*The sudden relaxation of the Mandalorians was almost amusing to Aerandir, but he didn't let it show. He was, however, intrigued by the notion of their clan being practicing Force-users. Mandalorians were often split when it came to use of the Force in his experience, for whatever various reasons. However, the notion of allowing them a tour of the Temple did give him momentary pause.
It wasn't as though tours weren't unheard of, and there were already procedures in place to prevent any "tourists" from seeing sensitive areas. Giving a tour to Mandalorians—even if the Jedi of Felucia had done so even in the past—required some brief deliberation. They could be potential enemies in the future; giving them direct insight into a possible future target was not exactly an option he debated lightly. Even if certain areas were kept off-limits...
He looked at either of the Guards flanking him. One nodded, the other didn't respond. After a moment, he returned his gaze to the Duke, smiling and nodding.* "I believe that can be arranged, although I should say it would be a somewhat-limited tour."

The duke smiled at that.
-Duke Perfectly understandable. There are areas in our own academies that we don't allow outsiders. Both for security & for their own protection. Hopefully, we will be able to return the favor some day & grant a tour of our own. If I may, I would like to introduce my chief staff.
The other five figures in shining silver armor straighten up a little at the mention of them.
-Duke My lorekeeper, Earl Amdee Or'dinii.
the female with the swamp design armor & book nods in greeting.
-Duke My Surveyor, Earl Boaz Gal.
This was the figure in the drunken armor. He didn't seem to notice that anyone was talking about him. Or at least didn't care.
-Duke This is Earl Term Bor'gota, my Chief Alchemist.
The figure in the equation carved armor waves cheerfully.
-Duke Earl Fareeha Or'dinii is head of our medical branch.
The second female, the one with the smaller than normal hammer, nodded politely, but did little else.
-Duke Finally, Earl Jah'khas McGee is in charge of combat training.
The last was the one in scale patterned armor, & was also (perhaps unsurprisingly) the one that felt mildly angry.

Vakim made his way into the hangar and headed for the Fireblaze. Already had a few gathered, but some were still missing. He understood that gathering them up so soon after their return would be difficult, but knew with his urgent message, they'd be here soon enough.
The few had already arrived asked the Jedi Knight what was going, to which he replied that he'd explain once everyone was in attendance. Nearly twenty minutes went by before the last person arrived, to which he finally spoke.
"My friends, I know that we have only just returned and you all wish to rest. As much as I would like for that to be so, Grandmaster Calmcacil has asked of us an important task. We have recieved a Jedi distress signal from the planet of Dubrillion. As many of you know, it is a First Order world. However, we cannot ignore oue fellow Jedi. Though we plan to approach this matter with stealth, there may be a chance fighting mau ensue, which is why the Grandmaster has asked for the aid of the entire crew of the Fireblaze, not just myself. If any of you wish not to partake of this mission, speak up now. You will not be thought of less for it" As tired as he knew his crew to be, none spoke out. It made him proud of the crew his master had put together. "Very well. Prepare thevship to launch."
With that, the crew saluted and boarded the ship while Vakim examined the exterior and awaited the Grandmaster's arrival. *Aerandir didn't return alone, bringing with him his younger sister. Michelle had caught wind of his plan and refused to be left out; he was willing to include her talents on this mission. In fact, the mere notion made him feel nostalgic to her days as his Padawan. The two of them spotted Vakim and his ship easily, approaching them and stopping a short distance away.* "My sister will be joining us, so I'd say our odds have improved a bit. Are you ready, my friend?"

Vakim’s crew had already gotten themselves set in place and the ship prepped for launch. With his expecting of the hull finished and verified to be in good shape, he was about to board and check with the captain as the Grandmaster arrived. He moved out and met the pair. As he motioned towards his sister, Vakim have a bow. "Indeed. The addition of another, as well as her skills, will definitely aid us well in this encounter. I am always ready, Grandmaster."

*Michelle returned the bow, allowing a confident little half-smile to slip onto her expression. Aerandir sensed this and chuckled in her direction, then looked at Vakim.* "How well equipped is your ship for stealth?"

Vakim looked down at Michelle, his eyes reflecting the answer before his words. "I'm afraid it isn't equipped for such tasks. Upon gaining it after my master's death, I refitted it to be more combat-oriented. Stealth was something I didn't add. Perhaps a feature I can look into at another time. However, it doesn't help us at this particular juncture."

