=Communications Officer= Hapan Security Force, this is the Corellian Coalition vessel, Vigilance. This vessel bears with it Baron Graemon Gorgano, Representative of Fondor and the Coalition as well as Master Carak of the Jedi Order. We request an audience with the Queen Mother or an appointed representative of your government to negotiate and discuss matters of vital importance. *The oversized Hapan Battle Dragon, Demise of Calistarious, hung in space ahead of the rest of the Hapan Home Fleet. Commander-in-Chief, Prince Sebastian Lassiter, stood on the bridge watching the approaching ships. A bemused expression on his youthful features. The last time outsiders had come to Hapes, their world had swiftly fallen, under the influence of the insidious being known as Varro Calistarious. Manipulating the Hapes Consortium to suit his own agenda, the Royal Fleet had been dispatched to Coruscant, decimating the planet and forcefully ending the Republic. Deceitful and cunning, Varro had tarnished the once proud name of the Hapan people. Since then, Queen Mother Emelie Ka had managed to rebuild the Consortium and effectively cleanse the blemish on his people's history.*
*Several years had come to pass since those tumultuous time, and the Consortium continued on as they always had. Hidden within the Transitory Mists, they were left to their own devices. Isolated from the rest of the galaxy, the Consortium was unaware of what was taking place within the greater galaxy. But once again, outsiders were here to discuss 'matters of vital importance'. To them, perhaps. But as of right now, the Consortium has no such concerns. As for news of the Coalition. That was actually sort of interesting, at least to the Prince. Deigning to know all he could about the galaxy outside the Cluster, he tried, and somewhat succeeded in educating himself on certain things. Though his mother disapproved, he had managed to counter with knowing such information was vital to the defense of the Cluster. Resting his left hand on the hilt of his ceremonial sword that hung from his belt, Lassiter looked to Commodore Silas Vance.*"Are we close enough for ship to ship?"*Nodding an affirmative to the Prince, Vance replied.*"Yes sir. Would you like me to patch us through?"*Nodding as he strode over to the holo-pad, the young Prince stepped onto it as it warmed. Indicating that his image was being broadcast to the Coalition's vessel, Lassiter spoke. This is Prince Lassiter. Commander-in-Chief of the Hapan Royal Navy. You are trespassing into sovereign Consortium space. I suggest you give me a better reason than 'matters of vital importance' with you seek an audience with the Queen Mother.*The approach here was a cautious one, not a hostile one. Too many times before, had the lack of caution caused a great deal of pain and suffering to the Consortium. Erring on the side of caution wasn't normally his way, but he'd rather be congratulated on avoiding conflict that berated for causing it. Besides, a lone MC140 Scythe-Class Main Battlecruiser wasn't a threat to them, not with the rest of the Home Fleet standing between them and Hapes proper.

The communications officer asks for a datapad which was handed to him. Odd, thought the officer, communications should have been established before our arrival and the government would know of our visit here. For now, he suspected it was a mere fluke, so decided to answer Prince Lassiter's request.
Baron Graemon Gorgano and Jedi Master Carak come on behalf of the Corellian Coalition, seeking an audience with the Hapan government and the Queen Mother, on the subject of either an alliance between our two sovereign nations or extending membership to the Hapans. Just like the Coalition, Baron Gorgano knows of Hapes reputation for standing against oppression and tyranny. He desires like-minded leaders and people be joined together to halt the darkness and chaos of our galaxy and to bring forth stability and unity once more.
Hopefully that answered Prince Lassiter's request.

*Word out in the greater galaxy was, a new Empire was cutting swaths through the galaxy. Not that it affected them, but the situation must truly have been dire of they were seeking them out for help. And they did stand against oppression and tyranny. Clearly this Baron had done his homework. Though he wasn't overly fond of having a Jedi here, it wasn't going to be an issue for the time being. Folding his arms across his chest, the young Prince nodded and answered the Coalition Officer.*Understood. Queen Mother Emelie Ka will grant you an audience. You will be escorted into Hapes' orbit, where you will be required to land on the surface via shuttle. Your...battleship...must remain in orbit.*Turning and stepping off the holo-pad, the Hapan Prince called to the Commodore.*"Commodore, send out the escort. Have the Fleet resume its pattern and take us home. Mother has guests, it seems."*Still not entirely sure of these outsiders, Lassiter watched as a squadron of Miy'til Starfighters raced forth from his ship to escort the outsiders to Hapes proper. As the rest of the Home Fleet dispersed and went about their assigned tasks, the oversized Battle Dragon, Demise of Calistarious turned away from the enemy ship and moved towards Hapes as well, ahead of the Scythe Battlecruiser.*

From the bridge, the communications officer relays the message to those gathered in the conference room. Graemon Gorgano rises from his seat, with other delegates and the Jedi joining him as he headed below to the hangar bay. A shuttle, with a complement of a squad of Coalition soldiers, was ready for them in the hangar. Orders were given to have the small fleet keep their distance respectful and out of range of the defending Hapans fleet. After that was relayed, the delegation embarked onto the shuttle and proceeded to exit the hangar, joining the escort squadron and then following their path to wherever they were designated to land on Hapes.

As they make their way from the Vigilance's hangar bay to where their shuttle has been directed to land on the planet's surface, Carak quietly explains to her padawan, Iseul, who had been surprised to learn that a male held the position of commander in chief of the Hapan Royal Navy when she had understood that males on Hapes were considered second class citizens often valued primarily for their ornamental value or as breeding stock, that, as is often the case where the noble class of any given society is concerned, the general rules did not always apply to members of the Hapan nobility.

