So I decided to make up a new character and opted to pull this guy out of my barrel of waiting characters. So to get things started and see what can be achieved, I guess I better give a quick overview of Kelam's nature.
Kelam was born tuned to the Force and could feel it at an early age. However, he wasn't pulled into a any Force order and learned what was taught to him by his family, friends, and leaders (uncertain as to his place of birth as I have to go through some changes from his original design.) He grew up in a happy life and married when he was older. However, when out on a trip with his wife, he came across a group of guys that took his wife. These weren't typical thieves just wanting their valuables but men who intended to do terrible deeds about the woman while he was forced to watch. He fought to free her, but she ended up being killed. In this moment, darkness surged through him and in a fit of anger, killed the men.
Now tainted by the event, he felt that the galaxy was full of people as malicious and evil as the ones he killed. At first, he sought to cleanse the galaxy by killing off these kinds of people, but eventually began to see that it couldn't be saved and that life needed to be eliminated so new life could begin again and properly guided. Through all of this, he learned the way of the Sith, turning to the Dark-Side so that he would turn the very darkness others carried and bore upon their victims against them.
So that's pretty much it in a nutshell. He's pretty much an enemy of everyone, even other Sith. However, he could be swayed for a time by being convinced that through their power and rule, proper order and punishment could be achieved to bring forth the world he envisions.

Sounds like someone the Blackguard would be interested in...

I do look to get Kelam involved with the Sith of the Blackguard for a short time, if they'll have me. Though Kelam is jyst a Dark-side user that learned under a Sith, not so much a Sith himself. Currently, I have him seeking to only eliminate evil, which I think would come to eventually clash with any Sith order. Eventually, he'll turn to wanting all life eliminated because none of it is worth saving to him, making him just as much an enemy to most Sith.
