A Lambda shuttle emerges from the surface of the planet and after a short flight towards open space the vessel vanishes into hyperspace.

The Silent Observer exited hyperspace and sat in Korriban's orbit
Aboard The Silent Observer
Znalost was pleased that he was finally here, now the begina phase of project Lazarus could began. If it weren't for his cybernetic mask a smile could be seen on his face, due to his overall excitement. Znalost began to soak in the sight of the Sith homeworld, it was a sight to behold. He initiated the Silent Observer's stealth drive and began his descent down towards The Valley of Golg, where he would hopefully find a living specimen for his research.

A Theta-class T-2c shuttle slipped into Korriban orbit from hyperspace. Rhiannon felt a sudden cold climb up her left leg. She muttered -Rhiannon- "What? Bit too healthy for a stroke...." With that chilling apprehension in mind a myriad of thoughts raced by as she braced herself for the worse. Lighting a cigarette and less than casually pulling her handy dandy bottle out she took a strong pull. She exhaled a cloud of smoke just as the captain spoke -Captain C. Captain- "Ma'am, we're in Korriban space now." Rhiannon was strangely relieved by the announcement that they had just entered Hell

Rising up from the planet surface a Theta-class T-2c shuttle crossed Korriban orbit quietly, crossing the distance between it and the nearest hyperspace exit the ship unceremoniously made the jump to hyperspace

Angel's ship leapt out of hyperspace, followed by his fleet.
1 Nebula-class Star Destroyer "Nova" 2 Bothan Assault Cruiser "Firestorm" and "Inferno" 2 MC140 Scythe-class battlecruisers "Excelsior" and "Metanoia" 4 Carrack-class light cruisers "Equinox", "Turbulence", "Arsenal", "Blitzkrieg" 4 Lancer-class frigates "Caracal", "Eärendil", "Fusillade", "Hiraeth" 4 Action VI bulk freighters "Invictus", "Maverick", "Chroma", "Skylark" 8 BTL-S8 K-Wings 16 X-83 Twintail starfighters light 16 TIE Predators
It had been a year since Angel had handed over the reins of Iridonia's leadership to Savage and the First Order. The Sith Lord been looking to relinquish the burdens of that title for awhile, as diplomatic bullshit had tied him to the planet and thus prevented him from doing what he wanted to do. He departed amicably and withdrew his forces from Iridonia as the FO relieved them. He'd decided to drop in on Korriban to see how things had been going with his allies. Maybe set camp here. And if they had stagnated, he'd do something about that.
Admiral, maintain orbit around the seventh moon. And wait for further instructions.
Angel comm-ed his high admiral those instructions as he brought his five apprentices with him down to the surface on his ship.

The Grey Unending shot out of hyperspace, followed by the personal fleet of Darth Romulus.
The small fleet drew itself alongside Angel's fleet. Romulus, sitting in the commander's throne in the Phoenix Song, comm-ed Angel's fleet.
Ahoy, Admiral. Is Lord Angel home?

Sir, incoming ships out of hyperspace near Section 11-38
The High Admiral noted the presence of blips materialising into several Star Destroyers as he received transmission on the old Iridonian Empire channel.
You just missed him, sir. He’s planetside at the Academy.

Spast. Oh well, guess i'll do it face to face. Later, Admiral.
Romulus shut down the comms channel and got his butt off the throne.
You have the helm, Dragomir.
The human swordsman nodded and bowed as Romulus swept past him out the door. General Exia, commander of the Romulan Infantry Brigade, stood across the command bridge and shook his head. He never did quite understand Lord Romulus' habit of frequently changing command of the fleet.
Romulus, followed closely by Serina, entered the hanger bay, boarded the Grey Unending, and was soon headed down towards the planet.

