Jin passed the lightsaber that Roland had loaned her back to him. It was hesitant, as she didn't like the feeling of being unarmed in a warzone, especially one where she knew she was a prize piece on the board. But out of respect for Roland, her friend, she disarmed without protest. But the promise of future action with another saber did alleviate some of her worries. After the saber was out of her hand, she placed the hand on the Imperial Knights arm and gave it a reassuring squeeze. We'll make them pay. For your father, and for everything. Jin then departed from her friends presence and found a place where she could bunk down for a few hours. But before she slept, the Knight Tribune, meditated. But it was not calm she found, like the lightside aligned Knights around her, no, for the first time she finally had something concrete the rage against. Someone to hate, to loathe with every fiber of her being. It would be this hate that fueled her the fight ahead. At the end of her meditation, she tried to reach out across the stars, hoping that her faint mark on the Force would reach her beloved. I love you.
Over the next weeks, or maybe they were months? Jin couldn't tell. She was lucky when she got four or more hours of sleep before she'd be up and at it again. The grease and grime of the undercity was caked on her even thicker than when she was a resident. At least then she took time out of her day to shower. Her work had started with organizing the gangs. She had started with her parents old gang, using her legacy status and advanced training and skills to practically take it over. Then she reached out to the others, showing them that life was easier for them under the true rulers of the Empire instead of this military junta. Most saw her logic, others were made examples of. Soon she had her own force to lead in parallel with Roland's more proper resistance. Jin was sure to pick up the slack where the Lightside aligned Knights would baulk at. No target was off the table, so long as it had direct impact on the occupation. Rations were poisoned, patrols were slaughtered and mutilated to the soldier, combat hospitals were raided in the night, and many other atrocities, including the torture for information of every ranking officer, before being summarily executed. Every time, Jin would leave a spray painted message. "I'm Coming For My Lightsaber, Myria." The silver blade of the loaned Imperial Knight saber didn't feel right in her hands, but it worked well enough. Among the enemy it became a common thought that an assignment to patrol the undercity was a suicide mission. Two patrols a night would go missing; one to Roland and his Imperial forces, and the other to Jin and her gangs. And no matter how many traitors she killed, Jin's anger would not subside. She was always on the lookout for information on where Myria could be hiding.
During an operation, striking at a supply depot, Jin overhears something that sets her head a buzz. The first actual news that could be construed as good. She listened as a pair of guards talked about the arrival of an "enemy" fleet in orbit. So, either Fiora or Octavian had finally arrived. Jin almost decided to call off the attack to get the news to Roland as soon as possible, but she decided to keep the occupiers attention split as much as possible, make the landing for the liberators that much easier. Once the depot was destroyed and the guards heads left in a neat row across the entrance, Jin made her way back to Roland's HQ. She came bursting in to share the news. A fleet has arrived in the system! I don't know if it's Octavian or Fi, but now may be our chance to launch a major offensive! Even after the constant fighting, she was still eager to kill those who wronged her and her loved ones.

