Reynolds, followed by Zoe and Wash, made their way to the tenth floor within the Imperial Council Hall. Upon exiting the staircase on the appropriate floor, Reynold's earbud crackled. It was Venom giving him a heads up. Nathan clutched his carbine a little tighter. He knew they were in way over their head, but he needed to keep pressing on. Ahead of them was a security checkpoint. The walk-through scanner was a twisted, mangled heap of durasteel and corroded wires. Obviously someone had tried to make their way to the vaults. Nathan and the others climbed over the checkpoint and continued on. As the reached the vault doors, which were slightly ajar, Nathan noted the skeletal remains littering the entrance to the vault. He had a bad feeling about this. He motioned for Zoe to proceed through and signaled for Wash to remain here, keeping watch. Nathan noted that the vault door had the ability to close still, which was surprising. Nathan followed Zoe into the vaults, scanning his surroundings constantly. As they entered the main vault, Nathan's jaw dropped. The walls were lined with crates upon crates of cred notes and other various types of currency. Nathan was suddenly unconcerned with any of his other worries. Now he just needed to figure out how to get this money out to the Mule and back onto his ship.

Xander's remaining consciousness was aware of both Venom and Valafar, as well as the three other humans that were currently trespassing on his domain. Despite being away from Rhommamool for so long, Xander noticed how quickly Venom was able to pick up on his essence and identify it. If Valafar was away as well, he knew better than to say anything. To test the Starkillers, Xander had managed to redirect a small pack of Tuk'ata towards them. That was a minor threat in comparison to what he was about to do to the humans wandering in the vaults.
With Venom being trained by his son, he would be able to resist a certain level of mental persuasion and influence. With Valafar's training at his own hands, he too would be able to resist any sort of mental influence, at least to a degree. The group of humans, however, would not be so disciplined against such a thing. This made them easy targets.
Xander's faint Force ghost faded from sight and left the Penthouse. It would be some time before the Starkillers reached the Penthouse leaving Xander to torment his new guests.

Valafar heard the lift doors opening and Venom telling him to fall back. Valafar sprinted with the aid of the force making a quickly and timely retreat back to the lift. One of the hounds was right behind him, Valafar turned around and sent the beast flying back ,with a force push, toward the rest of the hounds and the grenade that Venom had thrown. Valafar was now in the lift as it began to rise.
"That was far too close for my liking, extra caution from now on would serve us better. Who knows what else lurks in the shadows in this damned place."
Valafar knew from that last encounter that Venom would need to use his lightsaber when fighting more Sith hounds. Since his blaster was doing nothing more to them than throwing a small rock at them. Valafar felt his anger rising from a mere annoying ringing to a level of frustration that he had never experienced before. Valafar began calm himself down no need to let his bloodlust loose yet, the time for that would present itself soon enough.
" What the hell was that using a blaster pistol against the Sith hounds, you could have throw a small rock at them, and the same amount of damage would have been done."
Valafar stood waiting for the small Zabrak to respond. Valafar knew that if they are going to survive then Venom will need to embrace his true self, and not deny it anymore. Valafar wondered what the others were up to since they still hadn't responded to Venom.

