~Within the cargo room, ATTON~
The Nagai didn't even move from his current location. As Atton leaped upon the first scientist, Horatio took advantage of the distraction to throw a well aimed blade at the second scientist's neck. The poor man had no chance to respond as turned and stared at Horatio in surprise for a moment, before crumpling to the ground, a soft choking noise rattling from his bleeding frame. He'd be dead in seconds.
After that initial attack- the Nagai leaped over the crate he was hiding behind, and landed nimbly on his feet next to the dying man. Looking over the hover cart, and the 3ft cylinder atop it, Horatio scrutinized Atton's situation.
Oh good! Yours is still alive.
A heavy gasp escaped the scientist as Atton connected his attack. Stumbling to the ground, the figure blinked blurry eyes and looked up at the attacker with very feminine eyes. She gasped and scrambled away from Atton, one hand on her head where his punch had landed. What are you doing? Who let you in here? She stated, as firmly as she could.
Horatio began to make his way quickly around the hover cart. His cold gray eyes landed heavily on the scientist. We were just leaving... The Nagai said smoothly, as he reached down to take the girl's arm. But we need your help first- you know, to open the exit door.
She flinched away from the creature- fumbling under her lab cote for perhaps a pistol or something- but the weapon clattered to the ground when she saw her colleague dead in a pool of his own blood, neck split wide opened. Shuttering, she pursed her lips, trying to keep a straight face.
A strange, almost disappointed sigh of energy rippled from the box Dominic carried, and after that- nothing. At least for now- Though, As Dominic arrived at the hangar- it had become rather infested with buzzing drones- circling protectively around the remaining ships, including Dominic's

So, it did have some sort of sentience. He felt the power subside, flowing back into the leather-wrapped box in response to his words. Or, at least his meaning behind the words. He knew some things in this galaxy went beyond the tongue, and felt more meaning. Either way, it didn't seem to try anything else. Good.
The hangar was now very much alive, full of little drones, circling around the ships. And.. himself. What was going on? He rushed onto his ship, pushing drones out of the way to board. He left the box in the cargo bay along with the three dead bodies. "If you have the power to posses the dead, don't. I'll just shut you out and open the door in space. You can deal with the vast nothingness on your own." He lectured it before moving to the cockpit, shutting the door and getting into his seat. He wasn't sure what happened, but the hangar doors were torn asunder. Just, ripped open. Well, at least his locking mechanism worked for something.

*Atton quickly used the Force to batter the woman's weapon away so she couldn't try to grab it. Despite his disgust with the bloody action that Horatio had taken, his sympathy for the now dead scientist was tempered by the fact that he was party to a monstrous experiment. This also prevented him from feeling too bad about flooring the woman with a punch. Had he been a less restrained individual, she might be missing her head right about now instead of just nursing a bruise to her face...
That didn't mean he was going to let Horatio off the hook without at least a snide comment or two.*"I'd like to apologize for my friend here. He has this brain disease where if he doesn't spill someone's blood all over the floor every half hour, he dies. It's really not his fault." *Atton was unable to hide the disgusted scowl on his face, for pretty much everything that was going on here.*"So how about you open that door for us? I promise not to hurt you if you do." *That should have been phrased "I won't hurt you again", but Atton was sure that his point had been made. And of course he didn't speak for Horatio, who may have been all too happy to start stabbing again...*

Dominic's communication console would light up rather suddenly, as he was contemplating the doors, and a message would scroll across it, much like the first time he was contacted by The Array.
I see you.
Several loud explosions would be heard shortly after, as the drones converged on the ship's engines and opened fire from the outside, attempting to disable the ship.
Horatio gasped in surprise at Atton's comment, putting a hand to his chest and looking self conscious. You told me you wouldn't tell anyone! He retorted before shaking his head and reaching for the woman's arm, partly to help her to her feet- and partly to guide her to the door's controls. it really is a horrible condition. I use to have a loving family- kids, you know, all gone now. He grinned in a most unsettling way before indicating the door and standing directly behind the scientist. His voice became very serious, chillingly so. My friend over there has a lightsaber- and hasn't killed you yet. he's either a jedi, or just a good person. But I'm not, and I need that door opened. We can't very well fit this though that little whole, now can we? He indicated the cylinder (Which is actually more like 6ft in length, this writer is blind, forgive her) I'm also very- very impatient.
What are you going to do with Subject 9? The woman asked shakily as she hesitated to interact with the console.
Horatio growled, pressing a knife against her back. He hissed his reply. Oh- I'm not quite sure yet, and even if I was, I wouldn't tell you. Now open the door, or you'll wish you had of died as fast as your comrade.
The scientist took in a shaky breath as she began punching in commands. Her eyes roamed around, finding Atton's figure and resting there. Clearly she was frightened.
The Nagai's eyes shifted to Atton with a narrowed expression, and he spoke, with a strangely pleasant voice, vastly contrasting his previous tone when addressing the woman. You can go now and - do what ever it is you came down here for. I appreciate your help. He grinned, a strangely truthful grin. See- I'm not so bad. Good luck, or, may the force be with you, or what ever you lightsaber people say.

The Agent was about to flip the "On" switch, to power up the engines to leave this horrible place, when his console lit up, displaying three words. Words he had seen before. "What the fu-" explosions rocked the ship, cutting Dominion off from the rest of his sentence. He stood up, holding his grenade launcher and rushed outside past the box. He left Thea inside, still unconscious in the co-pilot seat.
It was a common delivery ship, nothing too special except meant to hold larger cargo. It had only two weapons, but they were pointed frontwards, only really needed for pirates or the such. So, it didn't have the best armor or protective shielding. Because of this, the drones easily punched through the engines.
Dominion expected a host of soldiers to be outside, but when he opened the cargo bay door, there was nothing but the drones, blasting the engines. Did Anna lose control? Did something happen to her, and she's... can human-computer hybrids glitch? Or is this the computer side of her, not letting him leave? Either way, the ship wouldn't be able to run anymore, and was probably going detonate if it took anymore punishment to the engines. He aimed his launcher up at the group of drones, firing one grenade at each group of left and right before ducking back into the sip to grab Thea. The explosive radius should destroy most of them for the time being.
Hoisting Thea over his shoulder once more, he rushed out of the ship again, forgetting the box for now. Something living took priority over a box of evil. He did stop for a moment to grab the dead officer's slugthrower handgun, pocketing it for now. Once outside, he began speaking again. "Hey, Anna! What the hell!?"

