Valafar exited the turbo lift and stepped into the hangar bay, where a transport shuttle was waiting for him. A group of soldiers known as Raptor squad were waiting with the transport. As Valafar approached the shuttle the leader of Raptor squad approached him and immediately stood at attention and sulated him. Valafar looked the man up and down, trying to decide what to make of him before speaking."At ease Soldier. I assume that the Commodore requested that you join me on my personal assault on the city?"That is correct m'lord. I'm Commander Joseph Pierce and these men are Raptor squad, the best of the best, sir. "We'll see about that Commander. Have your men ready to depart."yes, m'lord. Commander Piece turns to his soldiers and begins to bark orders.Everyone get on board the shuttle we have our mission, double time troopers. Valafar watched as the men of Raptor squad grabbed their gear and proceeded to board the shuttle with Commander Pierce being the last one of Raptor squad to board the shuttle, then Valafar himself boarded the shuttle and commanded the shuttle pilot to take off and head to the LZ. The Shuttle lifted off of the hangar floor and exited the The Executioner and head to the planet's surface. Once the shuttle was away from The Executioner, Valafar began to brief the men and women of Raptor squad."Alright listen up I'm only going to say this once. We will be landing just outside of the city, and moving the rest of the way on foot. The Falleen will be expecting us to drop troops right into their city. My way will allow a small force to breach the city walls and get to the throne room without much resistance. Be ready for anything, that the Falleen might throw at us."Raptor squad all give the response of 'aye, sir' in acknowledgement of Valafar's plan. Shortly after Valafar's brief the shuttle began to enter the planet's atmosphere.

Despite being more organized and outnumbering the Blackguard forces that had arrived, the tide of the battle quickly turned with the arrival of the two Imperious-Class Star Destroyers. Unable to contend with the firepower and sheer tenacity that the Blackguard brought to the table, the Falleen fleet quickly retreated away from the planet. Though they were far from done with the fight, the Falleen forces needed to regroup and prepare for a counter offensive. Jumping to hyperspace, destined for Silver Station, the Falleen Navy would regroup there and prepare for a counter offensive...

Kia's YV-929 Armed Transport emerged from hyperspace and began a slow approach towards Falleen. She had hoped that her few months of peace on Naboo would continue, but it seemed that with the Blackguard's attack on Kamino, they were the new oppressors, their assaults now keeping her busy. It hadn't been that long ago that she was on the water world and now she was here. All she could do was let out a heavy sigh.
She wasted no time in activating her cloak as soon as she came out of hyperspace, not wanting to be anything noticeable on the Blackguard's scanners. She had to admit, after what she saw from her previous encounter, she was a bit afraid of what might be awaiting her. At Kamino, she had arrived just in time to watch the Sith bombard the city. It was something that would remain burned in her memory for years to come, if not forever. But she couldn't let that bother her now. She had a job to do and she would do all she could to see it through, no matter how small and insignificant as it was.
With that, she pushed forward towards the planet as her ship began to vanish from sight.

Standing on the bridge of the Starkiller, an Exar-Class Star Destroyer, Venom observed the fight. Which had been woefully short due to the retreat of the Falleen ships. Turning to Rear Admiral Lee, he spoke.
"Coordinate with the rest of the fleet. Blockade the planet and be ready for a counter offensive from the Falleen. No one retreats from a battle for their home world that quickly without the intentions of coming back with greater numbers or allies."
Nodding in agreement, Lee spoke.
"Understood, mi'lord. It will be done."
Casting one last glance out at the planet before him, Venom turned on his heel and strode towards the turbolifts.
"Have the Brotherhood descend upon the capital and begin launching troops. I intend on joining them and crushing the Falleen resistance personally..."
Nodding in agreement, Venom disappeared into the lift before he could hear the reply...
Meanwhile...
The Brotherhood, a Vindicator-Class Heavy Cruiser, commanded by Paxu Dennett, accelerated towards the planet, ready to launch the ground campaign. Several companies of soldiers were ready to go and soon, they would be joined by Darth Wraak himself...

Being more cautious, Kia waited a bit further away from the planet as her ship remained cloaked, hoping to avoid a repeat of Kamino. For a few minutes, she simply waited, keeping eyes out for any fighters heading her way. When it seemed as if none were coming, she decided to push forward slowly, looking to follow the path created by the star destroyer. It would be her guide to the location of all that was happening planet-side without the need to drop her cloak.

Emerging from the swirling depths of hyperspace, the Falleen Navy re-appeared above their homeworld. Standing on the bridge of the Xizor, an Imperial II-Class Star Destroyer, Captain Ziereal Savard barked out his orders.
"All ships, hold formation, ahead one third. Forward deflectors on full, weapons at the ready!"
Moving in system towards the Sith ships, the Falleen Navy's pace slowed as they attempted to taunt the Sith into a fight...

