As Rune skidded to a stop in the middle of the intersecting path's, Styx chuckled at his luck since he would be able to take down two tributes. The Titan then released the second hook claw through the air as Rune managed to block the first hook claw, but the effort sent the half-breed's sword backwards, leaving an opening for the second hook claw which planted itself in Rune's shoulder. Styx meanwhile pulled the deflected hook claw back to himself and spun it again as he pulled the other hook claw, trying to pull Rune towards him. Styx then launched the first hook claw again, aiming for Rune's other shoulder.
Braenden watched on as his 11th Generation descendant managed to hold his own until coming up against Styx. It had been a similar situation in years gone by, tributes managed to luck out with the other titans, but Styx had always been their downfall with his combined long range and short range attacking ability, but perhaps Zion might be able to over come this. He would just have to wait and see

Rune knew the moment the sword was behind his back and that he was open for an attack, that the Titan would take advantage of that, and take advantage Styx did. The second hook claw bit into his right shoulder, causing Rune to yell out in pain from the shock. He then slightly leaned backwards away from Styx as the Titan pulled the chain connected to the hook claw planted in his shoulder. The hook claw then started to tear down across his right pectoris as Styx still pulled at the chain. Rune then grabbed the handle of the hook claw with his left hand and tore it free of his flesh and threw it away as he bent forward, planting the sword tip in the ground to use as a support as blood began to flow from his wound. He then felt the first hook claw come back and bite into the back of his left shoulder blade. He moaned as he bit back the urge to yell out in pain again as the crowd roared, pleased by the entertainment. He then felt the hook claw digging into his flesh as Styx pulled on the chain again, but he moved his right hand off the sword and stumbled forward a little as he grabbed a hole of the hook claw's handle and ripped it free of his shoulder. Rune then grabbed for his sword handle again and steadied himself as he stood up straight, facing Styx, whom had both his hook claws again. Blood ran freely from his wounds, but Rune knew he had to push on as the Titans would have no mercy on him, just as he would have no mercy on them. He then pulled his sword free of the ground and held it's point towards the Titan as he stood side on =Rune= Is that all you've got! Suddenly a pair of throwing knives flew by Rune and towards Styx. Jorn had decided to team up with Rune as they had earlier agreed, after having run a fair way down the straight stretch to what he thought was a safe enough distance from Styx. Rune smiled, knowing that he now had back up, which meant the Titan had two of them to contend with

Styx withdrew both hook claws as Rune managed to get free of their grip, almost astounding the Titan at the half-breed's determination to go on, and fight back. The titan shook off his initial shock as Rune challenged him, moments before the pair of throwing knives flew through the air and struck him in the shoulder, Styx leaning backwards a little to dull the impact somewhat, before stamping his right foot forward and letting out a roar. He was sick and tired of playing around, it was about time he taught these tributes some respect. With that thought, he charged forward straight at Rune, slowing spinning his hook claws, gaining pace as he closed the distance between himself and the half-breed. He would deal with this impudent bug and put him out of his misery, before taking care of Jorn, for he would not let the honor of the Titans be besmirched by a couple tributes

