Following Xakire into the war room she cast only a glance about the room before her eyes fell on Viox. His Force signature was like a beacon of light amidst a raging storm and regardless of her thoughts on the man himself she could not deny his presence, his power was intoxicating. She wrapped her cloak tightly around her body - hiding her form from view as an affect - but largely because she was cold - space was always cold after a life on the arid world of Iridonia.
Seeing the Trooper at Viox's side brought a rush of memories flooding back to her. The invasion of the Academy and the mayhem that had ensued as a result of the battle there and how looking back on that moment - how it had really been a turning point for not only the planet, and the Sith new order, but her life as well. Everything had changed for her in those few hours. Her eyes fluttered for a moment as she pushed away her anxieties and focused on the here and now. Slowly she began to quiet her mind, slipping herself easily within the first current of the living force, feeling everything around her and using that flow to calm her own racing hearts.
While her mind relaxed the doors swished open once again and she had to stop her jaw from dropping at the sight of the one walking through the door - an effort that was only half successful as her lips parted with an easy exhaling breath as she felt the pitter patter of her hearts flurry at the effect of the woman's beauty. She blinked and refocused, closing her mouth at the same moment she closed her mind once again grateful for her natural red skin to hide the blush that was no doubt upon her face. Luxeria was easily the second most beautiful woman she had ever laid eyes upon...
Her attention was soon drawn the holotable for Viox' presentation, some of this she had already guessed at and it made sense to come here - upon being told mustafar was their target she had done some studying within the archives at the Academy and was eager touch her boots down upon the volcanic planet, and even more so to peruse the vaults she knew Vader's Fortress maintained. The knowledge that awaited her was enough to cover her tattooed skin in goose bumps - or perhaps that was the effect of Viox' rousing speech she could not tell. Either way she knew she was about to be part of a turning point in Sith history and it was all flying by her at lightspeed.
The flow of the first current opened her mind to many things passing around her, but her lack of focus and the myriad of distractions prevented her from truly being mindful of the hints and subtleties she might otherwise have gleaned, but even still her disciplined mind caught on to general feeling of the room. From Luxeria she sensed aggression and curiosity but only for a moment as her focused turned towards Viox with the upmost discipline and focus and from then on she felt nothing -which was more than enough to warrent a slight cock of her head as she silently studied the woman across the table. So far she had been the only one to bring question to Viox explanation of their mission, which was not a surprise, but was not expected either. In truth Vasari knew next to nothing about other Sith in the universe - at least those of this age that hadn't made their way into the history books and legends she had poured over during her time at the Academy. And usually she was able to feel 'something' from people. After a few brief hours with Xakire his mind had been something of an book she refused to open out of respect and courtesy but she could have none the less - with Viox his mind was a raging storm and the feelings and emotions she felt coming off him felt like the rushing waves of several different seas all hitting her at once - after that experience she had stayed away from prying further, there was something about him - specifically about his mind that... honestly she could say terrified her.
The pairings had come down putting Viox with Xakire, which left her... Vasari's eyes snapped to Luxeria who was already looking at her and for the split second their eyes locked upon one another she felt it again - aggression... curiosity... threat! - Vasari was the first to lower her eyes but her mind remained a peaceful pool within the first current of the force, with not even a ripple to be sensed within the room - she was already at the disadvantage of being the most inexperienced and no doubt weakest of the four of them, she would not betray herself by allowing her thoughts to speak before her lips.
Lips... the way Luxeria's curved about her tongue when she spoke...Vasari blinked again looking at last to Xakire for any sign of where his thoughts laid concerning the mission - anything to distract herself from Luxeria - the woman was definitely well trained and was consciously aware of everything that she was doing, even if the act itself was natural to her. This woman was dangerous - that much was perfectly clear. For the moment she chose to remain silent simply shaking her head 'no' when Viox gaze passed in her direction when he asked for questions, once more her eyes falling upon Xakire as if waiting for something...