*Nodding, he replied,* "Fair enough, then. We have a ship for the occasion, just wondered if it would've been more convenient if yours were capable. In that case, follow me." *He gestured towards their ship of choice, an IPV-2C stealth corvette. Once the group was aboard and situated, with Aerandir and Michelle in the cockpit, the ship lifted off and headed out of the hangar, departing for orbit and then into hyperspace.
*And now, back to our regularly-scheduled Mandos...*
*Aerandir once again assessed each of the Iron Guard as they were properly introduced, noting what he could through their armor, posture, and sense through the Force. He regarded each of them with a nod as they were introduced—and a small smile at the alchemist's cheerful wave—and, when they were finished, he said,* "Aerandir Calmcacil, pleasure. If you're ready to begin." *He regarded the one with the drunken revelry armor—"Boaz"—and smirked.* "Although I fear I must inform you ahead of time that we won't have any bars here."

She smiles at the Jedi Master's seeming agreement to a tour. She hadn't been entirely certain if it would be allowed. While the Mandos & the jedi had a long & often bloody history, her own clan had a, much more complex & often personal history with the order & its many branches.
-Aya Perfectly understandable, though in turn I must warn you that he carries his own supply most of the time.

In the hangars adjacent to the temple proper, a shuttle casually touched down on one of several available landing pads and slowly embarked its loading ramp. A young girl, perhaps eleven or twelve, nearly tripped on her way down the ramp in her haste to arrive on solid ground. Her short, red hair was a tousled mess and her dress was as flustered as she was, but once her feet hit the duracreet, she stood motionless for a spell and flattened out her skirt. Her brother, about the same age, was hot on her tail to see if she needed help, but she wheeled around and shot him a toothy grin after her brief pause of recovery. Even with his eyes covered, his concerned scowl lent enough of an impression that the sister nervously grasped at the back of her neck.
A moment later, they both turned to see their parents, hand in hand, walking calmly down the ramp after them. The mother, wearing a modest but elegant dress that displayed incredible and vibrant embroidery, shook her head at her daughter's misplaced enthusiasm. In turn, the father, wearing traditional Jedi attire of a black on white coloration and his signature eye coverings that all Miraluka wore in public, shook his head at his son's misplaced concern.
"If you had tripped and fallen, our first conversation with our new friends would have been asking for medical assistance." Melia put her hands on her hips, letting go of Atuna's in the process. "That would have been mortifying."
"I hardly think it's worth quashing her enthusiasm over it."
"I hardly think running full speed down the ramp was a productive outlet for said enthusiasm."
"She's excited. We all are. I haven't been to Felucia in-"
"-a very long time. Yes. You mentioned."
Atuna made a head-rolling motion that exaggerated the concept of rolling one's eyes, then leaned toward his daughter and crossed his arms. "But we're going to obey mom, right?"
"Yes, dad," replied Ivy unabashedly.
"She knows better," Titus chimed in, stepping up to them both. "What if she'd hurt herself?"
"Then we'd take care of her, and you wouldn't worry about it."
"But-"
"Because your sister isn't your problem, right?"
"I... yes dad."
"Your concern is touching, but some things are better left alone. A woman's affairs, especially your sisters', is one of them."
"I'm okay, Titus."
"Yeah."
Atuna leaned back again and absorbed his surroundings, purposely moving his frame left to right to give the impression of looking around the hangar. It was neither empty nor busy, and none of the people currently present seemed to resemble a welcoming party. "I wonder if we should wait for someone to find us. Probably better than trying our luck inside without telling anyone."

