Rimma City, Vandelhelm. Outpost Tykis, War Room.
The Zabrak observed the armored General, sensing the doubts he had slowly dissipated. Eyeing the General for a few more moments until he bowed his head in obedience and claimed he trusted Viox's vision, the Zabrak merely turned back to the holographic map of the Dark Obelisk on Mustafar. Straightening upright and clasping his hands behind his back, the Zabrak spoke.
"Some of the Imperium's former territories may still be of use to us. Mustafar, Anzat, and Kinyen, for example. If any of our old worlds remain neutral, perhaps we can infiltrate their local governments and sway them to my cause... though we need to move carefully. A more...delicate approach this time around is required. If I am to return the Sith to galactic dominance successfully, an economic base will need to be re-established...perhaps here..."
The Zabrak swiped the image of the Obelisk away, instead bringing up a view of Vandelhelm, which then expanded to a view of the Expansion Region. Several worlds could build up a solid economic base from which to begin building up an Empire once more. And, if he were to succeed, some elements from the Blackguard that served him well would have to be employed. But that would come later. It was laying the foundations for the Sith to rise again. The True Sith. Sith that adhered to the Sith Code sought to challenge themselves to attain power and exert power over the rest of the galaxy. As much as he hated the infighting of the Sith Empires of old and how such ways were, more often than not, doomed to fail, taking a page out of Palpatine's Rule of One, as well as his three-part compendium, this time around, the Sith would rise, stronger than before. It was their cosmic right. Enslavement or outright purging of those who would not comply was the only way for them to succeed. No one had what it took to build up the Sith of Old. But he did. And he would. Refocusing on the map of the expansion region, the Zabrak spoke to Xethuys.
"Once our forces return here, and I know what resources I have available, we can begin expanding our reach... Rhommamool...Osarian...Contruum. I will consume the expanse to fuel my conquest...those who wish to join and serve will be added to the cause. Those who do not...will be crushed beneath my boots."
The Zabrak spoke with fervor. Despite his past compromises and fallacies, this was it. His last attempt was to ensure his legacy and return the Sith to the glory they rightly deserved. It would happen, or he would die trying. Tearing whatever portion of the galaxy he was in asunder in the process.
