As Ver'metus and his apprentice returned to the room Stormro examined the young man, his grey eyes running along the length of the Human before settling on his face. There was something familiar about the apprentice's face, something hauntingly recognizable about the structure of the cheeks and they appearance of the eyes, yet Stormro remained silent. Ferinus had already requested the man's name, and thus his suspicions would be either verified or disproved in time. For now he would focus on the topic at hand. Shifting his gaze back to Phantom, Stormro quickly analyzed the presented scouting options and then spoke. "Belbe shall provide Wrath with coordinates for the primary location which I want to examine personally; send a team there specifically alongside the teams scanning the entire planetary mass and we can receive updates on the results as we examine that location personally. We will require full-face breath masks and environmental bodysuits; minor short term exposure to the atmosphere should not be harmful, but there is no reason to take unwarranted risks. I have sufficient equipment for my apprentice and I; I presume that you can provide suitable equipment for the rest of us?" Tyrana's voice caught his attention as she moved to Phantom's side and spoke, one eyebrow raising as she seemed to imply that there might be a risk of discovery which he was not aware of. Speaking pointedly to Phantom's associate, his piercing gaze fell on her. "If there is an unexpected risk to the secrecy of our plan I should very much like to know what it is. And do not be vague; I shall be most displeased if you withhold information from us which later proves to be our downfall..."

For once, Nel was happy with who her master was as she listened to Ver'metus scold his apprentice. The idea of death did not appeal to the young woman and she cast her eyes out over the one being scolded. Her eyes narrowed in suspicion. If what Ver'metus said was true, then how stupid was this man? She kept her mouth shut, though. Many here probably viewed her the same. Absently, she wiped at her nose, as if reminded of her own idiocy earlier. She listened, though she acted like she wasn't. She needed to know the name of the man she needed to avoid, or else be dragged down with him. She mentally paused. Was she really viewing herself as better as him? That was an interesting change.
She glanced back, however, as more voices joined in, and then the Zabrak looked to her Master as he piped in. Secrecy. Yes. They needed secrecy for this to take effect and to hold without being noticed. And with the apprentice, she worried that wouldn't happen. Not if he was going to broadcast something like that.

*Ver'metus nods at his old Master and smiles slightly, he shifted his large shoulders, getting used to the heft of the large Sith Sword on his back, he hadn't felt such weight in a while. He frowned slightly.*
Curious? More bringing back older styles. It seems fitting after the reunions that have come of late.
*His brow furrowed more as Ferinus approached his apprentice, he wasn't sure what his old Master was up to, but he seemed slightly off, he watches closely, while also trying to pay attention to the other goings on in the room. He waits for his apprentice to respond before responding to Phantom and Stormro.*
In my opinion.. the sooner we can get on the ground the better. I do have experiments that need tending. Some of which could need tending to sooner then later.

Zadea shifted uncomfortably, part of her hate of the med bay stemmed from the meddroids floating about, the rest was just the room in general. She sighs deeply and closed her eyes leaning back in the chair. She continued to do what she could to keep the baby calm and relaxed as well. She knew how easy it was for a baby to start crying and Chel didn't need that.
I had to raise 3 children mostly on my own.. its not easy. I can understand wanting adult company.. Staying wouldn't be the worst. Unless there is something else I have missed...