Vasari chuckled, a soft lighthearted thing, as she fell into line beside Xakire - somewhat grateful for his presence as she was still lost on these larger ships. Closing her cloak tightly around her sensing the teasing nature in his tone she responded in kind, but clearly in a more respectful capacity."Its nice to see a face that does not want to kill me..."Kessel was still fresh in her mind, and how her battle with the Jedi Mandalorian girl had ended in what she could only convince herself was a stalemate. Still she felt it as a personal failing for allowing her to escape and it was clear in her demeanor that something was bothering her and she truly was glad to see him."Indeed... I do not want him any more angry with me than he no doubt already is..." Xakire merely smiled back at Vasari, choosing not to say anything. He wondered though, why she thought Viox is angry at her. Before he had time to ask, however, they entered the war room.
As the Void pressed on its attack against the aged CIS ships, Sith'ari Savage made his way to the War Room. Upon entering, he took note of the Sith that had gathered there. It was reminiscent of the times when he was the Wings of the Triumvirate on Rhommamool, when many Sith had gathered during times of conflict.Just like old times, he thought to himself. His apprentice, Xakire was present. As was Luxeria, a newly acquired agent from the former One Sith. And then there was Vasari. A powerful young Zabrak, though impulsive and stubborn. While not overly pleased with her actions on Kessel, she had managed to hold her own quite well. But that was a discussion for another time. Standing off to the side in the War Room was a soldier under his command. Jack Kelborn. Formerly the leader of the Void's Storm Commandos, now the leader of the newly added Death Troopers. The black armored soldier stood silently, imposing in his new armor. Moving to the head of the table, Savage waved his hand, causing an image of Mustafar to spring to life, the hologram casting an eerie blue glow throughout the room. Clearing his throat, he spoke."I have gathered you all here in the name of the Sith. For too long have we allowed infighting and power struggles envelope our beliefs. History has shown us that this will lead to our demise, time and time again. It is time to change the way the galaxy views us. We are here to acquire long lost artifacts of the dark side. Our main objective, Lord Vader's Castle and the Sith cave on which is was built. We are here to claim what is rightfully ours. To strengthen our resolve and show our enemies we are capable of more than simply killing ourselves for the sake of power. Once we have broken the enemy lines here in orbit, landing parties shall be sent forth."He paused for a moment, fierce yellow eyes darting from each Sith present."We will be divided into two teams. Vasari and Luxeria and Xakire and myself. Vasari and Luxeria, your focus will be the entrance to the Sith Cave beneath the castle. Xakire and I will take the castle ourselves. The rest of my ground forces will be assigned to you for support. Because we do not know what sort of opposition we face, I suggest you utilize them to the best of your abilities...any questions?"It wasn't much, but there wasn't much to tell. He had known of the fleet guarding the planet, but he did not know what waited on the surface for them. Especially in Lord Vader's Castle. It was a nexus of the dark side and therefore likely protected by some unnatural means. Despite not knowing, he was confident that the Sith he had gathered here were more than capable of overcoming whatever challenged that lay ahead. Xakire clapped his hands behind his back, assuming the naval 'at ease' position as he listened carefully to his master's speach. Noticing the Deathtroopers, Xakire wondered why his master had enlisted the help of the old CIS fleet. Surely they could have taken all of Mustafar for the First Order themselves? Still, Xakire trusted his master who must have had a reason behind his actions. Viox was no fool.
Xakire noticed that as Viox spoke, Luxeria, a Sith sent from the former One Sith to aid the Blackguard on its mission here, was watching him. The merger with the One Sith was of course an important step for increasing the Blackguard's power, one which had unified most of the Sith remaining in the galaxy and strengthened the fledgling Blackguard, however Xakire still did not trust Luxeria. She was an outsider. Luxeria was attractive and he could sense her power in the Force, and while she would be a valuable ally to the Blackguard, he wondered how loyal she was or if she was merely hoping to increase her own power.
He then noticed that Vasari was now glancing at him as well. She had managed to read his mind and he still wondered who much she knew about him, but to Xakire Vasari was still an enigma. He still hadn't worked her out, however he trusted her more than he did Luxeria. Keep an eye on her, Vasari, he thought, trying to communicate with Vasari covertly.
"I have no questions, master. I am ready," he said finally to his master, eager to get started.

As the meeting between Lord Savage and his gathering of Sith proceeded, the Void continued to battle the Providence Class droid ships. Alternating barrages from the ship's port and starboard batteries continued to hammer the enemy ships. Seated upon the command chair on the bridge, Petrovsky continued to observe. So far the battle was progressing quite well. Minimal losses incured on their side, while they were inflicting maximun casualties against the enemy. As it should be. Superior technology mixed with several millenia of refined training certainly gave them the edge in this battle against the ancient CIS ships. As the enemy's blockade of the planet began to buckle, Harlan issued his next set of orders.
"Have the Vic-Two's move up to reinforce our potision. Dispatch all Marauders on fighter clean up and have the Immobilizers act as our rearguard. And patch me through to the conference room."
As his orders were carried out, the officer at the comms station signaled to him, indicating he was patched through to the war room where Lord Savage was. Speaking clearly and confidently, he addressed the Zabrak.
"My Lord. We have broken through their blockade. All ships are engaged in their respective tasks. We will be in range to launch shore parties within the next 10 cycles."
The battle was nearly won and now it was time to engage in surface activities. Soon the Blackguard would be on the ground, pursuing their objectives as planned.

Upon hearing Petrovsky through the War Room's loudspeakers, a wicked grin split his face. All the relevant questions had been asked. All had been answered to the best of his ability. Now it was time to take to the surface.
"It is time. Push all doubts from your minds. Immerse yourselves within the ebb and flow of the dark side. Draw from the power of this place. Use it to fuel your power."
With that, Savage spun on his heel and began walking out of the room.
"You all have your assignments. I shall see you on the surface. And may the Force serve you well."
He called back to the Sith gathered in the War Room. Now it was time to head to the surface of Mustafar and claim what rightfully belonged to them as both Sith and members of the newly reformed Blackguard. Viox had no intentions of allowing the Harch Admiral control of this planet. It was the original home of the Blackguard. It was a focus for the dark side of the Force. The only way the deluded Harch Admiral would claim this world was from his cold dead hands. And he seriously doubted that the Harch had the resources or ability to do so. Allies or no, this world belonged to the Sith.

