*Gavin listened to Vastrol, taking in the details thus far, looking at the projector.* "So bringing me up to speed. Did she leave you and take them with her? I don't expect details, but being so would seem to suggest this won't be a simple walk in, gather up the kids, and leave all happy." Ty was silent as Valstrol spoke, and nodded at hearing that San had disappeared, she felt for her adoptive siblings, but there was little she could do. They had been through this all before, she had gone rounds with Valstrol about her significance as a political person. She knew he wanted her to learn, but she was never comfortable. Then when Gavin spoke up about this mission, Ty looked up at Valstrol and tilted her head slightly Papa, would there be anyone in the Zabarian Corporation that would know me? I mean, if I am known it might be easier I suppose for us to get in and see if the children are there. She thought about the children, they had only been infants the last time she had seen them. The thought of them being any older made Ty worried, she was uncomfortable when it came to children San left shortly before my accident, Gavin. The accident that left my body and powers a shadow of what they once were. I am not entirely sure about it being a walk-in, but I suspect they would be housed in the former HQ of the Ronove Order.
Tyrana, I do not believe that the Zabarian Corporation exists. I did a full scan of the planet where there should be a Zabarian sponsored mining operation; the complex is abandoned so are the mines. I doubt anyone who would be familiar with us, save my children, is around on Ambria.

Ty nodded curtly and began to examine the hems of her sleeves, she kept quiet, thinking through what he was asking of them. Any sign of her alcohol consumption was either pushed to the back of her mind, or meeting up with Valstrol had completely sobered her up. This passion he was showing in finding his children brought a slight splinter of pain to her heart. She would never know this sort of love, even if he called her daughter, she was not by blood. Recovering her half-siblings would bring about a wedge between her and her adoptive father, one she had tried to prevent since he had taken her in. She shook her head slightly and looked back up at Valstrol. If you wish it, I will do my best She smiled, softly, and stood, looking from Valstrol to Gavin. Think you can handle me for that long? I can't promise I'll behave. I haven't gotten to kill in a while, I might go on a killing spree once we get to Ambria. Her smile widened, and it was unguarded and joyous, a reckless smile that would give a vivid glimpse of the wild, fearless young woman she had once been and was fighting to keep back.

Valstrol laughs heartily at his daughter's remark, followed by Gavin's. He comes over, patting his daughter on the shoulder. His gaze turns to Gavin. She may not look it, but she is a Horica, Gavin. You don't wanna catch her anywhere if she is in the right mood to fight and kill. Its one of the reasons why I adopted her. She has potential and I have seen her bloom. She is truly a worthy daughter to bear my surname. The Sith then keys the holoprojector to turn off. Valstrol pauses for a moment, his vision blurs causing him to rest a hand on his head. The blurry vision slowly goes away after a few moments. Thanks for watching her, Gavin. I always worry about my daughter...I always do.

*Gavin gave a nod to Vastrol.* "It is no problem. She does liven things up from a normally boring life." *His gaze shifted back to Tyra with a smirk.* "I'd say I'd like to take a stab at a real fight with her, but it might be better to pass. Someone might actually end up dead or seriously injured."

*The Astral Codex, a modified Theta-class T-2c Shuttle, slowed from hyperspace speeds and entered into the range of the sensor of the Alzoc III Planetary Defense Force's Orbital Control Stations. The shuttle slowly rotated to put the planet under it, so that if decent was allowed, the shuttle would be right side up in reference to the planet below. R2-F6, or "Fixer" as he is affectionately referred to, piloted the ship while his master was tinkering with one of the other two droids in the back of the ship.*
*Vallen had pried open the chassis of his IT-O Interrogator Droid and was in the process of realigning the repulsor-lift mechanism in the droid's hull. Fixer chirped from the cockpit; he did not need to amplify himself through the ship's intercom as the shuttle was small enough to hear everything from the cockpit. Vallen looked up from the interrogator droid and over to the cockpit. He could see the planet of Alzoc III through the viewscreen.*
Home... *He thought. It had been a long time since he had been back to his adopted home. Years, in fact, since he had disappeared into the outer reaches of known space. Vallen looked back at the interrogator droid. He was almost finished with repairs; all he had to do was close of the chassis. He deftly closed the shell of the droid and spot welded the metal orb shut, before reactivating the droid. IT-O began to float and beeped deeply, quizzically.*
You're all fixed now, IT. Just don't go running into walls again, okay? *The droid beeped angrily before dolling out a confirmation note. Vallen headed up to the cockpit as he wiped his hands off on a rag. He bent over the console and hailed Orbital Control.*
Alzoc Three Orbital Control, this is Lord Vallen von Horica, seeking a friendly berth. I repeat, I am Vallen von Horica and I am seeking permission to land.