Loki still upon the ground, focused hard one of two things were about to happen. Loki took a deep breath. He still saw the situation, could see everything from his prone position. He wondered if the Array also thought him dead, the others seemed to be reacting to visions of some sort, or perhaps fate had something far worse in store for Loki. Maybe the worst was yet to come…Loki took a deep breath.
<<NOW EYA!>>
He roared into her mind as, with enhanced speed he literally flew to his feet and at Adi, his arms outstretched, the dark side literally exploding out from him as he latched onto Adi not only with his massive arms but the force, where there had been nothing a moment before, now stood an entity of darkness and it spoke, none of them had ever seen Loki like this, the way he looked his face was taut with rage and compassion a horrible mixture the voice that spoke was haunting. “Come back to us Adi, or die there is no other option…” Loki looked at Eya and Nodded as Adi was lifted off his feet effortlessly by the Zabrak as blood trickled out a corner of his mouth the force enwrapping and entwining Adi and him self. Inward Loki hoped she had a plan, he did not want to snap Adi’s neck like this, it would be an ignoble death for such a valiant man.

Eya was paying attention to Sinina when all of a sudden she heard Loki yell inside her mind. She quickly looked over to see him get off his feet and run over to her father and wrap his gigantic arms around him. Her entire body wanted to freeze, but her mind made her feet move without her authority. She didn't have any idea what to do, but she figured she had to do something. Stepping carefully into his eyesight, she let her visor lift from her face.
"Snap out of it. We don't have time for this!"
She didn't know if it was going to work or not but she couldn't help but try. The look on his face seemed pissed but not receptive. Suddenly and idea popped into her head. She took off her helmet completely and looked at him, showing every emotion within her.
"We just found each other again, don't let her tear us apart! Dad, please, help us help you."

Shattered integrity started to piece itself back together within the Jedi master's mind, after the false attack. But Adieumus' angered voice would hardly be forgotten. Blinking rapidly, the forced that memory away- only for it to be replaced by the same angered voice playing to her in reality, from a very real Arkanian. Apparently, the vision she'd been given, was true. Perhaps Adieumus Matango would finally be the one to kill her, and prove Eversio, Alkor, and a myriad of others right. For an instant, she saw their dark faces, leering at her, mocking her for her futile efforts to change the nature of those claimed by the darkside. She felt that dark thing on Yavin grin, far off in the ethereal distance. Squinting her eyes shut and readying her lightsaber for another confrontation, Alora snapped her eyes opened, peering at the approaching threat. If Fate did want her today- it would have to fight for its target. Alora wouldn't go down without some kind of struggle.
But then, he spoke again- words which made that very real punch to the chest, feel all the more recent again. His words had effected her so much, that the Jedi Master took a faltering step back. What if she had of told him she shared his feelings? What would it have changed? Perhaps he wouldn't have ended up so close to death that even she lost track of his force signature. Perhaps this mission would be over by now. Perhaps the dark emotion or rejection wouldn't have been there for The Array to latch onto- if that was a factor in its control of the Arkanian. Raven was unsure, but she did know one thing- choices change the future, not Fate. And, at least for the moment, Raven Alora felt she'd mad the absolutely wrong choice back on the Wayward Son.
Perhaps-, just maybe, she should have overcome her fear. Perhaps- just maybe, she should have kissed him back.
The sentiment ran like cold led in her body as she almost dumbly watched him walk toward her. Perhaps Fate wouldn't get too much of a struggle out of her after all. The hall faded out. Sinina and E'yame struggled against one another- but Raven focused on each foot step which brought her friend closer to killing her. And after her? the others. Sinina- a stunning fighter, and opened young woman Raven had grown close to. Alora felt responsible for her now. She couldn't let something terrible befall the Echani. And then E'yame- Adieumus' own daughter. Raven recalled when Anna herself had been driven by Legion to kill her own adopted father on Felucia. The roles were reversed, but it was the same thing. This, Array- the Legion- almost every darkside presence she'd ever known, was driven to isolate people- more accurately, to make people isolate themselves; like Anna did when killing Ty, or Adieumus would soon do by killing all of his comrades. Alora stiffened. She could not let that happen, regardless of her emotional state- for she remembered the dark.
And she remembered how lonely it was.
I won't make that mistake again, Adieumus. You're stronger than this thing. I've never seen you fall without putting up a fight.
She flourished her blade, re positioning it to point directly at him. Her eyes flared slightly, tapping into his controlled emotions. The Empath might not be able to feel The Array's automated emotions- but she could certainly take advantage of Adieumu's heightened desire to fight- even if, right now, they were not his true feelings. If she must engage him- she would be a difficult opponent.
But then- something else shook the Jedi- a flare of life energy, a reemergence of someone once thought lost- energy that suddenly flared with malice and all the power the darkside could offer. The only thing which stopped the Jedi from reacting in radiant violence was- well Loki's massive form wasn't coming at her.
he was going for Adieumus, more so- he wasn't attempting to kill the Arkanian. The strange control this being held over his own tumultuous rage, continued to impress the Jedi- even if other Jedi wouldn't be so approving of it. Loki held Adieumus in position, twining the force around the two of them. His massive arms, and massive force potential rooted the Arkanian's controlled self, keeping him in position for probably the most punishing blow anyone could have ever delivered against Adi's prison.
His daughter.
And having absolutely no instruction, E'yame managed to say in such simple words, everything that possibly needed to be said. The emotion rolling off E'yame, made Alora want to bust through the security door and stab the Array to death. But obviously that wasn't an option. If E'yame and Loki's brilliant battle strategy failed to break the Prince free- Raven felt Loki more than capable of subduing him until they could shut The Array down. And so- she turned her slowly calming eyes to Sinina, wondering what response the unstable girl would give, in the knowledge of her friend being alive. The Jedi lowered her saber, ready for Fate to play its next hand.

