The massive crowds of Chiss that had rallied to the Imperial Plaza were not disappointed by Nicademus’ speech. Call around, there were cries of “Htusi! Htusi ch'at ch'at Aristocras! Htusi ch'at ch'at Delvadus ben'ircah! Htusi ch'at ch'at ect'asei! “ (Glory! Glory to the Aristocras! Glory to the Delvadus Dynasty! Glory to the Empire!) after the Holoscreens has finished displaying the speech and had reverted to the emblem of the New Order. As the orchestra played the anthem of the Chiss-Imperial Government, one of the Aristocras stepped up to the speaking platform. Wearing the full ceremonial dress, he looked like an emblem of the glorious past. “It is an honor to be speaking before every one of you today, to represent the freedom and future of the Chiss people. Some time ago, the ancient Ascendancy Government had become victims of their own ambitions. Our cities lay in ruins, our economy in collapse, and our once-great defense forces lay broken and defeated.” This was a time when the old government had lost its way. With officials and bureaucrats serving their own interests, the common people had suffered a great deal. The economy had been pushed to the breaking point, people were disgruntled, and the Ascendancy has fallen from the ideals it had once held in such high regard. “But who came to save us? The First Order! This organization took upon them the rebuilding of our system, allowed us to continue our way of life. They did not force upon us their own ideals, instead choosing to let us follow ours. They rebuilt us, then left us in relative isolation to run our own affairs, under the watchful eyes of our Grand Moff. I humbly accepted the mantle of leader, and now move us forward into the darkness, forging a path for all of you. And while we commit our men, women, and children to the war machine of the First Order, we do it not because we are forced to, but because we know we are fighting for a just, rightful, and valiant cause!” There was a slight pause before the applause began again. The chanting returned for a bit. There was no uncontrolled emotion, as would be expected of the Chiss, but rather a rythmic vocation of support for the move. As the Aristocras stepped back from the platform, Vlusu stepped onto it. He was apprehensive, but not to the extent that he would loose his calm. This unemotional state is what made the Chiss so successful, always willing to do whatever it took for victory. The light glinted off his rank plaque and code cylinders as he stood at the platform. “It is an honor to be standing before you here, on this momentous occasion. The pride I feel for this planet cannot be put into words. 2 years ago, Csilla joined the First Order. And tonight, we celebrate that union.” Vlusu paused, allowing the message to sink in. A wave of applause passed over the crowd, and he let the applause cease before continuing. “Take a moment and look around at this glorious city of ours. It wasn’t long ago that this was all a battleground. Csilla has indeed come a long way since then. But as we chart a bold course for the future, let us never forget our past!” Keying in a code into the keypad that was hidden by the speakers platform, a single rocket shrieked into the air, exploding in the emblem of the First Order, followed by more fireworks, depicting the history of the Chiss up to this moment. There was applause all around, and Vlusu knew he had pulled off something that had eluded his predecessors. He had successfully sold the Empire to the Chiss People.

