The weakling's rifle came free far easier than expected, & went sailing off somewhere behind me. The solid thump I gave him in the gut dropped him like a load of ore. So I turned my attention to the other two. The one with the sabre was babbling on about weapons, which I took to mean that he was as soft in the head as the last guy was in the gut. The only weapons on me at the moment was ME. Rolling my shoulders & popping a number of joints, I glanced over them again. Apparently they were tired of the party already. Weaklings.
-Marcos (In rough basic) What weapons?

Squinting his eyes he realized he was right there were no VISIBLE weapons on this guy. Maybe in his old age he was getting a little blind, or could just be one to many hits to the head. Lowering his blade he held it at his side, still expecting something to come of this. Sorry, I was half expecting you to keep the gun. Like I said, suspicious. I must apologize, the galaxy is a very dangerous place these days and we can never be to careful. How about we start this over no?

I just stare at the man for a couple of seconds. I doubt he would take kindly to me going to get me weapons, but I wasn't about to let them be taken from me.
-Marcos (in rough basic) Those my weapons. I will keep them.
Stepping over to where the two weapons had landed, I quickly settled them back into their normal places.
-Marcos (in rough basic) More party later. Am tired.
Trying to communicate in a language which I only had rough proficiency was extremely annoying, as I was aware that it made be sound like a child. As a last though I pointed back at the shuttle.
-Marcos (in rough basic) Six dead. Smells bad. Shuttle empty.

It took a lot of willpower for the Imperial Knight to not laugh at the Zabrak struggling with basic. Although it did narrow it down as to where he belonged in space; seeing as it is one or the more widely used forms of communication. Despite it going unnoticed he nodded his consent and allowed the Mando to pick up his guns. He seemed trustworthy enough to not try and kill anyone right away. Come on then we can get you cleaned up, fed and figure out your story after. With his hands he motioned for Marcus to follow him, before going off towards the barracks and stuff of the ship.
Meanwhile those who had run off had actually come back with a small guard but were surprised to see that things had calmed down. Pleasantly surprised. Giving the duo a wide girth they went onto the ship and began doing the nasty work. Mainly removing the bodies and cleaning up the mess inside.
Outside the Bardiche moved back into position with the rest of the fleet and maybe Nica would be none the wiser that it had moved.

I follow the sabre wielding man back to what appears to be a barracks. I was less than surprised when he lead me to the ready room, after all I had just spent upwards of thirty hours in a cramped shuttle with a fair number of dead people. Of course, I hadn't been too fresh before getting in the shuttle either, as the three week long party on Geonosis hadn't left any time to clean up.
Once I had cleaned up & cleaned my gear off, I decided to go find out a little more about this place. I figured the Sabre-nut wouldn't have gone far.

He was right the red haired "saber-nut" had actually just been hanging out, outside the room I hope that things are to your liking? Taking his weight off the wall he untied his hair which had been tied into a bun like thing revealing a tangle of knots and curls. Perhaps you can tell me what you are doing here in the Deep Core.

*After a slight "detour" The Count's golden j-type nubian star skiff roars into orbit and hails the fleet once again. Since the last transmission cut out like it did, Monte wanted to be sure where to meet Xeonon. If only to make sure he was in the right place this time. *

I nod slightly to myself at finding the sabre-nut that quickly. His questions weren't unexpected, but it did tell me that these people wouldn't just let things slide & go with things.
-Marcos (in rough basic) Started Party. Was arrested. Left. End here.
I didn't bother to point out the party was planet wide & going on three weeks long. I also didn't point out that the planet's owner, the Old Man, had shown up with military forces just to try & stop the party.

As the Count dropped out of hyperspace the turrets above New Escrow swivelled in his direction. However after a split second they turned back to facing straight up, this one was expected and cleared with Imperil effeciancy. Welcome to Aargau, Master Solomon is expecting you. Please be aware that any deviation from your course will lead to immediate extermination. The tone of voice was neither threatening nor comforting. It was cold, and to the point. A few seconds later a set of coordinates was sent to Monte. Meanwhile at the legion of doo... I mean on the Bardiche.
Finnick was getting slightly annoyed. It was not his fault that this man couldn't speak Basic. He did however have a way to fix this. Parties are always fun, but we cant have any here. I need you to follow me, I know how we can fix the language barrier. leading the way he brought the Zabrack through a maze of corridors. Left right, right right left up down. Hell even a fucking circle. Eventually they found the room.
It was not a pretty room. It was small, with a single light and a table in the middle. It was an interagtio room, anyone familiar with war would recognize it. Its not what you think, inside is a machine that translates from any known language. You can talk normally and I will understand and vise versa. What Finnick didnt say though was that it would help identify him. The galaxy was a dangerous place these days.

