The large suit of armour stood as the younger man made his way toward the door.
-The Admiral (In Mando'a) Try if they dare. They are not the first & they will not be the last.
Waiting just outside the door was one of the red-clad fire teams from before. Or perhaps it was a different one. It was difficult to tell with the identical, unmarked armour. They would quickly show the guests back to the LAAT which would then carry them down to the hanger where they landed their ship.
The Admiral glances over at his son, who had surprisingly stayed silent the whole time. It quickly became apparent that the young Dizen had finished the bottle, decided to take a nap, & was now drooling on the bar. This would not be a fun encounter all things considered.
Slowly taking the few steps that separated the two of them in the now otherwise empty room, Z'har slips the bottle out of Marcos' grasp & steps outside his reach.
To the group standing just outside the door, as they had not yet had a chance to get very far down the hall, it sounded as if someone had literally set off a small bomb inside the conference room. But who would be willing to try that on the Admiral's personal ship? Regardless, the door into the room was now firmly locked.

Tal'tracinya, disengaged from the MMC command ship and moved through orbit and towards the space lane. It passed the still active interdiction fields after half an hour of sub-light travel. Soon after it vanished into the depths of hyperspace, pursuing the unstated goals of Non-Com Or'dinii. The Gung spent the time in transit cleaning his beskar'gam, only recently given to him by his buir, or father.

I jump upright as the thunderous crack fills the room. Once my vision & hearing cleared, I noticed the old man setting a spent flash-bang grenade down on the bar next to the bottle I had finished off. A quick glance around told me that the meeting must have ended as the two of us where the only ones in the room. I know I didn't have to bother saying anything, the old man wouldn't waste time revealing why he wanted me here. Chances are it wasn't to hand over a birthday present either.

Z'har looks down at the still sitting figure of his son. Despite being a clone of himself, the boy didn't seem to have any drive to do anything over than get in fights. The boy was now twenty-five & literally didn't have a thing to show for it. By the time Z'har had reached the age of thirty, he had gained command of an entire fleet & had seen more planets than most could even name. Marcos rarely left Geonosis. This little rebellion was the finial straw. The child was supposed to keep the planet in line until Z'har had returned. Instead the planet was actively trying to rip itself apart.
-Admiral (in Mando'a) Do you have anything to say about the mess you caused down there?

It was all I could do not to break out laughing. The old man came home to a little party & immediately overreacted. It was like one of those bad sitcoms. It was a wonder that anyone listened to someone that obviously didn't know the first thing about real life.
-Marcos (in Mando'a) You know what your problem is, old man? You don't know how to relax & let the little things go.

If he had still been fully alive, Z'har might have blown a gasket at this point. An entire planet in open revolt. Billions of credits worth of planetary infrastructure lost or damaged. Access to the deep vaults cut off. This was most certainly not something that anyone with any sense would consider a 'little thing'.
-Admiral (in Mando'a) Enough, you obvious can't grasp the impact of what your incompetence has done. You will be taken to the Iron Star & held there until I decide what is to be done with you.
The door to the room slid open & 4 black clad operatives stepped into the room to lead Marcos away. Within a few minutes, a small Geonosian shuttle was making its way toward the Iron Star.

The old man had obviously lost his marbles if he thought I was going to just sit down & let him lock me away for something this minor. I didn't have too many difficulties in popping loose from my restraints & taking care of the crew.
The Geo-Shuttle was small, unarmed, & not overly fast, but it did have a hyperdrive. I waited until I was far enough away to keep any of the ships in orbit from getting in the way before I broke away from the outlined flightpath & made a break for freedom. A few minutes later with a group of Starvipers closing on my tail, I made the jump to hyperspace.

The planet was lost. It would be a pointless waste of resources to continue the campaign to retake the planet. With the remaining troops pulled back from the planet & the Deep Vault emptied, it was time to abandon the planet & turn to less hostile worlds. Once the fleet had broken the blockade & gathered back into formation, they quickly left the planet, heading towards a planet that they already had deep inroads to, Etti IV.

