Lakehouse - Pool
Andros always was the kind to keep to himself unless someone came to him and spoke with him but solitude never bothered him to be perfectly honest, he preferred it that way and to be perfectly honest, he really wasn't a people's person even if he was surrounded by people he knew and in return knew him. He liked the fact that people didn't bother him and he also liked the fact that everyone let him be because they understood his personality. It was no offense, indeed, just the way he was. It didn't mean though that he wasn't aware of his own surroundings currently, it didn't mean he wasn't paying attention to what was going on. But he wasn't connected to the Force and he wasn't currently aware of the ongoing currents right now because it wasn't necessary to him except when he noticed that one of his cousin had been tapping into the Force when Ryan was creating some water balls.
He was looking in that direction with a faint smirk on the corner of his lips until a water ball was hauling in Andros' direction and he looked at it very placidly, but within that brief moment he tapped into the Force and felt it seething through him as if he was rediscovering it again for its use. Extending his left hand right in front of him to create a barrier, he watched the water hit that invisible wall and looked at the one who had caused that water ball to be redirected in his direction. Shaking his head with that same expression he had been wearing for a moment now, he turned to look at the mother of the young boy in Ryan's arm and noticed her shocked expression.
"It was bound to happen, don't look so surprised." Andros told her as he released his hold onto the Force, his presence had been a conflicted one, but more leaning towards the dark side of it but he did not hide it at all, because he just didn't care. One thing was for sure though, he could perhaps understand why Ice right there looked shocked but right now he was just waiting to see what she was going to do about that instead of just standing there and looking like that. Lowering his left hand, he looked at Ryan with his usual stare before turning his attention away and picking his datapad again.
Considering he had not received an immediate response from Mace previously he had contacted the Intelligence Director asking if Mace was even planet side and upon noticing her reply, he understood and dimmed the screen before placing his arm over his eyes and knowing that he perhaps might have to deal with this on his own, and perhaps he would have to recruit a PR or something, a perspective that wasn't enchanting him at all.

"Oh yes, I am quite aware of that, Icicle, besides, by my own admission earlier, I told you that I was going to be listening to the lil' man." Ryan replied with a knowing smile glancing at Lukas affectionately. The boy was just a bubble of fun and it was fun to have him around and with Ice too, especially when Ryan had noticed previously that she was no longer wearing her ring. And then there was Morgan on his side, she seemed so concentrated and it looked like she had found her anchor so to speak since she was maintaining that water ball on her own by now. It got Ryan to smile encouragingly once more before he turned to look at the father of the child.
Ryan did not doubt Aerandir's statement but clearly he could tell that the man was just joking perhaps and Ryan laughed when he finally dived into the pool but went straight for Morgan while Ryan and Lukas were splashed by that dive, though Ice was returning some water balls, Ryan tried to dodge some and he was even about to call onto the Force once again but something prevented him from doing so. His gaze zeroed onto the young boy he was still holding, that he affectionately called lil' man and he had channeled the Force without him knowing so, it seemed and deviated the trajectory of one of the water balls straight towards Andros.
Ryan looked at Ice knowingly before glancing at Lukas with a playful expression. "Well, what do you know, the lil man has tapped into uncharted territories for him." Ryan said playfully before tapping Lukas' nose playfully and Ryan turned his body so that they were facing Andros and he looked at the lil man again. "You just redirected a water ball towards one very important but also caring person on this planet, lil man." Ryan said knowingly, sure Andros didn't look like that caring guy per se, at least not how he was carrying himself, but fortunately, Ryan was one of those few that could see through the younger Vyridian's outer persona.
Turning back towards Ice and noticing from the corner of his eyes that Morgan had not only successfully maintained that water ball of hers but had redirected it towards her father, Ryan looked at Ice with a smirk. "Seriously Ice, get into the pool already and have fun with us, with the lil man in particular, you know he wants nothing but to learn from his mama." Looking back at Lukas with an affectionate expression, Ryan carried on with a "Right, lil' man?"

