To Dark Jedi, justice is in the eye of the beholder. To Hevn, Muunilinst was revenge. To Alkor, it may have seemed a heavy handed effort and use of unnecessary power. A cruel and sith like use of his abilities.
I'm patient in letting this grow and become what it wants to be. Our forefathers had a lot of time to create what was, and we should take the same care.
I feel like part of the old order breaking up was the strong individual personalities. Growing bigger than your self, or place among equals, and creating a parasitic ember that eventually consumes.
I can't really think of the name of the style of organization I'm thinking of, so I'll try to describe it.
3 Ranks are Jen'jidai, or Dark Jedi master, Dark Jedi, and initiate. Initiate becomes Dark Jedi by passing basic tests that demonstrate proficiency in the force, lightsaber combat, etc. and dedication to the Dark Jedi ways. Dark Jedi becomes Master by completing whatever trials are administered by a Master. ~The master must lead you through them to try to ensure your survival. The old spells are powerful from many souls swallowed in failure. This creates a powerful bond of brotherhood between equals when the rite is finished.
We could try a Council type of thing. In the past I sort of remembered it as, "I'm doing this, whose in?", without it going to vote, which led to personal strife when actions were taken. Permission was not required to take any action. Communication wasn't really a priority either. Each to their secrets. Do we want to be the same?
Hello Magus! Thought out your character at all or what you're trying to get into?

Personally I like the idea of it being a council as I imagine it would create a unified order. I do, however think it would be a good idea to have a head of the council, not that the head would over rule majority etc, more for guidance or a deciding vote should one be needed etc.

Hello Magus! Thought out your character at all or what you're trying to get into? Essentially, I wanted Magus to be vastly different from my last character (Sev). Where Sev was an eternally plagued Gray Jedi that felt the Jedi were too rigid and the Sith were too wild, so he had to basically fly by his own rules and constantly question whether or not said rules were just. Magus, on the other hand, is completely certain that his set of rules is correct. The Jedi are too weak, afraid, and blinded by their sense of duty to a galaxy that doesn't deserve their protection to embrace the true power of the force and, as such will forever be too weak for Magus' taste. The Sith lack the discipline and self-control required to fully utilize the true power of the force. Those who are strong enough to rule, should rule, those who are not, should accept their place and find a way to benefit the rulers. He is fine with killing innocents, but would see Vader choking his Admirals/Captains/etc as a waste of resources. Also no issue with theft and all manner of law breaking, but if you steal, kill, etc from somebody who is on your side, then you have shamed yourself. He cares less about political and economic power and cares more about knowledge of the force, physical capabilities, etc. He sees the Jedi's pursuit of knowledge as a good thing, but also sees the Sith's pursuit of power as a good thing. Whether somebody is strong or not, if they are loyal, they are a friend and he will defend them fiercely. In his own eyes, he is more logical than a Sith (who let their emotions and lust for power control their actions), more alive than a Jedi (who are too rigid and mechanical to truly understand the power of the force), and more driven than a Gray Jedi (who understand that there is power in balance, but are unwilling to unleash that power for their own ends). Something to that effect.

I'm going to post Faust receiving a "vision" from Kad that explains his absent from recent RP, as well as his departure from Muunilist and the withdrawal of his armies from the cities. From there my next move will be to rendezvous with Bedrovelse to negotiate the terms of the ritual. When and where I'll leave to your convenience.

I like the outlook you've crafted for your Dark Jedi, Magus. Sev rings a bell, but the only one I knew was a sith. Are you going to start him out completely green? Or will he had some kind of training prior to our meeting?
Sounds great Faust. It felt like the right time to tie things up, sorry we didn't wait longer.
I also want to sincerely apologize to both you and Jace for not giving you guys more military to work with. I'm not great at writing that stuff out, and was focused heavily on my role in the story.
Thank you all for being a part of what has been a very epic return.

Are you inferring an oligarchy, where the council leads and the order follows?

Yes Alkor, oligarchy.
In this I present an idea. There is no Grand Master, Dark Lord, leader of any kind other than the council. No head figure. It keeps the order hydra like, and less simple to eliminate without faces, names, or places to attach to them. The last Council member to vote is the tie breaker, always. This rule would be because he has had the most time to weigh the words of his brothers, and make the call for the good of them all. So in Hevn and Alkor's case, if Hevn put a Western Trade Alliance to vote he would count as one for, and Alkor being the only other would count as unanimous or defeated. Each giving their two cents, thus the council like aspect.

I like the outlook you've crafted for your Dark Jedi, Magus. Sev rings a bell, but the only one I knew was a sith. Are you going to start him out completely green? Or will he had some kind of training prior to our meeting? He definitely evolved beyond his humble beginnings as a Gray Jedi. Including joining the light side only to later fall to the dark side and then it became known that I was a Whill and so quite a few people that my character never had much knowledge of wanted to RP with me, so Sev sorta bounced around like a ping pong ball for a while before I decided I was tired of RPing with the same character. Magus has some minimal training, he knows Force Speed, Force Strength, Telekenisis, and Force Stealth, but he isn't too skilled at many of them. So he would be the equivalent of somebody who thinks he is ready to be a Jedi Knight (were he a Jedi), but he would barely make it to that despite being quite a bit older than what he would seem to be. So, enough training to have a slight working knowledge of the force, built his own lightsaber with the help of his master, but he isn't good enough anything special at all.

I'm going with post out the disagreement with your ex-master on Naboo. I will show up intending to have killed the master myself, to found you have done it. That sounds like a cool back drop. Just my first idea for getting you into the fold.
What do you think?

In the coming days I am going to post in the Hoth orbit just like last time. Good as any place to meet up, and from there you can put forth the idea to get Bespin under your sway. That way once you have time its just a matter of going there instead of extra semantics.

Awesome! If you want I can be the one to unload the strongboxes or you can post the Reavers having left them where you desire. Let me know when you get one up!

Posted for everybody!
X I just nominated you IC to help us into or on Bespin. I don't know what all you have on your plate so I thought I would see if you're down for that or if you have other plans to act out following Muun. I know you mentioned an aftermath scenario on Hoth which I'm still cool to write and have been watching orbit for whenever you get one up. No rush man. Really awesome post in the HNN about Muun! Thanks for doing that. Everybody check it out if you haven't. We made the news!

Where would you like my Reavers and I to rendezvous and deliver the loot?

Sounds great X! Great job on the article.
Faust loot goes to Hoth. You could post in orbit delivering it to Floyd's mining vessels and letting them take it to X.

Great!
My post was actually two that I combined into one. It splits the timeline for you. The drop off being the after-Muun line, and the request to Bespin being a later one.
