, her hands in the voluminous sleeves of her robes, Rashmi nods and, after Greig has boarded his ship, sits at the foot of the boarding ramp to wait for Krikor to arrive.

Abregado-rae Spaceport
Krikor, having taken his time in coming to the spaceport after disembarking from the ferry that brought him from Phyrstal Island, walking slowly along the water canals that he suspects he will not see again, lifts a hand to greet Rashmi when he sees her seated at the foot of the Tra'kad-class transport's boarding ramp; her soft, ornate robes and serene poise out of place in the dingy spaceport and oustide the vessel of war.
Dropping his rucksack down, still in no particular hurry to depart from the world that has been his home for the past eighteen years, Krikor groans and grunts as he settles into a seated position beside the Qiraash woman that is responsible, in a way, for refastening the chains of duty to his wrists. After a few moments of silence, Rashmi waiting as patiently as ever for him to break it, Krikor observes, "I know why I must risk what remains of my life to bring the foul beast the death it so richly deserves. The task. . . the responsibility was given unto me as my birthright. But you? You have no duty beyond informing me of what your visions revealed. Looking over his shoulder to the top of the boarding ramp, Krikor goes on, Jendri is being well compensated for risking his life, and I sense that he welcomes the challenge of hunting such a creature as that which we're hunting. Looking over at the Qiraash, he says, I don't see, however, what reason you have for insisting in accompanying us, my friend."
Her eyes crinkle at the edges, the sole visible evidence of her smile, as Rashmi asks in her soft, lyrical voice, "Was that a question? Her robes rustle as she fluidly rises, holding a hand out to help Krikor up as she assures him before he can reply, I go where my destiny requires me to be, Krikor. More, I go willingly and happily, so worry no more. Come, she says as she places her arm through Krikor's after reaching down to pick up his rucksack, Any more that must be said should be said when our fellowship of three is together."
Not long after Krikor and Rashmi step inside the ship, it lifts off, departing from the spaceport and heading up towards orbit.

An odd event occurred within the capital city when Tapni ships appeared within the space overhead of Abegrado-rae. It was known, though, to the local government of the planet that diplomatic talks had been conducted between House Cadriaan and the planet's leaders. Today marked the beginning of negotiations between the Tapani House and the government in terms of opening up better trade between the two parties that shared the vital and prosperous Rimma Trade Route hyperlane. Due to Abregado-rae being the starting point of the hyperlane, the trade-oriented Cadriaan delegation would have to give great terms in order to gain their confidence and agreement.
After a formal appearance at the spaceport, a tour of the local area, and a dinner between the two delegations, the local HoloNews declared that the two parties were now situated within the main halls of the planet's government building and negotiating a proper treaty.