This woman was dangerous - that much was perfectly clear. For the moment she chose to remain silent simply shaking her head 'no' when Viox gaze passed in her direction when he asked for questions, once more her eyes falling upon Xakire as if waiting for something... As Vasari's eyes met Luxeria's forest green orbs at the mention of the pairing, the slightest of smirks came to her face. Something inside looked forward to the pairing and the fruits it would bear. In a simple moment, the Zabrak's eyes lowered, causing Luxeria's smirk to fade and eyes to focus. It wasn't so much as returning her focus to Viox as it was simply breaking contact. But why? Did she intimidate the woman? It wasn't something she expected. Did her power really register higher than she thought? Was that it? She doubted it. Even if she was more powerful than her, it wouldn't have been by much, and certainly not enough to intimidate. With Viox in the room, her own power, she suspected, was average, at best. Then maybe her beauty? Perhaps. Her beauty was just as much a weapon as was anything she utilized. It was what lead her into the darkness in the first place. However, it still didn't seem like the case. In the end, she might have been reading it wrong. Maybe it was nothing but a drop of the gaze to listen further to the words being said around her, opening herself to all that existed in the room. If that was the case, she knew to be mindful of this woman. But it only sparked her curiosity more. She wanted to know just what Vasari was all about.
Deep down, she hoped that maybe this woman would be different than the others. She'd be a rival, no question, but perhaps she'd be the one that'd she compete with, fight with, train with, someone that truly pushed her further that simple hatreds. Someone she could actually call ally and friend. Malvus had asked her before they invaded Kesh if she had one such as that, to which she replied no. Maybe that was to change. She secretly hoped so.
The first of her rivals and hatreds was Lura, her sibling apprentice under Darth Andor. She was a beautiful girl, one who had faced the hardships her rich lifestyle never granted her. In any normal case, one would be thankful. But in the hands of a Sith, those hardships connected her far better to the darkness, granted her greater power than Luxeria. She might have possessed control and focus, but it was nothing against Lura. Even more, Andor had seemed to give a more caring nature to her “sister” while being hard on her. And for that, she hated Lura. She sought to surpass, dominate, and ultimately destroy the young girl in the future. But it had been a couple years since hearing from Lura, not a peep since leaving Andor's side.
Then came Anya. A gorgeous woman treated as an equal in power next to a man she knew was far greater in strength. She was the kind of woman men would fall for, just like herself. But the difference between them was the power, the skill. Anya had toyed with her in a training spar. The confidence, the certainty, it sickened her and led to her hatred of the young woman. An Imperial Knight under the Emperor before it was dissolved and turned into the First Order. And like Lura, she heard nothing of the woman since.
Finally, there Tyrana, Malvus's adopted daughter. She was strong and beautiful like the others, but it was her cocky attitude, the high and mighty nature she exhibited over her, even in the presence of her master, while she forced herself to remained quiet and respectful of her master. In that time, she wanted nothing more to kill her, forget trying to prove herself her better. But it was the only time she'd heard from the girl. All three there and gone, nothing more than memories in her head, pushing her closer to the darkness in her goal to show them all. She remembered them, and chances were, they never gave her a second thought.
There was a quick and faint flare of anger as she turned her head from Vasari and back to Viox as she posed her question and was given the answer and what was to come. A split second of thought of thinking of what the woman across from her could be and the reflection of those of the pass was all it was, but it felt like hours passing in her mind, remembering every moment that was there to fuel the fire.As his orders were carried out, the officer at the comms station signaled to him, indicating he was patched through to the war room where Lord Savage was. Speaking clearly and confidently, he addressed the Zabrak."My Lord. We have broken through their blockade. All ships are engaged in their respective tasks. We will be in range to launch shore parties within the next 10 cycles." It was when Petrovsky's voice echoed through the room, that Luxeria turned her attention upwards, almost as if listening to a voice from a god. The time had come and they were nearly ready to disembark for the world below. None, not even Viox, himself, knew what awaited them down there, yet, she couldn't help but feel the twinge of excitement, the desire for battle. Truth be told, as much as she enjoyed it, she wondered where the sensation came from. As one who sought the power of illusions and mental manipulation, why would she desire the call of battle? It was but a minor thought as it helped aid her ability to fight and not cower away like a child.Upon hearing Petrovsky through the War Room's loudspeakers, a wicked grin split his face. All the relevant questions had been asked. All had been answered to the best of his ability. Now it was time to take to the surface."It is time. Push all doubts from your minds. Immerse yourselves within the ebb and flow of the dark side. Draw from the power of this place. The only way the deluded Harch Admiral would claim this world was from his cold dead hands. And he seriously doubted that the Harch had the resources or ability to do so. Allies or no, this world belonged to the Sith. And with Viox's final words, it was time to head for the hangar and prepare for their departure. She took a deep breath, her arms still crossed over her chest as her eyes returned to Vasari. She simply watched for a few moments, before giving a slight rock of her body that ultimately made her turn and first step that much smoother as she walked around the table towards the Zabrak. After the first couple steps, her hands returned to her sides as her eyes never left her partner for the mission. As the others had already begun to make their way from the room, Luxeria finaly reached Vasari. "So, it looks like we're a team for this mission. I'm Luxeria." She reach out her hand to Vasari and gave a faint smile. It was far less seductive than her actions had seemed thus far and almost seemed to been genuine, looking to establish some form of trust for their work that laid ahead.