I step over to the table. It is obvious what the room is, though it was somewhat surprising that they bothered to let me clean up first. Taking a seat in one of the two chairs, I glance over toward the sabre-nut.
-Marcos (in Mando'a) So, besides my native tongue, what questions did you wish for me to answer? I'm afraid that my basic is not up to par, as I am not usually one to travel much.
I knew that he would probably be surprised. Most people took one look at me & assumed that I was a barbarian. The rather poor state of my basic tended to reinforce that idea to the detriment of most. Of course, just because I wasn't an idiot didn't mean I didn't like bashing heads. Generally it isn't a good party until several heads have been bashed.

As he saw what the words said his eyes narrowed. This brought up a shit tone of questions. It was a dangerous time in the galaxy alright. Hence why many of the Imperial Knights did not leave the Deep Core. They did not want to draw attention of the Mandalorians. Yet here one was. Literally on their doorstep. Do not worry about it, I cant speak Mando'a half as well as you do basic. As for what I want to know well a few things but I will start with the most prominent. Why are you here? Sure he had already been told in broken words. This would make more sense this time. Although he did not tie him up or treat the Iridonian as a prisoner it did not mean others thought they he should.

Watching the man carefully, I could tell he was a lot more nervous now than he had been a second ago. Apparently, massive & threatening aren't nearly as scary as mandalorian. Useful information.
-Marcos (in Mando'a) I was arrested & was about to be sentenced without a trial. I made my escape during a transfer & this planet was the one that I randomly picked from my navicomputer. I didn't particularly have the luxury of waiting around to pick the perfect choice. I also know very little about space outside of the Empire.

Inwardly the man sighed. Finnick had figured that this was some crazy way of getting some advanced recon on the planet. That after all their secrecy they had been found out. Indeed he could be lying but Finnick could sense no deception in his voice nor in his force aura thing. No. Either this alien was good at lying or he was telling the truth. I believe you. Now tell me, why were you under arrest? You are no longer in the area your Empire controls so we cant persecute you. Just morbid curiosity. That and his mind was already working of ways to use this man. Shape him into the hero they deserve but not what they need right now. Or some deep poetic shit like that.

*Monte does exactly what is recommended and makes his way to the coordinates sent to him. The golden j-type nubian star skiff roars towards the planet and makes it's way to meet with Xeonon.*

I let out a little chuckle as he asks me what I was arrested for. Boy is that a long story.
-Marcos (in Mando'a) The short version is that I was left more or less in control of my old man's capital. One thing led to another & before long the planet was host to the best party since the clone wars. The old man wasn't too amused though.

Family squabbles are always the most fun. Someone always got hurt in the end. Well then I guess it is safe to say it wont be happening again. He really had no idea what to say and its not like the ginger spoke for the planets leaders. Staying silent for a moment he gathered his thoughts. Well you leave us in sort of an awkward position. You see I can use the force, there are many of us around here who can.Pausing he waited to see what reaction he could get from Marcus. There is a war out there, your kind want to eliminate mine. We cant let you leave for that reason... What you accidentally stumbled upon was the remains of the empires that have surfaced. For nearly two years we have hidden ourselves from the galaxy and for the most part it has worked. How do you think we should proceed?
It was an honest question. It was meant to be one that would hopefully build some good faith in the alien. Besides if things turned sour he could just have the man jettisoned into space in his skivvies.

I didn't really care about all that, I just wanted to smash heads every time someone was too annoying. Or of any other reason for that matter.
-Marcos (in Mando'a) I couldn't really care less. I don't keep up with current events, so I didn't even know there was a war going on. Me? I'm a simple guy to make happy, just give me someone to party with & I'll be happy. The party in the hanger was kind of disappointing, as it never really got started.

It was now that he visibily showed his emotions. His face flooded with relief, he was still half thinking this swell fella was a spy. Well you missed out on getting to go on a head smashing mission by just a little bit. I bet Imperial command can think of some way for you to help out while having a party. It was right now he was really hoping party meant fight and not balloons and shit. That is if you want to of course. If not well you and I can always go at it.

Apparently this guy wasn't too bad if he was willing to party. I take a moment to thing over everything that had happened recently, including the man's offer to join the Imperials.
-Marcos (in Mando'a) Sure, I'll join your group. But I want a place to bunk, a place to work out, & as much food as I can eat. Deal? Oh, & someone to help me to get a better handle on basic.

Wow that was easy. Not to mention it would not cost them an arm and a leg. Maybe just a lung if this guy could eat like the ones on anime. Hell you can train and workout with the best we have to throw at you. However until we can get a shuttle down to the planet set up your gonna have to stay under watch. I may trust you, but them pointing his thumb to the shady figures outside the glass most likely do not.