Days after the grand ceremony, Savh found herself returning to her simple active duties as a Lieutenant. Her job was meager for the time being: filing paperwork. Forwarding orders from on high, and receiving reports from patrolling troopers. From time to time she would be needed to go on patrol herself. Savh worked diligently and wanted to prove herself to her superiors. To her, this would no doubt mean years of hard work and perseverance. Lieutenant Savh'kulu'yasiq of the First Order. The title sat with her well as she smiled to herself, but she thought there could always be more to come.
One evening came a comm report from one of her patrols through the city. It seems there was trouble at the local cantina. It seems a few rabble-rousers are stirring up trouble from the latest ceremony. Attempting to sew seeds of doubt unto people. These thugs were reported to having been arrested and incarcerated as they await punishment. Savh sighed and made her way down to the holding cells. "Well, what do you have to say for yourselves? Is this any way to act? Did you intend to gain the favour of the people?" Savh berated and questioned the fugitives for a short time before being fed up. Noting them to be nothing but some drunk fools who liked to talk about things they don't understand. "Very well. You are sentenced to 100 standard days in incarceration and rehabilitation. That will be all." After the questioning was finished Savh returned to her office and busied herself with paperwork and other things that need doing by the end of the day. Once going over what needed she began to head to her home. A military sanctioned apartment unit not too far away. Changing into more casual clothing Savh plopped onto her bed and grabbed her datapad and began to go over things for the following week. Catching up on galactic news and such.
Savh's days come and go like this and so on. Some days are training days, some are lukewarm patrol and report. Pencil pushing at its finest. It began to irritate on her. As if something was missing. This feeling would come and go with time. Every time Savh having to shake it off and focus on the task at hand and ahead of her that week. "Busting two-bit trouble makers isn't going to get me a promotion. Something big has to happen, but who knows if it will come to that. That's what training is for I suppose. Preparation for all the what if's in the galaxy."
One day amidst the usual routine. Savh grabbed a few things and took off to a small hangar on the outskirts of the capital. There still was a modified freighter she had been working on in her free time. It's functional for the most part and is a passion project of hers. She had strange dreams of getting off this rock and seeing the galaxy, but her duty wouldn't allow her. Savh valued her duty above all else. So these were mere fantasies of hers. She whiled away what little free time she had fixing and repairing bits of the ship. Making sure she was clean and ready for departure should she ever be bold enough.
She quietly returned to her apartment unit that night and cleaned away any of the so-called evidence on gloves and casual clothes. Days like these would come and go for Savh, and she enjoyed every bit of it.

In Vlusu's office that overlooked the entirety of Csaplar, Vlusu sat in his office, looking over paperwork and sipping a white wine from a glass. Specifically, he was looking over reports from various officers about extraordinary soldiers under their command. Vlusu took great pride in his soldiers, and knew that devotion should be rewarded, even if the devotion is at a low level. After dismissing several cases which were truthfully not worthy of his attention, he came across a most interesting one at the bottom of the stack. Lieutenant Savh'kulu'yasiq. A commando assigned to grunt work. This was something he did not like to see, as it was talent spoiled by an unfitting job. He looked at the information chart, and sent a request for her to visit him here to her military comlink.

Early in the afternoon the next day, Savh received a very peculiar message on her military commlink. It was a summons to visit the Grand Moff Vlusu'heas'cauro. "An honour. And yet... Well, it wouldn't do well to keep him waiting. You there, resume patrols and have a report ready for me when I return."
Savh grabbed her things and made sure her uniform was in perfect order before heading over towards the capitol building. Flashing the correct military security codes and credentials, she made her way up towards the Grand Moff's office. She enters the room ahead of her and stands at attention. Making sure to hold her salute as long as deemed respectful. "Lieutenant Savh'kulu'yasiq reporting, Sir. I must say, the ceremony from the other week went off without a hitch, Sir."

“Thank you, Lieutenant. It certainly went over better then I had hoped.” Vlusu rose from his desk, setting aside the datapad he was checking. She had clearly prepared for this meeting, with her CEDF uniform being in pefect order, her code cylinders and tank plaque polished to perfection. He had recalled her being from a branch of house Nurudo. Very interesting indeed. “I have summoned you here because I believe you have not been properly recognized for your services to the First Order.”

Clears her throat for but a moment before speaking. Noticeably perturbed at the Grand Moff's words. Savh is all too curious at what he has to say. Sir, I do believe that I need no medals in order to continue my work diligently. I hope that things have been satisfactory with keeping the peace here. All of us must do our part after all. As it stands, whatever or wherever the First Order requires of me I will accomplish to the best of my ability, Sir. Savh stands still awaiting further orders. Making sure to keep things professional and formal.

Vlusu showed no emotion, simply descending from the short pedestal his desk was on. Designed to make him look more imposing, the desk was raised slightly off the ground. “Very honorable, Lieutenant.” He paused for a moment. “I believe your talents are being wasted here.”