The feeling of hesitance from Xakire was obvious - at least to her having been in part connected to his mind during their time at the Academy together as short a span a time as that was he was more familiar to her than a stranger would be. The warning from him passed through her mind but she gave no notification that she had heard him, and gave no reply. Xakire was an interesting sort and she respected him a great deal, but the more she came to know him and his position within the First Order as well as his position as Viox' apprentice gave her the feeling that perhaps his loyalties were split, even subconsciously - and Vasari had no respect for the First Order and owed them no loyalty whatsoever. She continued to stand in silence her eyes now focused on the hologram projection, moving her thoughts back to the mission and attempting to remember what she had read about the Castles foundations upon the Sith Cave. She had a feeling the power there would be unlike anything she had ever felt before.
The Comm transmission did little to draw her attention, she was unconcerned about such things, trusting Viox' military arm to be strong enough to muscle them past the droid defenses. Even when she had reached out her mind against the presence of their enemies assembled before them in the empty space between them and their objective she felt no real threat, no mind strong enough to draw her gaze and present themselves as any real threat. Finally the Comm static faded away and Viox spoke once again urging them to focus upon their objective which Vasari instantly did, pushing all thoughts of distrust from her mind. The four of them were a team now, even if they did not trust each other quite yet they had a common goal and perhaps it was the will of the force that they be here - together.
"Trust the Living Force, Xakire..."
She whispered to him softly after Viox had turned to exit the room, her hand falling upon his shoulder in a comforting and reassuring way, and she smiled softly before turning her back to him, and her gaze to her new partner. The girl was already moving around the table giving Vasari another full view of her before she spoke, and even raised her hand in greeting. Vasari's hesitation was not out of pride or arrogance, but at the smile that came across the woman's lips something about it caused her to relax, the feelings of aggression she had noticed gone - perhaps like her she had focused her mind to the task at hand and came to the conclusion that for better or worse, they would be watching each others back down there. Vasari's skin flushed at the embarrassing delay and she returned Luxeria's smile with one of her own, even a nervous giggle as she extended her hand from the dark folds of her armorweave cloak. Her thin delicate tattooed fingers appeared and wrapped firmly around Luxeria's hand squeezing as she would the hilt of her saber - not too hard, but with just enough pressure to have complete control - such was the feeling of her hands embrace.
"Quite a pleasure Luxeria... My name is Vasari."The embarrassment in her tone and demeanor quickly faded into a more easy going yet shy nature - as if familiarity with people was still a skill she was working to acquire."I hope we'll be more than just a team..."Vasari's eyes fluttered in that same shy way before the realization of her words finally reached her mind and she hesitantly pulled her hand back from Luxeria's grip, her eyes falling to her feet for a moment before she looked up to gauge her team mates reactions.
Her closed off mind shifted slightly as she opened up, but cast her mind fully upon the first current of the force - feeling the way the Living Force moved around Luxeria and the way her thoughts flowed. The process made any true focusing on specific thoughts impossible but it also made her own mind more difficult to read as well without presenting that wall of denial most were trained to have - closing off their mind to all but those they were intimately familiar with. This way she presented a more familiar feeling without the paranoia and concern most would have at meeting a closed off mind - an unfortunate result might be the misunderstanding that Vasari's mind lacked focus when the truth was something quite far from that.
Raising her hand slightly towards the door Vasari took a step back allowing Luxeria to fall into step beside her rather than force the girl to follow her out of the War Room. Perhaps it was because she did not want to turn her back on the girl, but really she wanted to watch her - learn from her. Much of what was going to happen on the planet below would be a first for her. She had been in two battles thus far, but nothing to this scale. She was excited about the opportunities that afforded but she did not want her inexperience to hinder the mission in any way. Also because she really didn't know her way around this ship and honestly didn't know where the Hanger bay even was...