As the Gozanti-class Cruiser exited hyperspace above Korriban, a small alert went off within Ifrit's quarters. Alerting him to their arrival at their destination. He rose from his bed, his wings carefully stretching out before resuming their closed position. He quickly donned some clothes and made his way to the bridge of the ship, watching the planet as it filled the front viewport. Tasradan stayed on the controls as he guided the Cruiser toward the surface There has been no response from any defences so far my Lord...
That is because it's a mausoleum... Which is rather fitting... He has come here to die... Ifrit extended his presence then, reaching out to find where @mariahshadows was

Residing in her own designated quarters for the most part while they trekked towards their destination, Mariah had spent a good amount of her time in meditation. Within the center of the room, she rested on her knees as she attuned herself with the Force. For any who could have laid eyes on her, she appeared like the epitome of serenity. Thankfully for her, she left alone, for the most part.
She was drawn out of her meditations as she felt a familiar presence seep into her mind. Ifrit sought her out, which meant that the time was nearing. Mariah snapped out of her meditations, her hardened expression resuming as crimson eyes opened to take in her known surroundings. With a heavy sigh, the woman rose to her feet, readying herself to seek out the man who brought her along in this mission of his.
Quickly finding Ifrit with another who guided the Cruiser, Mariah secured her weapons to her person as she walked, knowing fully well what her purpose was in all this, even if there were fragments to this story that would remain otherwise unknown to her until it was upon her. It was in part why she kept to herself mostly during their travels, preparing herself for whatever they may find, whatever they might face once they reached the planet surface. She slipped next to Ifrit, barely reaching his chest in height. Those who didn't know better may have found such a sight amusing, but Mariah was sure that Ifrit's crew would know better by now.
"What's the ETA?" Mariah asked, folding her arms across her chest while she watched them approach closer to the planet's surface...

Tasradan kept his focus forward as Mariah arrived to the bridge, giving a nod in acknowledgement of her presence. Ifrit turned his head to look down as she slipped in next to him. Her focus, as ever, was upon the approaching mission. It was one of the things he liked about her. She was not easily distracted, no matter the circumstances. Even now, when she was still not fully informed about everything regarding Ifrit's relationship with Bara'duun, she was ready to fight With the progress we are making right now? Ten to fifteen minutes at most. Bara'duun doesn't have any forces remaining to impede our landing... He turned his face toward the viewport again, his eyes glowing a bright green in that moment His wretched life will end once more...

Ifrit's answer played a faint, although wicked smile upon the woman's lips. Mariah didn't need all the gritty details before offering a helping hand to her instructor for such a mission. Those who attempted to keep themselves from death would find an untimely end one way or another. If she could have a hand in sealing such a fate for this one, all the better.
"Good," she murmured quietly, her crimson gaze flickering upwards to glance at Ifrit. "His loss, our gain. The moment we land, I'll follow your lead."
She had no need to take on a commanding role, to tell him the reverse and follow her own lead, or to instruct him to move quickly the moment they were landed. Ultimately, this was his mission, and he entrusted her as back-up. A strange scenario Mariah hadn't experienced in many a year, but nonetheless, he had guided her in her own goals over the many months prior. This was but one way she could repay the favor.
"Just don't hold it against me if I have a bit of fun while snatching away his pathetic soul and sending it back where it belongs."

From the depths of hyperspace, a Harrower-class Dreadnaught drops out over the desolate world of Korriban. It had been ages since this world had witnessed the arrival of this class of vessel, not such the days of the resurgent Sith Empire. Its agenda here was unclear, save for the one who commanded it.
Darth Malvus, with his apprentice Darth Sirona , walked through the busy hangar bay of the dreadnaught, Leviathan, which was detached from the Darkblood Squadron for this expedition, one strictly off the books. The soldiers, still utilizing the conscripts drained from Eriadu, rather than the Sithspawn warriors being bred, were assembling with their respective commanders and moving for various drop ships and troop transports. They had a different goal than their Sith Lord and his apprentice, who made their way for the Sith's personal vessel within the hangar bay. Malvus strolled past the soldiers and commanders as they saluted him, getting nothing from their Sith Lord in return, whose mind was focused with the task at hand.
As Malvus moved towards his vessel, the Sith paused and glanced out the hangar bay doors. Korriban, a world he hadn't visited here since his failed apprentice, Saress, who had vanished into the Unknown Regions. Damnable apprentice, thought the Sith as he proceeded to move once more for his spacecraft.Tell me, Sirona, have you ever been to Korriban before?

