Traditionally styled off of the old chamber of the Jedi Temple, this circular room had several seats are arranged in two rows where the masters of the Imperial Knights sat and talked. Knight-Errants and non-Master ranks were allowed to enter, unless the Grandmaster, or the Steward, forbid the entry of them. Likely for reasons of sensitive and confidential information that was to be discussed.

Viktor had made his way from the Senate Building to Fel Tower and had taken in all the sights along the way. Viktor was impressed by much of the tower had already been built and wondered what the tower would look like once the construction was finished. Viktor walked the entire Conference room once,, for no other reason then because he could. Once he was finished, he walked over to a wall and leaned back against it. His helmet now back on, Viktor crossed his arms and tilted his head forward to give the appearance of someone who was having a nap. However in reality he was just waiting for a senior knight and didn't want to be disturbed by anyone else.

Brock FerrumIt wasn't odd for the Emperor to visit Fel Tower. His son, Octavian, was being educated here and would soon be joined by his younger siblings, Yvaine and Remus. Two offspring, mothered by Faina Nikulin, who were new additions to the Delvardus dynasty. There were a few years old now, but there were obvious signs of Force sensitivity within them. However, the odd part was that Nicademus called a meeting with Brock, his half-brother, at the Conference Room... and Baltasar was present for this too. It was something that Nicademus knew that Brock wasn't going to be happy about, but it had to be spoken. Either now or never.