Luxeria observed the slight hesitation from Vasari before finally shaking her hand. Though she showed no outward appearance, she focused on the woman, already trying to feel her out, both in an overall sense as well as to the hesitation. But she ended up thinking little about it as she could feel the Zabrak relaxing. No doubt the pairing with a stranger alone was something to be tense about. But they would be a team, and despite what may come of them, they would be relying on each other. The last thing Luxeria needed was to cause some sort of problem with this merger due to some personal issue. But, for the most part, she suspected it wouldn't be a problem.
Vasari's flush of embarrassment went unnoticed as Luxeria felt the grip of the woman's hand. It was one she, too, was familiar with. She held her saber in a similar way, but it was more than that, more than a simple grip on a lightsaber hilt. It was the firm, loose grip, as weird as the idea sounded. Not the grip that suggested dominating control, but a control of oneself and the moment. The best she could say, it was the grip of a companion one could truly rely on to never fail.
With the words spoken and hands retracted, Luxeria noticed her partner's eyes fall to the ground. She could see the shyness, finding it actually kind of cute. No matter the darkness, no matter the ambition, no matter how hard of a heart, there would always be those moments, especially for a woman, where that lighter side showed. But Luxeria knew better than to consider it a weakness. She doubted it any ploy manipulate her, but still nothing to detract from the power Vasari undoubtedly possessed. When the woman's eyes meet Luxeria's, she would see they lacked the same shine as most people's did, but doing so added depth to them, especially in contrast to her auburn hair. She gave a slight shrug and tilt of her head, though the smile remained. "Time will soon tell, won't it, Vasari?" Her voice was lighter than before, some of the seduction fading from it. While there was no real reason to speak Vasari's name, she did as a form of acknowledgement, letting the woman know that she had it in her mind and wasn't viewed as some random person like a typical soldier might have been. She was currently someone more important than that. Even the way she said such a line suggested there being true thought in what would become of them.
Her senses alerted her to the flow around Vasari as she focused on the flow of the Force. She would find Luxeria's mind more open than anticipated, though it wasn't so much a weakness of sealing her mind but letting it flow. With what they were about to do, she wasn't about to hinder anything with a closed mind. If they could find a point to connect, to grasp the other's mind slightly, it would benefit them in the end. But with her training against stronger practitioners, she was capable of suddenly sealing it, effectively cutting off others from reading it. But with the flow from Vasari came a mind that was not so much resistant, but on guard. Luxeria made no attempt to try and pry. There was no time for it and this was no place for it. Secrets would remain as such, but other topics would flow well enough, she was sure.
When Vasari held out her hand, she gave a nod and began moving out the door with Vasari at her side. Truth was, Luxeria knew as much as Vasari did about where to go. She knew the direction to the hangar she arrived in, but figured the gathered troops would be in another hangar. She knew they'd be heading for the cave entrance, but would they separate before landing? Would Viox divide them on the surface? In a moment, she processed the last words of Savage, along with the reality that the two places they were going after were right there together. It was enough to suggest that it didn't matter and that she would simply take her own ship to the surface. That way, once everything was finished, she wouldn't need to return to the ship to gain hers. With that, she moved onward towards the starboard hangar.
As they walked, she thought on what they'd face again. It was an unknown. To utilize the troops to the best of their ability meant they should be ready to do the same themselves. As confident as she was in her current abilities, she wondered if they'd hold out if the enemy was too strong. Without lowering her head, she lifted her arms slightly in front of her, her right hand touching her left wrist. As she did, the sleeves pulled back slightly, revealing a hint of gold on both wrists, in addition to a dull blue gleam from the right and a purple from the left.

Xakire followed Viox's movements, about turning on his own heal and following him out of the room. As Vasari spoke and placed her hand on his shoulder, he stoped and gave a slight smile accompanied with a nod before turning again and exiting the door. He continued to wonder if Vasari truely was trying to offer some form of comfort or if she was trying to manipulate him. She seemed sincere but trust was not something that came easily to Xakire.
Once he had exited the War Room, he walked faster to catch up with his master until he was walking besides the Zabrak, though he didn't say anything.

Legacy of the Void - Hangar Bay
Upon entering the hangar bay, the three Atmospheric Assault Landers sat before them, prepared to take off on a moment's notice. Outside of the lowered loading ramps stood the contingents of soldiers that were prepared to head to the surface. A mixture of Shadowtroopers from Zhaboka Company and Special Operations Sith Troopers from Void Company. The black and silver armored troopers stood at attention and the Shadowtroopers flanked them. The perked up as Savage entered.
"Colonel Locklear!"
His voice boomed over the noise of the active hangar bay around them. As soon as he had finished speaking, a Shadowtrooper with a red hued visor stepped forward.
Sir!
He snapped off a salute as the Zabrak strode past him.
"You will be accompanying Team Two. Vasari and Luxeria will be tackling the cave beneath the castle and they would benefit from having you down there backing them up."
With a brisk nod, the Shadowtrooper saluted Savage again.
Sir! Yes sir!
Being Savage's hand picked Shadowtrooper and the leader of Zhaboka Company, Locklear was the logical choice to be backing up Team Two. As Savage didn't know Luxeria's skillset yet and Vasari was still green to combat of this magnitude, he wanted to ensure they were supported properly. He wasn't here to lose anyone, not on a simple relic hunt. As Locklear squared his men away, Savage spoke once more.
"Major Kelborn!"
The black armored Death Trooper approached him and fell into step behind Savage without speaking.
"The XO has pinpointed an old droid foundary entrance thirty clicks south of the castle. Shut it down. I don't need these clankers pestering us during the hunt."
Without a word, the black armored Death Trooper marched off to the middle AAL. As Savage approached the last AAL, a golden hued variation of the silver armored Sith troopers approached him. It was Major Uldredd Kage.
"Kage, your with us. We are heading straight for the Castle. Have a flight of TIE's follow us in as an escort and the buckle in."
With a nod, the golden armored Sith trooper marched off to carry out his orders. Approaching the ramp, Savage called out across the bay.
"Everyone mount up! We move in five!"
And with that, Savage was up the ramp of the last Assault Lander, preparing to head to the surface of Mustafar.