*Time had become meaningless after the rescue of Yvaine and Jin. It simply became day after day of how to hurt the traitors most. The Grey Ghost began to appear more frequently, hitting criminals and imperial traitors alike, keeping the two groups associated together in the hearts of the populous of Coruscant, though the Gangs under Jin's command were left alone, with allies being so few and far between there was no reason to sacrifice them for mere symbolic effect, especially when there was plenty of other worse slime to remove from the undercity to make the same connection. Small groups of loyalist soldiers made near-constant hit and run raids against traitorous soldiers and infrastructure, striking from and disappearing back into hidden locations all across the planet-city. Constant night and day fighting was taking is toll on the resistance however. Despite their slowly growing numbers they were still to overmatched to take the planet back on their own and were stretching themselves thinly to make their threat as intimidating as possibly and keep Balthasar and his commanders guessing. That exhaustion is what caused Jin's arrival in his office to jerk him awake from a bit of dozing he hadn't intended to indulge in, however her news knocked all thoughts of tiredness from his mind as adrenaline began pumping through his system. Their moment they'd waited so long for had finally arrived. Leaping up from his seat he crossed the small room in a blur and caught his friend up in an excited hug* "Finally!" *He exclaimed, a huge weight finally passing from his shoulders* "Let's find out who it is then." *Either would be a pleasant change, though he couldn't help but hope that it was Octavian rather than Fiora. Whatever war was being raged outside of the Coruscant system he was fairly certain Fiora wouldn't have him killed outright, but he was more sure of his chances if this was instead a reunion with Octavian.*
*Rushing past Jin and gesturing for her to follow the Imperial Soldier made his way out of his office and into the command center of his secret underworld facility where a variety of techs set at various terminals analyzing and monitoring various assets they'd acquired since the great betrayal.* "Our allies have identified a fleet in system, use whatever observational assets we have to confirm the identity of the forces." *Roland began tapping his foot nervously as his analysts began quarrying various visual assets on both the ground and orbit. After what felt like hours but could only really have been minutes the confirmation he had been hoping for came through. The forces in orbit belonged to the Emperor. His cousin had finally arrived to take back his capital and punish their uncle. The relief that Roland felt was evident all across his face as it split open in a giant grin as he began issuing orders.* "Activate project Endgame. Recall all active teams and issue the Redarm Command. Get one of our line of site satellites in orbit to release package one to the Imperial Flagship or the Veers. Have the gunships brought up and their teams readied. And someone find Ziel and get him to the meditation chamber, we're going to need him"
*Turning back to Jin he sets an encouraging hand on his friend's shoulder.* "You've done more than I ever could have hoped for to help the cause and I will never forget that. Once this battle is over I promise I'll get you an audience with Octavian and we'll do whatever we can together to stop whatever war has erupted between him and Fiora, but for now I have one more request for you." *He pulled a tracking fob of the type often used by bounty hunters out of one of his belt pouches.* "This will show you how to find your enemy, destroy her and any other traitors you find with her, cut of the heads of the snake and we can open the gates for Octavian's soldiers to take back our home." *His own first task wasn't dissimilar.* "Good luck. I'll see you after all of this and hopefully we can avert the next disaster."

Jin enthusiastically followed Roland out and watched as he and his people got to work trying to identify the identity of the new arrivals in orbit. The anticipation and the excitement breathed new life into the normally somber and subdued resistance HQ. But then the results came in and the overall mood improved even further, but Jin's sank. She knew it was a toss up and that it could have been either of the Twins, but to actually have it confirmed that Fiora was still light years away... Jin felt even more isolated and alone. As the room rushed into various actions, Jin couldn't move as the depression weighed heavily on her shoulders, drawing her further into the darkness she had begun to embrace over the course of her time back on Coruscant. As Jin was about to turn and leave, the darkness was parted. Like a match struck in pitch black, Roland's presence drew Jin back from the edge and his gift even more so. Her goal was so much closer to being achieved, she had what she needed: The intel, the army, and the resolve. Jin wrapped Roland in a hug. Thank you, Roland. And I'll see you on the other side. Intel in hand, and a blaze lit by the small amount of hope passed on by Roland, the Tribune Knight left to find her tormentor and take her revenge.

*With a final wishing of good luck to his friend Roland was once again swept up by the whirlwind of activity in the safehouse HQ as he made his way back to the armory along with most of the rest of the resistance to get armed and armored for their own contributions to the day. A token force was left to man the stations in the war room as well as the remaining Talons kept behind with their commander to watch after the unconscious dowager Empress and her daughter but the rest of the soldiers in the safehouse made their way toward the hidden hangar of the facility that had remained dormant during their stay, kept ready for this very day. The Various Engineering, 501st, and Crimson Corps Soldiers who had survived the initial coup and who'd been fighting exhaustedly ever since moved with renewed purpose as they mounted up in small groups on old LAAT Gunships painted on the Grey and Blue of the 3rd Engineers and prepared to depart. Roland momentarily considered a speech, but his soldiers knew what they were about and speeches would just waste time so he instead opted for a simple salute to the assembled soldiers as he mounted his TIE interceptor and lead the group out of the hangar as the force split off in every direction to their own objectives and Roland began to mentally prepare himself for his own task silently wishing luck on his people, knowing that they were ready, and hoping that it would be enough.*

Deep in the bowls of the urban planet jungle walked two Zabrak. The pair exuded an air of nobility and strength, thus they strolled quite freely. One of the two accepted a transmission listening intently. As she stopped, so did the other. The communication received the two immediately began enthusiastically discussing the message

