I feel this is the best place to make this thread.
The Blackguard Reborn usergroup never had a proposal as we re-used the old One Sith usergroup. According to their old request thread, that group never utilized the group HQ part of their proposal.

So, on behalf of Viox Savage, I have come to make that proposal.
Here are the details:
Group/Faction HQ
- Name of the HQ: Dark Obelisk of the Blackguard
- Planet and part of planet where the HQ will be located: Mustafar -> Mustafar's Terrain
- Permissions - Closed: faction (group) members are able to posts new topics, and can post on already created ones. RPers not in the usergroup can see and can read what is inside the forum, but cannot post there
I don't know if we can ask this or not, but is it possible for the faction leaders to have the power to set up threads for this?