*Makhai closed his eyes briefly and deeply inhaled. He took a moment and held his breath while he physically and mentally reset himself to put the impulsiveness of youth aside and focus himself into the moment and allow the force to flood him fully once more. He opened his mind and eyes and surveyed the room as he continued to breathe normally. Emerald eyes darted from person to person as he listened intently and analyzed for himself the plans being proposed. Every person had a similar goal, but every person had different knowledge and experiences that weighed in on the conversation. Makhai knew the reason for the open forum of the group as would yield strong results and deeper commitment from all present, a vastly superior method to the wholly authoritative style that many had experienced in the past. Makhai was young, but not inexperienced. He remained silent until he had something of value to offer. With Ferinus’ question, Emerald eyes snapped to the face of the old man. Turning slightly towards Ferinus, Makhai nodded slightly.*
Forgive me Lord Ferinus you are most correct. It has been some time, and last we met, I was likely in your arms as an infant some 30 years ago.
*He looked quickly between the others and returned to Ferinus.*
I am Makhai Winters, son of the late Si’at Winters and Sarian Kofuri.
*Makhai reached into his pocket and produced two small round objects and held them up. He then turned towards Phantom and tossed the wedding rings to Phantom, his face remaining unchanged and emotionless.*
You blessed these rings and presided at their wedding and will know their authenticity.
On to other matters, the planet appears to be relatively reclusive and abandoned, if we plan on building here; the question comes up of do we look for something underground? It offers us better protection in terms of staying hidden, but should someone manage to gain the jump on us, an underground operation offers limited chance of escape or opportunity to flank the enemy. A double edged sword to say the least.
*He listened and glanced at others. He perked up following Tyrana’s remark about needing to leave. He turned to Ver’metus and stepped forward slightly.*
Master, I suggest I accompany her. I can pose as a guard.
*He shifted slightly.*
While on Roon, I used Sarian’s accounts to order some ships and transferred the money I could access into other accounts. I can pick up the orders and bring back initial supplies with her. I am the ideal person as I would know what we need, and seeing as I still do not even know where we are yet, secrecy is maintained regardless.

**Lord Ferinus' onyx eyes shot from narrowed to open. His imperceptible pupils dilated. His finger curled into hard fists clasped behind his back.
He knew. Even before the young man revealed himself. Anyone could lie and produce such objects but the Master Alchemist needed only a short search of his feelings to know the young man spoke the truth. It was indeed true that the last time he laid eyes upon this being, he had personally pulled him from the womb of.....
The Sith Lord's lips curled inward. He said nothing to Makhai. His eyes darted to the side to meet Ver'metus', fixing them with a burning anger.
His next words were curt.**
"I trust you will inform me when we are ready to examine the planet's surface. I must confess my own curiosity."
**He then turned to face Tyrana, speaking only one simple dark thought to her.**
<<Watch yourself. At all times.>>
**Ferinus' eyes were fixed on Makhai as he spoke next to the room.**
"Until then....I take my leave."
**The Sith Lord walked past the young man and out of the room.**

Taking the datapad he began relaying the coordinates from Belbe to Wrath and the trajectories were altered on the holomap. The lines once red now turned green and with a few more movements of his fingers along the datapad he had opened and ordered transports fueled, stocked, armed and each one with a contingent of 10 B1-Rocket battle droids. The choice came with the idea that it was unfamiliar territory and should they need to scale areas and scout forward they could. With the intel droids all sending scans to Wrath, it would be immediately relayed to the droids and to the datapads that everyone had access to
We are ready to go, there are transports in the hanger ready to board, choose your area which you want to explore and go from there. You all are able to handle yourselves but should you need anything, contact Wraith and reinforcements will be on their way. Scanner and probe droids are sent out....
Hitting the button on the datapad the probes were launched and went planetside and began to sweep
Now
His gaze turned to the young male who had spoken up and listened to his lineage, a skeptical eye cocked before two pieces of metal were tossed at him. Slowing them with the force he pulled them to his hand and held them in the palm slowly closing his fingers around them. He felt the dull throb of the force within them, within the people who used to wear them and had many questions for the young male but they would have to wait for later
Listening to Ty and the past about the system and also the new male's addition he took his glass of rum, dipped his fingers into it and spritzed Ty in the face before yanking her close, his aura instantly dark, cold, malice easing out of every pore as his eyes changed, the left black, the right a deep red. His voice was low, like a skull being drug along gravel and each word biting like the cold wind of Hoth.
You do anything...anything stupid, you risk any of this...or you get yourself into trouble...I will flay you alive and roast the rest of you for my child and I to dine on...Am I understood?
Releasing her he growled and nodded to Makhai
You have a good point, you may go with her. She can be...fiesty. If you need a compliment of droids, take them. As an added note, do not knock her out, when she wakes up it is a pain to deal with
He watched his brother storm out and narrowed his eyes as they returned to normal and held the rings in his hand before pulling a chain off his neck with a purple crystal on it and slid the rings through it and refastened the metal chain back around his neck tucking it under his cloak
We also will talk about your parents when you return, that is a conversation I would like to get to know, otherwise
Clearing his throat he addressed the room
Everything is in order, sectors are at your discretion and every transport is loaded with supplies and essentials like food as well. I will meet you all planetside shortly
With that he headed out going after his brother, his actions recently had been off and just as his brother kept him in check he would do the same...now just to find out where on the blasted ship he had gone