*It had come to this: Morgan had managed to surprise him with a sneak attack from beneath the surface, having kept her sphere of water intact even after being taken off-guard and tossed in the air like that. He had time enough to turn his head to prevent it from being a direct attack, but still the water ball smacked him square in the face. As he recovered and shook his head, he gave her a quick look of both surprise and approval before raising his hands, palms down, and put them together, bringing them down on the surface of the water; with a little extra push from the Force, he created a wave that would rise above her and engulf her.
Just afterward, the sound of flesh and wet material smacking against flesh heralded Michelle's rear-attack on her brother, clinging to his back and attempting to drag him down underwater. She succeeded in at least causing him to lose his footing, but he flailed and recovered, reaching back to tickle her ribs in an attempt to rid himself of the assailant.
He would have been successful, but his attempts ceased when he felt the sudden surge in the Force, a new source, bright like a newborn star before shrinking back down to blend in with the others present. The act was accompanied by a water ball sailing past all of them... and towards Andros. Aerandir turned to follow it, unable to resist curiosity as to its eventual fate, only for Andros to simply defeat it with a barrier. In that brief moment when he allowed himself openness to the Force, Atlantis's description of his leanings was proven true. And that faint smirk...
Aerandir was right to compare the brothers to himself and Ambar.
Andros only shrugged it off as something inconsequential before returning to keeping to himself. Aerandir watched him curiously for a moment, as did Michelle over his shoulder. At some point they would have to get acquainted... but he supposed the time would be later. He turned back toward Ryan and Lukas, the former making note of Lukas's sudden breakthrough. Aerandir smiled, deciding to take up a temporary, unspoken truce and nod.* "Welcome to a larger world," *he said, though wasn't entirely sure Lukas would understand what it meant.
It truly was a wonder when a child willingly tapped into their abilities for the first time, and he remembered Kayla's very first usage of the Force as well. Lucy's would be just as wonderful, he was sure, but only time would tell for that...*

*Success! Her attack had worked, not quite head-on—or face-on—like expected, but it still connected! She grinned as she landed back in the water, managing to stay above the surface and treading in place, ready to retaliate or defend against the next move. Said move happened to be another wave, a quite large one. Instead of attempt to evade it, she simply let it crash over her, grinning to herself as she rolled with the wave, then surfaced again—
But was distracted when Lukas suddenly and seemingly effortlessly redirected one of the water balls in play directly toward Andros. Morgan gasped, watching, but Andros merely let it splatter against an invisible barrier, shrugged it off, and went back to his own thing. His Force presence... it really was like Ambar's used to be...
Morgan decided not to focus on it now, especially since it was gone as fast as it appeared, and returned to face Lukas excitedly.* "Lukas, you can use the Force!" *she exclaimed.* "I can teach you all kinds of things now!" *... well, maybe not now, but soon enough! Hopefully. Like water balls! Maybe. That one was harder. But someday she would be able to do it! Oh, right, perhaps his mother should be the one teaching him things first... But Morgan could still help! Someday.*

Lakehouse - Pool
"You know, Baby Girl, a little faith Showing a quarter of an inch between my index and thumb fingers before flipping my hair on the side with a little disappointed sigh would be nice. Just a little. Pursing my lips and looking at her knowingly and shaking my head. And she says she loves me ..." I end up muttering under my breath feigning hurt feelings and all that lovely 'crap' tied to it. Returning to what I have been doing previously, which is exactly nothing. Not so much of a stretch right now, I cannot go inside and I certainly welcome that perspective, at least that way it doesn't make me go into the office that I share with Kayne ... My thoughts are cut short though when I hear Lover Boy speaking to me and I cannot help but to narrow my gaze in his direction ...
Oh no he didn't, Looking from Lover Boy to Baby Girl with a glare, just for show, she already warns to not even some expressions in her direction, which is why I am looking back at Lover Boy with thin lips and glare, but the corner of my lips is twitching into an amused grin because quite honestly, he amuses me and despite everything that is happening here to him, to Boss Man, he still has that will to laugh and have fun. "Lover Boy, I am curt and I stand up from my stool perhaps have him think that I am going to run after him and do something about what he has just said. A sucker punch maybe ... I know you have that knack and are attentive to details, but I also heard that you were a sucker for something else." Winking playfully at him and looking pointedly at Baby Girl, I shrug nonchalantly and manage to stifle that giggle that threatens to come out.
Thankfully though, I get a hang of that and peer over the bar since I do see that CKayne has just taken Atlantis' seat, that tells me that she is done with the marinade. "Grazie, cara mia. Grabbing the bowl of that said marinade, I turn to head towards the grill but notice that a water ball which is going straight for Boss Man hits that invisible wall and he doesn't do a thing about it but just that. Different time and different place, I am sure that he would not have reacted that way but he just did and that makes me smile. I should start grilling and I sure hope that in lieu of the fire extinguisher, you have means to stop a potential fire." Looking over my shoulder and straight at Baby Girl with an amused expression, I return to my task at hand, because if this is one of those things that will bring me one step closer to planning something that concerns her, then I am all for it ...

