The Rock of Valandil Ar-Feiniel
*A mammoth stone slab stands behind the pitted burial pyre facing west toward the ocean. The dimensions of the slab are 9 meters across & 3 high at center almost running the length of the burial pyre exact. Hand selected on Hoth by Diem Riain Dubh the chosen successor of Valandil Ar-Feiniel as The True Assassin. The sheer size, near perfect natural oval shape, texture smooth as silk & brilliant shade of dark grey with sharp silver lines peppered across all echo the man himself & his art that of the assassin.
Fine grain reflects the refined yet deadly gentleman who was. The dark grey reflects the veil of stealth that prelude the silver fatal slash of shiny blade. Together these colors give the effect of an ominous silvery glow. In the dim light of night the perpetually kept flame these colors combine to give the effect of an ominous silvery glimmer. As the rising sun in morn reflects across the Manaan ocean surface this color rises to a blinding glow.
At each end stands a stake with skull atop richly engraved with exquisite symbols. Two honor guards stand here in constant vigil. Two bodhran beat ceaselessly in background acompanied by the spine-chilling hum of lone Uilleann pipe. The pyre remains kept aflame. At center of the pit a massive caldron 2 meters tall and one wide is set deep near half buried. This clay fixture with gold edge rim is the place of ritual sacrifice.
The magnitude of this site is unmistakable. Valandil Ar-Feiniel the assassin sublime. Proud Dark Jedi, irreplaceable part of the Warriors of the Iron Fists who will never be forgotten. This burial monument offers testimony to his magnificence. As foretold in the ancient tradition, so long as this stone stands his legend would not be forgotten for the likes of him will not pass our way again.
This sacred place is open to all who wish pay homage; those who dare desecrate it will be crushed under an Iron Fist*

The Spear of Villa
*Set 12 meters back of Lia os Leacht ~ Memorial Stone of Valandil Ar-Feiniel stands another memorial but this one of a slightly different manner. Here a staked head stands of one of the greatest IF dead. On a ceremonial spear is 3.5 meters high, solid gold and richly decorated with jewels from the furthest corners of the universe topped by the symbols of VSE & IF just below a four pronged hilt on which the head of Villa, also known as Randall Flagg rests, a massive display of honor. The head is embalmed in cedar oil to protect it from decay, facing out on the Manaan sea. Perfectly cut Black Onyx set in eye sockets protect the eyes from pecking birds. In front a clay caldron with gold edge rim 1 meter wide is set deep surrounded by a shallow pit eternally kept aflame. This is the place of offerings of ritual sacrifice. Six veiled women keep up a constant chant that echoes across the beach. The request of a dying warrior his wish to look out upon the Manaan sea he loved so well will not be broken*

The Rock of the Iron Fists; burial stone of Lord Iniquitous aka Dace Concordia
*Arriving at the site the burial crew set about their task. A hole had been pre-dug 1/2 meter wide and long and 2 meters deep. Mórrígan spent a long moment whispering to the urn and kissed it once, slipped an odd stone from the ashes for a moment then placing them back sealed the urn tight. Standing back she watched intensely as the urn was slowly and delicately lowered into the ground. Then herself taking a shovel she covered the remains. A massive rock 8 meters long, 2.5 wide and over 3 high at center was placed delicately on the grave. The rock was a fittingly shadowy grey in color with a unique almost heart shaped ball in the center of shinny black and high white. As was tradition, a stake with a finely jeweled, engraved was placed at the right & left side. A tear rolled down the face of Mórrígan, which in itself spoke volumes of the man beneath the rock. An Tiarna's brother, friend, conscience, a rock on which the Iron Fists were built and honorable man. He would not, could not be replaced. To the girl, whom indeed he helped raise, Iniquitous was just short of a god, if still she enjoyed tossing rocks at him. Standing still for a time she deftly picked up a stone and tossed it on the grave before as if a shadow slipping away. The honor guard remained*

