*Tvara had traveled, flung from distant star to distant star, encased and trapped in a steel prison for eternity, confined to wear a mask out of which nothing could be seen, heard or smelled. Little had they known that a Sith mask as oppressing as it was had granted him an insight into his gifts, for the first week Tvara knew he would not survive, so he had learned to focus, the mask gave him nothing but his own thoughts, there was nothing else to touch but the Ysana magic and that was when he noticed the magic seemed more tangible then it ever had. Robbed of his senses the magic was all he had and so it became his solitary focus and he practiced, moved to use it in ways in which he had not seen before. He bided his time; ironically hecould do little else, but with time he became more proficient, splitting the water molecules from urine for fresh drinking water.
Then Tvara had learned how to slow his systems until through want for survival he had effectively shut myself down, and now he floated in a permanent self imposed stasis.
That was until the Bothuwai asteroid belt had a say in matters and brought him back to the universe, fate, fate rolled the dice and they came up two sixes.
The pod he inhabited struck one of the rocks effectively damaging the vessel, taking out its hyperdrive and sending it on a crash course with Bothuwai. The sound of screaming klaxons brought his near dead emaciated ragged form out of its current state, and he felt the turbulent spinning the bump as the craft popped into the atmosphere of Botuwai and continued to scream toward the ground.*

Three Ardent-class Fast Frigates exit hyperspace with sheilds fully powered. As standard for the pirate vessels the weapons were also powered up and ready for anything. The ships all had three X-83 starfighters buzzing around them to screen the larger ships. This was another move in a series of moves coordinated by Captain Sayler in an effort to dominate and reassert pirate control of a few systems.

The Horror of the Rim exited hyperspace with the rest of the Rage Fleet. They quickly joined up with the Three Ardent-class fast frigates that were already in the system. The fleet took up attack positions with all fighters deployed just before the Picket ship activated its Interdictor drive and prevented most of the civilian fleet from leaving the system. The Dreadnought then began the slaughter with her own main batteries and began to target the plethora of civilian ships in orbit of the planet. The rest of the fleet also opened fire and soon there was nothing but wreckage in orbit of Bothawui. A few ships had escaped and some returned to the surface but the pirate fleet's work was done. The Horror of the Rim was the last ship to enter hyperspace, lingering for just a moment to witness the destruction.

The makeshift flotilla/army had grown since they had left Rodia. What had been a dozen passenger liners & a few picket ships had grown by dozens of light craft that had been pirates in the not too distant past. The army of tens of thousands of rodian gang members had been fortified with a solid core of pirate veterans. The group stopped well outside the system. Several light years outside n fact. The next stage would be something that would require a more careful & quick touch. As dozens of the light pirate freighter loaded their cargo decks with as many people as they could hold, the human adviser to the war boss set out to the Bothawui system.
It required a bit of work. First Resi had to land on the planet. Once there, he mind ripped the inspector into loyalty to him, as he had the majority of the gang members & pirates by this point. True, just taking the leaders had been enough to get them on the ships, but the trip had given him time for a more personal touch. Of course the second inspector had resisted. Resi killed his with a single shot to the face, before allowing himself to be 'taken prisoner' by the inspector he had ripped. Under that disguise, he was quickly marched straight to the control room of the spaceport. It was against regulations, but few questioned a coworker they had know for years going about his job. Once there three more mind rips & two more deaths cemented his control of the spaceport. With that access, he set up a priority flight to a military spaceport hub. With a few more quick mind rips of a few unlucky civilians & workers, he quickly filled out his personal strike force. At the military hub, he repeated the process. First taking the guard, then using the guard to take the command bridge. From there he started sending out tendrils of control. It took a few days & ripping several shift changes, but he finally had a skeleton command crew for the prizes he had his eyes on.
At the preordained moment, nearly four dozen light freighters jumped from hyperspace nearly directly into the shipyards over the planet. Instead of the normal defensive reaction that would cause, it was met with silence. The various weapon & sensor crews had either been mind ripped, killed or, for the majority, simply feed a looped sensor reading of the station. With the defenses disabled, the pirates boarded the chosen vessels. It required a little careful timing, but Resi managed to get all of his mind ripped slaves onto the chosen ships before the deception was noticed. It was only when the ships began to jump to hyperspace did the defenders notice the theft in progress. Crews scrambled to reset their sensors to get a clear view of the station. The largest ship, with Resi standing on its bridge, was the first to jump to hyperspace. Nearly a dozen more followed. In the end, the defenses managed to power up in time to destroy three of the pirate infested ships.
At last, Resi was ready to set out on the greatest hunt ever.