Seeing as to how she had no ship to land in Vasari followed Luxeria towards the hanger bay - at best she could catch a ride planetside with her - at worst she would steal another one of Viox' fighters - she was already quite familiar with how those ships operated. The thought brought a smirk to her lips as they walked down the cold lifeless corridors to the lifts that would take them to the Hanger Bay. The feeling of Luxeria's open thoughts brought her focus back to the moment and she turned her head slightly towards the woman, a smile on her lips as she caught the thought about finding something within eachother to latch onto - something to support one another later should the need arise.
Most of the turbolift ride was spent in silence, but even then Vasari could not seem to take her eyes off the other woman, her mind a flurry of questions that she maintained the discipline not to ask. She had even caught sight of the bangles that the woman wore about her wrists, and felt a surprising amount of energy contained within them - this realization caused her eyes to widen slightly. She had read of Alchemy - and the imbued energy one could place within certain artifacts - those strong enough to contain the power, that is how a force users lightsaber crystals worked after all, but these seemed much different and now her eye was distracted from her obvious beauty to the source of furthered knowledge something she favored so much more.
"I've never..."She started before her words seemed to catch in her throat and she righted herself a little bit - focusing and continued."I am not confident in my abilities to lead any of Viox' soldiers, nor do i consider myself qualified... should the necessity arise i would defer to your experience beyond my own."
She was sure that his men could lead themselves well enough - but in battle things happened, and Vasari was no military commander and she would not have ignorance of this point be a reason they failed when they reached the planet below. The truth was she was used to working alone. She had spent years alone at the Academy - and even the operation on Kessel she had worked out and executed alone. She did not have the belief she worked better alone, it was just the way things had always been - until recently. She gave Luxeria a soft smile.
"I'm glad the Force has brought you here..."
Just that moment the turbolift doors opened leaving them at the back end of the hanger bay and she stepped out onto the floor looking around at the collection of ships available to her with an appraising eye before making her way towards the Landing Craft that was designated for the two of them - once again in the company of the very soldiers that were responsible for the invasion and destruction at the Academy - this time for an entirely different reason.

Xakire continued to silently follow his master into the hanger bay. Viox's troops were well trained and highly competent. He was certain they would be more than capable of executing the missions assigned to them.
Once Viox had finished issuing his orders, Xakire followed him up the ramp of the AAL and stood next to him. "How much resistance are we expecting, master?" He asked as the lander prepared for takeoff.

Luxeria’s hands fell back to her sides as they reached the turbolift. During the silence, she could feel Vasari’s eyes on her, then eventually her bangles. While she had tuned them as she had the crystals in her lightsaber, these two weren’t quite done. She hadn’t delved into the art of alchemy or magic, which kept them unfinished. Yes, there was power in them, but something seemed to keep them from working as they should have. Perhaps the relic hunts would enlighten her on what to do.
Luxeria said nothing of Vasari watching her as she did, even trying as far as to keep a growing smile from her face. It was at the mention of never leading troops that she finally spoke. ”I understand the feeling. I had only been an apprentice for about six months before leaving my previous master for my current. Not even a few days of training had gone by before I was on my first mission and left to lead troops. It’s only been two years, yet it feels like a life time ago.” She then turned her head back to the woman. ”The key is not to think so much on it. These soldiers know what their doing, what their mission is. Trust them to know what to do. When a command needs to be given, give it as it needs to be. Be it take defensive positions, to find higher ground, flank and enemy, whatever, just know once it’s given, they’ll respond accordingly. They know their job and know we’ve been given command. Don’t treat them as cannon fodder and they’ll serve you well.”
She gave Vasari a small smile as the doors opened and they made their way out. The troops were all there, already loading. As she made her way across the way, her destination her own ship, she was met by the trooper Viox assigned to them.
”Lady Luxeria. Lady Vasari. I am Colonel Locklear. I have be assigned to assist you on the ground. Your transport is waiting.”
He gave them a salute and she nodded. So much for taking her own ship. But now they had direction, which was good. It was then that Viox’s voice was heard throughout the hangar. ”Understood, Colonel. Get these men loaded up and prepared to depart.” He saluted again and joined with the company as they began loading. She looked back to Vasari at her words once again.
”As am I. Quite curious, considering the timing.” She knew her words would be a mystery to Vasari. But she couldn't help but think on the question Malvus asked her before the assault on Kesh. He asked if she had anyone she considered ally or friend among her peers. It seemed she might have finally found one. Giving her another smile, she made her way over to the AAL and moved up the ramp.

For his part, the aged Harch Admiral was excluded from such covert meetings of Sith warriors - not that he cared, the Sith were an unpredictable lot. Two of the Harch's arms were placed atop an expensive cane, inlaid with precious metals, made from rare timber and stunningly engraved. Aboard the Defiance Krennel Gulch remembered much. This ship, he knew, was as old or older than him. It was amazing what a bit of renovation would do. Indeed, one had to wonder when it had ceased to be the original Defiance
Rather than betray his power, Gulch had come to this battle with only one ship and a division of battle droids. The grizzled Admiral gazed out at the Sith fleet, silently watching on for a display of their strategies and tactics. He had no intention of revealing any of the secrets of his war fleet, he would rather discover their tactics and styles himself.