Avidus's shuttle landed just outside the cemetery. He bade with a gesture for his servant to follow. Still wearing his Iron Fist regalia, a regalia which had more meaning to him than his own life, he stode slowly and quietly through the cemetery paying his respects first to Lord Iniquitous. A man he had known from the very beginning of the Iron Fists. And his adopted Uncle. He took a deep sigh
"I am sorry Uncle, that it took me so long to join you here. It has been a long time."
He smiled a genuine smile, something that had been incredibly rare through his lifetime. Memories of Inky came flooding through his mind and he quietly continued talking to Inky. Soon, however he was racked by another agonizing spasm.
"I fear, Uncle, I must take my leave of you, for there is another I must visit."
Bowing slightly to his uncle, he turned and walked down the well tended path to Randall Flagg's head. He smiled. It was just like Randall to come up with something ridiculous as halving his disembodied head put up on a spit. Well, he had to admit, it was unique.
"Randall Flagg, I have missed you Master."
He bowed slightly out of respect. The memory of how this powerful Sith Sorcerer had taken him under his wing and baffled him with the dark arts pulled at him. He should have returned sooner, Avidus thought to himself, still, it was not a bad place to pass away. He spoke long to Randall Flagg before turning his gaze to the endless sea. He strode to the beach and gazed out into the sea, his feet being covered by the ebb and flow of the ocean. It would not be long now. As he slowly walked into the sea he spoke as if to his father An Tirana Dubh.
"It seems, my quest has ended in failure."
As the water engulfed him, he turned his thoughts to Lord Mortus, the man responsible for training him to fight and showing him the power of the mind. So, Master, this is how it truly ends....He took a deep breath his lungs filling with water. He did not struggle as he suffocated under the waves and weight of his armor. Vic who had been standing by the shore, watched his master walk into the sea. He knew this had been his master's plan all along. There was nothing for him to live for. As soon as Avidus had vanished into the waves and was no more.
Vic turned and picked up a single stone. Smooth, shiny and about the size of his skull. He placed it on the shore and putting his hands to the Iron Staples that had riveted his jaw bones closed with a mighty yank ripped them free. He drew a rasping breath, and picked up the stone exhaling on it. the magic which had imbued him to life leaving his body. The words, "Avidus Dubh, Warrior of the Iron Fists" appeared on the rock. With his last moments Vic planted the rock where Avidus had first set foot in the water. As his hands placed the rock in the sand, Vic crumbled into bone dust. His clothing instantly dry rotting to ash, and his remains were blown away over the water.
So ends the life of Avidus Dubh.

There came a great ripple with the passing of Avidus; a pulse unsettled the sand and gravel of the grave yard, reaching the sea, causing the usually calm blue to turn foamy white and roil. The planet mourned the loss of another one of its children. The next few moments passed in a bone chilling silence, yet none were there to appreciate it. It was the calm before the storm.
That calm was broken by a behemoth of a man, who emerged from the shadows. Clad from head to toe in all black, naught could be seen of his face, save for ice blue eyes and a lock of stark, silver hair. The man walked from the shadows towards the patch of earth where Vic had turned to dust, his eyes never leaving the sea as he moved. Each step seemed to reverberate with some unsettling force- yet as he walked, there was no sound. The towering figure stopped where the water met the sand, slowly removing his hood to reveal his face. It was not easy on the eyes, for it was the face of a war lord; it appeared as though hewn from stone. He had a square jaw lined with white stubble and a strong jutting chin, which complemented a strong brow that seemed constantly furrowed.
Keeping his eyes on where Avidus sank into Manaan's embrace, he knelt down and placed one hand on the dust that was once the servant's body. A sense of loss gripped him. After a few moments the man stood up, casting his eyes to the epitaphs of his brothers in arms. Some were claimed by war, others by treason. He was all that was left of the once feared legion. He was the last of the warriors, forgotten in a time of peace. This was not his place; the galaxy had changed, long ago. He was a relic of the past- a darker time where war gripped the galaxy, and fear was so palpable that it beckoned the darkness into the light. He was a part of that darkness, and so was Avidus.
I am alone...
He spoke aloud, with none to hear him.
The force reverberated through him, unsettling the sand near by again, as the man sat in utter silence, with only the sound of lapping waves to accompany him.

The back hairs on Nexus' neck prickled. Someone familiar had come to Manaan, but it was someone he hadn't felt in a long time. Nexus tried to remember, but there was something different about the sensation- something had changed since Nexus had sensed them last. It was unsettling. The Dark Lord allowed his hand to brush against the hilt of his saber for reassurance.
For a moment he considered alerting An Tiarna's togorians, but he felt that he did not need it, or perhaps that it would not change anything. The dark lord slowly rose to his feet, turning to face the sole entrance to the grave yard.
He waited. The Honor guard would occasionally glance at him, but most knew that the Dark Lord was not one to allow disrespect to the dead to go unpunished.