Savh blinked a few times trying to take in what was being said. "Very well. What are your orders, Sir?" Savh watches as he steps down from his desk. His figure still standing tall and imposing over her.

"I believe that your talents would be better utilized in the fleet, rather than here on Csaplar. I have been looking for a squad of commandos that can carry out dangerous missions, and you would certainly fit the role well." Vlusu waited to hear her appraisal of what he was proposing.

Nodded and only had a small smirk on her face at the prospect of getting out there and doing something again. I would be honored, Sir. I look forward to my first assignment. My training would finally be of use to the First Order and that would make me proud, Sir.

Vlusu sat in his office, going through some records being projected in front of him. As he sipped on some Csilla wine he flicked through each of the screens, appearing to pay little to no attention to the figures and diagrams streaming across them. In actuality, however, he was analyzing the current statistics he had available regarding the manpower, resources, etc. that he had at his disposal. Half the fleet was in orbit above Csilla, waiting for a reassignment, while 1/3 of it was defending the kyber crystal mining operation on Illum. Finally, 1/6th of the fleet was scouting the borders of the territory, looking for signs of invaders. His oversector was on the very edge of the galaxy, and so it would serve as an early warning should anything invade from the outside. Vlusu has plans to create a network of automated satellites, so that he would no longer have to devote the manpower to continue scouting. In truth, however, the Chiss Oversector was extremely quiet, far removed from the troubles besetting other parts of the galaxy. Here, isolated from the galaxy, the Chiss has developed some of the finest technology in the galaxy. However, nothing was getting done with it right now, as the planetary megamasers defending Csaplar lay quietly, local police forces handled any and all crimes quickly and effectively, and there was no apparent threat coming from outside the galaxy. As the air traffic of Csaplar zipped about outside his window, he remained focused on his numbers, carefully checking each one, oblivious to the world around him.Nodded and only had a small smirk on her face at the prospect of getting out there and doing something again.I would be honored, Sir. I look forward to my first assignment. My training would finally be of use to the First Order and that would make me proud, Sir.
Vlusu nodded, before turning to the window overlooking Csaplar. He wondered whether the recently promoted Chiss would prove to match the records he had of her previous performance under the CEDF, or if time had taken its toll on her skill. He thought for a moment, contemplating where to assign her. He didn’t want to put her in harms way too much, but enough so that he could judge whether this promotion was deserved or not. He betrayed no sign of the fact that he reserved some doubts about her performance, instead masking it with being lost in thought for a few seconds.“I would like you to report to the Defender. I have a strike team there that needs a more experienced voice among them. The captain will show you to your quarters as well as to the strike team themselves. Once you have gotten yourself situated, report to him for your next assignment. That will be all.”

The GR75 set down with a surprising amount of grace. That was mainly due to the fact that the ship was actually flying itself at the moment. One of the nice features about the Imperium version of the model was that it didn't technically need a crew at all, though one could take over if desired & the right module was hooked up. The figure that descended from the boarding lift was not what most would think of when someone said Mando. For one, the only armor he worn was an oversized gauntlet on one hand, & some shielded cables hooking the base of his spine into a backpack system. Also on the lift was an even dozen crates loaded onto a hover cart. Any attempts to scan their contents would fail just as surely as attempt to scan the interior of his ship. For the right price, privacy really could be bought.
Tartki didn't bother to go far, just pushing the cart enough for the lift to retract back into his ship. Likely the local security would have issues with secret boxes being delivered to such a valuable target, but he had been informed not to let anyone access the crates. So here he would wait until something changed. For the moment, the security guards seemed to be waiting for him to step off the landing pad so they could begin.