*Makhai nodded his head in understanding to Phantom, though was a bit apprehensive with the look from Ferinus. Ferinus suspected more about the scenario than he was letting on…perhaps he knew or had already pieced it out. There was no sense in wasting breath on it, what was done has been done. There was no going back from it now. Makhai rose and headed towards the exit.*
Phantom I will take you up on those droids.
*Makhai turned to Ver’metus at the exit.*
Take the Twilight Master, it is faster and can survey more of the area quickly. We will need your freighter to help haul supplies.
*Makhai exited and walked towards the hanger. Upon entering, he went to the RC-2 and opened an internal storage compartment. He withdrew a pair of DXR6 Heavy Carbines and a Verpine Scatter Gun. He checked them quickly and slung them over his shoulder along with a back of supplies including extra magazines. Shutting the compartment he moved towards the YT 2400 Freighter of Ver’metus and instructed the loaded up droids on where to go and store the droids being taken and the battle droids for defense.
The freighter was soon prepped and refueled. Makhai raised an eyebrow at Tyrana wondering just what she had in mind and where they were going, let alone where they even where.*
I have some ships ready on Lianna. From there we can travel to the Core to pick up supplies and the rest of the ships I have ordered. Your matter seems more pressing, plus you have the coordinates so I shall follow your lead.
*He remarked as he turned and boarded the YT freighter and stowed his gear.*

Chel looked at Zadea a long moment before shaking her head You have missed nothing Lady Zadea, I fear I am just being hesitant in my decisions. Honestly I'd love nothing more than a glass of wine and a good night's rest. What about you? Her smile was tired but her eyes held a twinkle of humor as she made her attempt at a joke.
Ty listened to Stormro tell her how "displeased" he would be if she kept her secrets, and she smirked at him. Intimidation was not something that affected ty often. Yet she shook her head and looked him cooly in the eyes.
Don't worry. There is no risk, hence my going to be distracting. That and if Papa were to find out, I would have more pull to keep him silent now wouldn't I?
Her next sarcastic comment was cut short as she heard Ferinus in her head and she smiled internally
Always do, Feri...
The newcomer broke her thoughts with his offer to go with her and before she could argue with her colorful slew of words, Phantom was responding and giving him permission to go with her. She still didn't know how she felt about him, although everyone else seemed to know him from long ago. The last thing she wanted was to have him as her traveling companion. She'd be happier with a droid. She was about to voice this opinion loudly, with much tantrum throwing, when she was splashed. In the face. With rum. She had not been expecting that. A fist to the face maybe. Or a chair. But never just a mist of liquor. She didn't have much time to comprehend what had just happened as Phantom pulled hard on her arm and brought her in close to give his threats. Phantom was the only one who had ever successfully intimidated her, and in this moment she felt a shiver of what could be fear down her spine.
Y-yes, Big Brother... I won't let you down
She turned and quickly left, spreading her awareness out through the ship and briefly touching with Chel to let her know she was leaving. She hurried to her chambers and changed from her dress of diamonds into a simple, more modest attire of her usual black pants and halter top. Strapping her belt of toys to her waist and swinging her cloak around her shoulders, Ty made for the hanger. That man. He was waiting for her outside of the ship and upon seeing her arrive was already asking her questions. Phantom had told her to not screw up the mission, but he never said anything about being nice to this guy... She pursed her lips in a pout and crossed her arms under her cloak.
We head for Eriadu. To my Papa. We are in the Anoth system at the moment.
She eyed the freighter as she boarded behind him and looked around it. It wasn't anything like her last ship, but after crashing the last, she was not allowed another until she made Phantom happy. Hopefully this mission would give him incentive to gift her with something shiny. After all, Ty was Ty.
I'm gonna tell you right now, I'm not happy about this arrangement. I don't know you, I don't trust you. But Big Brother seems to, so i'll give you the benefit of the doubt. But so help me if you cross me I will end your life slowly in a manner to which you have probably never been tortured and you will beg for death.
She glared at him for a moment longer, her entire stature seeming darker than any had ever seen Ty before, but it was over in a manner of seconds and she was smiling sweetly at him.
Let's go then!