A little droid comes into the room where Gavin, Tyrana and Valstrol were. It begins to speak with the usual droid talk, telling that a ship had just dropped out of hyperspace and a transmission was picked up. The Sith walks to the control panel and keys the transmitting signal. It was on one of the channels he used. After listening to it, the Sith grins.
I don't believe it...he is still out there as always.
A response comes to Vallen, but instead of the planet, it came from a ship nearby.
Lord Vallen von Horica, my son, its good to hear. Seems this is a fortunate reunion since your sister, Tyrana is with me. As well as a friend of hers, who remembers us from the days of the HSE. Sending you my coordinates.

*Vallen smirked. His step-father seemed as cheery as ever. As he was musing over Valstrol's temperament, he thoughts turned dark, as he wondered what the status of his mother was. He pushed thoughts as such to the back of his mind and focused on the present. Fixer beeped as he received coordinates through the transmission.*
I've got a confirmation on your coordinates, Valstrol. Beginning approach now.
*Vallen sat down in the pilot's chair and engaged the shuttle's thrusters. Slowly, the Astral Codex edged forward. It picked up speed and momentum and Vallen turned the shuttle towards the ship that had broadcasted its coordinates. As it approached, Vallen opened up the comlink again.*
Beginning landing procedures now.
*The landing gear of the shuttle lowered and the two wings gradually folded up against the hull of the ship. A deep hum resonated from the ship as a shield kicked in; its an automatic system that is triggered when the wings are closed. The shuttle crept into the hanger bay of Valstrol's ship. As it settled, the landing platform lowered. A small DRK-1 Probe Droid rocketed down the hatch and soared to the rafters of the hanger bay in order to observe everything below. The action was fast and it would be hard to follow. Next down the hatch, strolled Vallen von Horica. He was in full battle attire, with his sniper rifle strapped across his back and one of his pistols in hand. The sensors in his helmet whirred, a small red circle of a cursor whipped around his vision and analyzed everything around him.*
*Vallen stood at the end of the ramp and waited.*

Valstrol looks up from the communication panel and gestures for Gavin and Tyrana to follow him. He departs for the other side of the transport to a small hangar bay in the very rear. He climbs down a ladder and looks upon his stepson, Vallen.
Truly, this is a fortune. To have my stepson and adopted daughter with me, the Horica family is slowly being rebuilt.
The Sith walks over to Vallen, who appeared ready for battle.
What brought you to Alzoc III anyways, Vallen?

*Gavin nodded and followed in behind Vastrol He waited for Tyra to climb down after Vastrol before doing so himself. There he saw Vallen. In his time with Vastrol, he didn't see much of Vallen. Then again, his stay was fairly short. Standing a bit back, he allowed the three to have their small reunion.*

*As the trio strode up to him, Vallen's sensors performed a biometric scan of them. Tyrana seemed the same, but something was different about Valstrol. He was not the man he once was. And for Gavin; well, Vallen cared too little to remember who Gavin was. The difference in Valstrol unnerved him. In a flash, both of his Dissuader KD-30's were drawn. One was pointed at Valstrol's stomach, the other at Gavin's head.*
DRK, watch Tyrana. Make sure she doesn't do anything stupid. *There was a low hum that echoed from the rafters; a note of affirmation. Vallen turned his attention back to the other two and he motioned with his pistol to Gavin.* You! Don't move! I have no qualms about shooting a stranger. *There was a short pause.* I mean it.
*The gun pointed at Valstrol's stomach nodded.* You. Where is the real Valstrol? Your biometrics don't match. *Another pause.* And don't lie to me.

*Gavin didn't move but couldn't help but smirk. The threat of being shot sent him back to Tatooine where the stranger there attempted to threaten them. It was but empty words, not even a single action to enforce it. This, however, was not the case with Vallen. Gavin didn't know Vallen well, but being related to Vastrol and even his tone and appearance made it obvious the threat would be acted upon.*
"Well, at least I meet some who makes such a threat with promise. So many simply rely on empty words these days."