*The Hapan Royal Navy, under the command of Prince Lassiter, continued to patrol the cluster, ensuring all was well within the Consortium.*

The Hapan Royal Navy continued to provide its own defence for the Consortium. Despite being a member of the Coalition, Hapes was strong enough to continue to provide for its own security.

As the tension among the borders between the Coalition and the First Order continiues, Hapes' local defense forces remain in orbit on duty. While trust within the strength of the Coalition's fleet is given, several military commanders within the Defense fleet are concerned that despite the resistance against this major gouvernment in the form of new ship classes, developed in conjoined projects with Mon Calamari and Corellian engineers, won't be enough to stop their armada. Most recent reports indicate that the ships of the First Order are currently regrouping, potentially being withdrawn either due to interior struggles or to protect other borders. Some Hapans within the command structure are even worried that another threat from the Outer Rim might hit the galaxy, since their spies don't seem to report these missing ships on the eastern borders at the Inner Rim. So far none of the First Order's larger dreadnaughts were sighted within the border territories, yet there are concerns that this is merely a tactical bluff to make the Coalition think that they have the situation under controll. In either case Hapes was ready for war, awaiting the return of the defense fleet that they had sent out under Chume'da Li'nara Trasc in order to help out their allies.

After the battle of Fondor
The Hapan Home fleet had seen better days upon their return. Spearheaded by the still visibly damaged Starbird-Class battleship Valkyrie five Hapan Battle Dragons and a pair of escorting Nova Cruisers returned home. The rest of the homefleet - crushed by the Imperials at Fondor with the hopes of the Corellian Coalition. The loss of the Endymion was one of the more tragic events that had occured prior, as the pride of Hapan support was crushed by sheer titan force of the First Order's war machine. The Chume'da would have to report the Queen that their campaign had failed and that the Corellian Coalition was at the brink of failing. There was hardly any reason for Hapes to support a dying faction, who was already splintering apart. Despite the losses that they had brought onto the Imperials and the resistance their enemies had to face, it still wasn't enough to stand against them as a whole. Lassiter's hopes into the Coalition had been misplaced, just as some among the royal court had already presumed. Now the Hapans would have to rethink their stance... and from what Princess Li'nara had already heard on frequences of the Hapan Navy, those changes might have already occured.
While Trasc was always an envious defender of Hapes souvereignity, a treaty was forged between the Queen Mother and the light side force user Master Adara Ascara that would lead to the formation of several factions across the Inner Rim into the Inner Rim Imperium... a more aggressive movement, that would try to oppose the dominant presence of factions like the First Order. Dire times required dire solutions. Like the Coalition the Imperium would have to proof itself and it's place among the stars and either stand triumphant against the imperial tides or getting washed away as another lost bastion of freedom.
As she saw the surface of her home world coming closer, the Princess closed her eyes. No, before the war and Hapes' contribution to the efforts of the Colonies' resistance against the First Order she wouldn't have prefered a more autocratic approach of gouvernment. Democracy was a valuable good that even a member from a royal family like her could reason. It seemed however that after the Galactic Alliance and the Corellian Coalition these types of gouvernment couldn't compete with a resurgent Empire either. Maybe the IRI would be the right answer on the right time. And thus she agreed with what the Queen Mother had decreed, returning once more to her home in order to defend it.

The brand new Dungeon-Class Star Frigate enters Hapes local space, broadcasting an IRI IFF. She was the Silent Coven, and was on loan to the Imperium along with her unit of Commandos, the Night Witches, currently augmenting security on Hapes. The ship moves into a stationary orbit above the city of Ta'a Chume'Dan, and shuttles head down to the planet to recover the commandos.
The ship's Captain is a Bith female named Uri Nome, and she is accompanied by the Captain-General of the Night Witches, Riva Shiel, a Shistavanen female. Together, they make a formidable and deadly team, working closely together. Riva padded up and down the command bridge, while the Captain oversaw the recovery operation.
Soon enough, the Inner Rim Imperium would be able to field all its own space and ground forces, and would no longer need to rely on vessels and personnel on loan or hire. The forces of Clan Australis had been put at the IRI's disposal for the early months of the fledgling Imperium's existence. Now that the treaty had been signed, and the IRI had begun to train and build its own forces, the Mandalorians would fade back to their own business.

Aboard the bridge of the Consortium Navy Hapan Battle Dragon, the Alcibie, Captain Kalei Aka, a raven haired female Hapan who has served in the Hapan Royal Navy since the age of 22, stands with her hands clasped behind her back as she watches the holographically projected tactical map as a trio of tiny yellow dots representing the Miy'til starfighters returning from their uneventful routine patrol moves closer to the larger dot representing the Alcibe, one of the 8 Hapan Battle Dragons, each supported by 2 Nova-class battlecruisers, in various positions in orbit over Hapes.
Once the Miy'til starfighters have landed in the Alcibe's hangar bay, Kalei contacts the captains of the Nova-class battlecruisers, the Deinomache and the Polemusa, supporting her warship to have them begin moving out with the Alcibe for the next rendezvous point on their patrol route, which will take them near the Valasca, one of the two Cardan III-class space stations in orbit over their homeworld.