*Makhai sat down in the pilot’s seat as Ty made no movement to pilot the ship. Having heard the systems he pulled up the navigational sectors on the charts.*
Thank you for that information. You should also know, I am not happy about this arrangement either, but I need to pick up a few supplies and this was the best opportunity.
*He pulled up the Eriadu system and a slight tinge pricked upon the back of his neck. He knew this system. He had read up on it. He turned and eyed her quizzically as he raised the YT-2400’s rear ramp and powered the ship up and began to turn the freighter about and exit the destroyer.*
Eriadu you say? With whom are we going to visit? That said, the others know this about me, my mother and father were high ranking sith in several of the old empires and academies. The others expect much of me and know that I have already escaped death, so kill me and threaten me all you like but coming back from the void beyond is much worse than anything you could bodily inflict upon me, despite your veiled threats.
*Makhai remarked dismissively to her as a means of displaying his mere annoyance at her threats. The YT freighter signaled the all clear to the Sabeooth and jumped to hyperspace heading on its way to Eriadu.*

Whilst the others had continued to talk and formulate their plan, Aysá had returned to her seat and began scrolling through all the data on the fragments that was available to her. She glanced up every so often to show that she was still listening and her attention was piqued with the mention of potential security issues. She looked back and forth between Stormro and Ty as one tried to explain the situation to the other. The intervention of Ver’metus young apprentice made her look in his direction. He was, for the most part, obscured by his master but when he stepped forward and spoke with both Phantom and Ferinus his face came into perfect view. Her stomach dropped.
“It can’t be”
She thought to herself, yet whilst his voice was different, there was no mistaking his emerald eyes. From one to the other he spoke, his hands moving in time with his words. Everything seemed to phase in and out; the mix of voices grew faint and the people became blurred. Aysa felt her heart begin to race. She heard the crashing sound of the blood rushing around her body, the heat begin to radiate from her skin. For a second she forgot to breathe and her lungs burned. It felt like Jinan all over again. As painful as it seemed to be, she tore her gaze away from him and stared back at the fragments of planet that floated in the air.
“It’s not him. He’s dead. You saw him die.”
She whispered, her hands clasping the edges of the table.
“You were there. You saw it. You saw it all.”
She swallowed dryly and glanced back at the group; Ferinus took his leave, followed closely by Makhai and Ty. Aysa blinked rapidly and stood and for a moment she was unsure what to say but she found her voice just as swiftly as she seemed to lose it.
“I’m happy to remain here until such time as we begin construction. In my opinion it serves no purpose to have us all down there when droids can do the same thing far more efficiently. I appreciate that Lord Stormro would like to inspect any prospective sites personally, but as I have no vested interest in the planet’s surface per-say, I really don’t see the point of me going down there. If I am commanded by our de-facto leader then that’s a different story. In addition I do have business that will need tending to at some point, my companion has been left alone with my money and I’d like to make sure I have at least some of it left in order to contribute to this … venture.”