The Moondancer dropped out of hyperspace over Bothawui. The captain moved the ship into the regular shipping lanes, as she requested permission to land. Han put his tools down as she put a message over the internal comm system letting them know they had arrived. BB-Awesome looked up at him, as Han put his translator unit back on before pulling the scarf back up to cover his face. Hopefully the repairs he had managed would be enough

*Clem ducked, nearly getting hit by an extended fist. He should have seen this coming and was still slow to react to it. He reached out to hold back the person who threw the fist in his direction. Only to have another weight push into him from the other side. He pushed this weight away as well wondering how it came to this... He had done everything he could to avoid it hadn't he. Both the people he was holding back were shouting but he couldn't make out what either was saying... as if their voices were traveling through water. A third clearer voice stated more clearly that he had to keep them both a way from each other. Given the situation he was currently in he figured that was clear. Or was it... he still couldn't make out what either of the two were saying when it felt like the world was shifting sideways. Despite this he and the two he was holding apart held their footing. He heard the third voice again but this time it sounded different clearer. As he was hearing what was said he saw a fist approaching from his right and tried unsuccessfully to duck it. "Bothawui."
Clem's head smacked against the wall as he woke up from another failed attempt at meditating. Reaching up and rubbing the right side of his head he stood and briefly stretched before heading over to the mirror. Thankfully his short hair was at least enough to cover any bruise the might have appeared from view and wasn't in need of maintenance, and a few tugs on his clothes were enough to straighten them out properly. Considering this he looked over and decided to if the opportunity presented itself to pick up at least a few more options of clothing. He was about to exit his room when he though over recent events. Turning back he clipped a couple of power cells, checking to make certain he had the proper ones, and attached them to his belt in a couple different locations before grabbing his lightsaber and attaching that as well. Looking through his options he decided to make sure to pick up something new, as in order to make sure he could conceal his lightsaber, he had no other choice than to put on the green jedi robes he had from Corellia.
He walked out into the cargo hold his jedi robes billowing out behind him. Not seeing anyone for now he figured the other would be around shortly but for now decided to stand off to the side and not get in the way.

Z'har wasn't too sure what to do with himself. On one hand, he was completely free to chose whatever he wanted to do. On the other, his job as a professional body double had given him direction & purpose for his entire life so far. It also meant that he was far more free to begin customizing his appearance in ways that would have prevented him from being an effective double before. Perhaps he would change his hair style or get a few tattoos. Then again, he might want to see about looking up the others like him. Someone that understood what he was trying to do.

