And that was that. Everyone understood what they were to do. Sow the seeds of chaos and disorder among the Jedi ranks. A challenging task, but he was confident that everyone present was up to the task. Dismissing everyone, he beckoned to Vasari."Vasari. A word, if you will."While this could have waited until the assignment was finished, he thought it was better to inform her of his latest decisions now and see how it affected her abilities in the upcoming fight. As everyone else filed out of the room, he waited for Vasari to approach him.Continued here: --->Hyperspace

The Silent Observer dropped out hyperspace in Iridonia's orbit, and began its descent down to Lord Znalost's secret underground laboratory located somewhere with in Banol's Maze.

The Wraith emerged from Hyperspace along the lane which headed outwards away from the core worlds, the sleek, gleaming ship banking towards the harsh planet below, guided remotely by Stevan Stormro via his neural link from where he knelt in the ship's meditation chamber with his apprentice Nel Bukk. As the craft's sensors began noting the system's defenses a thin smile crossed Stormro's face. The system was currently held by the First Order ; that would make their visit simpler and remove the need to use as much subterfuge in reaching the surface below. Transmitting his vessel's landing codes to the relevant authorities, Stormro shifted his focus back to the bruised, battered young woman who knelt across from him as he awaited clearance. "Welcome to Iridonia. We are here so that you can learn about the birthright that the Jedi stole from you; your people's rich history as a warrior culture. When the Jedi took you as a child from your family they sought to erase everything about you that made you the person you are becoming once again. They wanted a blank slate, and they succeeded, but now you will finally reclaim that which was taken from you so many years ago..." Opening his eyes, Stormro looked directly into his apprentice's eyes with a gaze that was so focused that he might as well have been peering into her very soul. "How does this make you feel?" There was a slight hint of curiosity in his tone, although even if Nel picked up on it there was no way that she would know that he himself had gone through a similar experience as a child in the Jedi Order. Stormro had learned about his own heritage as a teenager and had immediately sought to incorporate what he could into his training once he had reclaimed it. Nel had, as far as he could discern, yet to experience such a moment and he could not help but wonder if it was as liberating for her as it had been for him all those years ago.

*The Panzer drops out of hyperspace over Iridonia. The pilot of the Wayfarer-class medium transport immediatley gets on the comm to his underworld contact. The voice that answered the comm was distorted intentionally to hide the owners voice.*
Have you arrived in orbit? *The disembodied voice asked*
*Darth Umar felt his anger rise* Oh course I am in orbit, I wouldn't have commed you if I wasn't you buffoon.
*The contacted replied over the comm* Of course, you are right, my apologies. From what I gathered you just put out a comm message looking for something called a... Sith'ari... After that they should contact you and you will get all the answers you are looking for.
If this is leads to nothing I will be coming to extract my payment back from your flesh *With that Darth Umar killed the comm.*
*Opening up a general frequency comm Umar sent out a message.*
I am Darth Umar, I have come to this planet seeking the one they call the Sith'ari. I have come to gain knowledge of the dark side.
*The large red headed darkside user, waiting for a reply. Maybe he could find some useful knowledge here, or even better a true master of the dark side. Or this could be nothing and the contact would pay. With that thought Darth Umar began day dreaming about the different ways he could hurt the sneaky little information broker while he waited.*

Everything hurt. He'd been harsh (that seemed to be a running theme with her Master), pushing her until she couldn't get up, and pushed her further still. She focused on her breathing, on feeling every ache, every pang. It calmed her some, and she was learning just as much from her bruises as she had from the practice duel itself. Her eyes opened slowly, her head tilting some as her Master began to speak. As he he continued, she looked over to him, giving him her undivided attention.
Part of her still raged at the unfairness of it, but at the same time, she'd been out of line. Apparently slamming her head against the table hadn't been enough of a punishment, and she'd ache for a good long while. Still, there was a sense of satisfaction there, buried deep down that allowed her to keep moving.
Being able to learn about her own people... There was a sense of giddiness that rose up, of excitement she always tried to keep buried back at the Temple. Nel had always wanted to learn more about her people, and there was only so much one could learn from a tome in a library. "It's... odd. I'm excited, yes, but at the same time... it's hard to be thoroughly excited when I'm so tired."
Nel had been pushing herself and not allowed herself rest. There was too much to do, and right now, it felt like she was wading through cotton, though the eagerness fought strongly against it, trying to take over. Still, a small smile flitted over her lips. "Though I can't wait to learn all I can firsthand."

Greetings, Darth Malvus, thank you for responding. It would be a pleasure to speak with the second in command. I will make my way aboard with all haste.