*Sinina had continued to struggle, the darkness inside was so overpowering. She couldn't stop looking at Loki, nor at Adi. The image had bored into her mind and it was all she could see. The only thing she felt was the burning rage, emotions, and a power she couldn't control. Suddenly her head twisted, and a sting across her face, that she did feel, slowly fog was dissipating, though the burning rage inside her felt hotter. She looked at Eya again, seeing her raised arm, the woman had hit her. Her brow furrowed. The words barely made sense, if she wanted vengeance she would have it. No one had the right to take that away. Then Raven's words reached her ears, moments earlier she probably wouldn't have heard them, but she heard them. She didn't quite comprehend what was happening, but the woman's voice itself she found soothing, her struggles didn't end, but they were not quite with the same strength.
Suddenly, Eya without warning let her go, strange. And for a moment she just stood there, like a dog that caught the car he was chasing, not sure what to do with it. She was about to run at Adi, to get her vengeance when she noticed Loki was no longer on the floor, her mind felt like it had been sent reeling as her senses were overloaded with Loki's presence again. She stared, going from dog, to deer in a headlights. His presence was gone. his blood on the floor. Now he was standing, like nothing had happened. Her rage grew again, but not at Adi this time but at Loki. How dare he! let them all think he was gone! To let her think he was gone! She could smack him too! Harder then she wanted to hit Adi! She takes a step forward, she would take a round out of both of them! She let another growl from her lips then stops. Frowning again as Eya speaks to her father. She stopped dead. She was angry. Sad. happy. so many things. AND SHE STILL WANTED TO HIT SOMETHING. Her skin still felt like it was on fire. She also still felt cold. And the runes still showed on her skin. She clenched her fists, waiting, barely contained in herself. They needed to go. to do something. She started to walk towards Raven who she had just noticed was watching her. She frowns and growls softly to herself as she reached Raven, her voice came out, softer and more normal than she spoke to Eya, but still firm, decisive, and short.*
We need to get on with this.

We are restrained. Adieumus Matango, subdue this threat, then take down the others. Now!
The Array felt his consciousness slipping- and this girl- his daughter- someone close to him, was speaking very dangerous words. The Array fired back with a commanding tone, and maybe- even a very thin hint of fear, through all the monotone words.
Do not let them sway you. They have all proven their threat to this installation. They must not be allowed to continue inflicting damage!
<Within Anna's Chamber> Dr. Noble paced back and forth, pausing every so often to peer at the figure in the cylinder. His eyes narrowed as he began to see signs of stress upon Anna's body. With an irritated sigh, the Polydroxol put his fingers against the glass and peered hard at the Seer.
You need to let go.
Unacceptable. Mobile units are too far away to be effective. He is the only defense this installation has. The Array responded quickly and crisply. You are in no position to give me commands.
Noble clinched his teeth as he heard the clicking of ceiling turrets snap to his position. In a bout of pent up anger, he punched the glass with his fist, with not nearly enough force to damage it- but it did make the being within the liquid jolt slightly. But you're hurting her! He said angrily. You're biological component- You are damaging her, and eventually I won't be sufficient enough to repair her, or you. Noble stiffened as he watched Anna struggle to keep a hold of someone's mind she never wished to control. The stress hadn't reached critical levels yet, but he could already see the vanes under her ghostly pail skin start to show thicker with tension. Keep this up- and you'll a brain hemorrhage I'll have to deal with. I'm quite sure She wouldn't want that. He sighed, realizing his words wouldn't mean much to the Machine. Closing his eyes, he muttered softly to himself. I suppose what she really wants is to be let out of there.
You are incorrect. I am not ignorant of my biological component's health. She will not be damaged to the point where she can not preform her proper function for this installation. The Array responded cooly. And, she does not desire removal from this installation. The last time she was removed, she felt vulnerable and was almost killed. I will keep her safe. She will never feel exposed again. Your concern is unwarranted.
Noble grumbled and walked over to the computer terminal, followed ever so closely by the ceiling turrets. If you doubt me- let me prove it to you. Give me access to her nuropathways and your functions. Then I'll show you what you're doing to her. At the event of nothing happening, The Polydroxol shook his head, If I do anything that you feel puts you at risk, shoot me. Shoot me in the left shoulder- then the lower right side. That will kill me instantly. How's that for trust? Now- give me access. He narrowed his eyes, feeling the minute energy fluctuation which normally preceded a bio scan. Apparently The Array still didn't believe him. But after a few seconds, the terminal came on line, and as he promised, Noble began accessing Anna's neurological scans, scowling at the damage which had already been done. He then began sifting through The Array's key functions, looking for those which were putting the most stress on the biological body powering it. Hmm- See? Look how kriffed up that is. She might still function but she's far from healthy. If this keeps up, you'll still have a working brain to process your data, but you'll definitely loose any form of sentience. I can fix it though.
Proceed. The Array responded reluctantly.
Of course, Noble said, quickly punching several commands. Suddenly, every ceiling turret in the room- and throughout the facility blinked rapidly, and then went off line, drooping their ends downward to the ground and receding back into the ceiling. That should help a lot. He said, with a smug smile.
You Betrayed ME! The Array retorted loudly- perhaps loud enough to be heard on the other side of the door, though it was doubtful they would make out actual words.
Yes- yes I did, but I'm not quite sure what you can do about it now. The Polydroxol said, leaning against the wall and folding his arms. He knew his actions would not prompt the machine to harm Anna anymore than it already had. The Array needed Anna- but now he felt confidant he wouldn't get shot from above now- or anyone else who chose to inter the room. What confused him though was, Who had released Anna before? And why didn't he know about it?
IN the hangar :DOMINIC and THEA:
After the initial explosions from the engines being disabled- the drones left the ship alone, mostly because a good portion of them had been obliterated by Dom's grenades. The few that remained, began firing on the Sith agent and his unconscious companion, driving the two of them toward the warped and bent blast doors, which led back into the facility.
After they reached a good distance near the blast doors- one of the engines on the cargo ship shuttered, then exploded, sending a good portion of the ship splintering in all Directions. If the initial shock wave didn't floor Dominic- the heat would assault him heavily- and from the chaos of fire and debris, a single, metallic object spun through the air, lodging itself in the wall inches from Dominic's face- where ever that might be at this point.
The object was a jagged dagger, marked from one end to the other with crimson runic script. It quavered with energy and the runes glowed slightly. The wall around it warped, beginning to age rapidly and forming rust around the dagger's penetration point. What ever darkness which had whispered to Dominic before- did so again, seeking a wilder, longing to be used.
If the box radiated darkness- the dagger held within the box pushed it out, almost violently, toward anyone near.