Venom holstered his sidearm as the lift doors closed and it began to rise. He had to agree with Valafar. There was no telling what else was lurking within the ruins of the Imperial Council Hall. And then Valafar called him out on using a pistol against the Tuk'ata.
"I'm not a Sith, brother. I haven't used it in years. But you may be correct..."
Venom trailed off as he retrieved his lightsaber hilt from a concealed pouch on his belt. He simply stared at the hilt for a few moments, not wanting to fully surrender to the darkness that had engulfed him before. But he also knew that he couldn't depend on Valafar to fight off everything that was blaster resistant by himself. As Venom contemplated using the lightsaber, the lift came to a jarring halt. Venom glanced up at the display. They were only at the eighty-second floor. The Penthouse was on the one hundredth floor. This wasn't a very appealing setback. Venom reached forward and pressed the emergency release. The doors groaned in protest, but opened regardless. Venom exited the lift, Valafar following behind him. A mix of offices, conference rooms and personally tailored suites were on this floor. Venom followed the signs indicating where the stairs were. As the two Zabraks trudged silently up the stairs, Venom noticed a repair cart hanging outside the window. Venom stopped moving and simply examined it.
It was a very simple device. It operated on a pulley system, with the reel being located at the top of the building. The cart and its counter ballast were still situated at their level.
Venom thought for a few moments longer, then spoke.
"This maintenance cart. We could use it to get to the Penthouse..."
Venom then glanced down at the lightsaber hilt in his hand. After a moment's consideration, he ignited the blade. The molten bronze colored blade sprang to life. Venom carved out a neat circle in the glass for the two Zabraks to climb out onto the cart. It groaned in protest of the weight the two Zabraks had just placed upon it, however it held true. Venom quickly glanced at the cable system on the cart, then spoke to Valafar again.
"This type of system utilizes a ballast for counter weight when the cart is moving. If we throw it off and cut the cable, the ballast will pull the cable down, causing us to move up. However, there it an emergency stop near the top. We'll have to bail off of this cart before it is reached, otherwise we'll become very thin...opinions?"
Venom cast a glance at the large Zabrak. He could tell he was considering what Venom had just said. Venom waited to see his response first, before he proceeded with his idea.

Valafar thought about what Venom had said, it was a good plan to a point, where the risk of becoming "thin" was high. If they didn't time it right and jump off at the last second. Valafar also knew that the closer they got to the penthouse the more danger they would be in as his master would have left behind traps and other threats before anyone could enter the penthouse.
"I agree, this does seem like the only way we can proceed, but i must point out that if what i've heard about this Overlord is true than the closer we get to the penthouse the more threats there will be."
Valafar proceeded to walk onto the maintenance cart and stood there waiting for Venom to join him. More whispers louder this time echoed in Valafar's head, the pain they were causing was something that Valafar hadn't felt before. Valafar could only make out a single phrase, which was "Vallius". Valafar knew that it must be a name but whose? He had never heard it before, what did this mean? Valafar's face grew a worrisome look, one which he was able to hide.

Venom listened to Valafar. He didn't acknowledge the Zabrak's mention of there being greater threats the closer the came to the Penthouse, however he did secretly agree with him. Xander was a very deceptive being. There was no way of telling exactly what still was laying in wait for them. But he hoped that they were going to get the worst of it. The Captain and the others didn't need to experience the kind of torment that Xander was capable of, even in the state he was in now. Venom looked up at Valafar as he ignited his lightsaber.
"Next stop, the Overlord's domain..."
Venom trailed off, hesitant to cut the cable. But he regained his composure and flicked his wrist, causing the end of the glowing blade to slice effortlessly through the cable. Everything that happened next seemed to be a blur to Venom. The counter ballast plummeted from view as the cart lurched upwards, rapidly ascending the exterior of the building. As the cart moved upwards, Venom tried as best as he could to count the remaining floors passing by. It wasn't easy, but he figured they had several more seconds before they had to leap off the cart or be crushed by the sudden stop at the top. Venom glanced up and saw the emergency stop barricade rapidly closing in. With gritted teeth, Venom prepared himself to jump into the windows before him. As he counted down mentally, he cast a quick glance at Valafar. If he was concerned about how this would play out, he hid it well. Venom returned his focus to the situation at hand. And then the time came.
"NOW!"
He bellowed as he tensed up and leaped towards the building, lightsaber outstretched towards the window. The blade slide into the glass as if it wasn't even there, weakening it. Seconds later, Venom crashed through the glass, followed by Valafar. Shards of glass rained inwards, littering the floor. As Venom hit the floor and slid, the maintenance cart behind them crashed into the barricade on the rooftop. Debris from the cart rained back down towards the ground far below. At this moment, Venom's lightsaber had left his hand. The hilt clattered nosily to a halt a few meters from where Venom lay sprawled across the floor. His breathing had increased significantly. He lay there for a few moments, then started laughing. And not a maniacal laughter, but a genuine laughter out of amusement.