Alexia made her ways down the halls of the Jedi Temple, most of the tasks she set for yourself having already been completed. Now, she had opted for a bit of a break before eventually making her way to the training area for sparring practice. For her, the best place to relax was just on the edge of the wilderness and in the fresh air. The thought even made her debate pushing of the sparring for a day and just taking a run through Felucia's jungle. It was something she enjoyed doing, perhaps a bit more than anything else, leading to things getting brushed off from time to time.
As she casually made her way down the halls, hand propping her chin as she contemplated the idea, she felt the ping of new arrivals coming towards the planet. It was far from an uncommon thing and most times, there was always someone there to greet them. However, she stopped and looked out the windows, giving her a clear view of the odd-shaped shuttle making its descent. It sparked her curiosity, causing her to move closer to the window until it was gone from sight, to which Alexia stepped back and made her way hurriedly towards the hangars.
Learning new things, or at least seeing new things had always excited her as it allowed to grow. Even if it was as simple as checking out a new type of ship, it meant that down the line, she could identify it better should it come across her path. And throughout her years, she had come to realize that the chance to find new knowledge was unending.
Reaching the hangars, the girl came to a stop, adjusting her tunic and straightening her long, chestnut hair before moving into the hangar fully. It was there she noticed the family that has descended from the craft, yet noticed no one around to greet them. It was a presence that was unfamiliar to her, yet it radiated with the light-side. Taking a deep breath, she knew it was at least best to ask if anyone was supposed to meet them.
Making her way up to them, she gave a bow before speaking in a more cordial greeting than she was used to giving. "Welcome to our temple. I am Jedi Knight Alexia Vilbri. Might I ask if anyone was meant to meet you here?"

The dancing of the force grew wilder upon arriving to the hanger, and the presence of unfamiliar bodies radiated boldly within the force, signifying that Archiira was amongst the light side reminding her of home. All landing procedures followed down to the T, the ship came down in one of the few available landing pads and the boarding ramp lowered shortly after.
Achiira made her way to the top of the boarding ramp, looked out at into the open, sensing and feeling the energies of the surroundings and the few people here, a family of four amongst them. She could feel it, the one she was following from across the galaxy. NO, not it, Him, and she finally had eyes on Him. He was strong, his force signature almost diminishing all her other senses, putting her at an unease to approach. Wearing nothing but her basic padawan tunic, she slowly made her way down the ramp to the direction of the family ahead, in a manner that was not to be intruding.

Only a moment passed before a new presence redirected themselves to the hangar, making their way towards the Lemep family. Atuna could tell right away the young woman approaching him was tentatively curious by the way she seemed to have decided on a whim to inquire on him. He based this observation solely on her movement--the way she hesitated at the hangar door, unsure as to whether she should take initiative or not--and a smirk overtook his expression at the gesture. It was nice to be noticed so quickly, where normally he hated drawing attention.
"I'm afraid, and honored, that you're the first soul we've spoken to, Knight Alexia. I am Atuna Davinari Lemep. This my wife Melia, and my two children, Titus and Ivy." He gestured with his arms to his family standing around him. "We've come from Coruscant looking for a place to rest while some legal business is resolved back home. My wife's shop was closed down for repairs after some gang violence ended in vandalism charges. Is Master Aerandir here? I've been meaning to catch up with him for quite some time."
A different presence caught his notice, a flicker of interest among the other faces in the hangar. A ship, close to the opposite wall, with the boarding ramp lowered; and standing atop it, a curious young Jedi. Atuna wondered if something was causing all this curiosity--surely it was not him, surely--but he was not one to ignore such signs. If anyone wanted his attention, it was not difficult to obtain.

Alexia stood tall and as professional as she could as the man spoke. She let herself reach out, taking in his presence. He was a powerful man, that much she knew. A presence like that wasn't one that just came to anyone. He had been trained for decades or more. And by his acknowledgment of Master Calmcacil and wishing to catch up, it stood beyond any form of obviousness that he had trained with the Jedi before most likely stepping away to live a normal life and raise a family.
He then spoke of Coruscant. She didn't know what all had transpired, but last she knew, the First Order now held the world, though it hadn't been closed to anyone, leaving it the major hub it always was. Still, it was saddening to hear of the unfortunate events that brought the closure of his wife's shop due to the gang-related vandalism.
Out of the corner of her eye, she took notice of another vessel coming to rest within the hangar, only a single presence existing aboard. The temple was slowly becoming popular. She would look to help this newcomer as well since she was here. But until the being exited the ship, she would keep her focus upon the Atuna family. "I am sorry to hear about your shop. The Jedi temple, of course, welcomes you and we'll do what we can to ensure your visit is comfortable. However, I'm afraid master Calmcacil is away on a mission currently. But I'm certain he should return within a few days."
It was then that she noticed the woman that had just arrived coming toward them. While it was wise to always give a person one's full attention, she also didn't want to feel inhospitable and give a bad impression. Turning to Achiira Taan , she gave a bow. "Welcome to the Jedi Temple. I am Jedi Knight Alexia Vilbri. How may I help you?"