I was trained by the self titled Darth Craven. He found me young and took me in. It was many years later, while fighting an actual Dark Lord, that I discovered my master was nothing more than a failed Sith apprentice, who ran for his life rather than fighting his master for the mantle, handing out his limited knowledge of the dark side like bread crumbs to keep me enthralled. So I killed him, and went out on my own learning from any tome, book, or artifact I could find. So while he taught me some basics, I have learned, and grown far beyond him on my own. As far as being worthy? Words will do nothing to prove my worth, only actions can do that.
*Darth Umar stood proud and tall, waiting to see how a true sith lord would respond.*

Stormro genuinely smiled at Nel's excitement, a rarity that she would likely miss completely given how much Stormro masked and controlled his emotions usually. It pleased him to see her so enthused and once again left him amused regarding the growing similarities that he saw between himself so many years ago and the woman who he had taken under his wing. Given how...particular he was regarding who we was willing to train as an apprentice Stormro was beginning to understand why even he had been able to sense the significance of the shatterpoint when they had met on Tatooine over a year ago. "I am surprised that you did not rest while we were in Hyperspace. I may push you to your limits but I have no interest in breaking you and it is crucial that you learn how to rest in what moments you can find. It is good that you are eager to learn though; Zabrak have quite the warrior heritage, as well as a long history amongst the Sith Order. I suspect that you shall very much enjoy our time here..." The ship began to move as Stormro received clearance from the relevant authorities, gliding down from orbit and making its way towards the Academy below.

His actions fitted the ideals of the Blackguard, who had performed similar acts against those who pretended to be Sith or were never worthy, to begin with. Remnants of old orders that festered in the galaxy as parasites and plagues. The Blackguard has sought to rid the galaxy of similar persons and groups. Those who pretend to be Sith or whose use is no longer of any benefit to the future of the Dark Side. We do not follow the Rule of Two nor the Rule of One... we do not promote infighting, but nothing against a healthy presence of rivalry. For it is in our nature. The Sith Lord motions for Umar to follow him from his ship. Malvus never liked standing around, he worked his best while walking and talking. It helped focus the mind better. We do not seek to kill our masters, but rather defeat them to prove our worth. For without the masters, there would be none to teach the future generations in the ways of the Dark Side. Texts, books, holocrons... they can only do so much. But, the Blackguard draws the line between effective and unworthy ones. The Sith twirls his gloved hand slightly, something he did while thinking.I would say you have proven your worth to the Blackguard, Darth Umar. For you have killed one who was not worthy of the Darth title, someone who deserved to die before they infect our society and bring a plague upon us! Only united and strong can the Sith survive and thrive! The weak must be eliminated least they pull us down... just like your master.

To Stormro's knowledge the faction had vanished some centuries ago, not that such long periods of inactivity necessarily meant that an entity was truly dead and forgotten. Galactic history was full of such resurrections, from the Sith enduring two at a time for a millennium only to seize control of the galaxy to the Jedi Order's rebirth from the ashes of the empire. No, few things truly stayed dead in this galaxy, and only fools believed otherwise. Keying the ship's comms from where he knelt in the meditation chamber, Stormro responded on the encrypted channel via his neural link. "Greetings Grand Admiral. My apprentice and I have come to Iridonia so that she might study the heritage that she was denied by the Jedi Order. The Wraith is a personal transport, model designation J-Type 327 Nubian Royal Starship, with no cargo to declare. My apprentice and I are the only two lifeforms aboard; you may scan when you are ready." As he finished the transmission Stormro pondered the return of the Blackguard; he was familiar with their philosophy, and had in fact incorporated aspects of it into his own personal approach to studying the Force. This visit might prove to be more informative than he had expected...

The Marauder-Class Corvette, Fragment of Faith, approached the J-Type 327 Nubian Starship from the port bow, slowly drifting up along side the ship. As comms were exchanged between the Nubian and FireStar, the Faith began scanning the ship. Within a few moments, the scans returned as the person the Grand Admiral has spoken to said they would. Only two lifeforms were present on the ship and there was no cargo, as stated. Once the results were sent to the Grand Admiral, she spoke once more.
You scans are completed and have returned as you have stated. If you wish to explore Iridonia's heritage, you may wish to start at the Sith Academy. Headmaster Alaric Von Dredd currently oversees the day to day operations there. I can send word ahead if you'd like? Aside from that, you are cleared to land at the Academy. Be advised that the Sith'ari places great importance on the smooth operations of the Academy. It would be ill advised to disrupt the daily routine. Other then that, enjoy your stay on Iridonia.
Other then possibly sending word down to Alaric, there was nothing more to discuss. And thankfully these people were cooperative of procedure and protocol. Some didn't think it was necessary to follow orders. But, since Viox has led the First Order here to conquer Iridonia and brought about the rise of the Blackguard Reborn, unwanted criminal activities had decreased by 11% in this sector. The other activities that would be classified as criminal were actually sanctioned by the Sith'ari himself. Other then the usual military traffic around the world, there was a steady supply of Hutt Cartel freighters coming and going. But no one dared question the Sith'ari, so they were allowed to come and go as they pleased.