Lakehouse - Kitchen
"Well, Elikapeka tells Delaana with a kittenish smile as her waist is squeezed gently, I happen to like being on kitchen duty with you too, so, she turns around to face Delaana and steps closer as she raises a hand to cup Delaana's cheek, there's no need to pout, my Ceesi, since I have absolutely no intention of leaving you alone. But, her smile takes on a playful quality as Elika steps back from Delaana, since I wouldn't want to risk breaking your concentration like you said, maybe I should stay over here, she pats one of the stools facing the kitchen island and then sits down, folding her hands together and resting her shin atop them, so that you can finish what you're working on without any distratctions. What do you think? Good idea? After arching an eyebrow teasingly, Elika asks more seriously, Are you sure there isn't anything I can do to help?"

Lifting my hand and waving it to convey that his thanks is unnecessary, I smile as I tell Atlantis sincerely, "Of course. That is what friends do." Taking a drink of water, I turn towards the pool to give Atlantis and Crystal a moment of privacy, and cannot help but smile as I watch the goings on in and around the pool, especially when Andros is briefly involved in the water fight before his attention turns to his datapad. I smile again when, after Lukas has apparently demonstrated his first ability to use the Force, if he has not in fact just learned that he possesses the gift to do so, Morgan tells him with her characteristically bubbly enthusiasm that she will be able to teach him many things now.
Looking from the pool to Crystal when she points out that I am sure to have noted that Atlantis has not changed at all, I laugh while nodding and agreeing, "No, no he hasn't, and then glance towards Atlantis as I add, Which is a good thing in my opinion. Mostly, I add in jest. Nodding to confirm Crystal's guess that I had been able to see the Mist Order's academy last evening, I say, Yes I did. And it was very much to my liking, I continue sincerely, explaining, The location and design are both beautiful, and I can easily imagine that the combination of the two helps facilitate and hone one's connection with Ashla. Do you spend much time there yourself, training or meditating perhaps? Looking around at the surroundings of the lakehouse, I laugh while noting, Not that your home itself is unsuitable for training or meditation. Quite the contrary in fact."

Ayodele laughs merrily when Franz says that he will always feel concerned when she is present, genuinely amused by the idea she might require such concern for reasons of her own every bit as much as she is amused by the comment itself, though, as she understands that Franz's intent is to express his feelings for her, there is no hint of mockery in her tone as she jokes, "Concern? Well, is that not just what every woman hopes to inspire with her presence, Franz? Shaking her head when Franz asks if she might want to socialize more with the others, Ayodele turns onto her side to face him and reaches out to pat his shoulder while she assures him with a smile more reassuring than amused even though amusement is, as ever, present in her tone and expression, So long as you are happy, Franz, I am happy. The day is yet young, Ayodele says while turning onto her back and settling into her chair with her head tilted towards the sun with a contented expression, so there will be ample time to get to know everyone I am sure."