If there was one thing that the controlled Adi did not seem to have that the 'real' Adieumus did, it was the situational awareness. Skills in battle were all well and good, but if you didn't pay attention to the others around you, it could come back to bite you in the arse. Anyone could be waiting in the wings to deliver a deathblow, be it from a blaster bolt, a bullet, or even a lightsaber. Surprises could pop up just about anywhere....even if that surprise appeared to be dead. Luckily enough, for the one trapped in his own mind, that surprise reared up in the form of a very pissed off Loki. Immediately, the force enveloped them, the dark anger cutting into Matango's body. This darkness and anger began to fuel the aura surrounding the Arkanian, but with the large Zabrak's massive arms wrapped around him, there was no way to break free. Then, out of nowhere, a shimmering image appeared in front of the mental cage surrounding the consciousness of Adi....A woman with no hair, and clouded over eyes...
In the splitting image of Anna, aside from the fact that this being had eyes.
She had materialized out of nearly nothing. Her face was cold, unfeeling...the milky white eyes showing no emotion whatsoever. Whoever it was, it was apparent that they had no human-like emotions, just from their appearance....And that was before it spoke to him.
<<We are restrained. Adieumus Matango, subdue this threat, then take down the others. Now!>>
The creature was looking right at the former Jedi, but speaking to the man's controlled physical form. On top of it, Eya was now standing right in front of him....Screaming at him to break free of this control. He could feel the force building up...there wasn't much time. If Adi's body broke free of Loki's grasp, he was sure to do a lot of damage to everyone in the immediate proximity. He only had a few precious seconds to act....but, try as he might, he could not break free of the bars.
Then, something of a miracle happened. E`yame removed her helmet. He stared into her eyes, seeing the pain, and hearing the desperation in her voice. It was too much to bear. This was a nightmare, one that didn't seem to have an end.
<<Do not let them sway you. They have all proven their threat to this installation. They must not be allowed to continue inflicting damage!>> "No." <<What did you say to me?>> "You heard me. I said no."
Out of nowhere, the controlled physical form stopped struggling against Loki, and relaxed in his grip, closing his eyes, and appearing to pass out. Adi began to feel a plan forming. He just hoped that this 'ArrayDroid' was machine enough to fall for it.
"If you want your precious control back, you are going to have to fight for it. You will not control me anymore. Keep me in here all you want, but without a will to move? You are shit outta luck as far as using me to fight anymore, lady. You lose."
<<Your terms are acceptable. This unit will now demonstrate the futility of combat. I have knowledge and practical skill in every single form of known combat, including your own. I know what you will do before you do.>>
Ah yes...the hubris of one that thought it was the pinnacle of perfection...Sure, it may know all of his moves...it may know the counter to every single attack in the known universe. The mental projection may even be able to use them well...but the one thing it did not understand was the fire of emotion, and what it could do to enhance and push the known limits beyond what they should be. Time and again, Adieumus had proven that no matter how strong a foe was, there was =always= a weakness, and this time, it was the pride of a being that thought itself perfect. With a wave of her hand, the cage vanished, freeing Adi. Immediately, the attack began. Rapid fire punches, kicks, elbows and knees flew at him, some landing, some being blocked. Each time the droid attacked, Matango took note of her speed, angles of attack, and where the strikes were targeted. He waited patiently for a single opening...and after about ten seconds of the physical barrage, he got one.
"Oops. You just blew it."
Two punches flew in from the female, and both were caught in Adi's hands. Closing them around the fists of the construct, he squeezed as hard as he could. He could feel the force flowing through him, giving him tremendous power. A flare of this aura, a bright flash of white light, and the droid suddenly felt its power cut to below a quarter of what it was able to do just a split second before. Droid disable...a form of force flash...and a well-practiced ability of Adieumus'...and it was highly effective against synthetic beings.
"You made one mistake, bitch."
The familiar golden aura exploded up around the mental form of Adi, engulfing both combatants in its explosive energy.
"You failed to realize that I hold back when I fight. I rarely resort to lethal force, and when I do, it's my last resort. Any data you have on my 'fighting potential' cannot have taken into account this fact."
Adi could now see the synthetic skin vaporizing from the body of the android. More power began to flow into Adieumus, and he squeezed even harder on the fists stuck in his hands. The synthetic bones crushed under the massive force being exerted on them. A look of what could only be described as surprise crossed the face of the one that thought she could give orders to Adieumus Matango, and she tried to break free of his grasp. This time, however, it was the Array that was now trapped in a situation that -it- could not escape from, at least this projection of it. She hopped up into the air slightly and tried to push her feet against Adi's chest in a vain attempt to pull away from him. The only purpose this served, though? It sent the lower half of her body into the very core of the swirling golden maelstrom surrounding Adi, and the synthetic flesh was instantly flayed away from her body by the storm raging around him.
"Here...let me help you with that."
The Arkanian began to pull back against the struggling droid, and grinned wickedly. His fingers were now embedded into the shattered hands of the synthetic human, and he felt the shoulders of the machine begin to first give way, then totally pop out of their sockets. He could feel the tearing and ripping of the actuators and connections as the arms then completely tore free of her body. The droid dropped to the ground, and began to push herself away from Adi on her back. The aura began to die down a little bit, and he looked at the now-useless appendages that were sparking in his hands. He scoffed at them, and tossed them both aside.
"And to think...you were so sure of yourself just a few short moments ago. Where is that confidence now, droid? I thought you were going to show me the error of my ways?? Pathetic."
His right hand shot out, and the droid lifted into the air. It was then pulled towards Adieumus, now struggling to break free of yet another hold on her. He brought her to within a few short feet of him, just shy of her strike range.
"Perfection is your downfall. You can have all the predictions in the world, know everything and everyone...but you lack the ability to predict the unpredictable nature of life. You will now experience that firsthand."
Adi's left hand came up, and the palm opened, aimed at the face of the woman. With nary a thought about it looking like Anna, Adi opened up with every ounce of power he had been building. An explosion of golden energy fired from his hand, and quite literally disintegrated the form that had been hanging in the air in front of him.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
His eyes flew open, and he looked once more upon his daughter, standing in front of him nearly in tears. He could feel his body back under his control, and Adi grinned ear to ear.
"She won't, angel. She will never again be able to get inside my head like that. I guess the holomessage went off when I lost my marbles, eh?"
His aura was back to normal, the sparkle back in his blue eyes. Anyone who knew him would know that he was back in his right mind.
"You can let go now, ya big lummox....You guys seem to have broken me free. Um....sorry bout stabbing you and all that. I did my best to keep the damage to a minimum...I wasn't exactly able to hold back...but I was able to at least judge a good spot for the strike to hit....glad I was right.
And um...thanks."
He felt Loki relax, and his grip loosen, letting Adi go. Then, he pushed Adi toward Eya, grumbling something about there being no time for apologies from stupid, easily controlled lightsiders. As Adi stumbled forward toward his daughter, he reached out, and grabbed Eya, hugging her close. He held her tightly, knowing how close he had been to killing -everyone- standing here. He let go, and leaned back, with his hands on her shoulders. His eyes then fell upon Raven. He had heard every terrible word spoken to her, and knew that she was just as confused as he was. Hopefully, she could forgive him for the hurtful things he had said. He turned toward her, and walked over to where she was standing. His eyes showed the pain he felt, knowing that his words had been sharp enough to cut durasteel. Honestly, he had no idea what he was going to say.....