Vasari slipped into the back of the Assault craft quickly strapping herself in and almost instantly falling into a meditative trance. Her body began to grow warm to the touch as her breathing became more and more shallow slowly allowing the currents of the living force to guide her mind to those living beings around her. Softly she brushed her presence against each of the soldier's minds a gentle feeling of comfort followed by a bolstering feeling of confidence and inner peace. Then her mind touched their commander's a Colonel Locklear who's presence she recognized immediately - he had been upon Iridonia - he had lead the strike force against the headmaster himself accompanied by a woman she had not seen since that day. Lastly her mind - flowing strongly now along the first current and must more in tune with the living force than most - flowed like a rushing river around and through Luxeria's open thoughts. The feeling would be exhilarating - allowing the fellow Sith to experience unparalleled focus as Vasari's inner peace and dedication to her meditation was shared between every member of the team they would be landing with - even the pilots of the Assault Lander who would experience the hyper focus and attention increases that came with this form of shared Meditation. Then Vasari Introduced herself in the only manner she thought proper.
<<We act as one brethren of the Blackguard... We think as one, we feel as one, and we breath as one... Remember this feeling, remember the presence of my mind and at any time you feel your devotion to your cause falter draw upon my strength. I am Vasari of Clan Nightshade... I will be there for you.>>
Her Meditation would continue all the way to the planets surface, and even past that point unless she was rejected by any of the minds she had linked herself with through this ritual of union she would feel their thoughts and their pains as her own - allowing them a heightened sense of self and a higher tolerance to pain and so long as her mental capacity held strong a heightened focus and an impervious defense against the workings of the Force laid against them - Vasari's would have to be the first mind to break.
Vasari's mind was at peace but at the back of the lander her fingers were clinched tightly into the restraint straps that held her lashed to the seat - not like anyone among them would be aware of the fact by the connection and the tranquility of her mind - but she hated flying...

Luxeria didn’t take a seat as Vasari did, instead taking the time to gaze about those who would be under their command. While still lacking at being in command, as it wasn’t her thing to lead and instruct armies, she had long since shed her doubts and fears at taking over command when need be. In fact, it seemed natural to her now. And with that feeling came the desire of understanding the soldiers, at least a little bit. They weren’t cannon fodder for their advance. They were comrades, skilled in their arts that benefitted the order as a whole.
While she watched, she felt the flow of the Force increase as it spread about the ship. It wasn’t long before she felt it flowing through her mind. Easy enough to trace, she turned back to Vasari and walked over to her, leaning against the wall just watching her. She hid nothing behind any walls for she really had nothing to hide. It was when she spoke that Luxeria caught on to what she was doing. Utilizing Battle Meditation to enhance the minds of those around them. She had read about it, but chose not to learn it. She was somehow driven by battle and her focus was best left there and not trying to touch the minds of others. She did, however, take a seat next to the Zabrak and began to focus her own mind, connecting it Vasari.
<<See into my mind, Vasari, and take the feelings that reside within. Let it aid you in your doubts and give you clarity in that which is new to you>>
She then began to think upon her memories. Fight after fight that Luxeria had been in flashed through her mind for her partner to see. From her first mission on Alzoc III, where uncertainty was forced away at the first of many things: command, her abilities, fulfilling the mission. All in the name to eradicate traitors to Malvus. From there, the battle to erase Sith heretics on Zooey as her desire for battle started to fester, the near fatal fight on Thule where her lightsaber failed her, leaving her to fight without a weapon and winning. The long journey from world to world as she gather the required pieces for her new lightsaber and the experiences therein. The first confrontation with the Jedi on Vandelhiem where her drive for battle matured, letting her overcome many Jedi with greater ease, and finally the battles on Kesh that began to solidify her skills. She let them all become open to this Sith in hopes that it would, in turn, grant her strength. And with it, little did she truly realize, her styles of combat using Makashi and small bits of Sorseu to her enhanced telekinesis and her six orbs. Her flow of movements and thoughts behind them were laid open for Vasari to see.