Ice stood unmoving, frozen in shock of Lukas' Force usage as the water ball sailed toward Andros. It barely registered in her mind that Andros' aura leaned toward the dark side when he created an invisible barrier for the water ball to splash harmlessly against. It wasn't until he spoke that she was shaken out of her reverie."I was hoping it wouldn't be for a while...."She said rubbing her forehead with a hand before dropping it to her side with a small inaudible sigh. Glancing away from Andros, her gaze fell on Lukas again who was still oblivious to the fact that he had anything to do with the water ball that had flown toward Andros. He also looked a little skeptical when Ryan tapped his nose playfully and told him that had redirected the water ball toward a very important, but caring person, on the planet. Lukas seemed to think this over for a moment before a wide grin spread across his young face as Ryan turned toward Ice telling her to get in the pool and have some fun with them.
Lukas' attention was momentarily diverted from Ryan and Ice over to the Calmacils splashing around. Aerandir had nodded toward him saying "Welcome to a larger world." A look of confusion etched itself on Lukas' face until Morgan spoke up excitedly."Lukas, you can use the Force!" *she exclaimed.* "I can teach you all kinds of things now!" The Force? He had heard Mommy, Ali, and Aunty Jena talk about the Force before but he didn't know how it worked or what it was really. He had used it? When? He wasn't sure. They had said he had caused the water ball to go toward Andros but all he did was wave his hand! His three year old mind raced as a confused, almost scared, look crossed his face as he looked from Ryan to Ice."Mommy?!" He spoke with his voice wavering a bit and his bottom lip beginning to quiver. Ice knew that tone and look all too well. It meant that he was usually about to burst out crying."Damn." She muttered softly to Ali who was now standing beside her. Quickly, she shed the shirt she had put on over her bikini and handed it to Ali before walking over to the edge of the pool and sliding into the water. She made her way over to Lukas and Ryan, her feet touching the bottom of the pool as she came to stop in front of them. Placing her hand gently on Lukas' small back she gave him a reassuring smile."It's okay, Lukaboo....you didn't do anything wrong." She spoke in a soft tone, hoping that her use of the nickname she had for him would calm his fears. Luckily it did work and his face brighten as he practically launched himself out of Ryan's arms and wrapped his own arms around her neck."Weally?" Ice smiled again, catching him in a loving hug as he left Ryan's grasp. Chuckling lightly, she continued. "Yes, really. You just simply used the Force. I know you didn't realize it, or even know it, but that's okay....that's why you have us." She smiled, taking in everyone in the pool with a glance before meeting her sons wide eyed gaze again. "We can help you learn the very basics so you don't accidentally splash someone with a water ball that doesn't want to be splashed."Her voice held a light almost teasing tone as she saw that little spark of excitement return to Lukas' eyes at the prospect of learning something new. Grinning, she hugged him again before wading over to the steps and sitting him down on the first step in the water. After sitting herself down on the second step she let a hand settle a few inches over the surface of the water. "Are you ready? This is going to take some concentration. Think you can help me?"Lukas looked unsure for a few seconds but heard the confidence in his Mommy's voice and in turn it boosted his own. "Yep! I can constwade...consedtwait...condestaste....I can help!" Ice laughed with amusement at his trying to say 'concentrate'. With a grin she ruffled his hair with her free hand. "It's okay, dude....I had trouble with that word until I was almost nine years old. It just means think real hard.""I can do dat!" He beamed as he clapped his hands together, splashing water onto the both of them. Laughing again, Ice met his gaze once more."Now, watch my hand...." Ice let the Force flow through and around her as a small water ball, about the size of a softball, began to take shape just below her hand. Slowly, she turned her hand, palm up, and the ball of water followed along so that it was above her palm about 2 inches or so. Lukas had a serious look on his face while his eyes never left her hand or the water ball. He was concentrating on the water ball but had no idea if he or Mommy was keeping it afloat in the air. Ice smiled slightly, feeling her sons aura, seeing the look on his face even though she was in fact the one doing most of the work. She knew this wasn't something he would be able to grasp all in one day because he was still too young, but it didn't hurt to let him test out his new found Force sensitivity.
Suddenly the water ball wavered for a moment then grew twice it's original size before splashing against Ice's neck and chest. Lukas looked wide eyed at her for a few seconds while she sputtered and coughed then glanced up at Ali who was standing beside the pools edge, laughing, as another water ball formed in mid air beside Ice. Casting Ali a mock scathing look, Ice narrowed her eyes at her cousin. "Alicat, don't you dare...." Before Ice could finish the sentence the second newly formed waterball hit her in the same place on the neck and chest."I told you there would be payback, Icy." Ali grinned wickedly as she dropped down into the pool and surfaced behind Ice. Resting her chin on Ice's shoulder, she winked playfully at Lukas."Now let cousin Ali show you how to have some fun." She brought up a hand and formed a few more water balls. Stepping back from Ice she promptly let one of them splash over her cousins head, much to Lukas' amusement at seeing his Mommy get drenched. The other was sent toward Ryan who was looking way to comfortable just chilling out in the water at the moment, and the third was sent toward Morgan."Waterballs!!!" Lukas shouted gleefully, the lesson Ice was trying to teach him was forgotten for the time being when Ali entered the fray. Shooting her cousin a menacing look, Ice formed a few more water balls of her own."This means war, Alisha!"