A ship strongly resembling a Keldabe-class battleship enters the system and begins a thorough scan of the planet Geonosis. It had been decades since the Admiral's forces had pulled out. Things hadn't improved all that much... The bugs were about back to their clone wars strength, and a few fighters, not the old ones, but an interesting new design, came out to test the new ship. It waited patiently, then fried them all in a single salvo of zoning fire. Zoning fire, being the process of shooting a round a ship and then converging lines of fire onto the vessel without giving it anywhere to run. It seemed the bugs still built fragile little machines... there was no further response from the Geonosians as the ship continued it's scans and analysis.

Slowly Kali opened her eyes and sat herself up on the med bay bed. She rubbed her eyes and extended her arms into a fully stretch and held it for a moment before rubbing her eyes. She looked down to her injured shoulder, they had either injected some amount of local anaesthetic into the wound or it had been partially healed. It was sore but not sore enough to cause any real discomfort.
She needed coffee; she needed something to wake her up. She was curious as to how long she had been sleeping but it was obviously a considerable amount considering how exhausted she had been when they had boarded after leaving Muunilist. She swung her legs over the side of the bed and entered the small bathroom off to the side of the room, there folded neatly was a boiler suit and undergarments ready for her, much like the one she had been given once she had first arrived on the ship before the attack. She stood in the shower and allowed the steam and hot water to wash over her Cleansing in mind and body. She watched all the blood, hers and others, the dust, sweat and grime from Harnaidan swirl away down the hole in the floor, she leant against the wall of the shower hypnotised as she watched it swirling around and around before disappearing into the blackness. The steam quickly engulfed the room and cleared her airways and provided a soothing relief to her aching muscles. If this was to be her life from this moment on, she was really going to need to get herself into prime physical condition or she would not last. There were aching muscles where she had believed impossible. Her entire body throbbed. She was so deeply lost within her own thoughts that if the ship were to hit an asteroid field she would have been very unlikely to notice. So much had taken place over the past day or so that her mind was a flurry of activity. She became acutely aware that she had much to learn. The displays of power she had witnessed were beyond belief; these men had shown her the true extent of the power of the force that lay within her reach if she truly applied herself. Their displays had been hypnotic and she was drawn like a moth to a flame. As Kali had drawn upon the force herself, had manipulated it at will, it had awoken a darkness within her, it had begun to drive its claws deep into her soul and anchored itself there, consuming her. She wanted the entire package; the power of the force and the power of wealth. There was only thing that disturbed her and this was Hevn and Alkor. They both appeared to have truly lost their humanity, the darkness, or so it appeared, consumed them both. To Kali they both appeared tortured, consumed with darkness and warped by death and betrayal. They appeared lost. They were not by any means Sith, Sith felt something whereas these men did not. It was this that scared her but not in the way that one would assume, it was a fear of becoming like them. Though Kali wanted to be in possession of their powers, she did not want to lose herself in the process, she wanted to grow and adapt but keep that part of herself that allowed her to experience and enjoy life at the same time, was that an impossibility? Floyd has been a curious one; she had not been able to see into him. He had darkness whilst at the same time seemed to still have his humanity, but was that true? It left her distrustful of him but this could be said for each of the them. Despite all Hevn had offered her and how much he had helped her, she still did not fully trust him. She wanted so much to trust him. He had saved her and she owed him. She felt that several times she had witnessed a glimpse of humanity within him, but was she seeing something that did not exist? Alpha had told her it was gone, that he was no longer a man, and that the sword had truly ripped that from him. Though Alpha probably knew him better than anyone, she found it hard to believe him. Why? As she finished drying her hair, and tucked in her black vest into the pale blue boiler suit, she looked into the mirror and saw herself for what felt like the first time. She was not the same person as she had been before the attack, she may have been seeing things but the woman that was staring back at her now was no longer a weak and scared little girl, what was staring back was a strong and confident woman. This one day in her life had changed her forever, she had seen things that most would never see in their lives, would never want to see. She had done things that most would never dream of. It was this line of thought that bought her mind back to when she had first arrived on the ship and then began to wonder, what kind of person had she been before Hevn had taken her memories? Had she really changed at all? She left her purple hair loose but tucked it behind her ears and rolled the top half of the boiler suit down to her waist and tied the arms there, the overly long legs she rolled up and tucked into her boots. She chuckled as she viewed herself in the mirror as she looked as if she were about to go and work on a land speeder! Her head turned toward the closed bathroom door as she heard the main door to the med bay open and heard the now all too familiar gruff voice of Alpha.
I shall be out in a moment.
Alpha If I had a credit for every time I heard one of your sex say that and take a further hour, I would be rich and out of the clasps of the boss!
Rolling her eyes she smiled inwardly as his big booming laugh type bark echoed through the room. Opening the door she walked out of the shower room and threw her medical gown into a bin near the door, she looked him in the eye and replied in a dry tone that conveyed her humour as she walked past him.
Well then I must be unique or the working girls you are used to were after more money!
His bark was loud and deep as he pats her on her good shoulder a couple of times.
Alpha You are going to fit in here just fine, just fine. Shaking his head her gestured toward her injured shoulder. How’s it feelin? Tell me as you take you ta Hevn.
They walked along the corridors in deep conversation, discussing the battle itself. Discussing Hevn and the order but the one thing he would not tell her was where Hevn was taking them, on this Alpha refused to be moved mentioning that this morsel of information was Hevns to tell her if he so wished. On the way to Hevn Alpha did indulge her one request of stopping by the kitchenette to allow her to get a large cup of coffee. She made one for herself and one for Hevn and then continued to the cockpit; by the time she had arrived she was feeling more awake and had already consumed half a cup. With a swoosh the doors opened and Kali entered with Alpha following behind her, She could see Hevn only from the back so extended her arm and held out the cup of coffee.
I bought you a cup of caff.