Sirona had been quiet for most of the trip. Keeping to her assigned room and studying holocrons and texts, when not attending to training or other duties Malvus called upon for her. The young Echani had been to Korriban before, it was right before she joined the Blackguard. But now she was coming back. She had only found a few fragments or scraps of ancient scrolls, nothing that had, in the end, yielded anything of use of value. But a collector had traded them for a nice set of archaeological brushes and other supplies. Now she was moving through the cold hanger, two steps behind Malvus, watching his men salute him. Her head down, she followed him toward his craft, but was startled when he asked her a direct question.
I- Yes, I came here briefly, before going to Iridonia to join the Blackguard. She paused, having noticed how her master had looked at the planet. Have you, Master?

Malvus enters his X-70B Phantom-Class Prototype, Unseen Glare, with his apprentice. The Sith goes to the controls and begins examining everything. It had been sometime since he came to Korriban and who knew occupied this world and called it their home, their lair, and their headquarters. As Malvus reviewed his controls, the answer that Sirona asked for came.
It was where I slumbered for decades. It was where I woke and saw the galaxy changed. But I do not visit it often.
The Sith begins keying on the system, igniting his vessel to life as pre-launch conditions were done.
Korriban is a world that is either good for being a tomb or as a place to hide. Many have come to the Valley of the Sith, but rarely do any visit its sister, the Valley of Golg, where the ancient Sith Kings are buried. There are greater, and many, untouched secrets there.
Malvus turns in his seat, pressing some buttons and flipping other switches.
You want to learn the true history of Korriban? One goes to Golg and speaks with the ancient tombs of Sith Kings before.

The Valley of Golg? She had read only rumors of it. But if Lord Malvus meant to go their than it must be true. Nodding to his question, even though it was rhetorical, she strapped herself into the seat next to him. This would not be her first time encountering Sith Spirits. She glanced at her Sith sword, shuddering at the memories, as it leaned against the counsel next to her. Though she had gained a great deal of knowledge in that encounter, it had left its mark. Turning back she looked out the view screen, and out the hanger. Korriban, what secrets did it hold?
I am ready, Master.

Malvus hears the words of his apprentice, causing him to glance at her. Sirona had become less timid since her arrival. The Sith once sensed a fear of not being accepted as the Jen'ari's apprentice. Yet, in the end, the Sith took her and christened her as Darth Sirona. He gives a slight nod before keying his console.
Commander, deploy the troops for Dreshdae. Secure the city for operations.
Yes, my Lord.
In their unmarked transports, a swarm of them issued forth and flew down the barren planet, taking a different route than the Sith Lord and his apprentice. His own vessel, breaking away from the escort of starfighters, zooming towards the transports, Malvus plunged his own spacecraft towards Korriban. The destination veering towards a region of the planet where few went and where both Sirona and he could feel the presence of the Dark Side to be far more ancient.

The Dark Illumination emerged from hyperspace and made its way toward the planet ahead. In the pilot's chair, Luxeria had her gaze fixed upon the dust ball that was the Sith homeworld as she wondered why she was summoned here. She had finished her work on Dathomir and was heading back to Eriadu when she received word to meet Malvus here. Whatever the reason, she'd find out soon enough.
During her time with the Sith, never once had she come to this place. She had thought about doing so, but in the time following her victory over Malvus to be seen as a master within the order, things had been fairly active. Gaining her own apprentice, the Sith world campaign, then her trip to Dathomir, it had all left her initial desire to visit the dark worlds of the Sith on the back burner for now. At least, in all of this, she'd now have that chance. Even from here, she could sense the radiating energy of the Dark-side. The homeworld of the Sith, she expected it carried quite the history, if her studies proved anything.
As she grew closer, she saw Malvus's fleet in orbit. Opening up a channel, she contacted it. This is Luxeria. I have come upon Lord Malvus's request. Please inform him of my arrival.
