*Through the frozen atmosphere comes General K'trall and his 30,000 ODST Ssi-ruu braving the orbital drop onto the frozen planet. Their Primary LZ being aprx 1 mile east of the Talz millita's base. Built by the Empire many moons ago the base remained much the same as it did all those years ago.*
*With a colosial slam General K'trall and his Ruuvi slamdown right on target. All troopers disembark from thier pods and split into thier 3 main units and secure the paremieter while K'trall and his sienor staff discuss the attack on the base. Once set the troopers move the one mile distance to the paremieter of the still sleepy base. The Starside attack had gone off without a hitch and the Talz Millita was completly unaware of their immanent doom.*

*General K'trall glances and his watch then nods to his 2nd in command who barks the order across the comm channel. "ATTACK!" With a sudden and ruthless violence the ODSTs storm the un prepared base in less than 35 minutes. Casualties were kept below double digets and the base remains structurally intact allowing for Imperium use.*

*As the Imperium Forces consoladate their hold on Alzoc 3 The base Located here becomes the Imperium's new capital. The Native Talz's docile nature allows them to be easily controled by the Imperium with most either becoming slaves to toil in the mines while others deemed worthy are drafted into the Imperium's Military service. Former Millita members, government officals, and religous leaders had three choices. To be sent to a reeducation camp and maintain thier usefullnes, be sent to toil in the mines with the other slaves, or be entchened becoming fuel for the ruuvi ships. Soon the the planet would be the imperium's in heart and soul.*

The Skydance had picked up a base on its scanners. Angel took precautionary measures to activate his jammer too to conceal his ship's signature from any potential hostile scanners. It settled on a circular landing pad. Was his crystal going to be found here?
The ship scanned and found no lifeforms; the base had seen a light skirmish but seemed relatively abandoned. Angel did a double-scan for Force signatures and came up with...
...
nothing.
Slightly irked, Angel let his ship's engines cool awhile and took a short break before lifting off again into orbit. Alzoc III did not have what he was searching for; he'd find another ice planet.

The sky remained unchanged due to the amount of failing snow as gunships roared along the flat, snowy terrain for the only known structure on Alzoc III, an Imperial Military Base, dating to the time of the First Galactic Empire. A few of the gunships touched down on the landing area, disembarking Shadow Stormtroopers and regular Snowtroopers upon the landing pad. Vurkar disembarked with his long-handled lightsaber in hand. He was joined shortly by Malkor and Levitus; the Umbaran looked at the structure while the Human kept his eyes trained upon the entry way from the landing pad.
Vurkar gestured forward, making some of the officers nod as orders were given. Several squads of Snowtroopers headed into the complex after the doors were unlocked. With the landing pad secure, gunships began to cycle on and off the landing area, disembarking more Snowtroopers and the remaining Shadow Stormtroopers under Luxeria's command. Vurkar calmly made his way into the interior, followed by Malkor and Levitus.

As Luxeria stepped off the transport behind Vurkar, a shiver was sent through her body. She had grabbed a pair of pants, trading in her skirt. It was only for the reality of the planet they were arriving on that brought this change. She acquired a jacket as well, but it did little to keep the chill off of her. This was the first she had ever experienced of such cold weather. Still, she held her composure as her fists tightened. She let the darkness stir slightly around her, giving her a bit of warmth as she progressed towards the entry way with Vurkar and the others. Any thoughts that had been stirring in both her's and Vurkar's head had been pressed to the back of her mind as she focused herself for what was to come. She would keep her mind open to adapt as needed, but kept most of her focus upon what lay ahead of them.
She didn't turn back to the troops that were still unloading, her own troops that she hadn't even truly seen. For now, the orders seem easily understood. Once they were inside, she was sure orders would be passed along them. She would just have to trust herself in her decisions and that they knew she was given command of them.