Legacy of the Void - Hangar Bay.
First AAL:
Colonel Locklear, armored in the standard Shadowtrooper Armor with a red tinted visor, made is way through the rows of silver armored Sith Troopers and black armored Shadowtroopers, ensuring everyone was set. He checked the saftey webbing on those strapped into the seats as well, giving them a tug to ensure they were secured. Once that was done, he tapped the side of his helmet.
Team Acklay, prepped and ready for dust-off.
Second AAL:
Major Kelborn, standing at the front of the AAL near the exit ramp, surveyed his squad. The ominous and imposing Death Troopers stood there silently. With a subtle nod, Kelborn tapped the side of his helmet and spoke as well.
Team Nexu, ready when you are.
Third AAL:
The golden hued figure of Major Kage nodded his head in acknowledgement. Keying his external speakers, the black mirrored visor turned to the Zabrak Sith standing near the ramp.
All ground teams are prepped and ready to go. And the fly-boys just signaled that they are ready to go as well.
Nodding in acknowledgement, Savage motioned for Kage to open the all-team frequency so that all occupants of the three AALs and the TIE's could hear him.
"This is the moment you've all trained for! To bring glory to the Sith! We are an unstoppable force to be reckoned with! No enemy will withstand our resurgence! Especially not some outdated mechanical relics from ages past. Today we take our first steps at reclaiming our birthright!"
As Savage finished his speech to the troops, the AALs lifted off the hangar deck. As the moved towards the cold vacuum of space, two flights of TIE/sf Space Superiority Fighters launched from the opposite hangar. Once clear of the ship, the AALs accelerated towards the volcanic world of Mustafar, as the TIE/sf Fighters formed up around them. Upon hitting the turbulent atmosphere of Mustafar, the ride down became a lot rougher...

While her presence, manifested within the living force, remained within the minds and hearts of every living soul upon the landing craft Vasari's conscious spirit had shifted and now held a priority around Luxeria's mind, how open the Sith was to her group meditation gave Vasari strength and the invitation to take part in her memories only lured Vasari's conscious thought deeper into the embrace of her mental self. The memories played before her eyes as if they were her own - granting her peace in the moment and as a result her grip tightened upon the straps that held her in place near the back of the Landing craft. The presence of turbulence increased dramatically as the AAL dropped into the upper atmosphere of the Volcanic planet but Vasari's mind was far away and unable to be shaken by such trivial matters.
The battles that played before her mind's eye, the feeling of the manner in which Luxeria fought, everything seemed to be shared between them, and almost subconsciously Vasari felt the doors of her own mind opening as well allowing the permeation to become symbiotic. Her thoughts became more sharp, more focused taking confidence from the experience of the one that she had been paired with, learning vicariously through her past experiences. The voice within her mind was met with a welcoming warmth and a feeling within the living force put to rest all suspicions she had once held concerning this one...
Likening experiences her mind began to play her own battles like a series of snapshots between their fledgling mental link. Her countless hours in the Sparing Pits on Iridonia, the First Order invasion of the Academy, the Attempt on her life by a fellow student... even the testing she endured within the dungeons of the Academy - an event she had shared with no living soul - was laid out for her partner, the peace and understanding she had achieved during Quey'tek meditation and the understanding she took away from that night about the currents of the Living Force. Next came visions of Kessel - cold and desolate - the torture of Janos and the brief fight with a beautiful young Mandalorian Jedi. The memory brought a warmth to the link connecting their minds but Vasari was too deep in to retreat now...

Luxeria remained unphased by the ship’s movements as they left the hangar and, before long, was passing through the upper atmosphere of the planet. When they finally landed, she would finally return to reality, but for now, there were other things to be done besides waiting.
She was surprised a bit when she began to see Vasari’s memories play before her much as she did with hers. Was it intentional? Or was it something else that opened the woman’s mind as it did? Even more did Vasari realize it? It didn’t really matter in the end. What started as a means to simply help Vasari find a little strength in what she was uncertain of was starting to shift into something else. What, however, was the final question that stirred ever so faintly in back of Luxeria’s mind. But she didn’t stop, watching the memories before her, taking the time to understand her partner a little more.

As his master gave his speach to the three landing craft, Xakire nodded slightly and smiled. He was proud to be here, fighting for a new Sith order that would no doubt be making its mark on the galaxy sooner or later. So far, the Blackguard seemed immune to many of the faliures and weakness of past Sith groups though only time could tell if this would remain so. He wondered what they would find on Mustafar. Viox had something very specific he was seeking but there must be more there, ready for the taking. Perhaps something Xakire would find useful. He certianly hoped so.
The ride got more and more rough as the land craft entered the volcanic planets atmosphere. Xakire held on, standing near the front of the craft behind his master. He had good balance and managed to start relatively still as the small craft bounced around. As they neared the surface he felt not only a surge of adrenaline but the Force flow through him as he prepared himself for the inevitable fight...

Still standing on the bridge of Lord Savage's flagship, Legacy of the Void, Petrovsky watched as the last of the droid ships were taken out of commission. A victory. Minimal losses to the Blackguard and nearly 100% casaulties to the enemy. It was glorious. As Lord Savage's comm came through, Petrovsky replied personally.
My lord. We are secure here. The last of the droid ships have been dealt with. All that is left is to clean up the few stragglers and re-position the fleet to maintain superiority.
With the status update sent, Petrovsky motioned to the weapons officer.
"Finish mop up duties and re-position the fleet. Mustafar is ours. All glory to the First Order and the Blackguard."
With that, the fighter patrols continued to mop up the remaining active droid fighters as the fleet shifted its position over Mustafar, ensuring that the Blackguard was in control of the planet. Another successful mission for the Blackguard, it would seem. Mustafar was under the control of the Blackguard, and whatever droid foundries that remained here would soon be repurposed to start churning out droids for the Blackguard.
