He smiled and looked down beneath himself, down upon a galaxy far, far away. Sitting on the floor at the edge, in a doorway of a rectangular blue box that was larger on the inside then it appeared to be outside. What a spectacular thing he thought to himself, as everything happened no matter how large on a scale it would never make a peep all the way out here. He thought about other places he's been, this one is a young and troubled one. Men and women, even children who can bend space and wield it into a weapon for good and evil, even his trusty Tardus has picked up strange wave lengths in the fabric of time and space. He wouldn't even have to travel threw time to see what this place will end up like, if they already have weapons that can destroy a planet, then what would a million years do to this place. Though he's just arrived after all...pass the reaches of one universe and to another.