Snowtroopers, followed by groups of Shadow Stormtroopers, moved into the base and began a room by room sweep. All sorts of rooms were found; recreational, barracks, storage areas, communication centers, even a cafeteria. At one point, this was an Imperial Military Base used by the Reborn movement, a group of Sith who sought to rebuild the Galactic Empire during the height of the New Republic. Alzoc III had witnessed the Clone Wars as well where elements of the Grand Army of the Republic were stationed in the Outer Rim. The Talz were the only sentient creature native to the planet, the rest were mindless predators and arctic creatures.
As time went on, Malkor's irritation became known to the others who were force sensitive as his anger boiled, becoming impatient at the lack of action and the steadily increasing suspicion that Malvus's intelligence group was off the mark. His irritation became more physical when the Sith kicked some droid debris on the floor as they kept moving. He growls lowly as Levitus glances around passively.
They must be in the tunnels. Which seems odd given that this entire base is a maze. We sent squads long ago to power up the generators.
Screw the generators, Levitus! I want the heads of these Sith rogues that Lord Malvus kept telling us about. I want some damn blood on my hands!
Vurkar glances at the pair, wondering why his father even let them come on this journey. As they continued to progress down the hallway, the party came to a large sealed door where Snowtroopers and Shadow Stormtroopers were using specialists to pry it open. One of the troopers turns to Vurkar, handing him a hand-held sensor device. For a moment, nothing was there. Then, a soft chime went off as the sensor readings detected something on the other door. Vurkar looks at the trooper who speaks.
My Lord, this door leads to a major hangar area, used to store mining equipment and was where all the major machinery was located. Its the main entry to the tunnels below this structure. We picked up this faint reading shortly before you got here.
Well get it open then, trooper. Let's see whats beyond this door.
The soldier nods and rejoins those trying to pry the door open for now. Vurkar decides to hold off on aiding the soldiers.

As the group progressed further, her focus had to keep resetting itself due to the building irritation of Malkor. She was learning quickly in using her ability to sense and extend her focus with the Force. Yet, she was still new and such flares caused a stir in her focus. When he began to grow and started speaking, her eyes barely glanced over to him. She had come to understand that the dark emotions help fuel the Sith's power. But it seemed all Sith saw things in a different light and approached things differently. Malkor was clearly one who always wanted action and held no patience. However, Luxeria had already come to realize that patience was a virtue if one approached a situation properly. Jump in too early or sit by patiently doing nothing could derail any plans. Patience and focus was how she viewed her training and even this mission. She wouldn't allow the enemy to surprise her simply due to being overly eager.
This thought was even more confirmed to her when they met up with the troopers at the door and the words were spoken. She was a couple of feet back from Vurkar as the discussion went on, keeping her from seeing the sensor, but the words were clear enough. Something was on the other side of the doors. The question was what. Machinery of some sort moving around? The enemy waiting for the doors to open? Perhaps nothing more than one of the native creatures stuck inside? Her head dropped slightly as her fists tightened again, her focus extending farther than before, reaching out to see what lay beyond. As she did, her hand made its way to her saber and removed it, ready to let it come to life.

The door refused to budge, forcing Vurkar to step forth. Calling upon the dark energies of the Force, the Sith pounded the door three times with a Force Destruction. The third managed to smash a large enough hole in the mechanism for them to enter. Vurkar paused some ways from the damaged entry with Malkor and Levitus flanking him. His eyes glanced around, unable to see much. The large chamber made it hard for light to penetrate far, forcing the Sith to turn on his lightsaber. The lightsabers of Malkor and Levitus ignited along with Vurkar as Snowtroopers and Stormtroopers activated their helmet and rifle lights. Slowly, the group advanced into the main hangar area.
Vurkar passed dusty machinery, storage containers and all sorts of things left by the previous miners. Creaks and groans could be heard as wind battered the outside wall. He looks around, using the Force to feel around, but not detecting anything for now. It seemed odd; the sensor device picked up something faint, but there was nothing to be seen nor felt. The trooper next to him handed the sensory device back to Vurkar who inspected it. He tapped the screen a couple taps before knocking it on his knee. A chime came on, indicating something just near the mining entrance. Vurkar's eyebrow went up as the sensory device picked up one signal, but in various places. Soon small trios began to pop up, then groups and soon the sensory device whined as it picked up a wall of obstacles ahead.
It was in that moment that the power suddenly came up, lights flaring to life, causing Vurkar's eyes to be shielded for a moment as they readjusted to the light. The next thing they heard from the shadows ahead of them were the clicking of rifles...