Instead of the regular customs official and security officers who would greet a inbound ship such as this, there was instead a squadron of the elite guardsmen who would normally only be found patrolling the government quarter. In addition, there was a Chiss male who was one of the diplomatic envoys usually sent on missions when Vlusu wasn’t able. They stood next to an executive speeder which was on standby, ready to take the Imperium representatives straight to the Grand Moff. Finally, there were also two attendants standing next to him. The Chiss representative approached the diplomatic party from the II as they disembarked from their ship. “Welcome to Csaplar! I understand you are here on business with the Grand Moff, and that the crates you are carrying are to be waved through security without scanning. Please, step aboard and I will take you to his residences. Your cargo will be loaded and escorted by the guards separately.”

-Tartki Thanks for the offer, but I will load them myself. & I will remain with them until they are delivered.
The Rakata's voice had a hard rasp to it that spoke of breathing in for too much super heated air. It was a voice that you could picture polishing armor just from whispering to it. It was a voice well earned, as Tartki was one of the foremost armor smiths in the Imperium. Having determined which vehicle the crates were to be loaded into, he swung the cart around to it. A switch on the side of each crate activated a small repulsor unit in the box. It wasn't powerful enough for continued use, but it was enough to make the box light enough to handle by hand. A few short moments & the crates were loaded into the vehicle, with the cart & Tartki slipping in along with them a moment later.
-Tartki Ready, whenever.

The diplomat stood aside, honoring the wishes of the ambassador. There was no need to start a squabble over something as petty as this. After all the parties were seated in the vehicle, it took off from the shuttleport, streaking towards the enormous spurs that rose from the center of the city. The city, though not nearly as impressive as those seen on Lehon, was beautiful in its own way. Unlike most other cities, this one was buried beneath thousands of one of ice, rock, and snow, which created a soft, light blue lighting throughout the city as the suns rays filtered through the ice. They streaked past the massive military headquarters, an enormous pyramid with the top composed of towers that peaked into the massive glaciers that shielded the city from the surface. The shuttle flew over the government district, where dozens and dozens of the elite guards patrolled the walkways and streets between the buildings, making sure that the important people of the Chiss Government was safe from harm. Finally, it set down on the landing pad that protruded from the massive building at he center of Csaplar. This used to be the place that the Aristocras conducted buisness. However, the structure ad been converted into the living and workin space for the grand moff. The shuttle set down on the platform, and the door of it opened up to reveal a number of guards standing in two lines, facing each other, creating a path to the door that led into the main structure. The diplomat gestured to the door of the shuttle. “After you.”

It was, all in all, a rather beautiful city. It was also breathtakingly cold to the old, reptilian being. He was just starting to seriously regret not bringing more fur cloaks or a portable heater when the ship set down. This time, after getting down with difficulty & unloading the hover cart, he allowed others to help him load the crate onto it. Not that the systems on the crates were difficult, simply flip switch & quickly move. Tartki was just having some difficulty with the quickly bit. Hopefully, it would be a good bit warmer inside. He hadn't expected if to be this cold, despite the warnings about it being an ice world. Once the cart was loaded, he pushed it off in the direction indicated.

The party of diplomats from the Infinite Imperium was quickly hurried into the building, where geothermal energy from the planet’s core was used to heat the part of the structure used to greet foreign diplomats to a more comfortable degree (the temperature could obviously be controlled throughout the building) as well as provide power to other parts of the building. The tall chamber they entered was typical of Chiss architecture; austere and rather minimalist. However, in light of the fact that they would try to leave a good impression on the very few foreigners who came to visit the Chiss, it had been decorated as to not be too elaborate, but still be rather aesthetic. The massive cylindrical chamber was covered in glass on the side that opened up to the city, and was 5 stories tall. There were four doors going off the room on the ground floor; 3 leading to landing pads and one leading deeper into the building. Arrayed between these doors were 4 3 story towers, blended into the overall design of the room as to not disrupt the flow. 3 of the 4 towers contained rooms for diplomats on long stays; dining rooms, staterooms, entertainment rooms, et cetera. One of the towers, however, contained the public offices of the Grand Moff, where he conducted buisness with off-worlders, and a larger conference room, used when meeting diplomats or other important people. There were several kinds of flora on display in small areas on the ground floor, as an effort to try and make the room feel more natural. In addition, the floor was made of glass, revealing a pool of water inches below it, giving the feeling of walking on the water. The center of the room contained a circular area, out of which a massive tree grew, and there was seating arranged around it. The guests were shown to the elevator leading to the Grand Moff’s office. “This way, if you please.”