Rune and Jorn both tensed a little at the sound Styx made when he roared, it was like nothing either of them had ever heard before, or even believed was possible to emanate from a living being. Jorn kept backing up a little, making sure he was level with one of the pathways that lead off to the side of the straight stretch, ready to bolt the moment Styx got too close. Rune slashed his sword through the air a couple times, moments before Styx charged forward, looking ready to unleash some netherworldly fury upon him and Jorn. It seemed fate was going to give him a very slim choice of living through this moment, whilst the very likely possibility of death remained like a thick stench in the air. Styx was larger than Rune, but he knew that if he was going to die, he would go down fighting and not like some half-rate that shook in his boots the moment someone stronger than him appeared. Rune then gripped the hilt of his sword with both hands and held it out to his left side as he charged forward a couple moments after Styx had started coming at him. He had no idea how he was going to achieve it, but Rune knew he had to kill this titan, not only to save himself and Jorn, but to also take another step towards winning these 'games' and saving that girl. As his determination grew stronger, he felt a strange build up within him, like a power he had used once before, but a power he could not quite fully remember. Although he was not fully aware of what this power was, suddenly he was mere centimeters away from Styx and he needed to attack. Using all his concious effort he could spare, he channeled the energy into his feet, before using it to help him leap through the air in between the spinning hook claws. Rune then sliced the blade upward throguh the air, the metal blade cutting clean through the titan's short neck and decapitating him, before Rune spun, in what seemed to him like slow motion, before he twisted his grip on the blade and plunged the tip of it into Styx's back. He held on tightly as he fell downwards, the blade slicing open the titan's back along it's spine, before his feet touch the ground and Rune landed in a crouched position, before pulling the sword free of Styx's back as blood sprayed freely into the air for a couple moments. Rune slowly rose to his feet as Styx's corpse fell forward in a great thud, before he turned towards Jorn, blood splattered across his face and torso in various places as he sheathed his sword =Rune= Ready to get to work?

Styx had barely had time to react when the half-breed rushed forward at him, managing to dodge between the hook claws, and leaped through the air, blade poised to strike. The crowd exploded with cheers and shouts as the Titan's head flew through the air, before Rune cut open Styx's back whilst landing on the ground, before the body fell forward. It was unlike anything they had ever seen before from any tribute in the Games, surely Claudius had most certainly outdone himself with this years games, above all others.
Siberian shook his head as Styx was felled by Zion, giving another victory to the man, leaving him one step closer to victory in these games. He was starting to doubt whether or not Zion really did remember nothing, especially after that last leap through the air. If Zion won these games, they would no longer be able to take direct action against him, meaning they would need to continue to rely on puppets to enact their will in the future. And if Claudius was anything to go by, they would be forced to step in and break what ever vow the Cinn Ion made to never target Zion again.
Claudius couldn't help but feel a slight sense of sadness at the loss of another of his Titans at the hands of these half-breeds, it was a great deal of time and money to produce Titans. Sure, money wasn't an entirely big factor, considering he made money from the games and winnings, but still, it was another investment down the drain.
Asteria had managed to find her way to near where Styx had been fighting the two half-breeds a couple moments before the one known as Rune had managed to kill Styx. She had stopped behind a corner and bidded her time, waiting until both tributes were distracted by Styx's demise, before coming out of a side path behind Jorn and thrusting her spear through the tributes chest. She then pulled it free and held it at her side, as she stood in a sort of challenge stance, daring the half-blood to give it his best shot

Jorn had watched from a distance as Rune made quick work of Styx, quite impressed by the man's skills with a sword, whilst at the same time wondering how the hell he would beat him when it was all over. He nodded and was about to reply to Rune's question, when he suddenly felt Asteria's spear pierce through his chest. He slowly looked down at the spear before Asteria pulled it back out, before he fell to his knees, and then to his side as he felt his life slowly ebb away =Rune= NO! He had been so close to gaining an ally to help him beat these Titans, and another one of them had just stolen that chance away from him. He had no illusions that forming an alliance would be easy, but this was starting to get ridiculous with regards to how under prepared the other tributes had been, especially considering their dreams of fortune and fame. Rune unsheathed his sword again and held it aloof, as he met Asteria's gaze, the pair now facing each other off to see who would make the first move. Rune did not intend on wasting much time taking Asteria down, he could already feel the beginning stages of the strain wearing on him from his activities up to this point. He then moved his sword into a cross guard position, taking a deep breath as he did, before slowly exhaling as he calmed himself to prepare for his next attack. Rune then charged forward, hoping to try draw upon what ever power he had drawn on before again as he moved his hold on the blade, so the sword was on his left side and stuck out at a 45 degree angle from his torso. He slowly felt the return of the mysterious energy again as he pushed off from the ground, driving the sword forward, as he added a bit of a twist to the jump. As he felt the blade contact Asteria's skull, Rune slightly released his hold on the hilt as he twisted around the grip, before closing his grip again and doing a bit of a mid air jerk, causing the blade to yank 90 degrees, before Rune pulled the blade free and spun over Asteria's shoulder, landing on the ground behind the Titan, holding his sword out to his side as he crouched there