"You tell me," Franz said with a playful smile before adding on. "While I am of the opposite gender, there is that well known assumption that I, as a guy, will never understand women in general." Shrugging slightly before chuckling, he had of course said that jokingly, playfully but there was a big truth there. After all Franz could from time to time be obtuse whenever it came to a woman's feelings, in this case Ayodele's.
Smiling sheepishly when Franz noticed Ayodele reaching out for his shoulder to path him, he looked at her momentarily and chuckled understanding what she meant though he supposed that for now it is a good call considering that from the corner of his eyes he had noticed that there was an ongoing battle in the pool. "You are correct about that and also I believe that this is a safe place for now since I really do not want to be in the middle of the battlefield, let alone be on the receiving end of a water ball." Franz laughed because to be perfectly honest, he wouldn't have minded at all if he did receive a water ball from whomever but he certainly was glad that everyone seemed to be having fun currently and even Andros temporarily had taken part in that.
"Say, if today you weren't here, what would you currently be doing right now?" Franz asked curiously as he returned his attention onto Ayodele. Heck, it amazed him in a way that only yesterday he had met her and she had accepted his invitation for coffee and today she was here and that just made him smile warmly...

Ryan had a feeling that Lukas really wasn't aware that he had just used the Force to divert a water ball in Andros' direction... He even inclined his head in Aerandir's direction understanding what the Master Jedi had silently emphasized but someway somehow, Ryan was hoping that it would end up being okay with Lukas, although currently he noticed that the lil' man's lower lip started quivering and that made him look straight at Ice who was thankfully advancing towards them after she had shed her top and he looked at her before letting Lukas go, though only when Ryan was sure that Ice was securely holding her son did he release him. "Told ya, Icicle, you should have joined us sooner." Ryan told her playfully even winking at her before glancing at Lukas once again with an affectionate grin.
Briefly swimming away, Ryan dived into the water and emerged once again staying where he had been all of this time and he looked at both Lukas and Ice who seemed to be both concentrating on the water ball until Ali had sent a few water balls towards her cousin and then to Ryan. He looked at her jadedly after being hit on the face and wiped his face with his right hand. "Really Ali, I would have taught that after having spent a loooooooooooong moment with your fiancé, you wouldn't be so vindictive." Ryan pursed his lips and looked at his soon future sister in law before he just splashed her with some water without using the Force. Since he did use it long enough earlier, he didn't want to be tapped out right away.
Smirking once more, Ryan walked towards the edge of the pool and got out of it because he had briefly overheard something his girlfriend had said. "Really a fire extinguisher, cara?" Ryan rolled his eyes playfully before picking up his towel to dry himself up but then he could not help but to spank her backside with the towel gently. "I am just helping out, not cooking in her stead." Ryan said as he turned to look at his sister and then he checked around to see where Ares was, actually where the heck was Ares?!

