Zion was not all too surprised to find Ashara already sitting cross legged in the ready room, meditating upon the Force. No doubt trying to perceive the future and what it held in store for the coming battle. He smiled as she opened her eyes and her golden gaze settled upon him. No matter how many times he looked at her, it still managed to take his breath away. But he quickly mustered his thoughts together, returning the bow she gave him as he walked over and took a seat just in front of her. He gave a nod in response to her questionEverything is ready to go. Colonel Lin is setting aside a dozen Marines to accompany you down to the surface, to keep you and anyone else with you safe from attack. I'll be taking the others down to deal with the Cultists... He leaned forward then, his eyes trying to search those pools of gold. Trying to discern something, anything from them. Though he suspected if Ashara knew anything that he should know about, she would tell him if she couldWill you be OK down there? I can provide a couple more Sentinels to go with you... The Sentinels were Karabor's defenders and fighting force. They were a kind of Iron Knight of the Jedi Order. Sentient crystals known as Shards inhabited the automaton constructs and were a deal more impressive than the Marines that the Coalition had. But their numbers were few, and the ability to make more was beyond Zion's understanding. For the time being at least anyway. Given enough time, he would dis-cypher the texts of Karabor and learn how the Sentinels were created.
Given their limited resources, Zion had already assigned 2 of them to go with Ashara, while a half dozen would go with Zion and the other Knights to deal with the Cultists. It still left the better part of a half dozen left as backup, to be called upon if the situation needed them

Ashara paused for a moment and considered Zion's question. Was she okay? She had never felt this sort of familiarity before in her visions. Her eyes broke away from Zion's for a moment as her thoughts wonder, and she considered hiding it from him, lest he worry. Clearly he already was as he offered more Sentinels be sent with her, as well as a squad of marines that would be better suited fighting in the battle rather than babysitting her. With a wave of her hand she dismissed the notion of yet more bodyguards.
=Ashara= I am here to provide insight and aid, not storm a compound. I doubt even your original escort detail will be needed. They'd be better used fighting along side you. Especially since these Darksiders know we are coming. They are blocking my visions of them, I can not breach their mental defenses, at least as long as they can focus on them. I think these soldiers would be better served not watching over me like a helpless child.

Zion shuffled closer, resting just upon the edge of his seat as he reached his left hand out and gently laid it on her cheek. Smiling gently at her as she tried dismissing the help he had arranged. Even despite her dismissal, he had no intention of changing the given orders. While Ashara might be able to see the future, Zion much preferred to ensure she was well enough out of harm's way to continue to do so Helpless child or not, I would go into battle more at ease knowing they were by your side. If nothing else, you will have some additional hands to help with providing aid. Besides, Colonel Lin's marines might be good, but they're not standing against darksiders good... He moved his hand from her cheek then, resting his elbows on his thighs to support himself as he remained leaned forward I'll be fine, I've lived through worse things than a trap set up by some cultists... Besides, if their trap manages to catch me, then I have no right being the Grand Master of this order...

Ashara rolled her eyes at his sentimentality toward her. But it was followed by a smile, as she did appreciate his concern, but still found it... burdensome, especially when it came with a security detail. She reached out one of her ash gray hands to touch his. A reassuring gesture if nothing else.
=Ashara= Very well, I will not fight you on this any longer. And everyone is tricked sometimes. It is the nature of the Darkside to do so. And Force guide me if I have to step up to that role for you, if you die... So don't.
Her golden eyes shimmered as she looked at him, half playful, half serious.

He saw the eye roll, well aware already of her annoyance with his insistence. The smile that followed though, allowed him to relax a little as she reached out and touched his hand. Chuckling a little as she made her comment about having to step up and asking him not to die. He turned his hand over and gave it a gently squeeze. He leaned down and gave the back of it a kiss, before sitting back up. Letting her hand rest upon his own Thank you Ashara... and I promise not to die... I got someone to come back alive for... He smiled and gave her a wink

Despite the last month or so of training, Ayora had yet to construct her own lightsaber. It was not for lack of resources or insistence from Zion. She just had not yet felt the time was right to construct one. As such, she still had her staff strapped across her back as she entered the briefing room. Not saying a word as she saw Zion and Ashara sitting opposite one another. Instead, she moved over to one of the seats near the door and sat down. Waiting for the others to arrive and/or for the two Masters to notice her arrival. A small smile barely just cracking her features

