The minerals of Mygeeto were rich veins that helped fuel the ever growing war machine of the Empire. Just like the Old Empire, under Palpatine, it would even consider sleeping for a second. Its production needed more resources and so worlds, like Mygeeto, provided the necessary means for weapons, armor, ships, vehicles, and such to augment the Naval and Land arms of the Imperial Military. Many times, Imperial overseers came to this world to examine the mines and their progress. Of course, slaves weren't used anymore. Nowadays it was mechanical means and volunteer workers, with a little mix of convicts serving penal sentences. The work force was stronger than prior and less prone to rebellion as the planet was the site of two such occurrences during the formative years of the First Order. Muun political prisoners incited the slaves to revolt and they were harshly put down. Those days seemed over now since the transition from slave workers.

Jenia KasalleFrom hyperspace, a small formation of damaged warships exited over Mygeeto. The inflicted wounds upon the hulls seemed fresh and rather gruesome, for what had happened was unexpected. Having moved into the D'Astan sector, and found some repose over Axxila, in the Outer Rim, treachery struck the very heart of Task Force Hercules. It came like a thunder, an angry and agitated roar, and it broke a once harmonious crew in two.
From the warship, Justicar, a mutiny erupted across several ships. Joined with her came the Black Star, Supernova, and Wodao as they open fired upon ships still loyal to Admiral Saren. The Divinity, a Victory III-class Star Destroyer, had been left as a smoldering husk over the planet, along with a sister ship, the Scimitar. A Vindicator-class Heavy Cruiser, Aegis, and another Ardent-class, Defender, were embroiled in fierce internal mutiny between loyal and rebel crews. It wasn't long before the Katana fell silent, over the planet, Vinsoth in the Sprizen Sector.
However, Admiral Saren managed to inflict losses upon the mutineers, destroying the Wodao and Justicar. Yet, at a crucial moment, the Sabre broke away from the fleet, fleeing Eastward. She was followed by the Dauntless while two of the four remaining Ardents, Mauler and Aspiration, joined the rebel fleet. Thus, once the mighty Hercules Task Force was down to just four ships. The Andras was heavily damaged, his son was among the wounded who fought back mutineers on his vessel. And, thinking there was some repose, new signature lit up on the sensors.Hold fast! They followed us!Admiral Saren shouts over the hive that was his bridge. Soon, four Ardent-class Fast Frigates jumped into Mygeeto's system, all of them damaged but hungering for a fight. Vidarr curses himself for not seeing this! He raises his hand, commanding what remained of the crew.Protect the Andras! Zealous Intent, Ominous, prepare to open fire! Turbolasers, fire!Soon, a firefight erupted between once brother and sister of the Diarchy, or what was once the Warlord state. The tattered fleets bombarding each other with what remained of their arsenals and manpower. As this happened, Admiral Saren relayed a communication to Mygeeto. He came here for a reason after all and, hopefully, they wouldn't turn away a fellow Imperialist.Mygeeto, this is Admiral Saren of the Hercules! I request the assistance of the First Order! My fleet has mutinied against my command and we are at our wits end! I repeat, I request the assistance of Imperial forces in this system!Stars above, hopefully whatever Torkan's relative had done would bring him some due aid.

The signal was answered quickly by a nearby fleet, consisting of a Victory II-class Star Destroyer and two escorting cruisers of the Vindicator-A class. The Hercules immidiately got response by the female commander of the ship, the holo image of her popping up swiftly. ::Admiral Saren, here speaks Commodore Naya Thax of the First Order. We are en route and will aid you, instructing our fighter squadrons.::
The communication array paused as another message followed in. This one though however was directed at all the entering ships.
::Attention Diarchy forces! Here speaks Commodore Naya Thax of the First Order. Lower down your weapon systems and shields. Submit to our command and stop the infighting on the Emperor's territory or you shall face the consequences. Reinforcements are on the way, so you have been warned should you not comply.::
So far the threat seemed hollow, given that the patrol fleet of the First Order in this system seems to consist out of older ships, hardly being a threat for the much more agile Ardent-class. Yet, Vidarr could see that the Vindicator-class vessels already began to release swarms of TIE fighters at once already. What the defending force might lack in terms of technological advantage, their starfighters could easily change, so far he already knew from prior intels, when the First Order had signed treaties with the Diarchy on the Diarch Torkan's behalf.