A watcher, a protector, that was his mandate, or at least it had been; an assignment to the graveyard that was Manaan, Steffo hadn't imagined it being more figurative, oh the irony. Manaan was a waste, it lay dying and to be reclaimed by the dust, the once powerful villa that had formed the epicenter of a mighty and sinister dread that had spread fear like ripples across the galaxy lay crumbling, a shabby dark shell. The dark power it's inhabitants had possesed seeped freely from it's walls, but they were mere eerie sighs as the it gave up it's last breaths.
Days had become weeks which in turn had soon spiralled into months and years and time itself spiralled beyond his caring, no contact, no voice, no call to arms and nothing to report, Steffo was, he guessed as dead to the Jedi Order as this planet was, but a Jedi he was, for that was all he knew and duty or at least his sense of it was all that lay between him and insanity one might suppose. He had nothing else, a watch he was assigned and so a watch he would keep until he could keep it no more.
He sat atop a cliff, the jagged rough edge matching the face of it's lone occupant, hard lines and a grim but still and peacful vissage of a man whom had expeirenced much and every action, failing and loss was etched into that face. Eyelids sprung open as his steely blue gaze became sharp and almost binocular his head snapping down toward the tattered remains of the walled graveyard bellow.
Ripples in the force; these were nothing new, the force ebbed and flowed, this, this was a riptide, it were as though the air itself had been sucked into a gaping greedy maw and then suddenly exhaled and pushed out in some form of bellow. The very air seemed to pulse, the ground seemed to sing and maybe it was his imagination but new life of a dark kind was given to the villa.
He rose, calling his saber to hand, leaped off the cliff firing a rappel line behind him which caught with a jerk, he grunted with the sudden sharp tug and thought he was getting too old for this, then made his way to the bottom of the cliff, taking time to detatch the line and begin to walk toward the gap in the brickwork he could only assume had once been a rear entrance.
The presence left a metallic taste in his mouth, and, it had a forboding sense of familiarity about it, yet somehow renewed, ancient, yet fresh, a paradox. Whatever or whomever had sprung forth it was his duty to discover.
He drew comfort from the force, a heightened awareness and sharpness fired through his muscles, creating a rudimentary shield about himself he stepped through the entrance of the garden and onto the gravel pathway.

Delvin Keets walked through the graveyard of the Iron Fists. He found it somewhat amazing that there was a head mounted on a spear in the graveyard. He spied a figure standing by the rock were Avidus had walked to his death. His head hurt. The man standing there seemed familiar, yet there was something alien about him all at once. Like a lost memory. He closed his eyes concentrating. He tried to picture his parents. But nothing came. The memories he had of them were very few. And he could not remember the face of his father. Yet the ripple he had felt when Avidus had died, it resonated in a way he had never experienced before. Quietly, Delvin walked to the rock and stood next to the figure gazing down first then at the sea of Manaan.

Two presences made themselves known; neither was the one that Nexus had felt moments before, yet both were still threats. He knew of the first, for it was of light and truth. A jedi- one he had crossed paths with many years before, in a time when war filled the galaxy. The other presence eluded at a familiarity, yet Nexus did not know of him personally.
The dark lord opened himself to the force, letting both feel him- assuming that the second man could sense the force. His emotions flooded the senses; agony, pain, hatred and even fear. It was overwhelming to most that were not accustomed to the sith, yet Nexus knew Steffo would understand- he was not here to fight, but to mourn. He noted the jedi's approach, he lifted his hand up to the honor guard with an open palm, a sign for them to leave the area. As the togorians left the area, Nexus turned to the figure at his side- he was a substantially younger man who bore familiar features.
"What brings you here, boy?"
His words were heavy; tired, but not angry. He spoke as an old man, not a young warrior, though only a fool would ignore the lengthy hilt of his saber which rested on his left hip.