Asteria had stood defiantly before Rune, waiting till the last minute to react, but as he leapt through the air, she realised she had waited just a little bit too long. Another cheer went up from the crowd as Rune managed to fell another Titan, causing him to slowly garner a bit of a fan base from the crowd, especially amongst those small groups that had placed a bet on him to win.
Braenden had been one of those small few had dared put a bet on one of the tributes, realizing that a small investment could potentially lead to a very big win, and so far it looked like it was going to be one. Zion had so far managed to fell two Titans personally, and technically helped fell a third. That, coupled with the deaths of three of the tributes, meant that Zion had only one tribute and two Titans to deal with. That said though, Braenden looked at one of the screens which showed Menoetius facing off against the only other tribute.
Menoetius had come across the last male tribute not long after the games had begun, but had spent most of the time up until now cornering the man, since the tribute was only equipped with a dirk knife. But at long last, he had gotten the man to where he wanted, at the end of a passage with no way out other than through Menoetius himself. The man turned to face the Titan, as his fight instinct finally kicked in moments before Menoetius charged forward, drawing his Cestus' backwards, and thrusting them forward into the man, and the wall behind him, causing it to collapse into the path just in front of where Rune had landed. Menoetius shook himself off a little as he stepped through the new hole in the wall and faced Rune

Rune suddenly looked upwards, as his attention was grabbed by the sound of the wall breaking not far in front of him. Rubbled and the remains of a tributes body landed across the path, before Menoetius appeared through the newly created gap in the wall, his Cestus' at his sides as the Titan shook himself off. This day was really not becoming one of his best days, at least of the days he could remember, although he found it hard to believe he had managed to live through anything worse than this. He slowly stood up, bringing the sword in front of his body as he gripped the handle with both hands, unsure of exactly how useful his sword would be, considering Menoetius was more heavily armoured then the previous Titans he had taken down. He slowly started to move backwards, never taking letting his guard down, in case Menoetius decided to try catch him off guard, although if he was entirely honest, he didn't exactly have much to guard himself with. Rune made sure to move around Asteria's body that was now laying in the middle of the pathway as he kept moving backwards, trying to put as much distance between himself and the Titan as he could

Menoetius shook his head from side to side and rolled his shoulders as he took a couple steps forward, fully moving into the pathway proper as he watched the tribute known as Rune start to back away. Menoetius paid no heed to his fallen sister as Rune moved around her corpse, as he was more concerned with the fact that a tooth pick was about the only thing standing between him and victory, for unlike the tributes, the Titans did not have to kill everyone else to win, they needed only kill all the Tributes to claim victory. It was something of an underhanded clause, but Menoetius was not one to complain, especially seeing as how close he was to claiming yet another victory for the Titans and cleaning the blemishes on their reputation that Styx, Asteria, and Selene had left. He peered down at Rune as he knocked his cestus' together, the sound of the metal ringing out somewhat loudly as he took another step forward, before he spat just off to the side as he seized up his opponant (with a very Arnold Schwarzenegger accent) =Menoetius= It's time to die little man! Come on! Menoetius then raised his fists as if he was ready to do some boxing, as he made another quick step forward, extending his right fist forward in hopes of taking Rune out with one punch, or at the very least snagging the sword in the teeth to disarm Rune as a start. If Rune did not end this fight quickly, he was gunna to make the Tribute regret it, by smashing him into tiny pieces, but first he would instill an ungodly fear into the man and make him regret ever having set foot in the arena