From hyperspace came a small flotilla of warships, led by a Nebula-class Star Destroyer, which was escorted by a pair of Tri-Scythe-class Frigates. From the bridge of the leading warship, Senator Graemon Gorgano gazes down habitable world, famous for the Bothan SpyNet and a planet that had deep ties to the democratic nations of this galaxy. The Bothan support had aided in the struggle of the first Rebel Alliance and ensuring the survival of the New Republic and the previous Galactic Alliance. Now the galaxy would need the planet's state-of-the-art shipyards and spies to keep the galaxy safe from the transgressions of the First Order and other enemies of the Alliance and the Jedi.
He steps away from the viewport to begin issuing orders to his old crew. Though he was no longer a military personnel, his influence within the Fondorian Military was still strong and prominent. His eyes first look to his replacement, the commanding Admiral of Battlegroup Pertinax.
Keep the fleet at a safe distance. I don't want to agitate the Bothan's local defensive forces.
He turns to the communication's officer, stepping over to the console.
Any attempts at communication?
None, sir. I think we managed to enter hyperspace at a good distance to where they aren't alarmed, yet.
Graemon nods before issuing his second order.
Send a transmission to their planetary government. Make them aware that the Senator of Fondor, a representative of the Galactic Alliance, desires to meet with their leadership. To discuss the potential of adding Bothuwai's strength to that of our nation.
The communication's officer nods and proceeds to send the transmission. It took some time, as responses were sent back and forth, before an approval was made and Senator Gorgano was permitted to land upon Bothuwai. The easiest part had been achieved... now it was a matter of discussing, at length, an appropriate deal that would bring the Bothans to support the GA.
With the arrangements made, a transport would issue from the Pertinax, taking the Senator, an aide and a couple squads of Galactic Alliance soldiers down to the planetside to begin negotiations.

Han made his way from his quarters down to the cargo bay, as the Moondancer was cleared to head planet side. BB-Awesome was close in tow as he arrived to the Cargo hold, nodding to Clem. He noted the new bump on the side of the man's head, presumably from some new accident he had managed to get himself in to
Once more, her sleep was plagued by nightmares of Mace Fury and his gang. Causing Penny to startle awake in her cabin. Even though she was fairly confident Mace was dead, something deep within her doubted that was so. Like she could feel his vile presence out there somewhere. But he was not here now, and for that, she was grateful.
Penny grabbed a jacket and put it on, before making her way from her cabin to the cargo hold, where the others were starting to gather "Morning..."

@serrinroma Athen Caydence@kazdeloucoa @borgostavrax From the depths of space, a group of four warships exit hyperspace, bearing the markings of the Corellian Coalition. The lead ship, a MC90 Cruiser, was escorted by a trio of Thranta-class Corvettes. Bothuwai had long been an intended planet to communicate with with the hopes of bringing them into the fold of the Coalition. Graemon Gorgano, fresh from the events on Hapes, arrived in system with his delegation from the Coalition. Bothuwai was a prize to gain if negotiations went well. For the Coalition would gain yet another prized shipyard, the valuable Bothan SpyNetwork, and the rumored presence of the Sector Rangers within the region of Bothan Space. Graemon had prepared himself for this and hoped all went accordingly.Bothan Planetary Security, this is the Coalition warship, Vigilance. On behalf of Representative Graemon Gorgano of Fondor, we request permission to land and speak with your leaders on the matter of politics, concerning both the Coalition and your government. The Baron Gorgano seeks a union between Bothan Space and the Coalition and hopes a compromise can be achieved. Vigilance out!

There was the space of a few moments before the open channel received a response.
Vigilance of the Corellian Coalition, you have entered Bothan space with claims of a diplomatic mission. Please transfer ident codes for verification.
Another few moments would go by as they would receive the requested information and would run it against known previous Alliance ident codes. Similarities would be made known, and they would establish these codes as those of the newly-formed Corellian Coalition for future IFF readings.
Thank you, Vigilance. On behalf of the Bothan Systems Initiative, Bothawui welcomes the delegation of Baron Gorgano. Please proceed to Drevstarn Spaceport with your delegation. Your main capital vessels are welcome to hold here in high orbit over the planet. Councilman Ont'Koran's assistant will await you there and will bring you to meet the members of the Council as soon as they can be assembled. Drevstarn Tower, out.
The tower would transfer a set of debarkation instructions as well as the necessary forms to be filled out documenting the arrival and reasoning for the Coalition's visit on the proper channels along with the "All-Clear" signal.

With the friendly response, the first step was taken. The small formation of ships moved into high orbit over Bothawui, beginning their idle trajectory while the delegation boarded a shuttle and proceeded down to the planet below. A trio of X-83 TwinTail starfighters acting as escorts for the delegation's transportation to the planet below.