Starkiller - Exar-Class Star Destroyer. Falleen's Orbit.
Alerts pinged across the bridge as Rear Admiral Lee responded loudly.
"Status!"
An officer piped up from the tactical salon.
"Sir! Eight ships on our long range sensors. Signatures match that of the Falleen Navy! Orders?"
True to Wraak's prediction, the Falleen Navy had returned. And it seemed as though they were itching for a fight.
"Fleet Status?"
"The Paarchero and Lusinia are awaiting orders. The Executioner is already on an intercept course. ETA two minutes."
"Get the alert fighters out there. Have the CAP link up with the Executioner. Get us in range of that fleet, now! Have both the Lusinia and the Paarchero move out to the flanks. Let's close around their formation and end this, once and for all. Inform Commander Dennette that fleet support will be unavailable. And get me a line to Lord Wraak!"
As the Starkiller came about to engage the Falleen Navy, the two Imperious-Class Star Destroyers began widening the gap between themselves and the Exar-Class Star Destroyer. The current Combat Air Patrol peeled off of its current vector and raced off to link up with the Executioner as it was moving to intercept the enemy fleet. Soon, battle would be raging once more...

As the Sith fleet moved towards the returning Falleen ships, Captain Savard issued his orders.
"Close formation! All fighters launch. Now! Raise deflectors and prepare to re-engage the enemy!"
As his orders were carried out, the Falleen ships tightened their formation, grouping closer together and allowing for the Sith ships to once again completely surround them, Savard was hoping they would repeat their past tactics and think they had won the day. Which would give Admiral Weyland an opportunity to jump in behind the Sith, launch his ground forces and catch the Sith fleet off guard...provided they lived long enough to pull it off. Closing ranks and allowing for the Sith to surround them and broadside them from their flanks was a risky maneuver, and if Weyland didn't show on time, there wouldn't be much point to reclaiming Falleen...at least not for the Falleen Navy...

Falleen's Orbit.Emerging from hyperspace on the planet's darkside, opposite of the engagement zone, the Artemis, Cerberus, Athena and Apollo appeared. The Artemis, a Chronos-Class Star Destroyer, was leading the group. Following that was the Cerberus, an Imperator-Class Heavy Cruiser. And trailing behind was the two Arcturus-Class Cruisers, Athena and Apollo respectively. Standing on the bridge of the Artemis, Admiral Weyland of The Organization observed the battle raging across from them, hands clasped firmly behind his back."Have Athena and Apollo divert to the planet's surface to relieve the beleaguered Fallen ground troops. Have Cerberus charge up her main gun and target the nearest enemy cruiser and move us into position to screen for enemy starfighters. Ready all fighters and prepare to launch them on my mark."As his orders were carried out, the two Arcturus-Class Cruisers peeled away from the main group and headed towards Falleen. The Imperator, on the other hand, accelerated ahead of the Artemis, as it charged its main cannon. The Artemis slowed its pace to stay just behind and slightly below Cerberus as it made its way forward. Moments later, a brilliant flash went off on the Imperator's bow and a streak of energy lanced out towards the enemy ships...

As the Starkiller moved up to support the Executioner, while the Paarchero and Lusinia moved to flank the Falleen fleet, the Exar-Class Star Destroyer shuddered violently as it was struck from behind. On the bridge, Rear Admiral Lee, along with several other bridge crew, were tossed to the deck. Klaxons screamed loudly as red warning lights flashed frantically. Several consoles overloaded and burst into a shower of sparks. Rising to his feet and brushing himself off as crewmen ran back and forth, Lee bellowed over the noise.
"Status! What in the name of the Sith'ari just hit us!?!"
Replying promptly, the tactical officer spoke up.
"Sir! A directed energy weapon from behind. Four ships just appeared on sensors. Unknown classification.
Swearing loudly, Lee regained his composure as he smoothed out his uniform.
"Tahla'ada! Damage report?"
"Rear deflectors inoperable. Hull breaches on decks C-1 through E-5. We're venting atmosphere."
Clenching a fist in anger, Lee hollered out his next orders.
"Dispatch DC teams and spin us about. Redirect our fighters to counter the new threat! I want them dead!"
Spinning about, trailing plumes of smoke and fire, the damage Star Destroyer came about to face the new ships.
"All ahead flank. Reroute all non-essential systems to our forward deflectors and be prepared to fire!"
Accelerating forward as it came about, the Starkiller prepared to engage the new enemy...

