All seemed quiet over the world of Thule as everyday traffic passed in and out of the system. That was until a fleet of four ships exited hyperspace in orbit. These ships bore the markings of The First Order and of the, now defunct, New Fel Empire, indicating that this fleet was the Fel 9th Fleet under John Tien, former Moff of Thule. It had been so long since the last time he saw the world that was gifted to him by his old friend, Alek Vitas, that John breathed a sigh of relief. Finally, Thule's former ruler had come back from his long journey into the Unknown Regions, but this fact was overshadowed by the air of defeat that hung on the bridge. They had made it back but failed in their mission to find Cade Fel after reports of him going missing shortly before the civil war on Falleen.
Nevertheless, the crews of the ships of the 9th Fleet proceeded to scramble Fighters and launch landing craft in order to reclaim what many beveled to be their homeworld with the efficiency befitting The First Order. The TIE Defenders of Guardian Flight, TIE Advanced x1s of Storm Flight, and the Droid Tri Fighters of Omega Flight escorted the majority of the landing craft to the surface of Thule while the Predator Starfighters of Nemesis Flight escorted the remaining craft to the Sivvi Moon.

With reports coming in from the ground forces that the planet was secure John nodded to himself.
=John= Well, that's one less problem we need to deal with....despite everything else going wrong at least we have this.
Standing with him on the bridge of the Empire's Fist was the Admiral of the 9th Fleet and John's wife, Miranda Tien, who nodded in agreement.
=Miranda= Yes, it feels good to finally be back. She stared out at the planet for a moment before turning to John. Should I set coarse to Munnilinst? See if the First Order is still around?
=John= In a moment....I need some time to think....and plan on what I'm going to say to Nicademus when we get there.
Miranda nodded as John turned and walked off the bridge and to their quarters.
=Miranda= Helm, set course to Munnilinst and be ready to jump on my order.
=Helmsman= Aye, aye, ma'am!

Eventually, the Predator Starfighters of Nemesis Flight returned to the Empire's Fist from Sivvi and the remaining fighters on the surface landed on the other ships of the fleet. John had spent several hours in his quarters meditating and listening to the force. There was a remnant of a dark taint that emanated from Thule likely from the planet's former occupants and the Sith Arts Academy but nothing seemed out of place. If he concentrated he could feel the force prescience of his Assassins, Imperial Knights, his wife, and his two children. John mentally sighed after a few moments knowing that he was only delaying the inevitable and reached out to Miranda.
=John= Alright, I'm as ready as I'm ever going to be.
On the bridge, Miranda nods and orders the jump to hyperspace.

The Empire's Fist drops out of hyperspace above Thule and immediately begins to transmit orders to the 9th Fleet's ships and ground personnel. All divisions are ordered to be ready to leave at a moments notice and be ready to completely abandon the planet if necessary. Confused reply's from the division commanders were met with confirmation that this order was given by the Emperor, former Supreme Commander Delvardus. Also, many of the divisions were ordered to load up aboard the various ships of the 9th Fleet for upgrades and refits. After the orders were sent John headed to the surface in his TIE Phantom while Miranda stayed aboard the Empire's Fist, the Star Destroyer was loaded with a majority of XXX Corps along with the 101st Stormtrooper Division, the 1st Police Corps, and the 82nd Jumptroopers. Once all forces were aboard the ship jumps to hyperspace.