As Nathan continued to search through the crates within the vault, an odd sensation came over him. He glanced up from what he was doing to see where Zoe was. As he did so, the entire room seemed to shift unnaturally. A darkness swept over the room, causing everything to disappear from view for a split second. As everything came back into focus, Zoe was laying on the floor. Nathan jumped up from his spot and sprinted over to her, calling to Wash in the process.
"Wash! Get in here now!"
As Nate approached Zoe, he noticed that her eyes were rolled back and her breathing was incredibly shallow. Wash approached with a very concerned look on his face.
"Is she...?"
He dared not finish that question. Nate shot him a dirty look.
"Get the Mule up here now. The halls are big enough for her to fit. We need to get Zoe out of here and get the hell off the gorram planet. The hell with all this loot. We'll grab what we can and leave."
Wash reluctantly nodded in agreement and left the vault. Nathan continued to try and bring Zoe back from whatever had befallen her so suddenly.

The Pious Inquisitor exited hyperspace near the crimson planet of Rhommamool. Vallius stood on the bridge, looking out the main viewport. Terrible memories of the final bloody battle between the Independent Alliance and the Empire flooded back into his mind. It hadn't be an easy battle. The Overlord had made them fight for every little bit of ground they had gained, both in orbit and on the planet below. Vallius was fairly certain he didn't want to be here. But his god-father was in danger. And his former allies aboard the Serenity needed help. He wasn't about to turn away from them when they needed him. Vallius spoke to the ship's A.I fragment.
Vallius:"Status update."
The A.I paused for a few seconds, then spoke over the speakers on the bridge.
"Standard Orbit achieved. Initial scans indicate nothing out of the ordinary. But most don't know what they are looking for. I directed our deep scans of the vicinity towards Osarian. I couldn't pick up much at this range, but what I did make out was shocking."
The A.I then summoned a holographic map of both Rhommamool and Osarian to the table. Vallius strode over to it, silently observing as the A.I continued to speak.
"There are strange energy fluctuations emanating from Osarian, that much is clear. The nature of this energy eludes me, as our scanners can't get a fixed reading. I can only assume it is the disruption field that Captain Reynolds mentioned earlier. At this distance, we are in no danger of falling victim to the field. If we were to approach Osarian from the dark side, we would avoid the field completely. It appears to be concentrated in a cone, starting from Osarian and engulfing the majority of Rhommamool.
Vallius nodded, then spoke.
Vallius:"Patch me through to Sergeant Marek."
A few seconds later the Sergeant's gruff voice could be heard.
Sir?
Vallius sighed, and spoke to the Sergeant.
Vallius:"Sergeant. We'll position the ship closer to Osarian's dark side. You will take the escort shuttle to the planet's surface for recon purposes. Report back once you have located the source of this disruption field. And be careful. There is no telling what my grandfather left behind. Be on the look out for deception. I sense there are far greater dangers on the surface of Osarian than this disruption field."
Understood sir. We'll do our best. I will report in when I have found something. Marek out.
Vallius returned his attentions to the main viewport as the ship accelerated towards Osarian. He crossed his arms and simply observed. If one had known of his father, Viox Savage, during his younger years, many would assume upon first glance that it was he who stood on the bridge of the Corvette, not his son. The Pious Inquisitor continued to move into position over Osarian.

