Beneath the waves within the city of Morjanssik, negotiations between a delegate from the planet Umbara and the Dominion were concluded.
In return for their faction's support within the Outer Rim, a bargain was struck between Umbaran military forces and the Quarren Dominion, where in return they would be supplied by the planet's military assets, including some fearsome vehicles.
While the walkers of the Dominion served so far their purpose during the Battle of Jabiim, the Umbaran technology was something from which the engineers of the Quarren could profit. Paired with a previous contract, made on Hypori, the supply of additional vehicles towards the Dominion's deadly arsenal would increase in near future.