Geonosis. The great brown ball of dust and bugs span in front of him for hours. All the while he was waiting. When it finally came a flicker of life rose in his chest. A spark of happiness. One of the massive planetary storms brewed. A massive spiral cloud that featured lightning of all colors. Watching it rip across the planet side was a rare joy.
Hevn brings the mouth of the bottle to his lips. The Reserve given to him by the Emerald Blades was quite tasty. A honeylike and divine spirit that ran thick and burned fierce. Something his half prosthetic mouth could actually appreciate. The door hiss open behind him and he sighs. The sight of the java prompts Hevn to raise his alcohol in toast to the storm in front of them.
'Cheers. To the truest of mirrors, a reflection I cherish.'
The storm reflected the one in his mind. One ferocious act of nature that made the stirrings of his mind seem small.
Whatever words Hevn chose were for him alone. He remained silent until he lowered the bottle, to take another pull. When it fell from his lips he still did not pull his eyes from the storm. Weariness etches his face in harsh lines. The age and tire looking out through the eyes that took in the storm. The hand without the alcohol was buried in a tussle of hair at his left temple. Hevn's face had been patched up. There were no holes or gouges left to mar his ghastly visage.
"I don't drink coffee."
He spared her the scowl he would normally have spurred her with. He spared her any scorn in his tone. It was just the soft mechanical thrum of his voice.
"Alpha, you may go. Kali, sit down."
Alpha grunts loudly at the abrupt dismissal. The door shuts behind him to leave the two alone. Hevn places the bottle beside him, gesturing toward the copilot seat.
"Geonosis. We are going to catch you up to shape here, lay low a while."
Hevn could not help but grin a little as he thumbed a button on the console. A small port opening between them which held a small humidor with his hand rolled smokes inside.
"Keep the caff for yourself. Watch the storm. Ask your questions. When it is through, I shall return to you a memory. One I have deemed appropriate in succession of your apprenticeship."

