Space. The final frontier. These are the voyages of something so absolutely ridiculous, I had to borrow something cheesy to place in some completely unrelated or at least a different canon altogether. Annnnnd...we're out of hyperspace! And my ship is totally smoking. Like I-got-shot-by-random-generic-pirates-made-by-a-talentless-writer-just-to-give-a-reason-for-being-here smoking.
In other words, I'M GOING DOWWWWNNN!!!
I turn to my only companion in all my random adventures of ludicrousness, sitting on the opposite side of this weird tandem weequay ship, Limey, and yell, "Limey! You still think you should be here watching over me? We're probably gonna die horribly."
Limey squeals and whistles a tune of words no Binary-fluent droid should be saying at me about my inability to stay out of trouble. I shrug even as we struggle to make some sort of survivable landing in this wreck, "Hey, it's not my fault we're made to be the subject of some crazy girl's idea of humor and fun."
Limey says something about me making excuses for our writer and creator when she should be treating us with a little more respect. Don't ask me, seriously. I mean I know about the fourth wall and all that, and I definitely broke it a few times already right now, but whatever, y'know? 'Cause I'm like, so not in the mood for dealing with all the insanity. Then again, maybe I don't have to worry so much. I'm supposed to be built for sheer comedy and slapstick and what not. Oh, and I'm supposedly like superpowered and all that, so a crash shouldn't kill me, right?

*Under complete and totally unusual circumstances, Dred's personal fighter with hyperspace capabilities exits hyperspace. With all the latest and best stealth capabilities, he enters the planets gravity well and hits re-entry without being detected by anything.*

A starfighter burst out of hyperspace, and moved quickly toward the atmosphere. It was bound for Glastro, and a pivotal meeting between two people that could possibly hold the key to stopping the Holy War perpetrated by the Mandalorians.
The fighter broadcasted its landing codes, and made for the surface. There would be a few more following behind, as well, but they would know where to go.

Following suit the Delicia dropped from warp, broadcast landing codes and began to descend to the planet's surface, following the flight pattern of the ship before it

Miras' X-83 TwinTail dropped out of hyperspace on the outskirts of the planet's orbit and drifted listlessly, sublight engines inactive. In the cockpit, the Corellian youth was staring down at the green orb beneath them and puffing thoughtfully on the stub of a cigarette. Watching Adieumus and Diamonte streak down toward the planet, he tapped a few keys on his navicomputer and ran the coordinates through the holonet, looking to get a read on just where they were, and maybe some idea as to why Adieumus had lied about their destination.
-Ping!-
The results flashed across the screen in vibrant green text.
"Bimmisaari?" Miras murmured, brow furrowed. The name was unfamiliar. Scrollilng through a bit more information- temperate, dominated by jungle, home to the Bimms- the Padawan finally sighed and switched the computer off. 'I'll just have to wait for Adiemus to explain this clusterfuck,' he decided. Grabbing the control yoke, he pointed the nose of his fighter down toward the planet and gunned the engines, following along in the wake of his two predecessors.

An unknown shuttle type exits hyperspace its black paint concealing it from view for the most part as its jamming equipment allows it to pass through on the dark side of the planet from which it exited hyperspace from. On board a single tenant being drawn to the power on planet.

The heavy interceptor "Natalia" broke through the atmosphere, and the pilot lingered for a few moments. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small metal canister, opened it, and dumped out a single small cigarette. Pulling a lighter out of another pocket, he lit it, and inhaled deeply, feeling the sweet, acrid smoke of the Endorian Endo fill his lungs, and grinned.
This was the first time he had partaken of the endo since he had been on Coruscant. Wow, had it been that long? Over a month? Maybe a little longer? So very much had happened since then. He hadn't seen Icey, Lukas, or E`yame since before then. Life had been crazy....crazy indeed.
Adi didn't even wait to finish the smoke before he aimed the nose of his craft toward the hyperspace lane, and made the jump toward Carida. It was a long trip, and it would take a while to get back to base. He could enjoy it quietly, and relax afterward.

