This thread is a place where writers can come to settle IC disputes, plan stories, and otherwise chat.
=Rules of the thread=
1. No personal insults 2. Everything here is OOC; there is to be no RP here 3. All other site rules apply. 4. Be wise when it comes to foul language. Some of the writers on this site are still children/teenagers.

Just as the Whill above mentions, this is the place where everyone can come to collaborate and to simply communicate with each other but the goings ons of the planet specifically.
I am Master Will Son'tir, your resident co Headmaster of the Jedi Academy and one of the OOC stewards of Corellia. I am a great person to touch base with, as well as Mike Frantz and Serrin Roma.
Thanks, and Happy RPing!

I may not be as handy as Mr. Son'tir or the other bigwigs over here, but if by any chance you can't reach him or the other masters, feel free to message me as well. I can help if there are Oreos involved.

And I am stopping a terrorist cell in another part of the galaxy as well, as getting canonized in the college of cardinals. . .or something on Coruscant preparing to counter attack against Mandalore.
While my alter ego is being forcibly elected as the Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic.
But I can always throw NPCs in the mix. You just got to give me a purpose.

Hey guys! I had this SL Idea way back when it wasnt much but just an idea, but now it might just turn out as more, with JVS working again, and I am spreading the data out to you, gracious hosts and residents of Corellia. I have come to call it: SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY
Prologue:Corellia has been under heavy assault by the New Order of the Eye, and especially by one of their lords, Seleevan Khar. Targeting the jedi, and the publics opinions of them using terrorism and media as his weapons, Seleevan Khar has held the corellians in terror for some time. Recently, a full out assault on corellia was held, where Seleevan khar attempted to capture the future of the Corellian Jedi, their padawans. With the heroic rescue from Jedi Master Pyek, the padawans were saved, but the Master himself and his friend, Meryn Nelente were taken as prisoner and abducted to the Planet of Vortex. There, the two jedi were not the only prisoners, Cal Whitwer was heavily injured from a dogfigthing accident where he colided with a rude Flak Canon shell. His life saved and spared just to be tortured without being asked questions in front of a camera. While ill deeds were done, the Pyek was forced into a duel wich he.... "Supposedly" ... lost against Seleevan Khar. One tortured, one supposedly defeated, and Nelente? Nelente was living her captivity in luxurious circumstances, being more of a guest then a prisoner. Instead of Evil and Torture, Nelente was asked to become Seleevan Khars envoy to Corellia to break the warring and instead of a ceasefire, the two factions (House of Khar and Corellian Jedi/Republic) should become allies. Then, Seleevan Khar Sent back everyone to Corellia, just as the rescueparty showed up. Present:The Vor Warhost is in combat over Prakith with the Imperial Remnant aiding their allies, The Order of the Eye. Instead of Doing the Sith thing and killing the innocents with a laugh, the Warhost is evacuating civilians, as they face off 30 curious Super Star Destroyers of unknown configuration or purpouse. The civilians would be a bargaining chip, alongside some other "good" deeds of Khar in the coming negotiations with corellian jedi/government. While this is happening, John McClane, Seleevan Khars Buttler and head of Special Operations is hiding on Corellia. He escaped the second battle of the Accademy, and is now howled up in a cabin in the Corellian woods. He has manadged to get a parade permit for one of the main streets/hubs in coronet city, wich would be the legal and justified entry parade of Khar and his parade brigade when he arrives, and surprises his enemies with spectacle instead of turbolasers. Hopefully, instead of shooting, diplomatic negotiations would start. If the alliance is met, Sel would be around to hold the jedi on Their toes, plotting and scheming (since I dont yet know what exactly epic scheme he would make up, but have some rough ideas, and of course, we all could chip in. One idea is that he clones some of the jedi or support staff, have the real ones under constant vigil, and when enough was learned, a swap might happen. Might do this with government officials too. An other is conversion of jedi/padawans, slowly turning them from the light, although its a bit cliché. Yeah, so this is it mostly...... thoughts?

I was a part of the original defense of the academy during that attackI could serve as a great bridge between what was, and what is. Not only that. But Kel'al is preparing to report to the Council about the mission on Vortex.
I say, if you want 'diplomacy' you have to come with Nelente or another jedi envoy. Or else there would not be a justifiable reason not to bring you and yours into custody and brought to justice by the tip of my lightsaber. ;-)
Also, the cloning and replacing of personnel could prove. . . .complicated and near impossible. the jedi and Coronet would be instructed to afford you and yours no lax of scrutiny and more then likely treated with extreme prejudice, if nothing else.
My initial thoughts. Not to say I am against the House of Khar masquerading around Corellia; but ya know, fool me once and all that. :-P

I am new to the Corellia crowd, but when you talk about replacing jedi and staff at the academy, something comes to mind. An undertaking of that magnitude is unlikely to go off without raising quite a bit of suspicion. Not that its impossible, but enough jedi and staff to actually make a difference would stand out, especially if they are jedi in charge of students who would notice even subtle changes.
As for actually enacting these scheme's, I am just a padawan so I just go with everyone else

ok, Scheme nr DOS.
Sel is bringing with him a large number of civilians from Prakith that he saved from his glorious NOE bretheren and their slaughtering rage. He will attempt to dump the people on corellia, using his own resources to build up a new city or something like that so it would not be a financial problem for the corellians, and he offers the future tax revenue from said people to the corellians. He basically brought the people here to be "freed".
So, he will have some people that owe their lifes to Khar, and also, a favor.
So... what if Sel then decides to go political on the corellians? Get a puppet candidate for the next ellections, rig it with the help of the prakith people and other means, and try to win it, maybe even DO win it if he plays it right, then GOD knows what awesome evil he might just be capable of doing...
lol Will, fool me once? When has sel fooled you? Sel had played it fair with corellians as far as I remember. Never lied once, and been sincere even about blowing up the shipyards. All he was doing was fair and square warfair, with slightly added war crimes... wich is just an other word for saying unconventional warfare.
I dont want ANYTHING set in stone either. If sel fracks up the diplomatic negotiations, its his fault and either escapes or is captured... and if he fracks up one of his schemes, same deal...
I am also not very fond of character death, not mine and especially not others. Just saying...
NPC-s of mine are fair game though.

I just think anything that brings Sel into good graces publicly at all, diplomatic or otherwise, is just farfetched at best. I don't like being a nay sayer about RPers, I just don't see that playing out at any level.
A puppet, maybe, which transforms this into political wrafare and eventual political terrorism.

Well.... I dont know. I mean, I only know sels side, and its pretty heavy. He ended two empires, one nipped in the bud and one being a veteran one (of course, the end of the NOE is a farse, but that is for other SL-s), he could claim that he also ended the Ronove Order, he could even claim that his terrorist attacks were done in spirit of helping corellia, to get them ready for the actual attack from the NOE.
Basically he will plead to be an undercover jedi agent in ways LOL...
And if he DOES get accepted on corellia, I dont mean it would be an instant hugfest either of course, sel would be blunt and rude in many ways, but it would give a nice stressfull IC enviroment that can get good SLs, Maybe even sporadic ones.

Actually I really like this idea, or at least the idea of the idea. Serrin and I once concocted a similar scheme except instead of a Sith Lord it was a half crazy slicer, who is still around I think Basically it comes down to tensions between the government and the Jedi, with some internal conflict mixed in. Basically eventually it would be kind I cool to have the Jedi stuck in our temple kind of politically blockaded in place. As for the clone idea... It has some merit, but would require a lot of pre planing and idea busting before we let that one lose.