Rune shook his head as the sound of metal on metal rang out as the cestus' were knocked together by Menoetius, no doubt in an attempt to scare or distract him. Regardless of the aim, his hearing was not too damaged as the Titan spoke to him in a very guttural accent, which did surprise him, since he had not considered the Titans were sentient enough to speak. His train of thought was quickly interrupted as Menoetius took a step forward, closing the distance between them and throwing a right punch his way. He suddenly felt like a sugar rush hit him as the mysterious energy flowed through him again, this time it sped up his actions and reflexes as he side stepped to his right, releasing his left hand from the sword as he brought the sword back and up over his head. He then swung downwards, to cut straight through the titan's arm as he went down into a crouching position, before pushing himself backwards between Menoetius' legs, kicking up a small cloud of dust as he slid through the dirt. Which left him right where he wanted to be, as he gripped Asteria's spear, ready to strike as he raised his sword above his head again, leaving him crouched and waiting to pounce

Menoetius had felt confident that he had managed to catch the tribute off guard for a moment, until suddenly the man seemed to dodge the punch, before the sword sliced through his wrist and seperated his hand from his arm. The weight of the Cestus caused it to crash to the ground in a giant thud, as a spurt of blood erupted from the Titans new stump, causing Menoetius to yell in rage. As Rune dropped down, Menoetius slammed his left cestus downwards as he did a half twist to give the punch some more force, but it was all to no avail as the Cestus struck the ground as Rune managed to slip between his legs. This tribute was fast becoming a nuisance, that seemed to be hiding some secrets of his own, since he'd never known any species to naturally be able to do what Rune had just done without some special training. He then slowly stood up straight, seething with anger at his inability to defeat this final tribute. He would not be humiliated by this man and his fancy parlour tricks. Menoetius then turned around, swinging his left arm in for a left hook haymaker, having decided that it was time to finish this once and for all, and crush this tribute under his full force.
There had been mixed reactions from the crowd as Rune had managed to cut off Menoetius' hand, some cheered, some boo'ed, and a small handful had ducked off to the bathrooms. It was fast becoming a great spectacle as Rune had come from behind and racked up the biggest body count of anyone within the Arena, having killed 2 of his fellow Tributes, along with 3 Titans. Claudius was still unsure how he felt about this trend, as far as crowd pleasing and profits went, it was a great success, but as for how well this would be recieved by the Elementis Brothers went, he was not so certain. He would need to find a way to spin this to their advantage so they wouldn't just kill him there and then

Rune knew he would have only seconds to execute his attack as Menoetius begun to turn around, and despite what it may look like in the end, it would require a great deal of precision. The one thing he was grateful for, was that Menoetius was so enraged, that the Titan was charging in bull headed, with no regard for trying toi dodge any counter attacks. It wasn't like he could blame the man, after all, the guy was built like a durasteel Shavit House, but it was his hubris that would be his downfall. Rune thrust the spear up through the bottom of Menoetius' jaw, and into his skull, whilst swinging downwards with his sword to cut the titan's other hand off. There was a great dull thud as the Cestus suddenly dropped to the ground, no longer propelled along it's intended path by Menoetius. Rune then swung the sword up and through the Titan's neck, seperating the skewered head from the great body, before it fell backwards to the ground as Rune held the sword and spear aloft, looking up towards one of the camera drones =Rune= Are you not entertained?!