Luxeria waited for the other three to enter before following behind. As they stopped, she took a moment to look around thanks to the light slowly starting to appear from the rifles and lightsabers. Despite being the base for the rouge Sith, the equipment seemed untouched for quite some time. Her attention was suddenly redirected towards Vurkar as the sensor started whining. She felt nothing, though, which made her suspicious. Her saber came to life only moments before the lights themselves came on. She lowered her head a bit before looking back up at the sound of rifles could be heard clicking.
"Well, it seems someone was waiting for us." At the moment, the seemed to fall for the trap set for them. It was hard to tell at the moment just how many were waiting for them, but it certainly wouldn't be a slaughter. But the fighting would flare with intensity soon enough, she figured.

A group of Nova Stormtroopers walked out of the shade of the mining entrance, rifles pointed directly in front of them. Vurkar blinks for a moment; they were Insidious Battalion! How did they get here ahead of them? More importantly, why were these Stormtroopers pointing their rifles at their own comrades? These answers would come as Vurkar's attention looked to the right and left of the Nova Stormtroopers. A veil in the Force was unraveling, revealing the presence of two Force Sensitive individuals. Their physical appearance became apparent when two cloaked figures, wearing angular grey masks, merged from the wall of Nova Stormtroopers. Vurkar kept his lightsaber ignited.
Who in the hell are you and what are you doing with Insidious Battalion?
The taller of the two individuals walks forward and sets down a holoprojector. Slowly does the individual back away before pulling out a device.
=???= He can speak for us, Lord Vurkar.
An image comes to life as the holoprojector is turned on. Before them stood the image of Darth Malvus, cloaked and calm as ever. The individual presses another button, allowing the recording to begin. The image sputters for a moment as the recording plays.
Your time has come to an end. Your purpose and use are no longer of any value. Malkor and Levitus, I hereby condemn you to death for your incompetence and impatience that threat to unravel my deeply laid plans all because of your petty emotions and attitudes. I tolerated your presence long enough and found no reason, in the end, to keep you living.
From now on, I shall employ more worthy and capable agents; those who show greater drive and potential. Unlike you and your boastful claims...
The recording of Malvus moves as his hand is raised, pointing directly infront of him, directly at Malkor, Levitus, Vurkar and Luxeria. The Nova Stormtroopers level their rifles silently and take aim at the seditious plotters. Malvus's recorded voice then echoes across the room.
Kill the traitors! Bring me Malkor and Levitus's heads!
Even though Vurkar was armed with a lightsaber, the swarm of blaster fire to come would be too much to handle. The Sith stepped back a moment then suddenly grabbed Luxeria by the waist, propelling them back as the Nova Stormtroopers unleashed blaster bolts directly at Malkor and Levitus. The pair, lightsabers drawn, began deflecting the bolts. Vurkar landed closer to their own troopers and lets go of Luxeria.
Now it makes sense... Luxeria! Order your Shadow Stormtroopers to move to higher positions and begin firing from good vantage points.
Vurkar re-ignites his lightsaber, eyeing both Levitus and Malkor. His anger and hatred flaring particularly for Malkor who had always looked down upon the son of Malvus as a simpleton and boastful boy. He had always viewed Vurkar with disdain and jealousy.
Once the opening salvo dies off, we move in for the kill. Prove your worth to my father today, Luxeria.

Luxeria watched as the recording played and orders given. It took only the first line to spark her anger, the whole plan against Alzoc a simple trap to kill them off. But the thought was quickly tossed away as Malvus mentioned Malkor and Levitus. She had very little time to respond as she felt Vurkar grab her and got them out of the way. When they finally stopped, the sudden flurry of the moment left many questions. It was obvious Malvus wanted the other two dead, but what she wasn't sure of was whether the soldiers waited for them to move before attacking or if Vurkar simply responded that fast. If it was the prior, it meant the soldiers wouldn't concern themselves with who died, as long as it was those two.
It would be something to reflect on later as she moved back to where her troops were. She didn't know which were officers as the time hadn't been given to sort it out. All she knew was which group she was over and that they knew she was over them. With that thought, she called out to them. "All soldiers under me, listen up! Get to higher ground and take up the best vantage points you can find. Lord Malvus has called for the elimination of Malkor and Levitus, for they are traitors. Bring them to their knees! Go!" She watched as the troopers confirmed her orders and moved out to begin securing any higher ground they could, be it from any catwalks, on top of machinery, anything. There was no need for a second order. Once a soldier got into position, they began firing, more and more blasters raining down on them as each moment passed.
Luxeria herself took a deep breath as she began focusing upon the two, letting herself become immersed in the dark-side. She took on the knowledge she had gained thus far and tapped into the anger beginning to boil from the others. It was the greatest from the two, realizing that they had been sent to their deaths. But she didn't stop there. She let her imagination take hold as she heard the voice of two girls in her head.
=Anya= "Just think, it won't be long before you end up in that position."
=Lura= "That's right. You're completely worthless and it'll be all too soon when your new master figures it out."
Those simple words were enough to full her own anger, ready to prove she was worthy. As the darkness around her began to build, her right hand gripped her lit saber tighter as she waited for their moment to jump in and finish them off. However, she wasn't one to sit by idly. She would ensure that once the blasters came to a stop, she'd be ready that second for her attack. Lightning began to surge around her left hand as the Force began to stir as well. She wouldn't form it completely. She didn't want Malkor or Levitus to get an idea of what she was about to do. Only Malvus had seen her Electro Burst technique, Vurkar being saved from its attack by their battle being stopped. But it would be close enough for a sudden formation and release.