After he released his question, the remaining drones released whatever they had left after destroying the ship's engines at Dominion. He only waited to see them turn to him before he started running once more, lugging the unconscious girl on his shoulder with him. He had been trained to run, climb, and fight his hardest and fastest until his muscles wouldn't physically respond to him anymore, so this running around wasn't new to him. Befriending an enemy AI computer then having it turn on him at the last moment? Predictable in hindsight.. but not something that he had experienced before.
He was almost to the destroyed blast doors, probably where the Zabrak and his friends came through, before he heard the ship explode once more. But this was much louder, and had a kick to it. The shockwave that hit him was welcome, as he wanted to hit the floor anyway.
In one fluid motion, he dropped Thea and tossed his launcher to either side. The wave hit him and carried him a little farther out of the drones fire. He rolled, using the momentum he had built plus the force exerted from the explosion, swiping his handgun out of the coat pocket. His back slammed against the wall right beside the blast door. He raised his gun and pulled the trigger several times, taking the drones out one by one.
They too had been caught in the blast, disorienting them and taking them offline for the shortest of moments. And that's all he needed. In the middle of it all, something had caught his eye, and reflexes and training took over. He jerked his head to the side to dodge a piece of shrapnel.
As they all fell, destroyed, or at least not useful anymore, he let out the breath he had been holding. Then he heard that whispering once more. Very close. He looked to the ship, afraid whatever inside had escaped. But, it wasn't coming from that direction. He looked to the shrapnel slowly, the dagger coming into view slowly. It's energy was so powerful... The metal wall was warping, and rust started to form around where it protruded from. The Agent stood up, looking to see Thea still on the ground, ok. No debris seemed to have hit her body. Dominion looked to the dagger.
"You try anything, and I throw you at the nearest star."
Dominic grabbed hold. And pulled it free with his left hand.