Again trailling behind the other two Jedi, Miras guided his TwinTail up through Bimmisaari's atmosphere and into its orbit slowly, intentionally hanging back from the other vessels. The void of hyperspace was an appealing prospect, to be sure, but the young Jedi didn't want to arrive with Adieumus and Diamonte. His anger had waned, but still wasn't quite in check. Maybe by the time he reached Carida again they would have landed and wandered off into the complex, freeing him to meditate on today's events and come to terms with them.
The TwinTail drifted ever closer to the edge of Bimmisaari's orbit, finally reaching its boundary, passing through it, and jumping to hyperspace with a dazzling flash of white.

The cloaked TIE/D Defender made its way to the hyperspace vector it would be taking. Upon reaching the area Piteos began typing in the coordinates to Manaan, dropped the ship's cloaking mechanism and launched into hyperspace.

Garrett's custom starfighter pulls into orbit around the bustling planet of Bimmisaari. He had heard many things about this place and was looking forward to meeting plenty of new friends and contacts. He had been away from getting into the thick of things for far too long. After establishing a contact with planetary patrols, he received an update on his ship stating that he was clear to land.
Sighing with both some excitement and relief, Garrett activated his thrusters and pulled down into the atmosphere of this unique, new planet. The first step on a new journey.

*From the depths of hyperspace a large Amphibious Interstellar Assault Transport dropped into real space. The Gladiators engines slowed up as the ship took orbit. The battle scared gunship sat above the planet waiting for its pilot to make their decision. In truth Ellie was having a hard time figuring this out. Her first decision was to go to Corellia, but something had stopped her. As she sat above Felucia, ready to make the jump to Corellia, something told her she was making the wrong choice. Then, for the first time in days, she gave herself to the force, now she was here.*
*Giving a sigh, Ellie rubbed her tired eyes before turning her gazes into the back of her ship. Somewhere beyond her sight was her twin sister, locked in a force coma. She was the reason Ellie was going to Corellia in the first place. Turning back to the controls of the ship, she fired up the engines and headed towards the planets surface.*

(from here) -Z'har I'm certain that even with that benefit it will take a good while to sort out everything in the ship. There was a rumbling series of thuds, followed by two loud clanks, followed by silence as the hyperdrive shut off.-Z'har We either just arrived, which based off the time we spent is likely, or the hyperdrive just broke down. Both is also possible. After closing the access hatch & walking back to the cockpit, Z'har was greeted with the sight of a planet floating lazily in the distance, roughly the size of a small marble. Which meant that they had landed exactly where Z'har had aimed them. True it would take a little more time to reach the surface, but with everything else wrong with the ship, the last thing Z'har wanted was to ram into a planet at hyperspeed. A flashing red light on the console drew his attention as well. The hyperdrive was down. How difficult it would be to fix he didn't know yet, but it would still need to be fixed. & the access hatch was in the section with the glitchy gravity.