Steffo halted, he was physically abated.
Awashed with pain, torment, the force cried out the ancient being, his tangible pressence was that of darkness but there was no mallice, only, only a great maw that could suck the unwary in, a great pit of sorrow............Nexus.
He knew him from what seemed eons prior, a time when all was strife and turmoil, when the great wars had torn at a multitude of planets, when the dark side had given birth to many a Sith and Sith pretender and the light side too had answered in abundance, many had fallen on both sides, this man, if man he were anymore was lost as much as Steffo himself, only difference being Steffo were driven by duty and Nexus compelled by his grief and anguish, yet both were warriors both had seen much, lived through much. Steffo did not lower his defenseive shield.
His steely gaze travelled to the younger man, not someone he recognised and enemy or threat was hard to discern, sensing that at least Nexus was not here at this moment to bring about any kind of evil the Jedi put away his lightsaber, clipping it once more to his belt and watched as Nexus dismissed the guard near by who up until then had stood poised, deadly and ready.
Steffo walked cautiously forward toward Nexus in this strange now dream like sequence, for in what world could he have imagined a meeting in this time and space between such contrasting figures, and yet for the first time in years for neither seeking the annihilation of the other. He studied Nexus and eyed the younger man and watched him approach. Pausing as Nexus addressed the youth. His brow arched as his interest piqued; Nexus did not ask Steffo his reason for being here, but did ask this younger man, strange then, was Steffo himself expected, clearly Nexus hadn't been waiting for this younger man to make himself known and this was therefore not a pre-arranged meeting.

Delvin turned to look at Nexus. He took in the man's features. As Nexus opened himself to him, Delvin felt the anger, hatred, fear, agony, and pain. All were familiar to Delvin. Yet he lacked the experience of this man, and he knew it. He realized he must now choose his words very carefully. The bearing of Nexus marked him as a fearsome warrior.
"I do not know. My name however, is Delvin Keets. I journeyed from my home planet of Korriban following my feelings. They brought me here to this place-"
He paused and gestured to the memorial stone
"And to this marker. I felt this man's passing. Yet I have no connection to him. Right now, I seek training, knowledge, and-"
His eyes blazed with a sudden brightness.
"Adventure."

He slowly turned his head, locking cool blue eyes onto Delvin's."Adventure? Training? What galaxy are you from boy. You were born 20 years too late..." He probed the man with the force, and not in a delicate fashion- he wanted to rip away any potential deceptions. He delved into his mind, tearing through any barriers or wards. Who was this boy? Why did he come to Manaan, now of all times. Delvin would feel a sensation similar to a soldering iron pressing against his temple as the sith burrowed into his mind. After a few moments, the sensation disappeared as Nexus found all that he needed to know. He was quiet for several seconds, before looking to the sea.Without taking his eyes off of the boy, he spoke in a loud, booming voice."Steffo Rancis...it has been some time. What brings a jedi to a backwater like this dead world?" He turned his back to Devlin, locking eyes with the jedi. His stare was mesmerizing, yet not menacing so much as curious.

The voice reverberated around despite the lack of walls or ceiling to bounce of, amplified by the force perhaps. The voice was deep and gutteral and carried with it an air of command, no surprise since Steffo was sure that Nexus was a being to whom every command was obeyed, there was no mallice in the tone and it carried no threat.
He smiled grimly and snorted softly.
Dead indeed, or it had been, up until now, now things had gotten interesting, he was quite content to play the Dark Lord's game for now and see where the line of conversation ran to, he also saw this as a chance to talk to someone and maybe even gain information.
"Some time indeed, This is my planet so to speak, my assignment is to watch over, protect and report back any signs of activity, up until now...."
Steffo trailed off then gestured with his hand at Nexus and the youth.
"So I find it highly unlikely you were passing through, why after all these years come...."
The Jedi once again gestured, only this time he encompassed all that was around them, the garden and the falling villa.
"...Here."
The question wasn't why here, but more so, why now, if Nexus had survived all these years Steffo doubted it was freak chance he decided to pay some last respects, and yet sorrow still radiated from him and it was quite palpable, could he really have returned because, what? He missed his bretheren. Or was there something more here, despite the mounrful feelings Nexus seemed to be radiating through the force the Jedi was well aware that feelings as strong as this could be a powerful catalyst. The Nexus from years past would not act without reason, no Dark Lord would.