Sections of the crowd had cheered loudly as Rune had empaled Menoetius through the skull and lopped off the Titan's other hand, leaving Rune one step closer to victory in the Games. They then grew silent as Rune then seperated the Titan's head and challenged them about whether they were entertained or not. It was unusual, and something they were slightly unprepared for, never before had a challenger been so bold or resillient. Claudius almost felt like he had been struck by lightening as Menoetius was felled, his prospects of surviving this day looking more and more dim by the minute. He had been a fool to allow Zion to participate in these games, memory or not, the man was still a danger, and if he won, the Elementis brothers would surely have his head. He just had to hope that Oceanus would be more than enough to handle Zion alone.
Oceanus had been stalking through various corridors of the maze when he paused as the crowd grew silent moments after he had heard a great thud and seen the camera footage projected onto the screens around the stadium. It was then, that the walls of the maze shuddered, before lowering themselves down into the ground, leaving the Arena floor bare for the final two combatants to fight in. The Titan stared over to where the final tribute stood, somehow having managed to best Styx, Asteria, and Menoetius, a feat not heard of often. He would beat this fool of a tribute down, and make him regret ever having been born. Not wanting to leave an opportunity wasted, Oceanus sensed the seals on the water deposits being opened and did a quickly series of kicks and jabs, sending several shards of ice flying through the air towards the tribute

Rune slowly turned around as the walls started to shake and lower themselves into the ground, dropping the spear in the process and letting it fall to the ground as well. The arena had returned to it's open ground state when he saw Oceanus, the final titan left that he had to take down, also the only one he seemed to have pissed off more than the rest. Sure, his original deductions had been that the Titans were merely mindless oafs that were designed only for killing, but they seemed to display a level of sentient intelligence that allowed them to speak and perhaps even feel love. It was dangerous territory he was entering, not only concerning what the Titans were, but also with regards to the way this "tournament" was heading. After all, he was on flat open ground, with no cover left but the carcases of the fallen titans and the couple sections of damaged wall that had never retracted. It didn't take long before the game was on, as several ice shards came flying through the air, sent forth by Oceanus from several hidden water tanks no doubt. Rune quickly took cover behind Menoetius' body, which a couple of shards embedded themselves into as Rune sheathed his sword. At this range, the sword would be useless, and he was damn well certain that Oceanus would not leave him any openings to get close enough to use it. He needed to formulate a new plan quickly, one that didn't rely on his sword or the bow, since as far as the bow was concerned, he had very little practice, and Oceanus was like to block any arrows. But perhaps that would work to his advantage, any blockade Oceanus would make, would leave him basically blind to a second follow up attack. Rune was already formulating a plan, one so risky, he wasn't even sure it would work to begin with. It wasn't like he had any other idea's though, conventional tactics weren't very effective against these Titans, and so far he'd had better luck killing them with their own weapons. With that thought, he closed his eyes and drew his focus onto the two nearby Cestus', before grasping them, not physically, but through the invisible power that he was struggling to remember just exactly what it was. Regardless of it's name, he knew he could use it, and soon enough he could feel it's toll as he dragged the Cestus' along the ground and behind the body. He unsheathed his sword again and quickly used it to help dislodge the dismembered hands that were inside the hand grips, well aware he needed to be sure he acted fast, otherwsie Oceanus might use some attack that would ruin his plan. Rune then sheathed the sword again as he pulled the bow free from over his head and nocked an arrow into place, before darting up and loosing it towards Oceanus. With the arrow in flight, Rune quickly darted across to where Styx's body lay on the ground, hoping to make cover, before the Titan launched a counter strike

Oceanus watched in vain as the tribute ducked behind Menoetius' body, which several shards of ice embedded themselves into. When he and Rune had met last time, the man had tried charging in to take him down with his sword, but had failed miserably when Oceanus had knocked the man back with a pulse of water. All he needed to do, was keep the man at a distance and let him wear himself down whenever he tried getting in close, before delivering the killing blow. Oceanus took a moment to do some stretches whilst Rune hid behind Menoetius' body, no doubt trying to formulate some half-baked idea on how to bring him down. As Rune appeared from behind the corpse, Oceanus quickly erected a barrier as the tribute loosed an arrow at him, before it was stopped by the ice. Oceanus then fired another series of ice shards as Rune dashed from Menoetius' body over to Styx's body, making sure to keep the tribute on the run, before he stopped shooting when Rune had made cover again