Exiting hyperspace, fresh from the Bilbringi Shipyards, emerged the Imperious-Class Star Destroyer, Hyperion. Standing on the bridge of his newly appointed command, Captain Aravick Grissom issued orders.
"Contact Grand Admiral Bennette and prepare for an inspection."
As the Hyperion made contact with the FireStar-Class Orbital Defense Platform, Genesis, the holographic image of Grand Admiral Bennette appeared before the Captain.
"Grand Admiral. Hyperion reporting in as ordered. We are ready for our formal inspection."
Standing at attention, Grissom rattled off his address to the Grand Admiral. But the Grand Admiral's response was not what he was expecting.
Captain Grissom. The inspection of your vessel will have to wait. I have a new assignment for you, directly from the Sith'ari himself.
Without missing a beat, Grissom snapped off his response.
"Understood. The Hyperion is ready to do her duty."
At Grissom's response, Bennette continued. Her image was replaced by the image of Rodia.
You are to accompany two new members of the Blackguard to Rodia and take the planet for the Blackguard. It will be just the Hyperion and a Vindicator-Class Heavy Cruiser. But I am confident that a full outfitted Imperious can handle this assignment. The Brotherhood will be joining you shortly. Good hunting, Captain. We'll see you when you return.
Snapping off a crisp salute, Grissom replied.
"Understood ma'am. We'll get it done."
And then the image of Rodia disappeared as the transmission ended. Grissom straightened up and addressed the crew.
"You heard the Grand Admiral. Prepare to jump to hyperspace once the Blackguard members arrive. Here's our chance to prove to our Sith'ari what the Blackguard can do!"
Activity increased throughout the ship as it began to spin around and prepare for a hyperspace jump, waiting for the Vindicator to join up with it. The first chance to prove themselves was at hand. And Grissom had no intentions of failing the Sith'ari. It was time for him to prove that he was worthy of his command.

Breaking through the upper reaches of Iridonia's atmosphere, the shuttle carrying Venom and Valafar Starkiller made its way to the Vindicator-Class Heavy Cruiser that was now their ship, thanks to the Tof pirates they had briefly joined up with. Once the shuttle was docked and secured in the Brotherhood's hangar, Venom powered down the shuttle and disembarked. Making his way to the bridge, he spoke to the captain of the ship.
"Hail the Hyperion and inform them we are ready to leave. And get us underway. Our destination is Rodia."
As the Vindicator spun about and accelerated away from Iridonia, the Captain hailed the Imperious-Class Star Destroyer. Once that was done, both the Imperious and the Vindicator jumped to hyperspace, destined for Rodia.

Valafar stood on the bridge with his arms behind his back having followed Venom from the hanger of the the Brotherhood. He listened to brother bark orders at the bridge crew. Valafar grinned as he thought about the type of resistance they would encounter on Rodia, soon the slaughter would begin.

There were many individuals, especially amongst the Sith, who saw themselves as being above such protocols and those who enforced them, but Stormro knew that the easiest way to gain access to places and people was often to blend in and behave as was expected. Social engineering was a powerful tool, and one which could often gain similar results to brute force without creating anywhere near as much of a disturbance. "Thank you Grand Admiral; it would be much appreciated if you could send word ahead to the Headmaster. We shall be sure to be mindful that we do not disrupt the operations of the academy." With protocol managed, Stormro guided the Wraith down towards the planet below.

To kill one's master is a proof of dominance, especially a failure such as this Darth Craven. It was not teachings that led Darth Umar to perform this deed, rather wash the stain of this failure from the fabric of the Sith and the galaxy. *Darth Umar moved along with Darth Malvus, and nodded his head in agreement as the Sith spoke.*I appreciate your thoughts on the matter, Lord Malvus, but to be frank, at the time I killed him it was out of nothing, but pure rage. Rage from being deceived, rage at being manipulated, and most importantly, rage from being held back from true knowledge and power. Only later did I realize, I had done the dark side as a whole a favor by ending that rot. The dark side of the force will not ignore a cancer such as, "darth" Craven, and that day i was it's purging scalpel. *Darth Umar, chose his next words carefully, to see how the Dark Lord would react.*If my understanding is correct, Darth Bane was also strengthening the dark side with his rule of two. One Master and one apprentice facing off at the climax of their relationship, was a way to insure only the most powerful would go on to teach the next generation. While I believe in Lord Bane's ideals and thoughts on the matter. I also believe the users of the dark side must evolve with the times as well. May I ask, how many learners do you allow per master?