As Valafar and Venom jumped through the window to safety, only a single thought went through his mind and that was how much fun he was actually having. It had been quite some time since he had experienced anything as thrilling as jumping through a window on an abandoned planet. Valafar had almost forgotten the concept of fun, due to being isolated for years. This took him back to a time before Xander had found him and made him into the man he was today. The thought faded as he and Venom landed with the cart crashing behind them. Valafar had already gotten up and was brushing himself off when he looked over at Venom who was laughing.
"Well brother if you are finished we really should keep moving, no telling what is still waiting ahead of us"
Valafar walked over to give his Clan brother a hand to help get himself up. As he waited he thought of the what the whispers had said. Was this Vallius a force ghost long dead trying to tell him something or is it something else. Valafar thought if he should ask Venom, since he did know a lot about this place. Just as Valafar was about to ask Venom as question, a reptilian hissing could be heard...

Venom finished laughing and accepted Valafar's extended hand. Valafar pulled Venom to his feet. Venom proceeded to brush himself off and examine himself for any sort of injury. As he did so, a reptilian hiss was heard. Venom wheeled about and stared down the corridor, searching for the source of the noise. And that's when he spotted it. A four meter long, green scaly beast stood at the end of the corridor, eyeing them up. A second creature seemed to appear out of thin air right before his eyes. Venom knew what these creatures were. And they were even more dangerous than the Tuk'ata they had faced on the ground floor.
"Hssiss." Whispered Venom cautiously.
The Hssiss were considered to be a Dark Side Dragon, where they were drawn to places of carnage and suffering. And Rhommamool certainly had fit the description. The Hssiss were also poisonous. A victim bitten by the reptilian creatures would suffer from the effects of a dark side poison. Not something Venom wanted to experience. As Venom continued to stare down the way at the beasts, then suddenly sprang into action, disappearing from sight.
"Let's get out of here!" He hollered.
Venom spun on his heel and took off running in the opposite direction from where the Hssiss had been spotted. They were not equipped to fight a poisonous creature that could temporarily go invisible. As he ran, Venom summoned the Force and pulled his lightsaber hilt to his hand. Despite not having been an active Sith in many years, he was still fairly sharp with most of the lesser abilities he possessed as a Sith Apprentice. Venom sprinted down the corridor, sliding on the heels of his boots as he spun around a corner and continued running away from the beasts that now undoubtedly pursued them.