Icarus ran and ducked into an alleyway and Whoma, who trailed a good distance behind him, eventually caught up. She found him already splayed out on top of a dumpster, with his finger up his nose. The test tube rolled out of his hand and broke on the duracrete.
"Not the drugs again. They make you forgetful." She was full of a mixture of emotions. She was glad she was free of that man, in all likelihood a slaver, from taking her. She was scared that he was dead. Lots of gangs in the area made a point of taking revenge even if their man was in the wrong. She was pissed at Icarus, but too afraid of him now to do anything about it. She had suspected that Icarus was capable of violence but never saw it first hand. She was simultaneously aware that she escaped due to Icarus' intervention. She was grateful to him for it, but she could no longer pretend that Icky was a harmless adult. Finally, and most importantly, she felt disgust and betrayal at how Icarus had shamelessly sold her off. She wasn't sure if she could trust him. It would be better if she stayed away from him. She turned to leave.
"The sun... its so booootiful." His voice was spacy, drawing out the ooooo sound in beautiful. She stopped. "There is no sun. Not down here."
He pulled his finger out of his nose and propped himself up on his elbows. "What am I going to do with twenty credits?" He looked genuinely distressed. He was genuinely bothered by it.
What he said didn't make much sense to her when he had 200 credits. "I don't know." She looked at her feet, just wanting to get away from him. "Were you really going to sell me?"
"What? What are you talking about?" Icarus laid back, "You can't divide 30 evenly into 200 credits!" "I'm not talking about numbers!" Whoma exclaimed, 'The man that you punched. You sold me to him."
"I can't sell what I don't own." Icarus sat up again, his eyes dilated slightly, and unfocused. "He was planning on taking you no matter what. I took the money he offered and then stopped him when you asked me to." Ironically, Icarus seemed more lucid now. "You mean, when I hired you?" "Oh? Heh. Right." Icarus gave a dopey smile. "Besides, you're worth way more than 300. Back in my day, I wouldn't sell you for any less than 3000." His voice trailed off in a sleepy tone.
Whoma smiled and felt better at the joke. "So you were just scamming him!? You dummy! I was really scared! You shouldn't do that to me!" "Ok." There was an awkward pause as Icarus laid back on the dumpster and stared at the dirty roof over Level 1313. That's it? 'Ok?' Did Icky even understand how unfunny the joke was? Whooma contemplated not telling Icarus about the chit, but wanted to see, from his reaction, if they were still friends. "I found your credit chit, but I am going to keep it, for my pain and suffering." She fished it out of her pants and waved it at him before dropping it down her waistband. "Its mine now."
"Oh." Icarus blinked, but did not move, hoping the twileks would come back soon. "Call it a finders fee." He murmured. "I'm sorry."

"What?" "I'm sorry. I don't remember what for. I don't know who I am or what I am doing here or where I came from. All I want is drugs..." Icarus rolled over on the pile of garbage in the dumpster to look at Whoma with sad eyes.
Icarus felt as though memories were beginning to catch up with him. Memories of things he did, and didn't want to remember anymore... Nothing specific, but vague collections of bloody scenes on multitudes of worlds. "I'm sorry for killing that man." "You said he was sleeping." Icarus' eyes flashed. "I lied." He swallowed, his mouth suddenly dry, "I don't know how I know, but I know he's dead." He paused. "I could tell his chest wasn't moving. I also know that he wasn't a slaver, he was a cannible." "W-What?" Whooma was shocked. The odd information poured out of Icarus. "I also know that you weigh about 75 pounds, and he weighed about 235, and that he carried a surgical laser scalpel, and a chemical oven." Icarus didn't know why he knew that information, just that he was certain that he did right now. He grimaced and rubbed his eyes as if he wanted to erase it all. "I don't want to know any of that."
"How old are you anyway, Wotah?" "I don't know. It's Whoma." "That's what I said. Have you ever seen the sun, Whomtah?" "I've only heard stories about the sun." Whoma didn't bother correcting Icky again. It wouldn't do any good. "They're all true." Whoma looked at Icarus incredulously. "When you get old enough, you'll collect memories that you don't want anymore and..." He motioned to himself and the shattered test tube as if he was the demonstration. "Well I hope you just get to see the sun someday."

The tiwins walked. And they walked. Large city indeed. Walking. Walking. Then? More walking. Followed by of course more walking. This was the life, so Bez thought. Her sister, Doz, not so easily satisfied, notwithstanding too kept up the monotonous strut. Doz inquiring threw out a question -Doz- “What next?” The answer came swiftly -Bez- “To start, we steal a ship, then we go home.” And without a word the pair lept into action