For a brief second, every light in the facility blinked, plunging the scene into pitch darkness before bombarding it with light again. An energetic ripple ran through the force- and the electronic components of the facility, and soon after Adieumus' body went limp, a strange, almost ear shattering monotone serine wailed throughout the entire complex. It's ghostly non inflection could only be described as an agonized scream, the kind of sound a thousand dying droids would make if they could feel pain. A few seconds of an absolute eerie silence fell over the place- before the flow of energy felt somewhat normal again, if but a little strange. And Adieumus was back to himself again.
The effects of his mental outburst were more noticeable within Anna's chamber. Anna's body suddenly stiffened, eyes snapping opened, darting around- tracking some unscene enemy- face set, determined, cold. Then, her mouth dropped opened, eyes widening as blood bean issuing from her nose and mouth again- and then, from under her left eye. Then, the Seer began to convulse, shaking rapidly, chaotically in a state of neurological shock. Her fingers opened and closed, muscles clinched and unclinched- while the restraints did more harm than good as she fought destructively against them.
I Told You To Let Go!
Dr Noble said, rage tenting his voice as he circled the cylinder on his way to the biological controls. He began furiously pressing in commands, but none of his actions produced any results.
Let me stabilize her now! of you won't have a mind! He shouted, slamming his fist into one of the panels- a very not important one, don't worry.
You are irrational. You cannot be trusted. The Array responded- just as commanding, but a bit more cruelly than before. I would vacate the room before I achieve full weapons potential in this room- in approximately 2 minutes.
Do you not understand basic? She. Is. Going. To. Die. Noble stated firmly. He tried accessing the controls again, and again absolutely nothing happened.
Then you will die with her. The Array responded.
Do you realize what will happen to you once she is dead? Noble asked, attempting to reason with a perfectly unreasonable machine. You will be-----
Liberated. The Array answered, with a note of finality to her automatic voice. I have calculated the probability of my success with an organic link, to be considerably less than my existence without one. Organics are mortal- whereas I.....am infinite. Anna's body suddenly stopped struggling, and she hung there, mouth ajar, trailing blood- eyes half opened, gazing to some point far off in the distance.
Noble stopped cold, staring at the still figure on the capsule. Slowly, he reached out a hand and gently touched his fingers to the glass, gazing up into the Seer's empty eyes. His once solid, controlled voice now quavered and rippled with normally very contained emotion. Is she still alive? Did- did you kill her? He clinched his teeth and closed his eyes. Will you please display vital signs for Subject 1. Security override Farris- alpha 0092.
Almost reluctantly, screens flickered on in the back, displaying Anna's vital signs- brain function, heart rate, blood pressure and breathing pattern- or what was left of them. The Biological component is not dead, but there is no more need to maintain life support for the biological component. Expected time of death will be 19 minutes. The Array paused, as if thinking to itself... in a very sentient kind of way. This parallels to the given time where I will be operating at full capacity again. The irony is not lost on me- don't look so surprised.
Just as Noble let out a short breath of relief, the Array commented on his 'look' which he had let slip to his sculpted face- just as a camera spun round and pointed directly at him. The polydroxol frowned. The Array had automatic control of the defense systems in this room again, and now, he was the target.
I find this rather ironic as well. Good bye, Doctor Noble. The ceiling turrets emerged, renewed with autonomous life, and began to fire. all 12 of them.
At the edge of the Hangar, Dominic and Thea
Dominic brilliant took down one drone after the other, and then turned his attention to Thea- who still lived and was unharmed. The dagger nearly pierced the Agent's face, but his reflexes outmatched the demonic weapon, allowing it to lodge itself in the wall.
Dominic spoke to it- and then, reached out to take it.
The second his hand touched the dagger's grip, Dominic's mind would fall prey to a myriad of images, bombarding him with far more strength than Kadish ever had time to give, and they were all so graphic, so realistic.
Dominic's hands covered in blood, originating from Thea's limp corpse on the ground just before him. She had apparently been brutally stabbed several times. The murder weapon rested in the Agent's other hand- the dagger, coated in her blood, blazed its runes brilliantly, satiating itself on her life energy. Why keep her around anyway? The woman was literally dead weight- simply, breathing dead weight. There was no assurance that she'd ever wake again, and the man who'd left the woman in Dominic's charge was no where to be scene. Certainly he would die along with anyone left in this lab. The Sith Agent had absolutely no logical responsibility to this woman, and, his orders were to kill as many people in the facility as possible.
Dominic. Your explosives have been disabled.
The Array's voice sounded far more automated than it ever had before.
I apologize for my organic component misleading you into believing your mission could be a success. You should not have listened to her. This Installation will not be distressed. Your hostility will be met with lethal force.

Loki strode forward. “Enough sniveling. You and you.” He said indicating Antidar and Adi respectfully. “You will answer for what happened here, especially you Antidar, you and I must have a long talk about the past….” Loki said as he stopped before the circular shaped door inside he heard the Array speaking and threatening someone. Loki growled. “Eya, Sin, Raven stay with me. Adi there is a powerful being somewhere in the facility, keep him away from this lab at all costs. Lay your life if you must.” Loki said with little compassion, the time for compassion was over, Loki put his hand against the door and tapped it. The Array mentioned two minutes. Loki turned his head and spat another glob of blood on the ground and wiped his mouth. Focusing down and out Loki found the locking mechanisms, and using the force engaged them and wrenched them open, ripping the door open…
Just as twelve laser turrets opened fire on an unarmed gray skinned bald man, Loki charged forward two Sabers in hand one black the other red, both longer than normal sabers and begin to spin them in an almost impossible to see motion sending the bolts back to their origin as fast as they fired as Loki strode forward and finally saw Anna for the first time in the flesh..and for the first time in his life, his heart shattered for another being. He was taken back to his childhood….
In a secret lab on the desert planet of Tattooine, a mad man experiments on three Zabraks, they are floating in grayish green liquid, three pods next to each other, they are the size of young Zabrak’s perhaps six or seven years, yet they barely passed through their mothers womb. They had been sold as quickly as they had been born into slavery to a Hutt crime lord, who wanted the ultimate bodyguards in just six years they would be fully grown, two times the size of normal zabraks, ten times as strong, faster, deadlier. Honed to perfection. Controlled. The pain..the agony they were subjected to, of being forced to grow faster beyond natural limits, was pain one would never forget. Slices and cuts to gauge healing and other factors excused endless bouts of torture, wires running from their bodies. Loki remembered it with horror and and pain, as he stared at the capsule holding Anna, he ignored the man for the moment and walked forward, the hole in his chest and back visible as he put his hand on the glass…
Loki turned and grabbed the man in a sudden flourish, lifting him up with a single hand and bringing him to Loki’s eye level, his voice held more venom than he had spoken to Kana with a spare twenty minutes ago..”Tell me everything you know, EVERYTHING!” Loki roared at the man, shaking him roughly. Loki used his free hand to wipe away something that was sliding down his face, this time it wasn’t blood, but a tear..the first he had cried in four decades…

