New Order of the Jensaarai

Jensaarai armor was the specialized armor made and worn by the Jensaarai.

Each Jensaarai would make their own set of armor; it was considered the height of their training and the individual would develop a bond with the armor. In this case, it was similar to how a Jedi viewed his lightsaber. A Jensaarai would begin with an armor shell, spinning cortosis ore fiber around it, and then style it after an animal that best personified their desires or goals of service to the Jensaarai community. Most were creatures that were hidden and only struck out in swift, deadly defensive attacks.

A notable exception to this tradition was the Saarai-kaar's mask, which was not an animal, but an image of the wearer's face.

Sith alchemy was used in the creation of the armor, and they usually wore gray cloaks over it. The Jensaarai also used an ability to attune their armor via the force.

1) Ultrachrome - A lightsaber resistant material that can be found on Haruun Kal. While on Haruun Kal, the individual taking the mission can take it upon themselves to also obtain hides from Akk Dogs, which also have lightsaber resistant properties. Whoever would finish this mission I'd approve of the idea of them creating an armor based on the Akk Dog using both the hide and some of the ultrachrome in it's construction.

2) Cortosis - Found on either Duro or Nirauan. The Tortapo is probably a decent animal to base a Jensaarai armor on that's from Duro, but since there aren't many creatures of great interest on either planet, basing an armor on a creature from one of these planets isn't a big deal.

3) Phrik - Found at the Jundland Wastes on planet Tatooine at a facility that excavates it. It's said that Womp rats are the most common creatures found at the Jundland Wastes, but other animals can be taken as inspiration for Jensaarai armors. My most favorites being the Wraid, Sevortt, Sandscorpion, and a few others.

4) Beskar - Found on Mandalore and its orbiting moon of Concordia Mandalorian iron was one of the toughest metals known to science. Cherished for its incredible strength and durability, beskar was notable for being able to withstand blows from even a lightsaber, and was commonly thought to be nearly indestructible, making beskar more prized than durasteel or cortosis. The natural strength of beskar was amplified during the forging process, using techniques developed and closely guarded by Mandalorian metalsmiths, many of whom would sooner die than reveal their secrets to outsiders. This one would be difficult to near impossible to obtain unless a deal was struck with a Mandalorian. There are many iconic creatures on the planet for one to base their armour off of, including the now extinct Mythosaur, Strills andShriek-Hawks.

5) Norris Root The Norris root was rare and beautiful plant native to the world of Almar. A reddish dye could be made from the root which was naturally resistant to energy from blaster bolts or lightsabers. During the days of the Jedi Civil War, a methodology existed for producing naturally energy-resistant Jedi and Sith robes, by deliberately staining them with pigments with the dye of the Norris root. The only creature of note is the Marmaw which is both a land dweller and a sea dweller.

6) Songsteel Songsteel was an extraordinarily light and luminescent silver metal, used in masterwork swords and staves. The metal was reserved only for the most exquisite of weapons, and was extremely tedious to forge and shape. This partiuclar metal was only ever noted to be found in space on an asteroid field.