Elizabeth was glad in her armor suit as she strolled the corridors of The Raava to the Knights briefing room. Her shield was was attached to her left forearm, while she held her mace in her right hand. Much like Ayora, she remained quiet as she entered the ready room. doing her best to not make too much of a scene as she watched the two Masters together. She slowly and quietly set her mace down as she turned toward the front of the room so as not to be staring at them

As they made their trip through hyperspace, Kalene spent her time alone in her temporary chambers mediating. It had only been a month since she started training at the temple and she was already being tossed into a battle to bring a new world under the control of the Corellian Coalition, to which the Knights worked beside. It was all she could do to contain her nervousness and, truth be told, fear of what was to come. Her ability to learn and catch on had benefited her greatly, allowing her to grasp most of the core abilities in such a short amount of time. Still, she didn't feel ready for combat. She had only just started learning how to wield a lightsaber, the training saber granted to her attached to her belt. Even now, it felt heavy to her, like utilizing it came with a heavy cost despite being told it couldn't seriously injyre anyone.
As the call came of their arrival and for all Knights to make their way to the meeting room, the young girl took a breath as she stood to her feet and made her way down the hall, her meditations dpung enough to allow her to stay composed. Entering the room designated for the meeting, she saw Ashara there with Zion, along with two others. Timidly, she took a seat a bit away from the others, feeling slightly out of place, especially since she was by far the youngest present and, by her opinion, the least experienced.

As the call came for everyone to assemble, KYBR msde their way from their room and into the gathering, being the last to arrive it seemed. After spending a month being paired up with an experienced knight of the order, this was meant to be the final test to examine their abilities and set them on the path to be seen as knights themselves. It had been an irritating month, listening to the droning lessons. Sure, being instructed on what it meant to be a knight within the order was one thing, but trying to go over their abilities was another. Each of them were skilled in their particular arts. Still, they agreed to deal with it and show the order just what they were capable of, hence why they were pressing on after only a month.
All four showed confidence as they took their place at the back of the room, Yuri and Bekka taking a seat while Kindra and Raine stood behind them. While none carried any armor, they all looked set for battle, Yuri with her sword and shield, Kindra and Bekka with their lightsabers, and Raine with her rapier. All that was left was getting the breifing over with and heading down to the surface.

As Ayora and Elizabeth entered the room, Ashara withdrew her hand from Zion's and gave him one last smile before her padawan arrived. She stood and crossed over to the young woman and took the seat next to her. If it would make Kalene any more confident, Ashara was not wearing a lightsaber. In fact the only time she had been seen with one was when she was training Kalene in the gardens. Ashara preferred to have her battles already won before they started, and often enough that didn't require a blade to be drawn. She offered a reassuring smile to Kalene before whispering to her so only she could hear.
=Ashara= Worry not, Kalene, you will do wonderfully today. We shouldn't be close to the fighting, just focus on your training and stay close to me and everything will be fine.

Zion let go of Ashara's hand, returning the smile as the last couple Knights entered the room. He rose from his seat and headed for the briefing screen, noting Matthew's late arrival, with the aspiring squire taking his seat quickly. Zion brought up a map of Rhommamool, with a pair of landing sites marked out Thank you all for getting here... We do not have much time, so I will briefly go over the mission details one more time. Sisters Ashara and Kaelene will lead a team of 2 Sentinels and a dozen Coalition Marines to provide relief efforts. Meanwhile, the rest of us will be landing here at site bravo, where we will proceed on foot with a half dozen Sentinels to deal with the cultist camp. Any questions before we go?

Kalene nodded as Ashara sat down beside her Andre her know that they wouldn’t be involved with the fighting. It was a relieving feeling, especially when Zion confirmed that the two of them would instead be aiding those in need. It was still a big task, but the fear of having to fight was gone.

KYBR listened as Zion began over the mission, smiles and smirks coming to each of their faces when they were told they’d be involved with the fighting. Now they would get the chance to truly show the Knights what they could do, both individually and as a team. When asked about questions, they stayed silent.