With the added warmth, the water at his feet & the plants around him, Tartki began to feel much more comfortable. He had no doubt that the warmth in the chamber was for his benefit, as the cold world dwellers would likely find the temperature rather oppressive. He certainly appreciated it though, as in total it made him almost feel like he was back on the tropical shores of his own world. It made a rather favorable impression for the Rakata. He rare shared the information, but he was one of the ancient caste. One of those rescued from eternal imprisonment by the Imperium, or the Clan as it has still been called in those days. He had seen the galaxy when it was under the iron rule of his own people. It took much to impress the ancient being. However, the efforts that the Chiss went to in order to impress what amounted to a secret envoy to the Imperium had managed.

The small party boarded the elevator, which lifted them up to the second floor of the tower. The elevvator took them into a small sitting area used for guests when they needed to wait for the Grabd Moff. Today, however, he had set aside plenty of time for this meeting. Historically, the Chiss Ascendancy and the Infinite Imperium had always been close allies, and Vlusu hoped to rekindle that alliance. And what better way to restart an alliance then a fair trade. The diplomat showed them into the office, which was again, very minimalistic. It was not as grand as the office as the one he used regularly; however, that part of the building would be much to cold for the off world era. This office was two stories tall, and had a desk with various articles neatly organized across it. Two seats faced the desk, while on the other side, a single seat was present, with a window behind him offering a full view of the atrium. Hanging from the center of the room was a model of the former territory of the Ascendancy, cast out of a silvery metal. Grand Moff Vlusu’Heas’Cauro sat across from the two seats and rose as they entered the room as a sign of respect. “Welcome to Csilla. I hope the climate isn’t treating you too badly. Please, sit down. I’m sure you would like to begin as quickly as possible.”

-Tartki I must admit the outside is a bit harsh for my own tastes, but the interior is much appreciated. The floor of the lobby was a particularly nice touch.
Swinging the cart near the table, Tartki began to offload the crate, setting each one so that it was sitting with a small clear area around it. In total there were five of the crates, along with a much smaller briefcase sided box, & one that was nearly twice the size of the others. Activating the first cube, he tapped in a short series of commands onto a newly revealed pad. A moment later the crate folded open & suit was revealed within. For the moment it was sitting in what would almost be a fetal position. Pulling out a data pad & a typing in a command, the suit rose to stand at attention.
-Tartki Ah yes, this is the infiltrator style I came up with for you. It is unfortunately the weakest in pure strength & in defenses, but the power was needed elsewhere. The limited of outsider power technology unfortunately. All of the suits, of course, grant the protective defensive equal to those of Palpatine's Stormtroopers, with the added benefit of full enclosure for added protection. Each suit type also has a standardized HUD system installed, but you will need to provide the programming for them. This particular model only has enough strength amplification to offset its own bulk.
Tartki takes a moment to point out the semi glossy black shell & the numerous small lens studded across the suit.
-Tartki The basic exterior is coated in a sensor damping gloss. This makes the suit nearly invisible to most sensors & detection systems, even when unpowered. The real beauty, however, is the active stealth system.
Another tap of the datapad & the suit shimmer out of existence. Walking fully around the open crate, it was as if the suit had teleported away. However, when he passed his hand through the space it stopped, after his fist had disappeared up to the wrist. Tapping the datapad again with his free hand, the suit reappeared, with Tartki's hand resting on its shoulder.
-Tartki A clever arrangement of high definition holographic projectors & sensors projects a full skin of cover around the suit. To detect it visually, you would need to be within a tenth of a meter of the shell. You can still bump into things, & you still have weight. But it is as close to invisible as is possible with the limitations given.
