The Great Temple itself will be unaccessed by the Mandos for a while now, whilst everyone licks their wounds and recovers. The battle is over, the long, drawn out siege is now begun. Anything that involves the Mando attack on the Temple and getting inside, though, can be written through flashback, but it won't be sneakable - Ander knows the temple just as well as any of its current occupants, but he doesn't know anything that they don't, and all the entrances are pretty fiercely covered. Additionally, any entrance into the Praxeum proper was literally only as far as the doorway and the hall immediately past it - the Jedi managed to push back anyone from getting any kind of real footing inside the Temple, which was why the air-support arriving from orbit in the form of Jago, Dav, and four or five other fighter squadrons, were enough to force the Mandos into pulling back to the Blueleaf Temple.

The Blueleaf Temple isn't locked up or secured, but it is swarming with wildlife, including a Kliknik nest. Establishing a base in there will require work.