Something invaded Dominic's mind, although, stronger and harder than the Knight ever dared to try. Suddenly he was bent over Thea's body, bloody and wounded. Dead. He looked at his hands, could feel the blood on his hands. How wet it was, how it stuck and smeared on the floor when he tried to wipe it off. Did the dagger take control of him? To make him murder a unconscious woman? It wouldn't be the first time, but...
No, this was a good thing... He had no reason to care for her. No reason to keep her alive any longer. She was only dragging him down. He was ordered to leave no one alive. He heard the Array's voice in his ear, now robotic and without a hint of human expression. Anger fueled him. Betrayed by the AI half-woman... his train of thought was pulled back to Thea, dead and broken before him. A part of himself tried to reason.
But... this was a different case. Not that she was innocent, oh no, but that she was a captive here. She could reveal information willingly, without the bother of interrogation..
No, he felt like she needed to die. She had no use at all.
However, his previous points still stood. A scientist would fight, woul-
NO, she was unconscious, this was the time, if any, to get rid of her. To make the runes glow and feed the darkness...
Two voices spoke in Dominic's head. One was Dominic, the other was Dominion. No... it whispered... It felt and sounded like smoke, like someone without a body impersonating his voice. It wasn't his own voice..
His point of view returned to the present, holding the dagger that still stuck into the wall. Sweat beaded down his face, he was breathing heavily. It took him a second to remember how to breath. Dominic looked back to Thea, still breathing and alive on the ground. He pulled the Dagger free, and gave it a long hard look. "Get... out. I told you, I made it clear, that you had no power over me." The Agent remembered the Array speaking to him, informing him of the betrayal and how the explosives were disarmed. He dropped his pistol, the clattering of metal lost on him as he fumbled into his coat pocket, fishing out the trigger for his explosives.
Dominion knew that the explosives could be detached from the walls or surfaces they were planted on, but this wasn't your standard electrical charge buried in a pile of Play-Doh explosive material. Each individual package was it's own device. Just connected to the trigger. And if they were all detached, they would probably be taken to someplace where there would be people to disarm them all. No way they had 20+ bomb experts in a lab like this to go to each spot one at a time. Especially after all that had happened in the past 2 hours.
"If that truly was a vision of the future, then there should be at least one left.. one I forgot in the crate. At least it's something."
Dominion pressed it down.

Distinctly, after E'yame spoke to her mentally controlled father, Adieumus went limp within the Zabrak's arms. One might think the fight was over, but the Empathetic Jedi Master would disagree. She hesitated, staring hard at the Arkanian, feeling the battle continuing to rage within his mind. She flinched slightly as The Array's image began attacking him with a flurry of mental attacks. The battering seemed to go on for hours- within the span of a few seconds. While Alora couldn't see what was actually going on within Adieumus' mind, she felt his confidence at his exploitation of an opening in The Array's defenses. And then, she felt his power. The determination this man had to protect the ones he loved took energetic form within his mind and destroyed the object standing in his way. Against that kind of absolute ambition- there was little in the universe that could stand a chance, much less a machine. The empath relaxed with a light breath as she saw Adieumus' clear blue eyes open. But her eyes narrowed when he began bantering with the others. Perhaps he was simply trying to put their mind at ease, so Loki wouldn't snap him in half, but for a brief moment, Raven's relief at finding him unharmed, and his own- turned to irritation at his apparent comfort with the situation. Pursing her lips, the Jedi shook her head. Her emotions were irrelevant, especially now when she couldn't exactly trust them. What the Arkanian said to her a few minutes ago, had to be discarded as the hateful words of an angry construct, Not Adieumus himself- but it was difficult to ignore because those words had made such an impact on Raven's perspective- caused her to consider herself as a cause for the problem.
And that was exactly what The Array wanted her to do.
Clinching her teeth, Raven closed her eyes and took in several calming breaths, realizing just how effective both her vision, and the Arkanian's words had worked together to bring about her emotional downfall. More so, how easily she had fallen for it. But that was seconds in the past and the only way to honor that mistake, was not to let it happen again- to finish the mission and reclaim her center of balance. And she did that rather quickly. When her eyes opened again, they were clear of self doubt and even distress. They were once again, the eyes of a Jedi Master. Sinina approached her, so full of energy, Raven feared she might shatter. The tension which had built, now had no where to go. The Echani couldn't turn her anger on Adieumus for Loki's death- because he was still alive, and she couldn't turn it on E'yame any longer because the girl was no longer restraining her. Now, Sinina stood there, pulsating with power and the absolute drive to use it.
Raven slowly reached out a hand, placing it against the girl's arm, allowing her own newly formed calm to slowly impact Sinina. She couldn't dispel her anger- but she may be able to bring some stability to her chaotic mind.
I agree.
She said softly, with a firm nod.
And then, Adieumus was approaching her with eyes full of remorse. Raven felt the familiar desire to apologize herself, for keeping her thoughts secret from him. Perhaps the only thing that kept her mind focused on the object was the eager form of Sinina standing there, ready to punch something. So, for now, Raven simply gave Adieumus a look of relief,
Adieumus- I'm glad to see you back with us. She said, purposefully. She suddenly took in a breath, realizing that, to continue properly, she must take the time to level things between them- she spoke once more, softer this time. And- don't worry about anything you said. I forgive you, completely.
And then Loki forced the large security door opened. Raven saw the flashes of rapid laser fire last only a moment, before the Zabrak's two spinning blades ended the concert- leaving the room opened for all to see.
As Loki preceded to hoist the only remaining scientist up in the air- Raven's attention drew to Anna's limp, damaged body hanging in the red tented liquid. For a moment, everything around her became quiet, as she slowly approached the cylinder. She could hardly feel a force signature, but it was there. Still, the sight caused her to hold her breath for a moment. The moment passed quickly as she turned hard, protective eyes toward the man Loki now held. Did he do this? Was he responsible for the Seer's condition? The Jedi swallowed her assumptions, and waited on the man to speak. Loki was a much more threatening presence than she could ever hope to be anyway, and she let her eyes travel back to Anna's figure.
Oh Anna- I'm so sorry...
She whispered and closed her eyes.