Delvin resisted the urge to fight. He knew now was not the time. Despite Nexus's boring into his mind which he found quite rude, he simply allowed Nexus to do so. Nexus would not find much, his time spent growing up on Korriban was fairly typical of any dark force user. But there was a piece missing from this picture. Nexus would not find any parents in the mind of this 'boy'. He took a breath composing himself as his hands slowly clenched into fists. He was slightly irritated at Nexus's treatment of him, but at the same time recognized it was not the place or time for a fight.
"Yes. Training and adventure. I have nothing in this life, save my name. But you should know that already. I seek to make something of myself. Nothing more."
He stopped talking as Steffo appeared. As Nexus turned his back to him. He waited. One thing he had learned on Korriban was patience. Even if he was harbored a smoldering anger at Nexus's words. He sensed Steffo's affiliation to light, and wondered what business a Sith Lord had with the Jedi. But again, knew better than to voice these opinions. He would wait for now.

Nexus felt the irritation radiate from the stranger that was Delvin. He was not surprised, though the man's patience was something that did surprise him. It was good- that meant he passed the first and second tests. First he proved that he was not foolish enough to challenge the older man on hallowed grounds, and second that he was patient. The last thing the dark lord had the tolerance for was a loose cannon; he used to be one until life humbled him, and he knew where that path led- it was not a place that he wanted to go with someone. He withdrew his conscience as he engaged Steffo, focusing on the jedi.Dead indeed, or it had been, up until now, now things had gotten interesting, he was quite content to play the Dark Lord's game for now and see where the line of conversation ran to, he also saw this as a chance to talk to someone and maybe even gain information."Some time indeed, This is my planet so to speak, my assignment is to watch over, protect and report back any signs of activity, up until now...." The Jedi once again gestured, only this time he encompassed all that was around them, the garden and the falling villa."...Here." Nexus resisted the urge to let out another bitter chuckle, instead turning his back to the duo. He took two steps closer to the sea, lifting his chin; the ocean air whipped his hair, which was loose, save for a small pony tail to keep his bangs out of his face. The stark silver strands seemed dull in the light- or perhaps it was simply more grey than silver now. He spoke out towards the sea, not taking his eyes from the horizon. Some would take it as disrespectful, but Nexus rarely maintained eye contact with anyone other than a good friend, or his next victim.
"You presume that I am here to take your planet? No, Steffo. Rest assured, I am not here to cause you or Manaan any undue trouble...I merely came here to pay my respects one final time." Nexus closed his eyes for a moment, allowing his mind's eye to see his surrounding without distraction. It was just as he had seen- the clouds were heavier than normal, and his skin felt clammy. Soon the boy would emerge, with eyes of fire and a heart of hate; he was familiar, and yet foreign. He was the reason Nexus had come, to face a fate that he had seen many years before. Opening his eyes, he spoke out in a hollowed voice that did not seem to belong to him."When you stand as the last, that is when you will fall. No brothers will be there to save you, no army to defend you. You will be alone, and that is why you will break; the hand that will fell you was once the hand that you held." He blinked, then turned to face Steffo and Delvin, looking at Steffo silently for a moment."I have come here to die..." And with that, he looked at Delvin with a smirk."So it seems any adventure with me will be unlikely- however, perhaps my killer may have what you seek" Nexus did not emit any sense of fear or forboding. He knew of his impending death for many years. It bestowed an odd sense of acceptance upon him. The only thing that soured his mood was the knowledge that he was the last of them. He gazed over the garden for a moment.

He sensed that Nexus approved of his patience. He had learned this a long time ago. To be patient was to wait out those who sought to do one harm. The words came back to him. From...somewhere. He lost focus on the here and now for a moment trying to recollect who had said them. But nothing came. He was shook back to reality when Nexus spoke the words "I have come here to die." These words stunned Delvin into silence. He could not comprehend what Nexus was saying. He had a feeling that he would know when the time was right. But he marveled at the Sith Lord's words. He was the mores powerful Force User that Delvin had come across.