As Alpha was dismissed, Kali looked up at his face and watched his expression switch from the calm and jovial expressions that had displayed only moments before, to one of frustration and agitation. She felt for him as his relationship with Hevn seemed to confuse him as much as it confused her. On one hand Hevn seemed to trust him over all others, one moment they would be acting like brothers and then within the blink of an eye, Hevn would flip a switch and Alpha became no more than employee. Her eyes followed him as he left the room. As the doors closed behind him, she turned her attention toward Hevn. Once again she was left feeling awkward. She never knew where she stood with him and it left her on edge. She took the offered seat and placed both cups of coffee upon the small console between them. She sat there stiff with her back straight, though sitting back in the chair; she was by no means relaxed. She looks out at the planet beneath them and marvels at the sight before her. It was such a strange feeling peering down upon the planet. From here it appeared so vulnerable and weak but it was more than that. Watching the dust storms of a palette full of browns, beiges and yellows intertwined sweep across the planetary surface was as hypnotic as watching the watching waves crashing against a beach before they retreated.
As he stated he was going to return a memory to her, her head snapped in his direction in surprise. This was not something she had been expecting. Kali believed that her memories were something that she was going to have to try and retrieve herself within time and with the aid of powers and abilities she had learnt, as she had never expected Hevn to offer them to her willingly. The very thought of having a memory returned to her gave her mixed emotions. The first was relief, the second was the fear. The fear of the unknown. He had told her of the situation he had found her in and felt that her life could not have been one that was full of joy and contentment. There was a fear of once she had that memory would she wish him to remove it once more? On the other hand she had a deep seated wish to know of who she was and the life she had lived for that surely defined who she was. It had carved out her very core. Internally there was confusion; outwardly she attempted to disguise it. She took a large sip of her coffee and tried to clear her mind.
She cast her gaze back to the sight of the planet below and with an even and controlled tone, asked one of the least significant of questions that had been at the forefront of her mind since entering the last of the vaults. She would work up to the more probing of questions.
When Alkor gave you the gauntlet, the expression on his face seemed to be one of disgust whilst you and Floyd had a very different reaction. Why? What is its significance?
She looked down at his smokes and sighed, verbally he had not offered her one, not wishing to assume he was, she removed a crushed packet from the pocket on her boiler suit. It was a packet she had bought back with her after scavenging it from the body of one of the fallen at the bank. She straightened the packet and removed a very bent smoke from inside. She straightened it the best she could and removed her lighter from her bra and lit it. They were not the best of smokes for they were harsh and tore at the throat slightly with each inhale but it was better than nothing. She threw the wrinkled smoke pack and lighter down on the console between them both and continued to watch the storm. She cleared her throat and took another sip of coffee to wash away the taste.
Alkor seems…She slipped the fingers of her left hand into her hair and pushed back over her head and tucked the strands behind her ear…if you were once in the same order, why did he treat you with such contempt?

The battle ship watched the planet, and the surrounding system quietly, offering no provocation to anyone passing through, though it did make a note that Geonosis had apparently drawn visitors once more. The commander wondered what business the visitor had here, but it was entirely personal curiosity. The clan had withdrawn from the dust ball long ago, when the hives went mad with a sorceress queen slaughtering all things not bug. Some thought the planet should have been glassed, but that was expensive, and it still served as a nice feint if necessary. The commander watched the rusty brown orb, beneath him wondering if the bugs would lash out again or not...

