Ten women, each one being the select representative of one of the tradition ruling families of Kuat, walked together along a trail. The planet's surface was impeccable and their families were greatly responsible for the condition of the surface. The Kuati had weathered storms and prevailed for eons; they would survive long after any foreign influence was dead and gone....

A small vessel broke into Kuat atmosphere out of orbit rapidly descending towards the surface. A encrypted message was relayed to the ground and this spiralled into a spirited dialogue, richly encoded as it was. Upon landing The Ten were met by emissaries and a stout group of guards. The lot of them quickly disappeared from sight

The young woman looked around observing. Oh this was home all right. A sly smile passed lips as the others and herself walked along slowly. They had no ridiculous notions of usurping power but they did expect respect. And they had some personal contracts to settle. Orana’s brows dropping as she concentrated. Her eyes were pulled to the landscape. It was beautiful. They continued walking