Falleen's Orbit.Watching with a satisfied smirk as the first shot rang true, impacting with the target, Admiral Weyland watched as enemy ship spun about and began bearing down on them. A foolhardy move, to be sure, as the Cerberus's main gun was a shield cracker, designed specifically to deter head on charges, as the Sith would undoubtedly soon learn."Have Cerberus line up another shot and target the oncoming ship. Engines, spin us broadside and set up a flak screen for incoming projectiles and enemy fighters. Let's teach these Sith exactly who they are dealing with."As Cerberus prepared to fire again, the Artemis spun, exposing her broadside, though the firing lane soon lit up with explosions as a flak screen was established. As those two ships engaged the enemy, the two Arcturus-Class ships sank into low orbit over the capital city and began landing troops to support the Falleen forces that were still engaged with the Sith. Overall, this engagement was not as Weyland expected. Knowing what the Sith were truly capable of, he had expected fierce resistance, and yet this token force was quickly being routed by the combined efforts of the Falleen and Organization Navy. Either the Sith hadn't expected there to be any sort of resistance, or the commander here was fresh out of training. Regardless, this was swinging in favor of the Falleen and their new Organization allies.

While not overly large, the Falleen Navy was managing to keep 600m Sith starship on the defensive, as well as deploy troops to the surface. The two Imperious-Class Star Destroyers, however, were keeping them tied up, preventing them from moving any further in-system. Though their newfound allies seemed to have caught the enemy flat-footed. Soon enough, Falleen space would be free and clear of the invading Sith forces...

With the Paarchero and Lusinia occupied with holding the Falleen Navy at bay, the Executioner had broken from the fight to aid the Starkiller. Even being an Exar-Class Star Destroyer, it was outmatched to take on the two larger vessels. And with that directed energy cannon...it had the potential to make short work of the Blackguard ships.
"Admiral! Still no word from Lord Wraak! Lord Verenhimo was gravely injured an is on his way back to the Executioner. The Commodore is requesting permission to disengage and...and retreat sir! Orders?"
And there it was. The request to retreat. Against the Falleen Navy and their allies, they were outnumbered and heavily outgunned. And their commanding officers were either wounded or missing. But he wasn't about to leave just yet. Thinking quickly, the Rear Admiral gave his orders, in an attempt to slow the enemy's advance.
"Negative. Initiate Dead-Man Protocol. That should by us some time."
"Dead-Man? Sir...are you certain? That will leave us without fighter support..."
"I am well aware of what it does, Ensign. Initiate it. NOW!"
As the protocol was initiated, the remaining fighter pilots would receive the order and commence with suicide runs against any enemy ships near-by. It was ruthless and potentially dangerous, but it was also a double-edged sword. It could serve to deter the enemy for a brief time, at the cost of their starfighters, or the enemy would press through it and push harder, allowing their fighters to harass the Sith vessels due to their lack of starfighter screens. It was a gamble. And only time would tell if it would pay off or not...

Falleen, High Orbit.Having allied with the mysterious Organization, the former Falleen Navy had undergone a complete overhaul. The aged and dated Imperial vessels were replaced by a fleet of ships provided by The Organization. The Falleen flagship, Xizor, was a venerable Dominus-Class Dreadnought and the rest of the fleet comprised of two Elbrus-Class Cruisers, four Arcturus-Class Cruisers and eight Leonidas-Class Frigates. And all the appropriate fighter complements to fill these ships and ensure they were loaded for combat, should anything threaten the sovereignty of the Falleen Monarchy ever again.

Falleen, High Orbit.
Captain Ziereal Savard continued to command the fleet of warships that had been supplied by The Organization. So far, Falleen remained secure. But The Organization was now beginning to make its way into orbit, adding defenses to support their allies. All in all, this didn't worry the Falleen Captain all that much, though he was still suspicious of their alliance with this Organization. Something told him that at some point, they were going to collect on the debt the Falleen Monarchy had incurred during the Sith invasion, nearly two years ago.

Falleen Defense Force Nebula-class Star Destroyer, the Kamaria - Bridge
Handing the datapad containing a report from the Cardan III-class space station, the Thema, back to her XO, ZDF Major General Kya Okeke, a female Falleen with a stoic demeanor, moves over to the holodisplay showing the current disposition of her support ships and CAP. The report from the Thema informed her that the Rashida, one of the FDF's Vic II SDs, will be rearmed, supplied, refueled and ready to resume active status in one day's time, and Kya has until then to come up with a plan for how to deploy Falleen's defensive fleet now that it is back to fully operational status. While the Rashida had been docked with the Thema, Kya and the Captain of the Zalika, another Vic II, had spread their forces out to close any gaps in the planet's defense left by the absence of the Rashida. The crews of all operational ships had worked hard to ensure the watch over Falleen was no less vigilant than it had been before the Rashida docked to rearm and resupply, and will be happy to go back to a less demanding schedule.
Consulting with her XO from time to time, Kya gradually draws up a new deployment plan for Falleen's orbital defense force - which consists of, in addition to the Kamaria, Zalika and Rashida, six Vindicator-class cruisers, six CR92a Assassin-class corvettes and ten Lancer-class frigates and their fighter compliments - and then has it encrypted and sent out to the Captains of the Rashida and the Zalika.