The mutineers were no longer Diarchy as the state no longer existed. Their vendetta against Admiral Saren, who they believed was a part of the plot that saw their nation fall, and were rather tired of moving here and there, superseded any request of surrender by the First Order. The captain of the Black Star relayed his orders, intensifying the attack upon Vidarr's beleaguered fleet. They would fight to the end it seemed, being as stubborn as mules in seeing their mutiny complete. However, there were likely some on board who were just tired and desired to surrender themselves.
The renewed bombardment slammed against what remained of the shields of the Hercules. The bridge shuttered violently and klaxons blared to life. Several of the crew were thrown from their seats as the pressure of the attack was finally putting too much strain on the wounded vessel. Admiral Saren grabs a comlink and slams his hand down a few keys. The automated 'evacuate' message went out throughout his precious flagship. This is Admiral Saren to the crew of the Hercules! Abandon ship! I repeat, abandon ship!Once more, the Star Destroyer lurched from another salvo of turbolaser fire. The crew began to evacuate rapidly as Vidarr put in some last coordinates and heading for his ship. If she was going down, might as well make it count! Aiming for the proximity of the Black Star and Supernova, she would take either or both. Once the setting was put into the computer, Vidarr ran out of the bridge, moving to find an available escape pod or shuttle.
He slid onto the ground as another violent lurch went off, spurts of fire and metal going off near one of the walls. Damn it! The Imperial thought as he got up, rushing further down the corridor. The Admiral met up with some of the crew who urged him to follow them as they headed for a place to escape. As they got to the launching pad, a blaster went off, causing them to turn and see a handful of Stormtroopers. Twice damn it! These must have been mutineers hiding among the crew!=Stormtrooper= Admiral Saren! You will die with this ship!To hell with this, thought Saren as he drew his blaster pistol and fired back. The crew, with their commander and still loyal, drew their own weapons too and a small firefight ensued. All former loyalties were gone it seemed. This fleet had been through hell and back prior and remained united as the Diarchy was formed and expanded. Now, in this desperate hour, brotherhood was forgotten... this was what had become of their Diarchy. Who was behind this would pay!

Seeing as the invading ships began to fire upon the vessels of their former faction made this a rough decision for the Commodore as she looked outside the Victory II's window port, TIE/fo's and other variants of the TIE line bypassing the leading ship of the sector patrol. Well, they had their chance. Now there was only hope to minimize the potential damages. "All squadrons, the order is given to focus fire on the Ardent-class frigates. Reroute energy to the ion cannons and shield the Victory III's as best as possible. Any foreign shuttle craft and escape pods that leave their ships are to be ignored, priority lies on disabling their weapon systems. Thax over." Silently the Commodore watched as the heavy ion cannons on her ship were now focusing the more aggressive Ardent-class vessel, while the backup in form of the Vindicator heavy cruiser's ion cannon systems did a similiar thing. Only a portion of their weaponry was unleashed upon these stubborn Imperials that were desiring an infighting despite their weakened state, while most of the gunner crews with the sharp weapons remained ready. While the present TIE Demolishers would be held back for now in order to ensure that most of those, that wished for a swift surrender, had still their chance to make it out, yet Thax knew that at the point where the First Order's own troops would be endangered by the situation they would have to strike in retaliation.
The First Order had mercy with those that submitted to them, but in the end there was no place for unnecessary sacrifices for the sake of the single individual. In the end the Empire and it's foundations had to endure, no matter how noble the cause was.
She took another look onto the console. A patrol from the neighbouring system had already answered, their arrival estimated to roughly beneath ten minutes. Well, that's the time they would give these traitors anyways. Once the reinforcements arrive, there wasn't even need for their own forces anymore. Then they would just slaughter off the rest of these bannerless imperials, that had refused the First Order's benevolent offer of surrender towards the true Empire.

