I feel we don't necessarily need people to write as the locals. It's better to assume that we will likely be fighting NPCs rather than waiting for people to be interested. I don't think these raids/occupations will require much anyway. I would rather not get bogged down cause writers who promise to write the locals either lose interest, motivation or have stuff to do in RL. Better we just rp our Mandos and the NPCs defending.

I agree with Galaar about just having the locals be NPCs. As he suggested, I think it will keep things moving briskly.

Since everyone has received their planet and their partner, we should probably start getting things underway. Would everyone like to do a quick briefing on Keldabe or would everyone prefer to have their orders sent by datapad so they may start the raid faster?

I was planning for Galaar to visit Mandalore and suggest the idea of raids and expansion to the wartime admiral, Torin Bralor, then go before the Mandalore herself. I will get that all squared away starting today!

Awesome, welcome back.
If y'all don't want others running the NPCs/locals, that is fine. I'm still going to see if anyone outside wants in. One of the groups might be open to going head to head style. But I'll leave that up to the groups to decide among themselves.
We can handle it either way. Aya has an open door policy for suggestions. Getting the backing of the War Admiral would also be a good thing (Which, by the way, is an awesome rank title & I'm making it the official title).

In the interest of not holding things up any longer, I think it would be a good idea to use Kaalin's idea about getting the assignments by datapad so that things can get rolling. Galaar and I are in the process of RPing out the initial meeting that results in the assignments, but I don't see any need to wait until it is finished for everyone else to get going, so if there is no objections, I suggest the other teams just use the OOC stuff here as far as objectives go, and write as though messages were sent with the assignments.

Ok, sorry about the heavy delay. I'm back online properly now. The draw back to having the net wired into the work truck is that when it goes down the net goes with it.
I will see about getting a post up on myrkr for the group I'm in. Has anyone else made any progress on their missions?