Rune was grateful as Oceanus reacted the way he had suspected he would, by throwing up an ice barrier which allowed Rune a head start, managing to make it behind Styx's body as a number of Ice Shards struck where he had been running. He took a moment to catch his breath as he hid behind the body, somewhat uncertain if he would be able to pull off this last ditch effort and take down the final titan, as he did his best to ignore the pain caused by his open wounds. He'd not had a chance to try attend to them yet, and he didn't think it was likely he would get a chance to before he had to take Oceanus down, especially since it was down to the two of them. He leaned his head back a little, resting it against Styx's side as he felt his eye lids growing heavy, as he considered giving up now and letting himself rest. He had fought admirably, having felled three Titans, two of which he did by himself, he had also killed Tammy so that she would not be forced to suffer, after Jezebel had wounded her and used her as bait, something Rune made Jezebel pay for. As he closed his eyes, he started to wonder if perhaps it was better that he didn't remember his past from before Black Rock Prison, after all, what ever he had done had caused him to be locked up and lead to his involvement in these games =Akari= Wake up big brother! =Hikari= You big oaf, get out of bed! Rune slowly opened his eyes as he felt himself being pushed, as he took in the sight of his bedroom on Tralus, a planet lightyears away from Corellia. As he sat up in the bed and looked down to find himself in 'his' armour and clothes, he figured that he must have been dreaming that the games had happened, and thankfully he had awoken from the nightmare. He smiled as he placed his hand on top of Akari's head, giving her hair a bit of a ruffle, quite glad it had only been a dream =Rune= I'm up... I'm up... =Akari= Wake up big brother! =Hikari= Idiot! Get Up! You're not done yet! =Rune= What? But I am awake? =Akari= Big brother! =Hikari= This is still a dream! You need to get up! Akari is watching! You can't die now! If you do, I'll hunt your corpse down and bring you back so I can kick your ass myself! You can die later, but first you need to save her! Hikari then slapped Rune in the face, causing him to fall backwards as he blacked out again. He slowly opened his eyes again, this time the roar of the crowd almost defeaning him as he shook his head from side to side, as he regained conciousness. He looked up to one of the screens which was showing a close up of the girl who was one of the prizes crying, like she had lost hope as one of the other screen's showed him slumped against the side of Styx. He wondered if she had been crying just for him, after all, he had seen her in his dream just a moment ago, but without the ropes and dressed in slightly different attire. Even if he didn't remember her yet, he knew he couldn't give up and leave her to the wolves, so to speak. He rolled his shoulders, feeling the pain from both his back and chest as the wounds were disturbed, before he tilted his head a little further back and took a deep breath in. He then breathed out as he leveled his gaze at the wall, feeling slightly rejuvinated, as he was now determined to win more than ever before. He unsheathed his sword, before pushing Styx's body up a little so that he could cut the belt between where the chains were connected to it, so that he could free it from Styx's body. Rune let the body rest back down as he sheathed the sword again, before staying behind cover as he pulled the belt off the Titan's corpse, dragging the chain and hook claw on the far side with it. He didn't have any back up plan, mostly because this plan was the only one that could prevail, and he honestly didn't think he would have the strength to keep going if this failed. Rune hung the belt across his chest like a bandolier, with the right chain coming up over his left shoulder, whilst the left chain hung underneath his right arm. He then grabbed a hold of the hook claws as he drew upon the energy which had helped him so far, using it to augment his body before using the same energy to grab the two cestus' and send them flying through the air straight at Oceanus. At the same time, Rune darted out from behind the corpse of Styx, utalizing the energy to lift the chains and speed up his movement to close the gap between him and the titan. Assuming Oceanus reacted the way Rune expected, the two Cestus' would be caught in a wall of ice to protect the Titan, at which point Rune would toss the hook claw hanging over his shoulder at the edge of the wall and use his momentum to swing around the ice. Then, when he was at the right angle, he would use the last of his energy to swing the hook claw that was under his right arm into the back of Oceanus' head, hopefully killing the titan instantly. If the hook blade didn't kill Oceanus instantly, Rune could still pull himself in and slice the Titan's head off with his sword. This would be the final moves either of them made, and Rune dearly hoped it would result in his victory, so that these Games would be over and he could begin getting his memories back