Atlantis smiled warmly, gratefully at what Serrin had told him, to him it was a two way street, without a doubt. It seemed to him after that little quick talk last night he had with her, she wanted to find her center here on Umgul again, after what had happened to her. The question was; what did actually happen to her? While Atlantis would like to know and find out sooner or later, he really was hoping that she knew that if she wanted, needed to talk, he'd listen. Besides he was a better listener than an orator, most of the time. For a moment before that perhaps impending butt kicking from the Attorney General, Atlantis had noticed that his brother had briefly taken part in the ongoings in the pool when Andros had thwarted a water ball. Atlantis looked at his brother for a moment and smiled. Smiled because despite that conflicted alignment emanating from Andros, the man still seemed relaxed...
But Atlantis couldn't quite dwell on that as not only he noticed that Lily was advancing in his direction but Crystal also told him a few things. "Can we please keep that in the down low?" Atlantis asked with alarm feigning shock even when both Crystal and Lily correctly stated that he had a knack for being in trouble but then he couldn't help but to look at Lily particularly knowing exactly where her mind resided. Narrowing his eyes in her direction, "What can I say, I aim to please, Counselor." Atlantis quipped before stifling a laughter and looking at Serrin for a moment in silence.
"Mostly..." He repeated rhetorically before rolling his eyes playfully and looking at both she and Crystal as they engage into a conversation. Deciding not to interrupt their flow because that was still rude, Atlantis just picked up his bottle of water and took a sip of his drink before walking around the bar again feeling that the heat was starting to bother him and that wasn't good for him. He could actually just dive into the water to cool himself for a little while but then again something was still preventing him from doing such thing. Though something did catch his attention, he was looking at Alisha in particular and he turned to look at his girlfriend with a knowing expression. "Seems like you and your future sister-in-law have the same bikini..." Atlantis commented thoughtfully before sighing softly and closing his eyes momentarily before noticing his brother still keeping to himself.
Atlantis walked over Andros and sat down on the lounger next to Andros' "You've been fiddling with your datapad a few times now, everything alright, man?"

"I do have faith here, Jankovic," Crystal said playfully with a knowing smile as she looked at her childhood friend before glancing at the marinade bowl and the meats Lily was going to cook. "You making good use of the marinade." Winking playfully at Lily just to indicate that she was merely teasing and joking with her, Crystal crossed one leg over the other before glancing at Serrin with a knowing smile concerning Atlantis, and him not changing so much.
Smiling genuinely as Serrin recounted her tour and the impression she had on the Academy, Crystal smiled knowingly, for Serrin was absolutely right about that. "I usually do go there during the weekends, as you might have noticed, no students are really there." Crystal explained softly, to the public eye, she was still non-sensitive and only a handful knew of her affinity with the Force and she preferred to keep it that way. "But you are right, eighty percent of my training happens here." Crystal said thoughtfully, here in this very garden whenever she would be meditating otherwise it was in the forest. "The millaflowers do help to clear my conscience and it's something that my brother," Crystal gestured towards Ryan with a knowing smile. "Finds fascinating..." He was a doctor first and foremost, sure he was still on a sabbatical officially but he did help out from time to time whenever a medic was needed especially at the Academy.
"He has been teaching me how to heal, and just focus on one thing at a time." Crystal felt like she was monopolizing the conversation which was why she looked at Serrin a little apologetically before smiling once more. "Either way, whenever you wish it, and of course when you do have the time, I'd like to pick up where you and I left off the last time when you started to give me some advice, if you are up for it of course?" Crystal asked softly knowing that perhaps that had been a long time ago but still Atlantis had reached out to Serrin about giving Crystal some advice especially the day after everyone had discovered she was attuned to the Force.
Turning her attention when she heard Lily saying something who was soon joined by Ryan, Crystal rolled her eyes playfully before glancing at her brother. "You have your favorite doctor to do some damage control, besides he manipulates fire like no other." Crystal playfully said before glancing at Ryan and nodding. "I am sure she'll give you a run down on how the people want their meats."

Lakehouse - Kitchen
Delaana smiled softly looking at Elika for a long moment in silence as she retreated towards a stool there next to the kitchen island. For the time being, Lana didn't say a thing and just set up the timer of the oven so that she would know when she should proceed to the next part of that dish. "My Shakal..." Lana walked over to where Elika was sitting and stood right before here taking one of her hands and giving it a gentle squeeze. "Everything in under control, I promise and no, there is nothing else to be done right now but just wait." Lana glanced over her shoulder in the direction of the oven and smiled faintly.
"Like I have said though," Looking back at Elika coquettishly, Lana tilted her head on the side briefly. "I am in the obligation to stay here for the next half an hour because at twenty I will have to add the extra cheese and a little milk so that it is perfect." Nibbling slightly her lower lip Lana looked outdoors and smiled warmly seeing Atlantis walking by. "I know you have said that you wouldn't me alone, but I really wouldn't want you to feel bored here and miss out the fun they are having outside." Pouting slightly Lana gave Elika's hand another gentle squeeze before releasing her hand.