The bottle was raised to Hevn's lips as she asked her first question. From a back of his throat a few chuckles crept out. Was it the alcohol in his blood? Or the complexity of her question?
Hevn was beyond impressed with her choice of questions. She resisted the bait to ask about the memory, taking him for his word that it would be returned. Choosing instead questions that would allow her greater understanding of the events that had unfolded before her. The connection she did not make, was that her observation answered most of it.
A tipsy Hevn could not help but grin now at the storm and the short progress of his new pupil.
"The gauntlet is an immensely powerful object crafted by the Dead One, Alkor's master C'thulu. Its significance? Entirely in the eye of the beholder. You noticed we reacted differently. Alkor, and many others, find my...."
He takes another pull. The bottle was nearly emptied now. He mauled through his mind for the words.
"....interest in alchemy quite repulsive. Alkor reacted truly. In disgust. Floyd knows enough to know that the lengths I went to seize this creation gives the object great meaning and value. In it I first saw power. A tool that would grant me the means to surpass my cybernetics limits. To channel the manifestations of the dark sides energy to cast lightning and death from my fingertips once more."
Hevn placed it under Alpha's specific care, in addition to a whole hours worth of spell casting to protect it and keep the huge radiance of its power from sending ripples through the force.
"When I glimpsed upon it this time I was given a vision. As will all they come with many variables and uncertainties. With the power of the force destiny can be changed. I saw myself in glorious revenge. Carving through each of those whom I hate most with the gauntlet....."
A hard cringe wipes the smile from his face. Frustration tears the weariness from his mind and soul. He pauses painfully before continuing.
"...wielding the sword.......which is kriffing madness."
It would mean abandoning reason. Discarding brotherhood. Living up to the potential of the monster he was made to be. Hevn's potential had just become generously amplified by the acquisition of the gauntlet. It raised so many questions for the Sage. It was uncharted territory for a man whom was an expert in the field of black magics. A place to tread most cautiously.
What would happen if the two met to become one? The sword was already a burden to resist. One that was increasing his control. The more he conquered the lusting pull of bloodshed and mayhem the stronger he became. However, giving in was a delicacy he could not resist on Muunilinst. The power rushing through his body as the blades pull always found its mark with Hevn's trained hands. He was fast. Strong. Beyond any limitations he had yet been subject to save that he could not cast force lightning or bolts of hatred. It was impossible to gauge whether they would quantify each other's power, or if he could master them individually before attempting them both. Much was yet to be determined for its future.
One thing was key. Kali's memory. When he returns it he will be able see through Kali's eyes. What she saw that first time he approached her. It was an act of the force that drew him to her.
Hevn drains the contents of his rather choice selected booze, setting it on the console. From his humidor he selects three deathsticks. He places two of the smokes next to Kali's coffee, keeping the last for himself. He was too lost in thought to laugh at her bent cigarette.
"Two. One for resisting the grab. The second for your angle of questions."
He lights his. Taking a pull before releasing a faint cloud from his lips.
"Alkor and I left on unstable ground, and found ourselves meeting there again. What ever resistance he pushed through tested his limits. That immense cloud you felt when he arrived was just a fraction of what he had left to battle with. He believed someone had come to pick the bones of our forefathers. To find that one of his own had returned with a horde of elite mercenary troops, an Imperial Knight, and a girl with...."
He took another pull on his smoke. Hevn was enjoying his buzz. Living up the brief few moments he had before his body cleaned it out. With a drunken chuckle he releases again.
"...personality. Alkor hid well after the fallout and I did not expect him to be there to witness or bear the pain of my retaliation."
The storm had reached the edge of the western hemisphere. Beginning to roll over the horizon.
"Another round. Make them count."

She had to wonder as to the amount of alcohol he had consumed. It was clear within his speech as well as within his behaviour. The complex and controlled individual she had come to know had been replaced by a being that left her feeling more uncomfortable than she would normally feel when in his company. His mood switched far more quickly than normal with, what to Kali felt, a lack of control. What was it that had caused him to drink in such a way? To have a glass or two would seem an expectable amount, but what appeared to be an entire bottle led Kali to believe that something had caused him to drink such an amount. She sips away at her coffee and smokes her deathstick as she listens. She remained silent while she listened and though she remains transfixed upon the storm, which had a wonderfully calming effect upon her, she heard every single word he said and absorbed it fully. She noted the tone and the context of his words, seeking what could perhaps be a hidden within them and all the while listening for any emotion that accompanied them.
Upon his mention of wielding the sword and the gauntlet simultaneously she drew her gaze away from the storm and settled it upon Hevn. The words of Alpha as well as her witnessing the power the sword held over him came back to the forefront of her mind, for him to combine the power of the two seemed reckless, even for him. The sword was warping his mind and making him lose control, that was obvious, and if the gauntlet was to do the same, then surely combining the two would over power him. This, Kali knew, was going to play upon her mind.
She extinguished her smoke and finished her first coffee. It was at this moment that Hevn placed two smokes on the console for her. His smokes were not ones that she would turn down. They were far more smooth and a far better quality of smoke then her own. With delight she lifted one, placed her empty cup down and lit the smoke. She drew in a large breath, gave a small smile and tipped her head back and released her lung full of smoke into the air slowly, savouring every last puff.
She turned to Hevn and gave him a small nod of the head.
Thank you.
Personality? “…and a girl with personality” What did he mean by that? She was puzzled and considered what possible contexts that summary could mean, but she would not bite. She had other things, more important things to enquire about that a stranger’s interpretation of her.
There were 2 things above all else that she wanted to ask, both could be considered dangerous as both ran the risk of angering him greatly. For a moment she considered keeping them to herself and perhaps discussing them with Alpha but if she were to do this, then her answers would be no more than theory so she would not get a true answer. She chewed her bottom lip for a moment as she tried to make a decision; she took the second coffee and took a sip while noting his empty bottle. She took a large pull of the smoke and released its cloud as she turned to him.
I have two questions and I do not think you will appreciate either…She bit her lip once more and continued to look in his direction, for though she was worried as to how he would feel about her questions, she was not ashamed to be asking, nor was she going to allow her concern to stop her…firstly, you have been drinking heavily and are drunk. Why? You do not appear to be the kind who likes to let go of the control you have over yourself, and this leads into my second question. Why, when the sword seeks to consume you, would you combine its use with an object that holds equal power and risks having the same hold upon you, as the sword? If my understanding of both the gauntlet and sword is correct, this seems reckless as you risk losing yourself them both.
There, it was out there. It may have been foolish to ask but she needed to know. This was a man who was going to have a significant role within her life and essentially, she was placing her life in his hands so she had a right to know exactly what lay ahead for her and what kind of person he was Didn’t she? How was she to know this without asking questions such as this?

