Oraltor arches his eyestalks, in the closes approximation to the humanoid expression he could muster.
Stop you? I have not come to stop you. You and I both know that politicians come and go. In a few years, no one will remember your name. It is ideas that survive. And I, I have come to guide you. You have lost your way. And not just you, but the Order. I have come to put you back on the right path.

Crom'nen was surprised. The Jedi Master never spoke so straightforward. Interesting. Truth be told, it threw Crom'nen off his game for a moment, something that never happened. His eyes softened for a moment as his brain went from anger to curiosity. When his mind snapped back, the hardness returned, but the anger was reduced.
That is something people have never understood about me. I don't want to be remembered. I came to this position not of my own volition, but because I was ordered to by the Clan Council. When I went to them, I was not even aware that they were negotiating with the Republic. I prefer to rule from behind the scenes. That is where true power lies. She taught me that.
He pointed toward the office door, to Ar'lah, whom Oraltor had never met. He then turned back to have out the window, and took a sip of vodka.
Another thing you should know. I am not lost. I always know what I am doing. Every move I make is deliberate. Even Ruso understands this.

=Capt. Sara Ruluwoor= A two-meter-tall, otter-like Selonian in full Corellian Defense Forces dress uniform, with Captain's epaulets and second-class bloodstripes, strode purposefully into the nearly-empty offices of Ryloth's Senate delegation. Pausing, her whiskers twitching, the military officer seemed slightly surprised at the near-silence that greeted her ears. Shrugging her shoulders gracefully, she stepped up to the only individual visible, a young Twi'lek male who sat all alone at his desk, listening to some absolutely revolting music (to Sara's ears, at any rate).
Coughing quietly to get his attention, she addressed the aide. "Good morning, I am Sara Ruluwoor of the Cee Dee Eff. Senator Crom'nen is expecting me. Would you please let him know that I have arrived?"
=Twi'lek= "I'm sorry, ma'am, but Senator Crom'nen is not available today." He replied, without looking up from his music player.
=Capt. Ruluwoor= "Excuse me?" She stared in surprise. "Well, why not? We had a meeting scheduled. Where is he?" She demanded.
=Twi'lek= That got his attention. Setting aside his music, he checked his (blank) calendar. "I'm sorry, ma'am, but I have no record of your meeting, and Senator Crom'nen is off-world."
=Capt. Ruluwoor= Sara frowned. "That's strange, do you know when he will be back?" She hesitated. "Or perhaps I might speak to Bel'fima instead?"
=Twi'lek= "For security reasons, I am not at liberty to reveal anything further about Senator Crom'nen's location, or the location of his aides." He responded. "I am sure that you understand." The young man's voice sounded sympathetic for the first time, instead of just bored and annoyed. "What was the nature of your business? I will take a message and have the Senator contact you when he returns."
=Capt. Ruluwoor= "Very well." The Captain conceded defeat. "Just take down my name -- Captain Sara Ruluwoor -- and that I was here to discuss collaboration between Ryloth and the Corellian Defense Forces. The Senator and his staff are already aware of my offer. They may contact me through Senator Koronov's office or CDF headquarters on Corellia."
Turning sharply on her heel, Sara exited the office, and the young Twi'lek resumed listening to his music.