*Aerandir was admittedly a little surprised when Ice revealed she had hoped Lukas wouldn't make his first breakthrough for a while, though he supposed she had her reasons. He smiled with amusement, though decided against voicing the "like it or not, here it comes" thought in his mind.
Lukas himself, however, seemed a little too taken aback by this news, calling for Ice, who finally entered the pool to reassure him. The way he launched himself from Ryan to Ice reminded him how Kayla used to do the exact same thing when switching between parents. Heck, she still did, sometimes... Suddenly, he reminded himself, Michelle was still on his back. Smiling, he reached up for her arms and attempted to fling her off of his back; which worked as she yelped softly and flopped, though quickly recovered and surfaced, responding with a splash.
He shrugged it off with a grin and watched Ice and Lukas for the moment, as the mother explained in simple terms to the child what he had done and what he was capable of. Aerandir was feeling nostalgic, but then, lest he forget, Lucina would be that age herself in no time, and there would be plenty of new experiences in the future for both of them.
But then at last the water war had resumed, spurred on by the appearance of Alisha. Aerandir lowered himself to his shoulders and swam backwards, but that was a mistake; Michelle had taken advantage of this to jump on him and dunk him successfully...*

*Morgan frowned concernedly when Lukas seemed... not too happy about this little revelation about him being able to use the Force. What was wrong? Didn't he find it exciting? Morgan couldn't fathom not being excited; at his age she wasn't even able to use the Force, though she knew about it and its powers, and that she had the capacity to use it... but was inexplicably unable to. Until, at the same age, she managed to break that block... and from there things only got better and better! A few bumps along the way, sure, but she overcame them!
Still, he had to be consoled by his mommy, who assured him that he didn't do anything wrong and explained what he had done and what he was capable of. Morgan giggled when he stammered over the word "concentrate," with Ice admitting she had trouble with the same word until she was nearly nine. Morgan considered her own age, then giggled, unable to resist commenting,* "Ah, come on, I could say 'concentrate' for a while now!" *Giggling again, she watched as Ice attempted to teach Lukas how to hold a water ball. Well, that was... early. Maybe it was just pretend, like when little kids were handed the second controller of a hologame to "play," only it was disabled. Morgan wasn't sure she was a fan of that concept... The game one anyway.
But the practice was disrupted by Alisha, who reignited the water war with more water balls. One of which found its way toward Morgan, who had no time to defend other than to bring her arms up, forearms crossed, to protect her face as she squeaked. When Ice declared that this meant war, Morgan grinned and turned slightly, agreeing, while attempting to muster a new water ball. It still wasn't as simple to make or easy to focus on as it was on Felucia, but still she was able to create one to launch directly toward Alisha as retaliation...*

Lakehouse - Pool
Andros was still trying to wrap his mind around the whole idea of either receiving one of the journalists, or all of them that have requested to see him, or just redirect them to a PR that he knew he could trust. Time was short though and clearly this matter right here wasn't something he had expected to arrive so quickly. He knew that it was bound to happen sooner or later, but he was definitely hoping for the later approach at least until he had completed that project. For now, he decided to steer clear away from his redundant thoughts knowing that he wouldn't be able to take a decision now, so instead he lifted his arm from his eyes and looked straight towards the pool noticing that at least Ice was getting a hold of herself after her explicit wish.
Understandable but at the same time, nothing ever happened when people wished it, right? Right.
It was then and there that he saw Atlantis walking in his direction and sitting on the lounge seat next to Andros' but also asking that question. Making a face at his identical twin's question, Andros rubbed his face and sighed momentarily. "Nothing pressing no, it's a taboo topic today, so I will not bore you to death about my issues." Andros said wryly as he sat up and propped his arms on his knees while looking at his brother. "Have you ever thought about it?" Andros asked lowering his voice purposely and he looked for a moment in Crystal's direction before turning his attention back to his brother with genuine curiosity.