A foolish proposition to allow her the second round. Her worries were far from the task at hand, and focused on a Dark Jedi who had just orchestrated the demise of Muunilinst for the second time. The humor, that brief glimpse of airiness in his head and spirit was snatched from him as soon as she finished. Irritation bubbles forward to replace it.
Finally tearing his gaze from the storm to round ferociously on her. Anger made his pale sapphire eyes glow a furious blue. A yellow circle had formed around his iris, as lines of red bled into his icy gaze.
"You take two steps into my cockpit and presume to tell me, the nature of things worm? Waggling your tongue so boldly may have it stricken from your mouth by men with less control than I."
Hevn takes a pull from the smoke, roasting her with his gaze no longer. A sincere and severe warning. Hevn may be an eternally bitter creature, but there are far more cruel entities, with far less restraint over their impulses and powers.
"I cannot become drunk, process caffeine, become poisoned...this body has perks and downfalls. The buzz lasted all of five minutes and you managed to ruin the last two spitting accusations. I told you, wielding them both is madness. I have farther yet to go, before a thing could be done. It is an avenue I will explore, a passion of mine that yields concern, judgment, and disgust from my equals and underlings alike. Visions are not always true. Such a vision as I had was a dream of temptation and seduction. I am beyond the pull of such strings. These matters are dangerous even for me."
The moodiness filled the room with the toxic cloud of his emotions. Though his anger faded to thoughtfulness as he brought his explanation to a close. Punishing her overly was unnecessary, but correcting her and helping her hone her tact would be important for the future.
Lord Hevn, this is Zsarss. Your preparations are complete. The funds have been transferred. Our transaction is complete. Make your way to Four, we just cleaned it for you. Enjoy your stay, Lord Hevn.
Hevn thumbs the comm link.
"Copy that Zsarss. My gratitude for your swift response."
The storm rolled over the side of the planet. Hevn puts the ship in motion, heading toward Geonosis.

Magus watched space zoom by with no small measure of intrigue. He had heard that some people cracked under the implications of traveling at such speeds. His own thoughts were on the few star charts that Asemi had kept at his house on Naboo. The view itself was not all that dazzling. After a few moments of various celestial object passing by, one quickly realized that it began to look the same. He could see how some could find it comforting and others could find themselves lost in it all. Neither of those were the case for the young Dark Jedi. His thoughts ranged from how to improve on the star charts to condense travel time even further to whether or not one could effectively set an ambush for those in hyperspace to the possibility of establishing a hidden base that spent most of its time within hyperspace.
"Asemi's views on killing came too late for me. By the time he began training me in the ways of the force, I had already killed a man. I cannot say it was a pleasant experience, but he deserved his fate."
The Sith Infiltrator dropped out of hyperspace above Geonosis, causing Magus to glance over at Hevn. He didn't know the man well enough to garner any information.
Though he had no way of knowing for certain, Magus suspected that they had arrived on Geonosis. It was either there one of the dozens of other desert based planets he had read about in his studies, though he knew not how many of those had an asteroid ring. Geonosis was, depending on who one asked, the most historically important that Magus could think of. What had come to be known as the Clone Wars had started on that planet. Otherwise, it seemed like nothing more than a hot and sandy planet.
"Is that Geonosis?"