"I see no reason why we should all be required to go and investigate the surface until a suitable location has been located; if you wish to attend to your business Miss Aysa I certainly have no objections. I would advise that your ship follow my fleet into the remnants of the planet's core so as to further avoid detection while we explore our new home Lord Phantom. In the meantime, my apprentice and I shall return to the Unseen Eye before venturing down to the surface; I need to ensure that everything is coming along smoothly in regards to the production of our agent for Adumar. Should you require my attention contact me via my comm." With that Stormro gave those present a half-bow of respect before straightening, turning and striding out of the conference room with Belbe in tow as she fell into her usual position a step behind and to the left of her master. He said nothing to Nel as he left, assuming that she would be able to recognize that she was expected to follow them back to where the Wraith sat in the Saboath's hanger. As they made their way through the hallways Belbe fired up the J-Type 327 Nubian Royal Starship's engines in preparation for their departure as the ship went through it's preflight system checks.

Already, everyone seemed more keen of the newcomer, especially with his heritage announced. The names meant nothing to her, and at the same time, something twisted in her stomach. Was she... jealous of the buffoon? Mere minutes ago she had been happy to have the attention off of her, but now... this was like back at the academy, and while she had been happy for her friend, the near constant center of attention he had been, she felt no sense of pride towards this individual, and her hackles raised in her mind. Makhai. She'd have to remember that for the future and do her own research when given a moment to herself. One by one, though, the other's left, and Nel slowly let her own presence grow again. It was small compared to the rest on the ship, but it was there regardless.
Her Master's words broke her from her unintentional glaring at Makhai's back and she started, her gaze snapping to the Nagai male who stood next to her. Stormro mentioning her and him leaving made her slowly push to her feet, the box clutched to her chest now as she pushed the chair back in. Why did Makhai bother her so much? He was an idiot compared to Joruun, with no grace. But that still didn't answer it entirely... This was going to bother her, and she tried while she walked to push the emotion away and into a small box in her mind. Peace. Where was her inner peace?
She fell into step behind her Master, her shoulders drawn up protectively around her ears as she mentally searched for an answer and for a place to shove the raw emotion away to. It wasn't working, though, and that further puzzled her. Kriff.

*Ver'metus eyes match Ferinus' stare, Ver'metus though did not appear angry, but cool, collected. He shifted his broad shoulders and squared them up, he didn't wavier or shy away. He was not intimidated by his old Master. The man did not know his reasons, none of the full story. He would unleash his rage, and move on. If he couldn't then that was his problem. Ver'metus watches him move for the door. He calls back to Ferinus over his shoulder.*
Emotions don't become you old Master. I recall once you told me the same. Nor is jumping to conclusions wise.
*It was probably not his wisest choice of words to an already angered man, but once he'd calmed himself enough to hear the tale and logically think things through, he would know his anger was not well founded. He continues to stand not even watching to see Ferinus' reaction to his words. It was bold, but if his Master were to unleash his anger at him he knew it would be a slow and painful process.
He listened to Phantoms words, he eyes his Apprentice sternly as he departs, Makhai would have seen the look before and exactly what it would mean. It Makhai did anything out of line, he would know the punishment for it. Ver'metus knew the boy to be impulssive and have spurts where he showed how young he yet was. He lets them leave without another word, and turns to Aysa.*
Something the matter Aysa? My peoples perceptions are far better then any human. Though, our abilities go far beyond normal senses.
*He frowns as Stormro and his follower go to leave as well. He was thinking he had work he could be doing but most of it was now leaving with his apprentice taking his ship, it would have to wait then.

Zadea uncrossed her legs and leans forwards, looking deeply into Chels eyes. The woman's dark grey skin almost looked to crack as red glowing patterns etched in her skin, and two red slits appear on her forhead, as her concentration relaxes again, her silver eyes still staring at Chel.
Are you Sith? If yes, then be confident in your choices.
She sits back again, crossing one leg over the other, toying with the childs fingers again, watching the smile grow.
I would love to do anything that didn't involve this room...I do not think you fully understand how much I hate med bays...
She sighs deeply again as she shakes her head.
I do apologize.. I probably repeat that alot... I'm not much for wine. But a beverage would serve a long way to help me relax in this place...

