We had already decided to make the Hand of Thrawn a research facility about a week ago  Cain was promised it as a place for his experiments, then it evolved from there (with a little inspiration from Wolfenstein the New Order). The IC input, however, helps legitimize the future purpose for the Hand of Thrawn for the First Order. |

Makes things clearer now. I was unclear as to what our rules of engagement were and whether or not I could call damage on the Chiss ships as well as my own.

Makes things clearer now. I was unclear as to what our rules of engagement were and whether or not I could call damage on the Chiss ships as well as my own. Since Csilla has been unclaimed for months now, we can call hits on whatever we want. Everything is NPCed currently. However, I have been in contact with the Chiss splinter group started by Trask known as the Dominion. We have some mutually beneficial agreements formed and they may pop up during the course of the battle or in the aftermath of the First Order's conquest of Csilla. These agreements will yield positive results for both parties. Exciting and sinister? I am definitely going to make more of an effort to get online! I really want to be a part of this!