Vurkar hardly waited for the laser fire to cease before his own lightsaber was ignited and the Sith lunged straight for Malkor. The Sith turned to face the oncoming Vurkar and clashed his lightsaber with that of the enraged warrior. Vurkar held the advantage with the sheer force of emotion driving him to strike at Malkor. Levitus deflected the last few bolts before noticing Malkor's position. The Umbaran raised his free hand and aimed it directly at Vurkar, but then the sound of another lightsaber was heard behind him. The brilliant glow of an orange lightsaber emitted from the device being held by the smaller of the two cloaked figures. Levitus growled lowly and turned, slashing his lightsaber at the new opponent, managing to only nick the mask.
As it fell, the cloaked figure was revealed to be a human, female, who was in her mid-twenties. She had dark hair and yellow eyes, possibly either due to the influence of the Dark Side or she had alien blood within her. The second figure dropped down next to her, removing its mask to reveal a male around the same age as the female. Same colored hair and eye tint as well. The male scoffed at his sister.
=???= Tiiona, be grateful I am nearby to support you, else you would be dead.
=Tiiona= Oh spare me, Maxir. I have better agility than your brutish charm. I remember how you used to slip and fall as a child.
=Maxir= Hmph! Last I checked, you were the clumsy one...
Tiiona shook her head before reigniting her lightsaber. Maxir followed suit, igniting his own orange-tinted lightsaber. The twins charged at Levitus, striking him from two sides. The Umbaran activated the second bar of his lightsaber, revealing it to be a double-handled model. The Dark Cabalists began to duel with Levitus as Malkor continued to be hammered by the assault of Vurkar and his rage. For now, the troopers in the area held their fire and kept their distance from the unfolding duels.

Luxeria watched as Vurkar moved forward before the blasters came to an end. The path was directly for Malkor, which hinted at something a bit more personal. It wasn't even a moment later that two others began engaging Levitus. She closed her fist as the swirling energy dispersed. Allies were too close to use it as she had come to see the electrical dispersal upon impact would reach the others. Her hand still sparked with lightning though. With two already on Levitus, she directed her attention to Malkor. Her right hand reared back with her ignited saber before throwing it at him once Vurkar had directed him between the two.
It flew from her hand with a spin, turning it into a disc with Luxeria running close behind. She might have still been knew to some of her abilities, but her telekinesis was strong and solid due to the two years spent training but that ability. Even if Malkor moved, thinking he could get Vurkar in front of it, he would find her skill would hold precise control. Her aim was to get right up behind Malkor and unleash Force Lightning at point blank range.

Vurkar sensed the approach of Luxeria. He parried with Malkor a few more times before the Sith leapt into the air, giving the lightsaber thrown room to move for it's target. As he moved away, Vurkar's free hand unleashed a Force Push, causing a pulse to ring through the air. Malkor stumbled slightly, but not long enough. He raised his own lightsaber deflecting Luxeria's away from him. Then the Human Sith raised his free hand to deflect Luxeria's oncoming blow the best he could.
Levitus wasn't doing any better than Malkor; Maxir may be brutish like Vurkar, but Tiiona was quite agile. She spun left and right, jumping up and down like an acrobat. The Umbaran only grew even more angry at her tricks, unable to land a solid blow while her twin brother managed to deflect, parry and force the Sith into the defensive. Whereas Malkor was still capable of doing that, the Umbaran clearly lacked in talent.

