So the prequels get a lot of hate from a lot of us but they aren't all bad, in fact I enjoy watching them even though they do a lot wrong, the writing is terrible, the romance was awful, THERE WEREN'T ANY SMUGGLERS! and the plot was...let's just say convoluted and move on. The same is true of the sequels, a lot of people hate on them and it isn't all unwarranted but they aren't all bad either in the same way that the originals aren't all good. Anyway, like I said, they aren't all bad and this thread isn't meant to rag on them, quite the opposite in fact, I'd like to talk about our favorite parts of each because they for better or worse are all part of canon now and we all here love Star Wars.
So let me start. I'm going to keep mine to a sentence or two to start.
The prequels are the pinnacle of lightsaber combat in my opinion and the use of the force is when I first saw what could be done with it, it always left me wanting to see more but in a good way.
The sequels bring me back to the original trilogy, some might see that as a bad thing but I enjoyed the parallels between them, I also like that it isn't all black and white, there are areas of grey that we've never really seen before.
Ok your turn, but keep in mind, this isn't here for arguments, it's meant to be a positive way to celebrate even the parts of Star Wars that we may not like.

Prequels -I actually really loved Attack of the Clones, Jango was so cool and I loved Kamino as a location it felt very real and exciting. Anakin was sulky and his dialogue was terrible but the rest of the cast were great.
Sequels - Watched The Last Jedi again the other night and it was better second viewing, I noticed all the tiny details that missed the first time, like Luke's feet leaving no marks in the salt, and the things Rey stole from Luke! The only thing I'd have changed was to have let Leia die at the beginning, it would have worked better for the story than her pulling herself through the vacuum.

Prequels: Darth Maul <--- Obviously. And Qui-Got Jinn. Because Liam Neeson is awesome! But side from that, I will agree with Ade on this, the prequels did well with lightsaber combat. It was nice to see. Also, for as much hate as they get, they weren't terrible. At least not to me. Anakin, if you can look past the angsty-emo teen and horrible dialogue, is actually quite and interesting character. Combined with some theories I have watched, I actually like his character a lot more.
Sequels: Honestly, I liked the nostalgia that The Force Awakens brought back. And the parallels, while annoying and frustrating at first, were actually kinda neat. I also enjoyed the fact that there was something out there that was bigger and more terrifying than the Empire. That was kinda neat. As for The Last Jedi, overall I enjoyed the tie-ins from previous movies and the theories that arose from the film as well. It makes speculating for Episode IX a lot of fun.