The swirling blue of hyperspace flew by them in the blink of an eye. It was always a strangely beautiful sight, though gazing upon it came with its share of risks. Luckily the crew aboard the well-armed CR90 paid it no mind. Other tasks required their attention and with their destination close arriving, they had to be ready for what was to come.
Towering over any member of the crew resided Vakim, the Chistori Jedi. They knew very little about the task ahead of them, so he had spent much time lost in thought. It wasn't uncommon to face so many unknowns, but this was something else. All he could hope was that getting to the ground would be an easy task. From there, hopefully, enough light would be shed on the situation to develop a more solid plan. Taking a deep breath, the armored Jedi moved up to the captain. Captain Hital, what's our ETA?"
The older human male looked over his console as the low, gruff voice spoke. It was only a few seconds of silence, assessing the remaining distance and time before turning to Vakim.
"We are currently twenty minutes out, my lord."
Vakim gave a nod before turning. "Inform me when we arrive. Make sure we come out of hyperspace far enough away that we don't inadvertently trigger any hostile intent." Clan gave a nod and salute as Vakim departed from the bridge. With twenty minutes left of their trip, he would be able to speak with the others so everyone was on the same page for this mission.
Entering the briefing room, he sent a message to the few Jedi who were accompanying him on this message to head to the briefing room: @kallistarflight and her former apprentice Vivikayl Barmirr, Alexia Vilbri, and Achiira Taan.

Kalli Caelum Starflight and Vivikayl Barmirr were wandering down one of the long corridors of the blockade runner, both for very different reasons. For Kalli, she centered herself and her mind, falling into a mobile meditative state. For Vivikayl, she was attempting to rid herself of her endless energy. Both were called into this mission for very different reasons, and Vivikayl knew that the pressure was on. That nervousness sent even more adrenaline to course through her veins, making it an even harder accomplishment to calm herself. However, she would need to rein it back. Vakim’s message went off, alerting them to meet in the centralized briefing room.
Surprisingly, though, both were silent as they ventured towards the briefing room, Vivikayl included. As they entered the room, Kalli offered a bow in greetings towards Vakim. The young Echani followed, mimicking her old Master’s movements exactly.
Vivikayl, though, knew that others were on this ship--Alexia and Achiira. While Kalli had requested that the two roamed the vessel alone, she bit down on her excitement to finally see the two on the ship. Even if she remained relatively calm, the slight, impatient bouncing on her toes and constant glances back and forth from the entryway showed that she was just an inflated balloon ready to pop. It was as if she was wholly unaware of the dangers that were to come.
Kalli remained solemn, though, as she made her round to stand as close to Vakim in the briefing room without disturbing him. This was his mission, after all, and one she would only supersede his decisions as she deemed absolutely necessary. Knowing Vakim, though, that would be an incredibly rare occurrence if it would even happen at all. This time, she was but another member on his team, and she stood silent and attentive to all that he would instruct for this upcoming mission.

It wasn't but a minute or so after the arrival of Kalli and Viv that Alexia joined the group. Giving a bow to Vakim and the others, she glanced over to Viv, noticing the small movements she made. She couldn't help but laugh in the depths of her mind. Oh what a pain it must have been for her to actually remain composed and proper while aboard the ship. No place to really go and release all that energy that seemed to be unending.
Master Starflight had requested that the two of them remain separated, something she knew frustrated the Echani. While a bit rough, it had allowed Alexia the time to meditate and prepare for what was to come. She knew nothing really other than they were being sent to investigate Bothawui. As such, she knew she needed to ready her mind for whatever task that was presented to them. As such, she came dressed in her combat gear, something typically only worn on missions. A trailing white cloak that was attached around her waist, small red pauldrons, as well as some lighter weight armor on her arms, shins, and chest. Her hair was even mostly held up so it didn't get in her way.
With her moment of silent introductions out of the way, she moved to stand to the side. She, like the others, was gathered by Vakim for this mission by what she could gather. Being asked by such a respected and dedicated Jedi was an honor, one she couldn't deny him. He certainly had his history though. A Jedi that had learned to utilize the dark-side without falling to its influence for the sake of the Jedi. It was also Achiira's first time meeting him, making the girl curious as to the padawan's impression of the Chistori.