Zion shifted his gaze across the room for a moment to allow anyone to raise any questions they had. When everyone remained silent, he gave a nod of his head and lead the way out of the briefing room to the hangar bay. It was there, that a pair of transport ships and a squadron of T-85 X-wing's sat waiting for them The left transport is the aide ship, the right transport is the cultist ship... The Sentinel's had already been loaded up and the dozen Marines were currently loading up as Zion motioned Ashara and Kalene towards the left ship, meanwhile directing everyone else to the right vessel. Once everyone was loaded in and settled, the shuttles closed their doors and lifted off as the hangar bay blast doors opened up. Zion made his way into the cockpit, giving him a view of the battle in the space around them as the Shuttles and their T-85 escorts took off out of the Raava. Coalition fstarfighters tangled with Imperial starfighters, while bombing runs were being conducted on the main Star Cruisers that sat over Rhomammool as its defense.
The Vaatu was in full force, its cannons pounding away at the enemy capital ships and support fleet. With the Imperial forces focused upon the attack, it allowed the transports and their escorts to pass down toward the surface, with the transports branching of in different directions as they entered the atmosphere. Zion watched as the planet's surface filled the viewport and split off toward the cultists last known location. A part of him hated that he was going to be leaving Ashara to do her work. But he knew she was more than capable of looking after herself and Kalene should the worst happen

Rhommamool. The place where it all started, so many years ago. While a small part of the Zabrak would always have a fondness for the people he had encountered back then and what he had become a part of, he hated this world. Immensely. It represented all of his failures. Every last one of them, up until the point where he reemerged in the galaxy on Sinistra's doorstep. That had been his rebirth. The opportunity to start over, this time, along the lines he wanted to. Rhommamool had a very bloody and storied history with him. Most of was unpleasant. Betrayals, servitude...it all happened here, shaping him into the Sith he was now. At one point, he had been naïve enough believe that he, Kalen and Praxus could have united the Sith under one banner...and he had been foolish enough to believe that again with Malvus. But ultimately, the Sith were never meant to cooperate, to work in unison. The were meant to be challenged, to fight and to win. Survival of the fittest was the most apt description of the Sith, simply put. And it took Malvus' betrayal and his own son's rebellion to make him truly see what needed to be done. His plans had been ambitious and rather intricate, however, he needed to look to the even bigger picture. Play an even longer game than he had intended. Sure, he had spent the better part of the past few years as one of the most prominent darksiders in the galaxy, leading the strongest darkside faction the galaxy had seen in decades, but in comparison to what he knew now, his original designs had been so very...limited. He had been short sighted and naïve. Again. But no longer. Now, it was time to tie up some loose ends and pave the way for what he had planned next. Still meditating on the floor of the Infiltrator's bridge, the craft automatically began to descend towards the planet, as it was being piloted by his A.I. This was the first step of many in his plans to cleanse the board, so to speak. Once he had eliminated and removed anything that could potentially threaten his plans, he would hand over the Imperium to Znalost. Whether or not Znalost was capable of maintaining the Imperium was inconsequential to him, personally. Znalost would either succeed or he would fail. Either way, it didn't matter to him or his future plans. It played no part in his future intentions, the Imperium. It had been impressive and it had been useful, though its usefulness to him had come to an end. Now it was a matter of using the Imperium's substantial resources to set the stage for the next phase of his grand scheme. Soon, everything would fall into place as he had foreseen it. Soon...

The Sith Infiltrator, Mistress of the Night, streaked through the skies of the crimson planet, as it had done like so many times in the distant past. However, this ship would never again be seen over the crimson world. The legacy of Rhommamool, at least in the eyes of Viox Savage, was finally over. No longer would he be tied to this desolate backwater world. As soon as the craft was cleared from the naturally formed gravity well of Rhommamool, the infiltrator accelerated to hyperspace...

An Imperial Military Transport, known as Resolute, exited hyperspace over the crimson world of Rhommamool. Formerly of the Corellian Coalition, the world was more or less left to fend for itself. Though none of that mattered at this point. Several weeks ago, the Sith'ari of the Blackguard Imperium had visited this world. His reasons were unknown. Several days ago, the Sith'ari's A.I, Rampant Savage, dispatched the ship and a small recovery team to extract a package of importance from the surface of the world. The ship itself, carrying the Seventh Platoon as security and a handful of scientists, descended towards the surface of the crimson world, heading for the ruins of the once Grand City of Tyr....