As Malkor deflected Luxeria's saber, she merely pulled it back to her, reaching her hand out to the side, allowing her to have some room to build up momentum for a strike. Once the blade was firmly in her grip she brought it around as hard as she could as she got close. From her left hand, violet lightning went from a slight sparking appearance to a surge as she brought it up from underneath her right and unleashed her Force Lightning upon him.

Malkor held his ground firmly against the attack by Luxeria. His free palm had managed to conjure up enough force energy to contain the violet force lightning thrown at him. The lightning reflected off his gloved hand, striking the ground beside the standoff. The Sith snarled angrily before retracting his hand, drawing in the Force Lightning. With a bellow, Malkor threw the lightning back at Luxeria with greater force.
As this was done, Vurkar moved to flank Malkor clashing with his lightsaber. The sudden attack caused Malkor to once more lose his balance. Half of counterattack slammed into some idle machinery causing it to explode, but the other half still went on course for Luxeria, the intended target. The Sith held his own though for now; the lightsabers hissing madly as plasma sizzled against plasma.

Luxeria's gaze did not break as Malkor first began deflecting her lightning. It was not a technique she was familiar with. Was this the ability Gavin had spoke to her about, one he said should be required of any who wished to combat Sith. She heard the strikes hit the ground near them from the deflection, proving her thought wrong. He had said the attack absorbed energy, but Malkor was merely deflecting it.
As Vurkar made his move to flank Malkor, Luxeria didn't have the time to react except to allow the lightning to hit her. She stumbled back a few steps, due to both Vurkar's attack and being attacked with lightning herself. However, she didn't fall to a knee, nor did she cry out. From Vurkar, to Malvus, and Andor, the attack from Malkor was nothing. Her green eyes began to turn red as she allowed the pain from the attack to fill her. While not fully within her control yet, she had come to realize what happened when exposed to pain. It allowed for a sudden flare of anger and allowed a greater surge of power. She felt it growing, rising up, ready to be released. She let her saber drop as she forced her hands close together and focused the energy between them. Letting it build would have allowed for a Force Repulse, yet she wasn't about to put the others in harm's way just to take down Malkor. If she injured them, there was no telling what she may have to face alone and unprepared.
In her hands red energy began to form, growing larger than her palm-size electro burst. It was twice the size and a straight Force Burst, one she launched straight at Malkor.

Vurkar sensed the rising power within Luxeria. He knew that Malkor sensed it too and had to act fast. The brutish Sith became agile for a moment, deflecting a blow upward and causing Malkor to be exposed. His strong arm wrapped around the traitor's left shoulder to lock his left arm, with a free hand grabbed his right sword arm, gripping it tightly. It was the only way to ensure that the traitor did not even side step away or attempt to deflect it.
Malkor snarled and fidgeted, trying to break free of Vurkar's vice grip upon his limps. Yet it did not take long for the impact of the Force Repulse to strike the Sith Lord. A scream rose immediately and long existed as the Sith was struck with it. Vurkar gritted his teeth tightly, trying to keep his grip upon the traitor even as his own body was harmed slightly by the impact of Luxeria's blow. The Sith knew the pain would pass and the harm done to him would be healed. Right now, it was important to ensure Malkor's appointed death.
And with Luxeria's attack, it did come. As the Repulse died off, Malkor's body went limp, blackened and scorched to a great degree by the energy of electro burst. Slowly Vurkar lets go of the body, letting Malkor fall to the ground. His presence having left the scorched corpse. Vurkar's own hands were blackened and scarred. Bits of his face and hair were too. A good few days of bacta would solve the problem, hopefully, thought the Sith Warrior. His fingers twitched slightly as some nerves still detected the pain lingering.
=================
Levitus suffered a quicker death as Maxir and Tiiona struck the Sith Lord at the same time, cutting the Umbaran in three. His head removed from his shoulders with his mid-section deprived of its base and legs. The three pieces collapsed the ground, the head rolling slightly as Levitus's presence instantly vanished into the void of the Force. Maxir and Tiiona retracted their lightsabers afterwards before Maxir grabbed the head of the Umbaran.