The last blaster discharged, causing the remainder mutineer to fall, her blastoid armor cracked where the laser had impacted. But it wasn't all easy; of the seven, including Vidarr, who had opposed the errant rebels, two were dead, three were injured, including the Admiral. The first shot that had went off, killing the first rebel, but the next shot, from the mutineers, slammed into his arm with another hitting his shoulder. As a result, Vidarr felt his left arm numb and tingling from the pain. Damn these rebels... they had ruined all his work! All the effort the Admiral had put into motion to see his crew excel was all for nothing now! But there was no use in dwelling upon it as the ship lurched again.
Come on!
Vidarr motions to those still with him as they proceeded to the nearest available pod. The wounded were carefully placed within as Saren began punching in the system, turning on the escape vehicle. Their little pod lurched and zipped out of the Hercules, joining a few recent launches. Saren glanced behind him, seeing the Hercules, taking in blows and advancing closer and closer to the two Ardent-class Frigates.
Bon voyage, Hercules...
Vidarr says quietly before sighing deeply. He then keys a comlink, hopefully getting a hold of Commodore Thax.
Commodore Thax, this is Admiral Saren. I have abandoned my flagship due to the immense damage it has sustained. The Hercules is on a collision course with the Supernova and Blackstar. I have wounded on my escape pod, I hope that your facilities can be of assistance to those who have remained loyal to me during this mutiny.
Saren just wanted some rest, some FREAKING REST!

With the transmission from Saren recieved, the Commodore nodded towards the officer, that had shown the transmission towards her, eventually turning her attention towards the adressed matter at hand. "Prepare the tractor beams to pull out any approaching shuttles and escape pods and order the Navy Commandos at the hangar bays to stay vigilant. Bomber squadrons are ordered to focus fire onto the remaining mutineers, as they ignored our request." "Aye madam! What about the defecting Admiral? Shall we put him under arrest, once he got captured?" A mild pause followed, which Thax broke after a short time, shaking her head. "Arrest him, but treat him well, like the rest of them, if they behave", she ordered solely, before looking out again of the window port as she watched the Hercules engaging the opponent ships on ramming speed, "I'm not the Grand Admiral, but knowing her I'm certain that the case of Mr. Saren would peak her interest. And thus also will be worth mentioning towards the Emperor." Given that a prior report from General Theyne about defecting Diarchy members in prominent positions had recently reached her, it seemed to be worth to gain more information about their warlord cell and the minds behind it, now that it has officially fallen apart. While a lot of these Imperials under the false banner might still be executed for continiued resistance against their true overlord, the Emperor himself, others among the higher authorities of the former Diarchy could proof to be useful additions towards the First Order's war machine, if the right arguments were brought forward. Therefore Thax hoped, that Saren's pod would make it out alive.
----
As the escape pod made it's way out, white-coloured TIE-wings passed it by with the First Order's flights being on the hunt. For mostly they would ignore the Hercules, as priority targets were the frigates. Certainly a panic broke out among the mutineers, as the first TIE bombers came in, drawing the attention of their guns upon them. While one of the bombers was shot down unlucky among the whole situation, a barrage of proton bombs rained down onto the Blackstar, hitting the frigate on various weakpoints. With the shields and engine power collapsing, the Ardent-class frigate became a sitting duck within seconds, while the crew of the Supernova hardly realized the incoming danger. A few dogfights between the First Order's TIE fighters and the mutineer's TIE fighter types of the Diarchy broke out, yet their numbers and the First Order's ability to jam the interferences of the enemy fighter squadrons with the various TIE Signals on the field made short process of them. Overall the situation was in controll for the First Order and only few of their own fighters had to give their lives within this situation.
So far a lot of escape pods and shuttles had made their escape from the Hercules, reaching soon the three approaching cruisers of the First Order, spearheaded by the Banshee, the commanding Victory-II class Star Destroyer. One by one ships were picked up by the tractor beams, while small fighter escorts returned back to the ship in order to ensure that none of the shuttle-crafts would utilize this situation of surrender for another ploy. Past expieriences had shown them to be rather careful about situations like these and with the promise of mutineers among the ranks of the Diarchy, the First Order's presence even around the escape crafts would further solidify that from now on they were in charge of these people for the moment. And that defiance would be punished by the watchful eyes of the TIE pilots immidiately.