Hevn looks out of the viewport toward the the dust ball that was indeed Geonosis.
How much had Magus studied of other planets and subjects in his time with Asemi? His intelligence was proving impressive.
Hevn's first kill was taking the life of the sorcerer who tormented him. Killed his family, raised him from the dead, and tortured him physically and mentally until pain was second nature. Like a buzzing in the ear. Hevn had been ready for the kill long before he got his chance. He could share the same conclusion. He deserved his fate.
"It is Geonosis. Laying low after stomping on the Banking Clan. It was there I took the means to begin bringing like minded individuals to my cause. You will meet another initiate, Kali. Things are in motion to achieve higher amenities. Ones subservient to our status and goals as Dark Jedi. I look forward to our progress."
Hevn nods toward the planet.
"How did you know it was Geonosis? Have you ever dabbled in droids or cybernetics?"

Magus stared down at the planet, wondering what it would have been like during the great battle some time ago. Waves of clone troopers led by their Jedi commanders against waves of droids. It seemed that victory was an inevitability for the Republic, but he had read stories that implied it had not always been seen as such. He found it hard to believe that the droids lasted as long as they did. There was much to be said for higher end droids and robotics, but the Trade Federation seemed reliant on an ineffective basic battle droid model. Vast numbers of quicker troops or smaller numbers of stronger troops, he thought, those are the choices that any faction needs to make.
"My father is a semi-important business man and politician on Naboo. He wanted me to learn the trade and, being less than noble, Palpatine become his revered idol. I was to follow in my father's footsteps, so he had me study books on the Emperor. Asemi's own curiosity in the matter was based more in the area of droids. He often talked of taking a 'field trip' to Geonosis to find the remains of one of the old droid factories. We never got around to that though. I did, however, do extensive research on the cyborg known as General Grievous. He is a sort of basis for the experiment that Barradius and I were conducting before the old fool decided to dismantle the project."
The initiate looked down at his pack.
He wondered if this Dark Jedi, clearly knowledgeable in the force as well as machinery, could hold the key to unlocking that which the Gray could not. Such a discovery would surely draw the wrath of the Jedi as well as the jealousy of the Sith. More importantly, if the wildest parts of the plan worked, it would change the way that both sides of the force looked at the old masters and lords. If only the simplest parts of the plan worked, it would create a very different type of droid and simplify the way that Magus and his allies were able to access the information held within holocrons and other artifacts.

Hevn grins at Magus, and chuckles heartily.
"What shall your father think when you surpass his rank and title?"
Hevn considered his own project in mind. He could not imagine a world in which this initiate would shy away from the prospect of great discoveries.
"Tell me, what were the pair of you trying to achieve? Visiting an old droid factory isn't nearly as interesting as a functioning one. The Geonosians are a very ingenuous bunch. The flapping and buzzing is hard to get over, but they're clever. I'm interested in a weapon much smaller than the death star. I had success corrupting tainting Shard alignments into fighting for my cause. Built them with bodies tougher than mine, with minds I could control. The farther they grew in distance however, the more difficult it was to maintain their loyalty. I've been designing a droid. With proper alchemy the armor on it could be light, and be strong enough to deflect small blaster fire and lightsaber contact indefinitely. Give it a hunter killer mentality. I've been wondering if droid's can be warped as creatures can thought alchemy. The creatures of Korriban can smell a force user, light or dark. Others can hide from our senses in the force. Both viable powers for an assassin droid if I can figure it out. Thoughts?"