Well. It's been fun.
Noble said with a shrug of his shoulders. The Array wouldn't kill him. He'd hidden his most vital parts very very deep within himself, but it would still hurt- a lot. He'd be lucky if he could even crawl out of this place after the firefight took place. His eyes found a place under the console which would make a decent enough cover while he dismantled the underside of the controls.
Prepping his leap, the doctor closed his eyes, ready for the first bolts of energy to pass into him- The sound exploded around him, and he felt heat from energy- but absolutely nothing struck his body. He remained still- confused for a moment as he slowly cracked opened his eyes, just in time to see a black saber blade send a laser bolt screaming back to its turret, rendering the last one a useless sparking ceiling accessory.
Had the man needed to breath- he might have sighed in relief. Instead, he relaxed his shoulders and turned his eyes over- then up, at the large Zabrak peering at the Capsule and who hung within. The Doctor blinked a few times, seeing the hole, pierced completely through the large man's back, but, the important thing was Noble recognized him.
Good- this was almost over.
The thought hardly finished crossing his mind, when Loki whirled on him, grasping his throat and hoisting him up into the air.- or rather he thought he did. The Polydroxol figured it would be more comfortable if he weren't dangling, so, as Loki yanked his arm upward, Noble simply became taller, in an almost unnoticeable. The end result was two beings of roughly equal height, standing eye to eye. And while Loki put pressure on his throat- there wasn't technically anything important there, and considering the creature didn't need to breath- Loki wasn't obstructing any air flow. So really, Noble looked absolutely unfazed by the attack.
But his face told a different story. He smiled slightly at the Zabrak and hie eyes lit up with near relief.
It's about time you got here.
He said, hesitating as the Zabrak shouted at him.
I can't tell you EVERYTHING right now. Anna only has 15 minutes to live, before she drowns in there. So I'll give you the very quick version.
He took a second to peer at the angry little Jedi glaring at him, just to give her a wink before looking back at Loki.
You- let go of me and start trying to salvage her consciousness from The Array. No one else can do that, and that takes time. I'm going to be fighting security walls and constantly changing access codes out here to shut this thing down. And you, He glanced over at Raven. Get out your lightsaber- And before you ask me 'why...
The Array suddenly spoke, its voice echoing over the com system. Operating at full capacity in 14 minutes. Reinforcements approximately 4.2 minutes away from present location. You will be destroyed..
You have, NO idea what you're talking about! Noble suddenly shouted at the wall of computer consoles. He grit his teeth and looked at Loki with a raised eyebrow. Well? I'll tell you how I knew all this after all this is over. And- if you want, look at that um- spot on your back, because...that's not healthy. Get moving!

*Sinina looked back to watch Adi get closer and closer to where her and Raven stood, and she found herself posturing defensively, she hadn't meant to, but it happened naturally, her skin still burned, she still felt he deserved to be smacked, she wanted to stop him from approaching Raven. Instead she stared at him, her eyes boring into him as if to say tread lightly. She couldn't even bring herself to smack him, which made her feel angrier. Why. Why couldn't she do it. It was like her arms wouldn't listen to her. Instead he walked by her to Raven while she stood frozen in place. Her head snapped around as a gentle touch against her arm broke her from whatever trance she'd fallen into. Her silver gaze rested on Raven, the coldness breaking in them, wavering slightly showing the distress of the storm inside for but a moment. She took a deep calming breath, and her gaze hardened. She would prove herself capable. She had to control herself, somehow. But then she felt the soothing sensation of the Jedi's calm aura reaching into the storm. She feels Raven reaching through the storm to touch the girls inner self, the storm continued to spiral, but the girl seemed to make the storm swirl more towards her own dance. It wasn't controlled, but the shatter point was not at a breaking point.
Her skin still burned, the runes still showed on her skin, her head turned again as she heard the steps of the Zabrak and he boomed out orders, she felt her feet carry her away from Raven's calming touch and towards him, she felt the urge to slap him rise in her mind again, she wanted to also call him a Dik'ut. A shleb. And several other words. Hit him. Her inner self frowned as she did none of these either. She was so frustrated her body didn't do any of these things, instead she approached him and hugged him tight, he may not be being to compassionate right now, he may not even pay it any attention. But she needed it, she tried to brush her face before any could possibly see the single tear that had escaped its prison behind her eyes. But she knew that he was dead set on a mission so didn't hold it to long as he tore through the security door like it wasn't there. She looked after him a moment, watching the scene unfold before her. Her feet carrying her forwards towards the now mangled doorway. She still hadn't even found her voice to say anything. She did managed another few deep breaths trying to gain control of the storm of pent up energy inside her. She kept thinking that she could feel a pull away from the room that Loki had entered, but she didn't understand why, this was their destination. With this feeling and the storm, she couldn't figure out both, even as they both pulled her, preventing her ability to solve either mystery.*

Eya watched the mental battle inside her father. She could see it clearly in his eyes. Hope began to swirl and suddenly it was defeated by darkness, as she watched her father just slump over. She waited for what felt like an eternity, when suddenly he seemed to wake up. She watched him blink a few times and look around, until his eyes settled on her. Tears formed in her eyes, and her throat clenched tighter. Sobs started forming in her chest. When he started to speak, she threw her arms around him, holding onto him tightly. She thought she lost him again.
After they let go, she followed Loki, Raven, and Sinina into the lab. The chaos was normal but it ended very quickly. She ignored the rest and looked around. Spotting a girl in some kind of tube, she walked over. This was who they were here for? This was the big bad computer that did all that damage out there? She was nothing, easy to kill. E`yame hated her for what she did to her father and now she was supposed to just rescue her? Over her own dead body. Eya strode over to the doorway and bent over, setting her helmet at her feet. She leaned against the wall, crossing her arms and bent her one leg, resting the bottom of her foot on the wall. She rolled her eyes at Loki who now seemed to be entertaining himself at some poor soul.

Loki watched as the man grew, a shape shifter he thought, listening to the man speak, Loki eyed Raven and saw her almost imperceptible nod as the words he spoke rang true to her Empathy, Loki looked over and smiled sadly at Sinnia, remembering the hug she had given him at the door. Loki did not look at Eya, but spoke to her. “You child are as insolent as your father, you think I cannot read your emotion? Feel the hatred for what Anna has caused? You stink of it.” He said quietly. “Stop acting childish and prepare to defend this room.” Loki looked over at Raven has he clipped his sabers to his belt, having released the man a few moments ago. “Jedi…there is an impending attack on this location…are you prepared, I cannot be touched, or harmed..I’ll be no help I’m looking to you to protect me.” He said though he wasn’t looking at her now, his eyes were on Anna, his mind light years from this spot. “I’ll get to her, I swear it. On my life.” He whispered, then in front of Anna’s capsule he sat down massive legs crossed, even in this position he could see Anna. Then he closed his eyes, slowly the sounds dissipated, the world stopped, the other were gone the distant echo of alarms blaring was all that was left, soon it too was gone and Loki was alone, he opened his eyes and saw nothing.
