Hello everybody! Back on 1.5 there was a Jensaarai Order that was started by Garwig Gil Ga'Mesh and Anven Firestar. I was a member of said order, but the order itself did not make it very far after the crash. I seek to remedy this and add a new Force using faction to the universe. Something that isn't Jedi or Sith, nor does it support any system in the Canon/Legends. This would give us the autonamy to flesh out the order and how its political views side. As for the OOC I wanted to bring them back in order to support the GCOR. Now for those of you who don't know the Jensaarai are a Force sect that was formed shortly before the Clone Wars and persisted into the Legacy era. They are a morally gray group that follow a mixture of both Jedi and Sith teachings but are more lightside aligned. If one was to classify them they would be Gray Jedi, or Fallen Jedi. They are much more than that though, with their own unique force powers, and distinct look. I would like to try and keep as much of the work that the two individuals above put into this as I can. They fleshed out a ranking system (think Jedi ranks) and how they are attained. At one point we even had a temple on Contruum but that has been archived. I would like a fresh start while keeping our roots. Founding a new temple, going on missions and the ever popular character growth. I guess this thread is to gauge any interest that might exist to see if others want to join in. |

So, just to keep it all in one centralised place; my Jedi characters are planning to join the Jensaarai.
A Jedi Historian, a Jedi Knight and Padawan. They want to bring balance to the Force and know that being on one side of the divide won't be conducive to that, so this is how the development will go, I think.

Right on. Seeing as we are both on Geonosis right now, I think it would be best to meet up. Seeing as you are a historian it might make finding a base easier. I was thinking of setting up shop on Utapau in one of the planets sink holes. Find an ancient Sith temple, explore it and see what we find. It might make for a fun adventure.

I look forward to this cult going somewhere again - there is another thread for the Jensaarai around here somewhere, I suggest you trawl that board for other members as well - maybe send out a mass PM to some of those.

Good luck on getting things rolling. If you guys want to set up some sort of alliance with the Jedi Order like there was in canon, feel free to drop us a line! If you'd prefer to take things in a new direction though, no big deal.  |

My historian isn't yet on Geonosis but will be shortly, my Padawan is there, however.
I'm all up for going into a dangerous Sith Temple 
What would our relationship be with the Grand Confederacy? Is it going to be like the Jedi and the Republic, where we serve but are separate, or will we be a subordinate branch?

Thanks for the interest Viktor, right now I would suggest coming to Geonosis as the Order will be backing the faction forming there. After that I think we can all decide on where to go next. I was thinking Utapau. Ill make a post about sending a message through the holonet asking any remaining Jensaarai to meet there.
I think that can be arranged Aer.

Cool I'll find a spot to make my official appearance IC, then make my way to Geonosis. As for where our home base should be, I would like to suggest Rishi. Since it exports ores and minerals, plus fuel sources. Utapau would also work since it's exports starships. Maybe have Utapau as our main base of operations and have Rishi be our temple, where young members train/learn. Just an idea I had while looking at both Rishi and Utapau on wookieepedia.

Will post later. Just to clarify, Rae Daro will join the Jensaarai, but he's also going to be the Spiverelda Ambassador/Military aid for the Confederacy. So expect some twisted loyalties and hesitations to go either way if there's ever disagreement.

Been toying with the notion of coming back to write again and where I should start. Since this guy already has armor I would say this is a better fitting group than others. So I guess I just have to ask a few questions.
1. What is the current storyline ?
2. What are the over all goals?
3. Where is this taking place?
As this is one of my favorite groups of Force-users, besides the Imperial Knights, I hope to see them in action once again.

You are more than welcome to come to us friend. I remember seeing this characer when it joined the Imp Knights.
Right now we are starting from the ground up. We are meeting on Geonosis to discuss what the Jensaarai are and gauge peoples interest in joining IC. We as a group are looking to support the Grand Outer Rim Coalition (I think thats what GCOR stands for) and stand as a force user group to help make the GCOR more "official" in the eyes of the galactic community, and operate in a similar direction as the Imperial Knights do for the FO and the Jedi for the Republic, or the Tapani Knights of the Tapani Empire. Once the meeting is finished I would like to have one of our members find evidence of a Sith Temple on Utapau and work with the GCOR to clear it and make it our base of operations and tie it in the the civil turmoil in the group.
Once we are settled and created creating an official usergroup would be nice if we can get enough people interested in it OOC. Beyond that the main goal is the reestablishment IC after the order was all but destroyed during the Mandalorian Crusade and create a safe place away from Imperial rule. I say this because many of the species in this group are non human and the Imperials are bad for non humans and so far most of the members are not humans.