The distance between them was becoming ever so smaller, and with it Achiira began to feel tense and apprehensive. Feeling somewhat untidy and out of place, she untied her long black hair, and reassembled it into a tight, neat ponytail just as she realized her presence had been noticed. Achiira broke her gaze from the man she was headed for as she was greeted with a bow by the same woman that had previously greeted the family. Remembering her manners she returned the bow, straightened her posture and speaking softly, taking care not to trip over her voice.
"Thank you Knight Alexia, I am Padawan Achiira Taan......" Her mind relapsed into a memory, a time of meditation between padawan and master, remembering the bond and friendship shared. Then she saw an image of her masters death. "Was Padawan. Forgive me. I believe the force has brought me here. I felt its calling from across the galaxy, but I do also believe I have found the source."
She turned her head to look at the man, and immersed herself in his presence. allowing the force to resonate and flow through her being. He was powerful, more so than anything she'd ever met or felt before.

"I think I can wait that long."
As the Knight turned to meet the other newcomer, Atuna could not overlook the sense of longing and destiny he could feel being projected his way. Whoever this young woman was, he could tell she was here to see him, specifically. Her timid glances, her readiness to follow the Force's will, her overwhelming want for a sense of purpose and belonging--he knew that dark place all too well. As she introduced herself, he slipped his hand back and took his wife's in his grasp, leaning back to speak to her.
"Would you hate me if I looked into something?" he whispered back to her.
"Seriously? Already? We just landed, Atuna."
"You know I can't help these things."
"Can't you make the Force- I don't know... take a break, or something? Maybe find someone else?"
"Uh, yeah, lemme ask."
"Fine. But figure it out before I'm done unpacking." Melia pushed herself past Atuna and bowed gracefully before Alexia. "If you wouldn't mind, could you show me and my kids to the guest quarters? I'd very much like to get situated soon, so I can resume working on my backlog of orders."
Atuna smiled, feeling quite satisfied with his wife's response. She was understandably frustrated, being a normal human who could not hear or feel the Force, married to a man whose entire life had been dedicated to the Force and understanding it. Its whims and will were mysterious and compelling to him, even if his age and experience, but to her, they were simply inconvenient. So when something was amiss that required his attention, she had no choice but to wait and observe, accompanied by varying degrees of impatience. Thankfully, her free time could be used productively, making gowns and dresses by hand to be sold at a high price.
With Melia's attention elsewhere, Atuna redirected his focus to the young woman standing nearby. From the snippet of conversation she was having with Alexia, he had caught her name and station: Achiira, a former Jedi Padawan. He reached out to her through the Force and impressed a message upon her.
Patience. Focus on what's in front of you, then we'll talk.

There was the slightest of tilts of her head as Achiira corrected herself, signifying that she used to be a padawan rather than still was. In most cases, it would suggest that she had just recently risen to the rank of Knight and had yet to adjust to the title. Something that Alexia could understand. However, the way the girl said it, the hesitation suggested something else, something a bit more saddening. "Was? Were you just recently granted the rank of Knight? And perhaps you were led here to continue your path among the Jedi."
It was then that Melia stepped forward and spoke up, requesting that she guide them to the guest rooms. While she had no problems doing so, she didn't possess the ability to grant access to any of the guest chambers. Giving a slight bow of her head. "Before I can do that, I will need to send a message to the housing administration, alerting them of your arrival and need. Until they grant access, I'm afraid you may have to be patient." She then pulled out her datapad and sent a message to the team that handled the rooms, letting them know of the family's arrival. She passed along the details of the family and suggested what may serve a better purpose considering the work the woman might have had. She also requested a second room for Achiira, as well. Until further knowledge was gained between the two arrivals, it would serve best.
"I have sent a request for a room to be set up. After it is approved, it may take a little while for them to set things up for you." She then turned to the girl. "I have also requested a room to be set up for you as well."