Nathan was still tending to his First Mate, Zoe, as best he could given the present circumstances. She was out cold, but still alive. Wash had just signaled him that he was bringing the Mule up to their location. Nathan left Zoe's side and walked out into the hall to help guide Wash into the Vault. He was very displeased with the situation, and hoped that Venom and his new found pal were having better luck. Nathan watched the Mule carefully back up towards the Vault doors. That's when it happened. A tremor shook the entire building. Dust and dirt rained from the ceiling far above them.
What in the gorram galaxy were Venom and Valafar doing? He though to himself.
As he continued to mull over his thoughts, he stepped forward to guide Wash back. That's when it happened. The roof collapsed down with a tremendous rumble, followed by an equally loud and devastating CRASH! Nathan watched helplessly at the Mule, along with Wash were crushed. Horror stricken, Nathan was about to run forward. As the dust began to clear, the lumbering shadow of their passenger, Valafar, strode towards him. His eyes were a glowing red, matching the red glow of the lightsaber in his hands. And then it dawned on him.
This had all been a setup right from the very beginning. Valafar had used him and his crew to get what he wanted.
Anger coursed through him. He was mad and he felt betrayed. Not to mention a mysterious ailment had befallen Zoe and Wash was most likely crushed beneath the rubble now resting where the Mule had been moments ago. Nathan drew his pistol and fired three consecutive shots off at Valafar, who effortlessly deflected them away.
"So this is how it ends? You use my and mine, then stab us in the back. And for what? To return to this gorram relic of a planet?"
He spat the words angrily at the Zabrak. The Zabrak merely grinned malevolently. If he was going to die, he at least wanted the answers first. But the Zabrak seemed to not be in a talking mood. The towering Zabrak stopped in his tracks as a ghostly apparition appeared beside him. It turned to Reynolds and spoke. Reynolds merely stared, stunned.
"I have all the answers you seek, Nathan Reynolds. And I am afraid you will find them very distasteful. Valafar here, is merely acting upon my will. He is my apprentice and he is bound to me, as I am to him in my present state. You trespass upon my domain with the intentions of stealing from me. I cannot allow that. And so, you and yours must die. Simple."
As the apparition spoke, its visage became clearer. A muscular, tattooed Zabrak. Eyes as black as space itself. Ragged combat fatigues covered the apparition's lower half, but the upper torso remained bare. A six in ring of horns circled the apparition's head and a long single ponytail of white hair could be made out. Reynolds finally understood who this was, despite never having actually faced him during the Fall of the Imperial Sovereign House of Savage.
"Xander Savage."
The apparition smiled at being recognized so easily.
"In the flesh...so to speak. You know me and I know you. You allied yourself with my son and grandson. You helped orchestrate the collapse of my Empire. And so I figured it was time to pay you a visit."
Reynolds snorted in disgust.
"So what, you kill my crew and me? And for what? Because we crashed your party all those years ago and you still hold a grudge?"
Xander's apparition seemed to pulse brighter. His lip curled into a snarl.
"You seem to have an incredibly over-inflated view of yourself, Captain. Normally I wouldn't be bothered to deal with an insignificant sentient such as yourself, but past events make it abundantly clear that even disillusioned smugglers such as yourself can be troublesome if given the appropriate tools. Such an oversight will not be repeated in the future."
Nathan then chuckled at this.
"You know, the whole glowing and reaching out from the afterlife is cool but you ain't so terrifying now that you are dead."
At this remark, Xander extended his left hand and formed a vise with his index and thumb. Reynolds felt an invisible hand wrap around his throat at he was lifted off the floor. He coughed and sputtered. He could still breath, but in short, shallow gasps.
"Oh I am afraid you will find me to be very much alive. I merely lack a physical form to call my own. But since you have hand delivered me a suitable substitute until such time as I have one, he will have to make due. Perhaps you have already made his acquaintance? Captain, meet Valafar Starkiller. My apprentice..."
At the mention of his name, Valafar stepped forward. A mingled look of shock and terror appeared on Nathan's face as he struggled to maintain his breathing.
"Congratulations, Captain. You have landed you and your crew a front row seat to my very own resurrection. Think about it. Ever since you encountered my dear Valafar here, you've been doing exactly as I have wanted. Despite not having a body or an Empire at my disposal, I am still more than capable to influence the galaxy. And I know what you are thinking. After all, we are in your head right now. You are still asking yourself why. I am in a generous mood, so I'll give you the answer. Because I am the very essence of the dark side itself! I have worked tirelessly through the millenia to find a way to immortalize myself. And I have succeeded. First it was merely longevity. Unnaturally long longevity. It came with a price. And after all these years, I have finally paid the price. By having my son strike me down, I became more powerful than any other Force user could fathom! Valkorion had the right idea, but the wrong execution. Palpatine was narrow minded. I have achieved something that no Sith has ever truly achieved. And now you shall bear witness to my physical rebirth...I have wasted enough energy playing in your head. You will be given free passage out of here. Help yourself to the wealth that remains. None of it is important to me. You have brought me something far greater than wealth could ever provide...and I want you to live. I want you to escape here and warn the galaxy. My Empire will rise again. And this time, none of you will be left behind to stop me..."
Xander's apparition faded from sight as Nathan was released from his grip. He fell to the floor. As he impacted with the cold marble, he was suddenly sitting upright, gasping for air. Zoe and Wash were both standing over him, looking very concerned. Dazed and confused, he spoke.
"Wh...what happened about me?"
Zoe was the first to speak.
"Welcome back sir."
Even more confused, Nathan adjusted his seated position to get a better look around. They were still within the Vault.
"Did I go somewhere?"
This time Wash was the one to speak up.
"Very nearly. You were saying something about how I needed to bring the Mule up here, and then you were thrashing about on the floor. What happened?"
Nathan took a few moments to process what Wash had just said. The image of Xander was still fresh in his mind's eye. And the stunning revelation finally sunk in. They needed to get off the planet. They needed to grab whatever they could carry down to the Mule, get back to Serenity, patch her up enough to be space worthy and leave this system. Nathan pulled himself to his feet, shook his head to clear the dizziness and nausea, then barked orders.
"Grab whatever you can carry and make your way down to the Mule. We are heading back to the ship and getting off this planet. We need to leave here as fast as we can."
If either of them had questions or wished to protest, neither did. They simply got to work. Nathan retrieved his carbine and began filling his pockets with whatever looked valuable. They had officially worn out their welcome on the gorram planet.