Lakeouse - Kitchen
Elikapeka playfully looks at Delaana like she is spouting complete and utter nonsense when suggesting that Elika might ever be even the slightest bit bored in her company, and then tilts her head to the side as she smiles and says sincerely, "My Ceesi, I am neither worried about missing anything inside, nor in any danger of being anything remotely resembling bored when we're together, so let's not have any more talk about boredom or missing things, alright? Alright. Nodding as though the subject has been completely and utterly closed, since that is precisely what it is in her mind, Elika then purses her lips and adopts an exaggerated expression indicative of deep, deep pondering as she asks, Whatever, however, can we do to pass the time between now and when you'll need to add your finishing touches? Holding a finger aloft as though inspiration has struck, which it has, Elika hops off her seat and tells Delaana, You stay right there, my Ceesi," and then smiles over her shoulder as she heads from the kitchen into the hall.
Having retrieved a sketchpad and a tin of charcoal pencils from her studio, Elika returns to her seat and tilts her head to the side with an uncertain smile as she asks Delaana, "You wouldn't mind sitting for a portrait, would you? Laughing a bit self consciously, her earlier confidence in the idea wavering as she considers the possibility that Delaana might not feel like being sketched at the moment, Elika crinkles her nose and, giving Delaana an easy opportunity to gracefully reject the idea of being drawn, admits, It probably would have been better to ask first, huh?"

Lakehouse - Kitchen
Lifting both of her hands briefly as if in surrender, Lana looked at Elika with a playful expression before pretending to zip her mouth, to indicate she shelved that topic."You win, I won't bring it up again, at least for the rest of the day." Smiling warmly, Lana figured that perhaps she should find a way to pass up the time while they were both here, but for now she was just drawing blank, although perhaps this would be a great opportunity for them to get to know one another. Something that Lana would definitely enjoy, but it appeared to her that Elika seemed to have an idea of her own which was why Lana was looking at her both dubiously and expectantly wondering what idea Elika had come up especially when Lana had been instructed to remain here.
Briefly looking outdoors to check on what was happening by the pool, Lana seemed thoughtful for a moment, just lost in thoughts. It certainly had been a while since she really enjoyed a day where she did nothing, although at the same time, she certainly was doing something right now, and she realized that she should preferably keep her thoughts in check due to the presence of many Force users. Closing her eyes briefly, she took a deep breath and turned towards the kitchen's entrance noticing that Elika was back with a sketchpad. Looking surprised for a brief moment, Lana smiled looking at Elika with a playful expression. "I like surprises, my Shakal, Lana said softly and genuinely, although to be perfectly honest, depending on the scenario she wasn't much for surprises and she preferred to be prepared, but the question right there and the uneasiness from Elika made Lana reach out for the architect's hand to give it a squeeze. "Yours is a welcoming one, not what I would have expected to begin with, but I like it." Releasing Elika's hand, Lana looked at her with a warm smile as she nibbled briefly the corner of her lower lip. "Please, go for it; although I do expect something in return." Lana said mischievously before winking playfully and laughing softly while waving her hand to let Elika know that she was only joking. "Okay, should I do anything in particular, and did you want me to sit some place in particular?"

Nodding to confirm that I had been made aware by Atlantis of the fact that few students remain at the Mist Order's academy over the weekends, I smile while listening to Crystal's description of her training environment here at her home, glancing towards the garden when she mentions it and its unique composition of flowers that make it an ideal space for the more meditative and reflective aspects of furthering one's relationship with Ashla. I manage to keep the mild sense of discomfort the idea of acting as a teacher or instructor to anyone brings when Crystal mentions the prospect of continuing our training together; what I experienced on Bimmisaarai having left me none too confident of my suitability or ability to act in such a capacity. While, where I had once feared that I was too broken a tool to ever be utilized by Ashla ever again, I have come to feel that I may, with enough work and dedication, one day be repurposed or repaired enough to serve Her as once I did, even if it is in a new capacity or role. After a brief pause, I smile as I nod and tell Crystal, "Of course, though I imagine it will be less picking up where we left off, and more like finding out where you wish to focus now. I'm sure, I add, we will be able to find a time where we're both not otherwise engaged."
My lekku tightens around my bicep when Crystal turns to address Lily, and I take a deep breath while reminding myself that the changes I have undergone and endured have not, on a fundamental level, altered who I am, nor does my failure mean that I am suddenly entirely incapable of providing advice or guidance to others; some might argue, in fact, that my experiences lend added weight and depth to what teaching I can provide. The thought is somewhat comforting, though it does not entirely dispel the lingering concerns and sense of internal discord that have been with me since my return from Bimmisaarai.