Post by Ael Jade on Jan 13, 2015 12:59:49 GMT -8
About eight hours earlier Jade had composed herself for meditation, although privately she admitted to herself that it had taken longer to achieve the state of mind necessary to slip into such a trance than normal. Subconsciously she knew the time to approach Serrin was drawing near, and Ael the woman was at war with Jade the Jedi. She wanted nothing more than to find her old friend, ensure that everything was alright, and accompany her back to Corellia, but after the message she had received from Serrin, none of those things was likely, although she refused to give up. So, not trusting the scanners on this latest acquisition of the Admiral's she attempted to locate Serrin within Ashla herself.
At first there was nothing, but then I caught an echo of her passing, the faint traces of hope, good cheer, selflessness, warmth, and friendship that I had come to associate with the Twi'Lekan Jedi over the many years of our friendship. But no sooner did I 'find' her, than she fled the other way. It was like trying to hold a cup of water in only my hands--she kept slipping away. And while I ran after her, I belatedly realized that Serrin's aura had changed. It was gradual, hope fading, all the pieces of Serrin becoming darker, echoes of fear...and the harder I try to catch her, the faster she disappears. After losing all track of time, I finally managed to locate where I think she might be...although this Serrin is different from the one I know. Finding her is key---
As the ship dropped out of hyperspace with a jolt, Jade's eyes popped open as she rolled to the floor and braced herself against the wall. The proximity alarm told her it wasn't an attack, and the vague sense of Serrin told her they were close to the planet.
She dressed with more care than usual, black pants, boots, and undertunic. Slowly she pulled on her emerald green tunic, wrapping the left side over the right as she adjusted her black tabards and fastened the whole thing into place with a matching green obi, over which she buckled her wide leather belt. She picked up her lightsaber and clipped it to her belt on the right side. Then, picking up the burned hilt that had once belonged to her student and friend, Anakin Starrunner before his fall, she swallowed and clipped it on her left: the place it had been since his death. Her gaze fell on the box that Serrin had sent her, and she picked up the shoto and saber. Her fingers traced the elegant pattern that wound up Eirene before attaching it to her belt towards the back. She pulled on her outer robe, but left the hood down. She also did not pull it closed in front. Her black hair was coiled up in place with the gold and jet hairsticks the Admiral had given her back on Mondder. She caught a fleeting glimpse of herself as she headed back up toward the bridge.
Just outside she pulled out her comlink and did something she'd been meaning to do much earlier.
As my thumbed hesitated over the switch, I knew that regardless of what happened, Terra would be angry. Perhaps that is why I waited until now, so that I could do whatever needed to be done...without interference, and hope that one day she will understand.
She depressed the switch and sent a message to her erstwhile padawan on Bakura.
Terra, I've received a message purporting to be from Serrin Roma. By the time you receive this, I hope I will have more and better news for you. I've just arrived in orbit over Bimmisaari, the last place she was seen.
Then, she headed onto the bridge, and despite the solemnity of the occasion she managed a smile that wasn't as much of an effort as she'd thought it would be not five minutes ago.
"Z'har," she spoke quietly, "that is unfortunate." They might need to leave in a hurry. "Have you got any decent kind of scanning capabilities working?"

-Z'har Surprisingly that is one of the few things that still works fine on the ship. Still no better than the factory sensors though so we aren't likely to find her that way unless she happens to be standing in the middle of a city.
Fortunately the problem looked to be something shaken loose during the exit instead of something more serious, but he would have to go back & check before he could be sure. On the other hand, the High Maintenance now had a full droid crew, if admittedly one that looked like it had been assembled out of a trash pile. While he didn't doubt Jade's work, especially given the resources she had to begin with, Z'har planned on checking each of them himself. Droid after all always had been his specialty.

"Wouldn't it be easier to find her if she was more isolated?" Jade asked as she seated herself at the sensor station and examined the planet below.
"I don't think she's in a city, but I do think she is within a reasonable distance in case she needs to acquire supplies."
I listened again, looking for the faint traces I had found earlier.
"What about here?"
Jade pointed to what looked like it might be a sizable forest to the southwest of Glastro, Bimmisaari's capitol city.
"She could hide out here, but ostensibly make the trek in on foot if necessary. Though, it would be preferable to land some in a hidden fashion. She shouldn't know I am coming...and judging from her message I am not welcome, so I don't want to give her the option of running."
"If you need the city for repairs, what do you think of dropping me off in the woods? I can jump for it." She turned to look at her companion.

-Z'har With cutting edge military sensors? Certainly. With public corporation sensors nearly two hundred years out of date? Not a chance. These sensors aren't going to get anything short of massive concentrations from orbit. We could do a sweep of low passes, but the ride would be rough & I don't know what else is waiting to get knocked loose. On the plus side, I already have everything I need on the ship, so I can repair her nearly as easily in the void between stars as in a space dock. Pick a field & I'll set us down.
What Z'har didn't say was that those repairs would take longer & not be as good as ones in a space dock. Also if he was in the ship fixing the hyperdrive & other tech, he would be out there with Jade.