Claudius could tell that Zion was starting to lose steam, as the man took cover behind Styx's corpse and started to rest his head back a little, looking like he was already starting to fade away. Things were starting to look in his favour again, all that he needed to have happen, was for Zion to give up now and die, then he could declare Oceanus the winner, and be saved from what ever elaborate plot the Elementis Brother's would enact against him. His hope was only slightly diminished as Zion re-opened his eyes and went back to work, setting up some final attack, which Claudius was doubtful would prevail, since the half-breed was in no state to overpower the Titan. What happened next, Claudius could only describe as a living nightmare, as Zion somehow sent the two cestus' flying through the air, which were predictably blocked by Oceanus with a giant ice shield. Normally, this would have been a cause of joy for Claudius, but unlike Oceanus, whom realized too late, he realized this had been part of Zion's plan, as the half-breed swung around the wall of ice, and sent the hook claw into the back of Oceanus' skull, killing the Titan instantly. As the horn sounded loudly across the arena, Claudius felt only a great deal of dread at what fate awaited him after Zion was gone, and the Elementis Brother's caught up with him. But he could worry about that after, he first had to perform his final duties for these games, as he stood up and approached the Microphone =Claudius= Ladies and Gentlmen, I present to you, the winner of the 185th Marú Games, Rune! A small hover platform then flew down to the arena floor, to pick up Zion and fly him back up to the private box, depositing the half-breed next to Claudius, as the camera's assembled in front of the box. An assistant then handed Claudius the winner's medallion of The Marú Games, which he in turn placed over Zion's head, speaking into the microphone as he did so =Claudius= Today, you have triumphed over the Titans of the Marú Games, and earned your freedom! Hence forth, you shall be allowed to leave Black Rock Prison, and take with you, your prizes! This medallion that I place around your neck, marks you as a winner of the Games, and thus you are protected by the oath inscribed upon it! You shall be left alone by the Cinn Ion, to live out your days in peace! Claudius then shook Zion's hand for the camera's, before taking a step back as was customary, to allow Zion to take his prizes and give a speech, if he so chose to. A pair of guards stood waiting in the shadows, to protect Claudius if Zion got the wrong idea, a force field was also ready to activate as well, but Claudius was quite certain the half-breed would be too worn out, to try and kill him.
Braenden watched from the crowd, as Zion triumphed against the last of the Titans, thus winning the games. Perhaps now, Zion might be a little more out of danger than he was before, but Braenden had a feeling that would not be the case, considering how well he knew the Elementis Brother's. For now, at least though, Braenden could semi-rest easy, especially with all the winnings he had just made