Steffo fixed him with his sharp blue eyes."Adventure? Why adventure? Why here? remember a man can make a name for himself in many ways, you have the eagerness of youth, the want and need to prove yourself, do not be rash boy in leaping before looking or you may leap the wrong way, paths lie open before you, your choices define you, don't make the mistakes I once did." He took two steps closer to the sea, lifting his chin; the ocean air whipped his hair, which was loose, save for a small pony tail to keep his bangs out of his face.
Steffo then listened to Nexus, firstly he responded to the Dark Lords initial statment that he was not here to take the planet, not that Steffo perceieved he was here for such a purpose, but he could not deny he was suspicious. He shrugged."Old habbits die hard my friend, I did not believe you were here to attack, but forgive me for believing you were here for a more malignant reason than, as it now transpires you are indeed here to...." Steffo was staggered to the point where he actually took a step backward, for it hit him like a ten ton wall of duracrete and he wasn't even sure why. Steffo had called Nexus friend, and in an odd way he was, Steffo had known the Dark Lord years, they had crossed blades many a time and by the force and sometimes sheer luck both had survived, not always unscathed but survived none the less. Yet in this time and place Steffo felt hollow. The man before him was a ying to his yang, it gave the Jedi purpose, the two over the eons after all had earned a grudging respect for one another, but a respect neverthelss and for now Nexus to simply announce his death. It begged belief, it went against the grain. He was a Dark Lord of the Sith Steffo had expected him to go down in a blaze of glory, to have some duel of epic proportions with six Jedi or to have another aspiring Dark apprentice take the mantle. Yet here stood an accepting Nexus, Steffo might have even said peacful Nexus. He was content to die, yet Steffo figured it fitted with the ethos, for Nexus was still in control, even of his death, just as a Dark Lord should be. Nexus wasn't being beaten, he was choosing to die.Steffo managed to re-assemble his face and school his expression even though the Dark Lord had turned away from him."Death is the greatest adventure of all." Then he couldn't help himself."Why? Why now? Why here?" It just didn't seem right, not that it was the Jedi's place to judge, it was only his inquistiive mind, he had to know the Dark Lord's logic, his thinking. He doubted Nexus would reveal all, and why should he, but Steffo hoped the man, who now seemed tired of life would share some of his reasoning.

Beneath their feet, a predator stalked. He did not feel like a predator however, as doubt plagued his mind while he waded waist deep in togorian excrement. He didn't gag, nor did he cough. Even with doubt, he kept a sterned face, because his heavy heart outweighed his logical mind. Most wondered how he could soldier through these moments- especially his crew. But none knew the tragic tale of his past. How he rose to an apex, only to be stripped of everything. The fall was what made him power through the toughest of scenarios. He was stripped of everything, and forced to claw his way back to this moment. He couldn't help but to think back to the day that set him on his path.
A doorway left ajar that should have been shut. The room was well lit, almost as though to purposefully show the terror that lay beyond. Her corpse lay in the center of the room, twisted as though she had passed from her affliction, yet he knew better. The room felt heavy, with a taint of true evil; he knew it was dangerous, yet his body moved to hers. Those cold lifeless eyes were still so beautiful. He knelt by her side, resting a hand on hers- there was no point checking her pulse, she was gone. That was when he felt the darkness take hold of his heart. It would never let go, not until he avenged her by killing the one who took her from him. The one that he once looked under; the one who stood mere meters beyond.
Nexus...
The name alone caused the blood to boil in his veins and leave a putrid taste in his mouth. This man charaded as a father figure, he taught him much and claimed to offer his hand in friendship; perhaps that is why he made it look like her murder was of natural causes. But the ruse was clearly seen through- Kaern felt the taint of the old man on her. For years he clung to this hatred. It was the fire that fueled him.
He was here for retribution.
"Blood for blood."
He spoke his mantra aloud as he managed to find the platform closest to his target. He did not bother hiding his force signature- the old mans ego was enough to bank on him making the error of underestimating Kaern. He wouldnt call for backup- he presumed himself untouchable. That was where he was wrong.
He found the service elevator. Looking left, then right, then left again, he took a breath. This was what he had worked towards for all of these years. He felt the familiar sting of fear, but the thought of her last moments allowed him to push past it. He was going to make him pay. He felt others surrounding Nexus.
"Good, an audience..."
He slammed his hand against the elevator's console. It spoke out with an eerie monotone that seemed to speak with the finality that he felt in his heart.
"Going up."
Perhaps this would be his last day, but that didn't worry him. No matter how this ended, she would be avenged. That thought wiped the last doubt from his mind.

Delvin felt a new force signature. He immediately sensed the hatred and loathing this new person had for Nexus. He did not know what lay in this person's past, but he knew there was trouble brewing. Closing his eyes he took a deep breath and focused. He could almost track this man's presence so strong was his hatred. And yet there was also a lot of focus. Nexus was this man's target and he knew that Nexus had seen this coming. He also knew that Nexus was doomed. He opened his eyes and smiled slightly. This was what Nexus had meant by his killer. He need not say anything. He shifted slightly preparing for a confrontation should this killer turn on him as well.