Achiira found it difficult to look into Alexia's eyes as she spoke, feeling ashamed under the circumstances as to her arrival here. She could hear the hint of curiosity in the young Knights tone. "Sorry, forgive me I am no Jedi Knight. I was not able to finish my training due to my Masters death." Achiira swiped a piece of fallen hair behind her ear, composed her thoughts. Upon the advice from the order I came from, I believe I have been led here to continue my path.
Achiira stepped back just as the man's wife moved forward requesting direction to guest rooms, something which hadn't come to her own mind. As she stepped back, the mans voice resonated within her own mind, allowing her to realize that she had let her emotions and haste get the better of her, and also to realize that this man was with his family which she had intruded upon. She turned to the man and made a small bow to show respect and acknowledgement, and turned back to face Alexia.
"Thank you Knight Alexia, the room is most welcome." She smiled and bow once more, and turned her attention to the children's mother.
" Excuse me Madam. I am very sorry to have intruded upon your family, I will leave you all to rest and spend time with the children, I hope you will forgive me, I wish not to be of trouble." She smiled once more then looked to Alexia and the man. " I will use this time to meditate in my room once approved."

"Very well. Thank you kindly." Then Melia returned the bow courteously before turning to her kids, who were just behind her, whispering to one another. "Titus, Ivy. Will you help me move my things off the shuttle?"
Both children startled when their names were called. Ivy turned to look at her mother, while Titus did not move. "Yes, mom," they replied in unison.
Titus and Ivy followed after Melia as she made here way towards the shuttle and up the boarding ramp. Several minutes passed before they came out again, but Atuna could see them clearly the entire time. A twinge of both amusement and concern inflicted a pained smile on him as he watched Melia, at one point, struggle to heft a crate of materials onto a hoverlift. She eventually gave up after several failed attempts before asking Ivy for help, you effortlessly moved the crate with the Force, sporting the silliest grin of satisfaction. He could tell, as her body gave way to resignation, that Melia was again feeling quite left out of the loop in a family of strong Force-users.
Being able to see almost everything meant that Atuna knew much more about people than perhaps they wanted him to know. Studying body language was only a useful skill when you could see someone, but body language, like all language, can lie. One can keep a straight face, hold themselves with dignity, even convince themselves that everything is fine. But in the moments like these, when people thought no one could see them, is when they told the truth with their bodies. Melia's continued signs of isolation and other-ness contradicted her verbal affirmations of contentment, even though she truly believed it to be true. It saddened him greatly that not only did he, as her husband, have a long and storied history of Force study and devotion to the Force, but now her children could hear and feel it also.
Sad, indeed. But at times, still funny.
"Meditate in your quarters if you like," he said aloud, suddenly, his face still turned toward the shuttle. Atuna wheeled to the left and began walking briskly toward the hangar doors. "I personally can't stand to meditate indoors. Too quiet."

Alexia gave Melia a nod as the woman left with her children to begin loading a hoverlift within. She knew not of what began to transpire within the shuttle nor the mind of the family as it wasn't her skills truly lay. For now, her focus was redirected to Achiira as she began to speak once more.
Her eyes grew a bit sadder as the girl explained her situation. It was never something that was easy to endure, even under the teachings of the Jedi code. The bonds created between Master and Apprentice were things that existed throughout their lives and the loss of either carried its marks in the one who remained. "I understand. You have my condolences about your master. I know facing such a reality is never easy. But I know you're master would want you to keep pressing forward and to not let it bring you down. I'm sure that once the Grandmaster returns, he can work with you to evaluate if you are perhaps ready to face your trials and work to become a knight or if you should continue training under another master. There are quite a few knights and masters who are currently without apprentices. Whatever we can do to continue your growth, it will come to pass."
Just then, she received a message on her datapad. Looking it over, the approvals had gone through though it would be another hour before they were ready for settling. Yet, it was stated that any luggage could be brought on and placed within the specified chambers. Looking at both Atuna and Achiira, she gave them the news. "The rooms have been approved, though it may be an hour or so before they are fully ready to be settled in. However, your personal items can be taken and unloaded, if you wish. I can have some of the droids here in the hangar take them for you if you wish. In the meantime, perhaps a tour of the temple? It's still relatively new since it was built a few years ago. Perhaps we can view the gardens and allow you to find a more vibrant place to meditate than inside your chambers?"