The bridge of a Pellaeon-class Star Destroyer erupted into a mess of twisted metal and flames as the vessel's shields were penetrated by a fierce bombardment. The warships engines went dark and, slowly, the Star Destroyer's prow pointed downward and began to fall into the gravity of Thule beneath it. Surrounding cruisers and frigates were now at the mercy of the onslaught of Conclave vessels that poured turbolasers and missiles into their shields.
Thule was steadily falling under siege by the invading Sith.
------------------------
Prior to the mess that was ongoing over the planet, an emissary had arrived to Thule, which was under the control of the Council of Seven, a military junta that ruled over the planet from its capital of Hurom. The emissary brought a simple message of, rather, fierce diplomacy: acknowledge the suzerainty of the Heirarch, wave the flags of the Conclave, and become annexed into the growing prominence of this faction. In exchange, the Council was given pensions, titles, and such. Their military was welcomed to integrate into the Conclave's ranks. Furthermore, good trade was also stipulated. The Council, made up of arrogant and proud men and women, blatantly refused. It was enough to cite a casus belli and seek to claim the Thurra system.
A war fleet arrived a day after the emissaries departure, bringing forth swarms of starfighters, clouds of bombers, and hordes of Orzi warriors and their Sith commanders. Command, for now, fell to Arlan Solaris, who had been reinstated to his military role temporarily. Once the Warmaster arrived, the battle would fall under her banner. As such, Darkblood Squadron led the vanguard of the planned attack as Solaris pressed his advantage after the destruction of the Pellaeon Star Destroyer.
Upon the bridge of the Malak's Revenge, the Admiral commanded his fleet against one of the few groups of defending vessels, remnants of what seemed to be a former Imperial presence. Some of them bore markings of a long dead Fel nation and others of an unknown Imperial Remnant, likely the ruling council's aspirations. Solaris keys a communication to the Expeditionary Commander, Darth Krul, in the hangar bay below.
=Admiral Solaris= Lord Krul, begin the disembarkation of first wave. The destruction of their Star Destroyer has left a hole open. Raptor, Hellion, and Vornskr Squadrons will act as your escorts.
=Darth Krul= Yes, Admiral.
Green lights went off in the hangar bay below as the first wave of transports zoomed out and headed planet side with a thick escort of Mark VI and Mark VII starfighters. Solaris watched this from the bridge before conveying new orders to the remaining bomber squadrons in reserve.
=Admiral Solaris= Warmonger, Titan, Hydra Squadrons, disembark and head to the surface. Begin softening the LZ for the approaching transports.
The acknowledges came moments later as the Isen-class Bombers roared to life and flew out of the hangar bay, along with a couple escort squadrons of Elduath-class Interceptors. The Battle for Thule was well underway now. Once the hordes landed, the ruling council would be forced to see the error of their ways, as commanded by the Heirarch.

Sometime after the Jedi strike team destroyed the enclave of cultists on the surface, the team engaged the true source of the deranged darkside cults power in the region: an Interdictor-class cruiser. The cockpit view changed from swirling blue to streaks of white on black as Endor's T-65 X-wing came out of hyperspace, entering the system in formation with the rest of his squadron. Endor's Ewoks they called themselves, each a highly skilled Jedi with a penchant for dogfighting. Unlike the old pirate the rest were flying the newer XJ7s, but that didn't mean his own time worn fighter didn't know a few tricks. He managed to modify it to work a bit more speed out of the engines. It came at small expense to the shields, a fair trade if it meant he could outpace his opponents. The squadron streaked towards the planet, but more importantly, towards the cruiser in its orbit.Looming over the arid stormy world was the Violater, an ancient Interdictor-class cruiser the cult had managed to bring into working order. Though it was old, the wing of Sith fighters it carried and the cannons mounted across its deck still made it a deadly enemy. It had already detected them, if the Sith fighters spilling from its hangar were any indication.S-foils into attack position. Said Endor over the channel. Engage your targets and break off. We'll have to take out those fighters first. He fed more power into the engines, throttling towards the swarm as the empty void between began to light up with laser blasts. Manipulating the yoke, he jerked and jinked out of the way, relying on the Force to guide his movements as he sensed danger before it became a problem. The rest of the squadron was much the same way, easily outmaneuvering the antiquated fighters coming towards them, despite the cultists clear numerical advantage. Grinning, Endor opened up with his own fire-linked cannons, clearing a whole through the swarm and streaking through a flaming wreckage cloud as he came out cleanly on the other side, trailing smoke. A bright flash past his canopy window told him he had a fighter on his tail. Let's try spinning. That's a good move, he thought. Feeding the throttle, he spun the yoke and sent his X-wing into a diving spin, so carefully timed the enemy laser colts streaked passed through the empty gap between his open S-foils. He banked and pulled up, bringing the nose of his fighter craft around as he lined up his crosshairs.FWAP! FWAP! A twin blast tore his opponent apart in an eruption of flame and burning metal. Methodically Endor's Ewoks picked apart the starfighter complement of the Violater, drawing them away from its point defense lasers and turbolaser cannons where they were more vulnerable. Before long there were only a few strays and the cruiser itself. Endor could smell blood in the water, figuratively of course.Arm torpedoes. Let's bring down that things shield. Like a pack of jackals they attacked the bigger prey, launching streaking proton torpedoes and raining down laser blasts against the six hundred meter long length of the cruiser, while being careful to avoid being blown out of the void by its deadly guns. Their strafing run was rewarded as the energy field surrounding the warship shimmered and appeared to fizzle out, leaving its hull open to attack. Endor spun his fighter around for another approach and targeted the bridge window with both torpedo launchers, simultaneously launching a twin volley of ordnance Blue exhaust trailed the two torpedoes as they struck the transparasteel window of the enemy bridge and blew it apart. The Violater then began to list to the side, trailing fire as its nose fell towards the atmosphere on an out of control descent.Woo-hoo! Great job, we got her! He cheered over the channel. First rounds on me when we get back to the Mossflower.