Rune could hardly believe his luck as he had landed on the ground, his attack having succesfully killed Oceanus, thus ending the games and making him the winner, but something within him knew that he could not rest yet. He clambered into the hover platform and scanned the crowd as he flew up to Claudius' box, properly taking in just how many people had come to see the games for the first time. It was both amazing, and sickening, just how many people had gathered to watch the bloodsport, though, at that moment, he was still unaware of the reason why many of them were there. He stepped into the private box, blood still trickling from his wounds as he accepted the medallion and shook Claudius' hand, before he took a look out at the awaiting crowd, as he debated whether to make a speech or not. He had been through hell down there, and his wounds were serious, and he had a feeling that no matter what he said, no matter how hard he tried to decry these games, it would fall upon deaf ears. Instead, he turned towards the girl that was tied up, who seemed happier now that he was here, despite the fact she was still crying, before he grabbed one of the knives out of the suit of armour and walked over to the girl. For a brief moment, a look of terror passed over her face as she wondered if he was going to kill her, before he slipped the knife around her back and cut the ropes that bound her. Rune quickly caught her as she collapsed forward, before using his free hand to remove the piece of cloth covering her mouth, allowing him a good, proper view of the girls face up close. Suddenly, he felt like a great fire had erupted within his mind as years of memories started to come rushing back to him in that instant, parts of his life started to flash before his eyes, causing him to almost fall back a couple steps, before he steadied himself. In that moment, where Rune had stumbled, Zion had caught himself and risen once more, still cradling Akari as he started processing what had happened and where he was. He glared at Claudius, annoyed at himself that he was too weak right now to tear the man limb from limb for everything the man had done not only to him, but also to Akari. It was then, that his sister stirred, causing him to look down at her as he smiled, glad that she was safe, causing Akari to smile back at him =Akari Morviael= Big... brother...
=Zion Morviael= Thnak you Akari... I would have been lost without you... Rest now...
=Akari Morviael= Ok... Zion then shifted his grip to lift Akari up and cradle her in his arms, as she nuzzled into his chest and fell asleep, before he turned towards his armour suit and resheathed the knife, before pushing a small locator button that was hidden in one of his gauntlets. With that he then turned towards the microphone and walked up to it, quite certain that Hikari and Dario would be on their way to his location now that they knew where he was, but until then, he needed to buy some time until they arrived =Zion Morviael= I know that no matter what I say, it will change nothing, but you people sicken me! Innocent lives have been cut short today, and yet you cheered for them! But I wonder! how many of you would find it entertaining if it was you thrown into this arena! You view them as criminals, but I wonder, how many of you are really aware of what crimes they were guilty of?! They were nothing more than the children of two different races, half-breeds as they are called! They were condemned because of who their parents were! Today I entered this arena as Rune, but I leave it, having reclaimed my memories, as Zion Morviael, The Scourge of the Cinn Ion! It was in that moment, that the YT-1300 came flying over the top of the arena and dropped down through the air to hover just in front of the private box, with Hikari standing on the lowered ramp. Zion nodded and tossed Akari through the air into Hikari's waiting embrace, before he quickly grabbed the stand his armour was on and bolted back to leap across the small barrier and onto the ramp, hurrying up into the ship as Dario pulled up on the controls, causing the ship to rise up through the air. Blaster Bolts were already starting to pepper the ships shield as Zion arrived to the cockpit, having dropped off the stand in the hallway, still bleeding =Zion Morviael= There is one stop we need to make before we go... We got a prison break to facilitate
=Dario= Prison?
=Zion Morviael= Yup, it's just on the otherside of the mountain... Dario nodded before heading towards the co-ordinates that Zion had entered into the nav computer, whilst Zion himself headed through the ship and made his way down into the lower gunner seat. It wasn't long before the prison came into sight, at which point Zion unleashed a series of shots at the guard towers and buildings, making sure there was a good hole for the prisons to escape through, and escape they did. It was in that moment that several transports appeared almost out of no where and started landing on the ground, collecting the escapee's to aide in their escape. Zion had returned to the cockpit and slumped into the co pilot seat as Dario was pulling away from the prison and taking the ship up towards orbit, when a coomm message came through =Transport Leader= All Cinndao prisoners are clear, thank you Zion Morviael. Today many lives have been saved thanks to you...Transport Leader out! Zion could barely process the mans words, but he got the distinct feeling that a group of Cinndao had been in the area, or the very least, watching the games and ordered the rescue operation. For now though, he felt himself being lead from the cockpit by Hikari as she took him through to the make shift med bay to attend to his wounds, whilst Dario piloted the ship up into orbit and made the jump to hyperspace
Although I had won the Marú Games and reclaimed Akari and my gear, but, it had come at the greatest of costs. I had killed an innocent girl, I was forced to strike down a snake, and now, I had to reclaim my memories that had been taken from me. From that day forth, I wore that medallion not with pride, but as a reminder of the sacrifices that had been made for my survival. Already my memories had begun to return to me, but I knew I still had a long way to go, and I would find those responsible and make them pay for what they had done