It was done. Xander was beginning to set a series of events into motion. Reynolds and his remaining crew members would leave, to spread word of his resurrection. Hopefully it would reach the ears of his son in due time. For now, he had what he wanted. Valafar was doing exactly as he had been ordered to. Though Xander expected nothing less from the large Zabrak. He had after all, trained him to carry out his bidding without question. And as an added bonus, Valafar had brought Venom Starkiller to him. Venom had escaped during the fall of the Tyrian Triumvirate. And now the two sole remaining members of Clan Starkiller were here. Xander would utilize them both to achieve his goals. Nothing was going to stop him. Nothing.

Venom sprinted down the hall as fast as his legs would carry him. The Hssiss that now gave pursuit were no laughing matter. They were agile, poisonous and could practically disappear from view. None of those qualities did Venom truly care for. As the duo ran down the corridor, Venom noticed the sign posted for the stairs.
"Left!!" He bellowed loudly.
And with that, he slid on his heels and jumped through the doorway. Once Valafar was through, he slammed his fist on the control pad. The door slide shut with a whoosh. A growling hiss could be heard.
"Well, we've escaped this danger for now. What's next? We still have one more floor to go before the Penthouse. I hope the Captain and his crew haven't ran into this much trouble..."

The trek back through the Imperial Council Hall with a satchel full of loot had been uneventful, at least until the hit the ground floor. The Tuk'ata that had attacked Venom and Valafar before they took the lifts to go further up were still prowling the halls, waiting. Fortunately, something caught their attention and drew them away from the main atrium. Nathan and his crew were able to sneak back out of the Council Hall and board the Mule. As Nathan settled in his seat and Wash took the controls, Zoe spoke up.
"What about Venom and our passenger? Aren't we going to wait for them?"
She asked, with a mild hint of concern in her voice. Nathan simply glared at her.
"We ain't waiting for them. I've seen what's going to happen and I ain't fond of it. They are staying here. If by some chance Venom can get away, he knows where Serenity is parked. 'sides, we got work to do. The ship needs to be patched up 'fore we can take her out of the world."
And with that response, Zoe went about securing the cargo for them to depart back to where the Serenity was parked.

After escaping from the Hssiss, Valafar and his clan brother began to walk up the stairs that would led them to the penthouse. Valafar felt proud that he was about to complete the will of his master. Although something in the back of his mind told him that this mission was far from over. Before long the annoying whispers were back and this time they were louder and the phrase had changed from "Vallius" to "Viox", Valafar still didn't know what it meant. Valafar decided quickly that it would only be a matter of time before the meaning of these whispers would be revealed. Valafar pushed these thoughts behind him, as they were nearing the exit of the stairwell and they would enter the penthouse suite. In a matter of mere seconds the two Zabrak were at the exit. Valafar opened the door and walked into the penthouse.
"I'll look over there"
Valafar pointed to one side of the room and walked half way there when everything went black.
Valafar didn't know what to think, he was either knocked out or something else is going on. Valafar could feel the presence of his master, but why he wasn't meditating. Something was definitely happening to him and it wasn't good. The whispers came rushing back, now Valafar could hear both phrases "Vallius" and "Viox". Valafar began to see a blue blur, which appeared to be a Zabrak. It was clear that it was the one whispering to him, Valafar wondered who this was and why it was communicating with him.