It felt like only moments ago that Achiira was at the Jedi Temple on Felucia when she'd offered to join the team of Jedi Knights led by Vakim, a Jedi she had not met until then, and wished it had been under better circumstances. She later found out that he was a Chistori, a species she'd only heard of but never saw before. Something left her feeling quite intimidated about him despite his calm and gentle spirit she felt within him, but she put it down to his big build and towering height compared to her little structure. She'd be interested to learn about him personally at some point.
After Over hearing a conversation between Vakim, Kalli, Viv and Alexia, Achiira had volunteered when she'd a sudden sense that something wasn't quite right. There was a stirring within her thoughts, an attention brought to the front of her mind that she seemed to have picked up on from Vakim, yet she couldn't place her finger on his thoughts. The force was speaking to Achiira, only this time if felt different, an urgency, she felt heated and slightly anxious by it, disturbed. She knew then she had to go with the Jedi, her friends.
She felt nervous. There was a sickness to her stomach. An overwhelming sweat beaded her forehead as she walked down one of the long corridors of the blockade runner, it seemed never ending. The only thing that kept her held together was feeling the presence of the other Jedi aboard the ship, it kept her grounded somewhat. Just then she had received a message to make her way to the briefing room, and turned the next corner to another long corridor.
As she approached the room she wiped away the sweat that had gathered on her forehead, took a few deep breaths in and breathed them out heavily whispering between each one. (There is no emotion, there is peace. There is no emotion, there is peace. There is no emotion, there is peace.)
She entered the briefing room, giving a bow to the group that gathered, looking each one in the eye as she did so. She walked over to stand by Alexia and gave her a slight nod as she stopped beside her. Achiira did her best to remain in control and keep composed, hoping that no one would pick up on her nerves, but she did wonder if anyone else had felt what she did back on Felucia. She looked over at Viv, and gave a small smile to her knowing she'd been waiting to see her.

Vakim stood adjacent to the entrance as each member made their way into the room. He knew each of them except one. Of those that he did know, each was skilled in their own ways. Capable fighters with their own touch of abilities that separated themselves from the others, especially Master Starflight, who he was glad to have on this mission. He knew only so much, so trying to build a proper team was difficult. He could only hope that their current make up would suit the situation well enough.
As the last person arrived, his emerald eyes focused through his horned-helm upon the one he didn't know: Achiira Taan. By what he knew, she arrived while he was off on another mission but up until this point and he had not the chance to meet her. She was padawan still, seeking growth from a master, one she didn't have the last he heard. Originally, it had only been meant to be a mission utilizing the skills of the four, but upon hearing of the mission, asked to be brought along. Not knowing anything about her, the Chistori was reluctant to grant her such permission. Yet, the others insisted it would be a good idea. Being outnumbered in the matter and trusting Kalli's judgment, he allowed her on the mission. In the end, he knew some further experience with others among the Felcuian Jedi would be good, and with four others, he doubted there would be any issues.
Once all was ready, he stepped up to the briefing table and activated a projection of the world. "Now that everyone is here, let us begin. A few days ago, we received a transmission regarding the planet of Bothawui. Based on what we gathered, the planet is in a bit of disarray. Though it has not yet been confirmed, it is highly believed that a disease has begun to ravage the planet, its focus currently out in the barren plains, specifically here around Mesa 291." As he spoke, he enlarged the view of the planet to the area mentioned. "Based on what we could gather, there have been losses within the hundreds over the course of a few months' time. While a disease is expected, it's not out of the question that something else is behind the death of so many. As such, we are running on limited information. Until we land and get a better handle on the scene, we are moving into the unknown."
Cutting off the holoimage, Vakim took a breath. "Normally, we do not involve ourselves so heavily in the affairs of other worlds unless they request our assistance. But the transmission also provided a sense of urgency to the matter, suggesting that this threat could be of a greater danger if left unchecked. It will be our task to aid others in any way we can and assess the situation and quell whatever threat that may come up. Any questions?"