Ty had been just about to greet Vallen when he drew his pistols, and stopped short. Her hands slowly raised up in an innocent gesture as she took a step back. Her eyes sparkling as she looked her brother up and down quickly, and listened to Gavin speak to him. When she spoke to Vallen after Gavin, her voice was just the opposite of his, it was low and peaceful, somewhat trying to diffuse the situation.
I am well passed my days of acting rashly, Vallen... I see you've adopted the concept
She slowly took a step towards Valstrol, willing to do anything to protect her adoptive father if need be

Your biometrics don't match. *Another pause.* And don't lie to me. Valstrol slowly raises his hands, looking quietly at Vallen for a moment. It was indeed the first time that his stepson had seen the true form of the Sith, no wonder the boy was on edge. He offers a grin at Vallen.I am the real Valstrol Horica, Vallen. Your mother must have not told you about my past...how from the very beginning, I was a Sith Hybrid; born upon Tund to a human mother and a Sith father. I have only reverted to my true form after thousands of years.Slowly the Sith lowers his hands, keeping his gaze upon the chamber of the gun pointed directly at him. Valstrol senses Tyrana draw closer to him, but he raises his hand, signaling for her to back off a bit.Vallen, when your mother left, my body began to deteriorate once more. Something went wrong and 90% of my body was burned as a result. Only after a slow recovery by the Force, enhanced by a suit of armor did I once more try the ritual...and regain the physical identity I was born with. This is the real Valstrol...the true Darth Malvus born of Tund. The Sith sighs a little while still keeping his wits about him and his attention upon the gun pointed at him which rested within Vallen's hands. He gestures to Tyrana.Your sister, Tyrana, can confirm this, Vallen. She was the first one who noticed that I was still alive, but a husk...a shadow of what I once was after the accident that scarred my body. She was the first one who saw her father in his true Sith form. The universe thought I was gone, but I was hiding in the shadows this whole time, waiting and recovering.

*A sharp whistle echoed out of Vallen's helmet, a signal of sorts, that was responded to by a series of beeps from within his ship's hull. An IT-O interrogation droid bobbed down the ramp, its typical repulsorlift hum accompanied it. It floated over to Valstrol, almost humming with excitement. Another whistle, one that was made of three rising notes came from Vallen's helmet. This one was directed towards the DRK-1 Probe Droid in the rafters, which responded with a chirp. Immediately afterwards, a red targeting beacon lit up Tyrana's forehead. Without moving, Vallen spoke to his sister again.* I told you not to do anything stupid. I see that you didn't believe I'd honor my threat. Don't move again or my friend will gladly send a dart through your skull.
*Ignoring Gavin, his voice turned back to Valstrol.* If you are really who you say you are, you won't mind if I draw some blood, hair, and skin samples, will you? *There was barely a pause before he spoke again. No? I thought not. *With a nod to IT-O, a syringe, wire brush, and a pair of small, surgical scissors popped out from the interrogation droid. It floated towards Valstrol menacingly.*

Valstrol watches as the interrogation droid comes down the ramp. He remains quiet for a moment, watching the droid move towards him. The Sith raises his arm to the droid before turning his gaze to Vallen. He was starting to get rather annoyed by this, so it was best to settle this now.
Go ahead and take the samples you need. As long as this matter is settled...

Seeing Valstrol signal her to back away, Ty paused and for a moment her temper flared. Had it been some years ago, her temper would have made the whole situation worse, but it quickly cooled this day and she froze where she was. Watching the droid come down the ramp she tensed and began to build her force energy, just in case something had to be done. Even after her temper cooled, Ty was still tense, not for the first time since this situations started, wishing she had kept her sabers on her. Internally scolding herself for not being prepared, thinking that in Valstrol's ship there would be no danger.

*Vallen nodded to the droid and it continued to close the distance to Valstrol. It stuck the syringe in the man's neck, drawing blood, while the brush and scissors collected skin and hair samples from his arms. IT-O seemed to hum pleasurably at the action, as if it enjoyed forcibly taking samples from people. Suddenly, the tool arms of the droid snapped back inside of its body. There was a whirring sound, which was followed by an high pitched ding. The DNA samples matched old ones.* Well, it seems that my suspicions were unfounded. *Vallen lowered his weapons, though he did not relax. He never relaxed anymore; always ready for an attack. He whistled out a three tone note in binary, which was responded to by a note of affirmation from the DRK droid in the rafters. The red light on Tyrana disappeared.*
Then again, you wouldn't trust me if I wasn't suspicious, would you, Valstrol? *He grinned a toothy grin. Valstrol would notice that Vallen was looking more like an Echani these days. While Valstrol apparently rid himself of any human taint, Vallen did the opposite. He had undergone a ritual to rid himself of any Sith taint. But, it had side effects; blindness and albinism to name a couple.*

Valstrol grimaces slightly at his stepson. It appeared San had not told Vallen of the tendencies involving Valstrol's spirit transference rituals. Then again, San had vanished long ago. And Vallen had a tendency to do the same. Like mother, like son seemed to ring through his mind. The Sith calmly crosses his arms.
Though that may be true, next time I change and you pull this stunt, I may just have to fire you through an airlock to put some sense in your brain. Remember that this happens randomly; infrequently and frequently. And also remember that Tyrana is family, don't be putting weapons at family unless they have been deemed a traitor by my voice.