The Delta-Class JV-7 escort shuttle from the Pious Inquisitor broke through the dense atmosphere over the planet of Osarian. Sergeant Marek sat in the back with nine other Stormtrooper Commandos. They were tasked with disabling the Disruptor Field that currently encompassed the neighboring planet of Rhommamool. Osarian, in comparison, was an emerald. It had forests, mountains, oceans and ice caps. The shuttle soared through the sky, towards the remains of the Imperial Military Academy. The signal was emanating from there, so undoubtedly that was where they needed to be. Marek spoke over the encrypted team frequency.
Alright, we've been given an objective of a much different variety than we usually receive. Today we are Stormtroopers. We are soldiers. Not peacekeepers, not lawmen, not mercenaries. Today we are picking up the roles we so easily cast aside when we left the Empire. Let's show them we still have what it takes! Let's show them we haven't gotten soft with time. We are still the hardened soldiers the Empire needed. So let's shut down this Disruptor Field and save our allies from the Overlord once more!"
An "Ooh-RAH!" rang out from the nine other members within the passenger bay of the shuttle. The pilot's voice rang over the speaker in the bay.
LZ looks clear. Starting our approach. Boots on the ground in sixty!
Sergeant Marek gripped his rifle and prepared to do his job as the shuttle made it's way to the overgrown landing platform outside the Officer's Barracks on the IMA (Imperial Military Academy) grounds.

As Xander's essence made its way back to the Penthouse, he was bombarded by another presence. One that was familiar to him. And for a few moments that presence overpowered him. The image appearing within Valafar's mind was that of his father. And image of a black and yellow tattooed Zabrak appeared. The apparition spoke to Valafar.
My son, you need to flee this place immediately! My brother is a monster and he will stop at nothing to use you to bring about his own revival. You are in grave danger...he is too powerful for me to speak to you here. Find my holocron and speak to me once you are free from this place...
And then the image shifted abruptly to the black and blue tattooed visage that was Xander.
Apprentice, move to the far door and press the glowing button. Step inside and follow where it leads. Bring your companion with you...
And then Xander's image faded as well. But the instructions were given. And Venom was to accompany Valafar wherever he went.

Valafar having listened two ghostly apparition one was clearly his master while the other one looked like a cross between him and Xander. The first apparition had called Xander his brother and had also called him his son. Valafar was confused if the first apparition was Xander's brother how could it also be his father, for he Valafar was a Starkiller and Xander was of clan Savage. Valafar would obey his master's will and with that he moved over to a door that his master told him about.
"Follow me Brother"
Valafar signaled for Venom to follow him.

Venom, not terribly eager to poke around through the belongings of the Penthouse's former resident, noticed Valafar motioning him over. So he fell into step and followed Valafar over to a door at the opposite end of the room from which they had entered. There was a glowing button on the wall. As some nagging sensation told him it was a better idea to not push it, Valafar was already pushing it. And then he proceeded into the room beyond. Venom followed, not wanting to be left alone in this place. He had no idea where they were going, or what they were looking for, but they needed to find some stuff of value before the Captain decided it was best to just leave them there.
"Whatever it is we intend to collect from here, we should do it quickly. The Captain may not wait for us if we take too long..."
He definitely didn't like the idea of being left behind here. Even if the Captain didn't want him on the ship anymore, surely he wouldn't just leave Venom behind on this planet. But it was hard to say. With them being so close to Xander's old life, anything was possible at this time.

Valafar walked over to the button and raised his right hand and pressed it. The door made a high pitch sound as it opened like it hadn't been opened in years. Valafar walked through as so as the door was fully open, he continued down the hallway and made his way turbolift at the end of hallway. Valafar began to feel the pull of a holocron, it felt like the presences of his master, but it wasn't. Valafar walked towards the shelf that this strange holocron was sitting on, Valafar looked at it and picked it up. Valafar quickly placed the holocron into a pouch on his utility belt. He then walked up to the turbolift and pressed the panel and called the lift up to them.