As the two others entered the briefing room, Vivikayl beamed ear-to-ear in an ecstatic smile. Usually, these sorts of missions were left to more rigid and dull Jedi of the higher ranks. Not knowing much of anything at all? It could spell danger and quickly. Then again, Vivikayl still hadn't gotten used to the idea that she was now considered a Knight, as was Alexia. They were the 'higher ranks' now. Achiira, though? Well, that was a puzzling matter even she couldn't decipher. She was sure that her old Master would have spoken against the idea, yet she stood for it. Although Kalli's reasons were left to herself, Vivikayl couldn't help but wonder as her eyes strayed towards the youngest woman in the room and smiled.
Before Vivikayl could leave her side to join the other two women, Kalli was quick to snap Vivikayl back to attention with a stern side-glance and a gentle warning wafting within the Force. The actual danger that rested beneath the surface was that Kalli attempted to do very little in this mission. It would be up to Vakim, Vivikayl, Alexia, and Achiira to handle whatever that came before them once they hit the planet's surface. She was here to observe, to be just another comrade for this mission that Vakim spearheaded. The Chistori had long been among the Felucian Jedi and had proven his strengths and unfaltering loyalty. Despite his rough, dark past, she wanted to watch the way he took charge among his fellow Knights to further push along his progression to the Council. What more, she had agreed to bring Achiira along for similar reasons. Although the young girl had many unofficial instructors, tutoring her along the way, Achiira was still in need of a Master to progress with her training. All three would be relying on Vivikayl to be a reliable companion with whatever was to come. She needed the young Echani to pay close attention as Vakim briefed them with all that was known. With it, Kalli managed to manipulate the Force within the Echani's mind, Vakim's voice now booming in her head with an ominous warning to force her attention upon him instead of her friends.
Vivikayl gulped and snapped her silvery gaze back upon the Chistori and the holomap of the terrain. Of course, as expected, very little was known about this whole thing, and they were still lucky enough to be sent to check it out. Mesa 291. Disease--possibly. Something else--well, that was possible, too. Great, the Echani sighed. Usually, the unknown thrilled the young woman, but whatever Kalli had managed to do seemed to snap her into a place that the team needed her to be in.
"If this doesn't end up being a disease, what sort of dangers do you think we may be up against, Vakim? Give me your best guess. I mean, if people are winding up dead, then this has to be something we can help with, be it one way or another, yes?"
Vivikayl tilted her head to the side as she blinked a few times, curious to the possible 'dangers' that he mentioned. Animals and wild beasts? Intense climate? She was unfamiliar with Bothawui, and of course, she wasn't exactly the type to study at all, even before a mission to grow familiar beforehand. One might've wondered how in the world she managed to rise to a Jedi Knight. However, her question was still posed politely and -- by the Force! -- with some sense of seriousness.
Kalli, however, simply looked back and forth throughout the room as each person would talk, remaining in utter silence. There was one burning question that she wanted to pose to Vakim. However, as was her strategy throughout the whole of this mission, she would wait to see if any of the girls would ask it first.

Alexia smiled to Viv and Achiira now that all was present, but even before she could even move to interact, the holoimage appear and Vakim began his report. Focusing on the task at hand, she listened to everything the Chistori had to say. To her, it was rather odd they were going in with such little information. They might have been the investigation team, but by what she could tell, they would also be the ones handling whatever situation came their way. It was unsettling, to say the least. Yet, Vakim made sure to mention the reason they had come: urgency and high risk. Whatever information had come up suggested it was something that needed to be dealt with and quickly.
Yet, something seemed off in what he said.
She waited with a faintly surprised look as Viv spoke up with her question, taking in that small moment of seriousness that seemed to be a rarity. It was a good question at that, one that would be further back on her own. "You said that we typically do not involve ourselves unless notified by a planet. Based on how you've presented this, it seems as if this transmission did not come from Bothawui. If that is the case, who sent it, and can we verify the validity of it?"