Post by Lord Ferinus Corsai on Mar 25, 2016 9:13:23 GMT -8
**Ferinus heard Ver'metus' words as he cleared the doorway, but the Sith Lord did not respond. His stride never broke. He had trained Ver'metus better than to make such statements to their elders only once their backs are turned.
Or, at least, Ferinus thought he had.
If Ver'metus was somehow displeased that he did not immediately hug Makhai and give him a cookie, then the Anzat knew where to find him to voice such displeasure.
To his face.
Ferinus strode down the hall leading out from the conference room, wanting nothing more than to be alone for a moment, alone with these thoughts and revelations. He had had quite enough for one evening. Additionally, he felt he served no further purpose in that room if he couldn’t even think clearly.
If he could find himself a space all to his own to be with his thoughts without distraction, he could address this problem head-on.
He didn’t need to be seeing ghosts. Not now. Not here. Not when he just laid eyes on another ghost from his past just made flesh. The Sith Lord knew what all of this could mean. He was hoping it didn’t, yet even now, he couldn’t stop his thoughts from racing at near breakneck speed.
The air around Ferinus grew cold, only by a few degrees but enough to make the hairs on his arms stand on end.
The bright white lights that lined the corridor that lead away from the conference room flickered momentarily and behind Ferinus, a figure apeared, bathed a cool blue glow.
The female figure watched him, her head falling to one side as her eyes narrowed; she was a familiar face but older than the last time Ferinus had seen her. She moved silently behind him, stopping just to his left.***
He's changed hasn't he?
***Ferinus’ onyx eyes snapped shut. His nostrils flared as he blew out a long breath. He brought a hand to his forehead, rubbing its center with his thumb and forefinger, right on the place where the long, old scar began. The scar carved by a blade from long ago.
From the time this voice came from.
He knew it. He knew it well. It chilled his lungs and heart as much as its familiarity brought forth an old comfort from the past.***
“I should have known I’d be seeing you next. Would you believe I just had a lovely visit from your old master?”
***He chuckled ruefully. He turned his own eyes back toward the conference room, then turned to face her. It was a face he knew and, even now, through the hazy blue light, he could make out her features.
That was once a face he would have died for.
Now…well…he didn’t know what it was.***
“He has. He even escaped my recognition for a time. His was a face I never expected to see again…..along with yours. Now, if you’ll excuse me.”
***She moved in front of him, the long hem of her flowing robes brushing against the polished floor. She reached up and ran her fingers over the scar that seemed to trouble him. Her fingertips were cold against his skin, colder than the air that envoloped them. The illusion of her breath hung in the air as a fine mist. ***
"I should be flattered then that you thought of me enough to predict my appearance?"
***She ran her fingers down his face, smiling softly in the way that only she could.***
"He hid himself well, from all but one of you for years. You brought him into this world, you should have known it was him even with the mask. You could always see through the lie."
Ferinus started, taking a step back from her icy touch. He felt that. He saw her. He heard her. He reached up to lightly push her fingers away.
“I can always see through a lie, which makes your presence…..that much more disconcerting.”
***He looked back toward the door to the conference room, speaking at just above a whisper, almost to himself.***
"I had my suspicions, but…..I suppose a part of me chose not to believe it. I don’t know what concerns me more: The fact that I wrote that possibility off, or….”
***Ferinus turned back to her, his eyes narrowing. He looked back behind him again to ensure no one had left the room behind him.***
“I don’t know what you are. You’re supposed to be….at least, I thought you….well, what I do know is there are people in that room that I don’t need hearing me talk to myself, if indeed I’m the only one who can hear you.”
***He spotted the room he was staying in just up ahead. He angrily walked past her again, though he was beginning to see this action as futile. If she was any bit as persistent as a ghost as she was in life....***
***The ghostly image was waiting for him as he entered the room. She was sat on the long sofa, her arm draped over the back as her fingers idley toyed the material. As the doors opened and he walked in, she made no effort to move.***
"I am what I am, Ferinus. A memory, a feeling, a sensation. I am everything you perceive me to be and a little bit more."
***She said with a rye smile.***
"You summoned me here, just like Tanith before me. Something stirs inside you, Brother, but what it is, I cannot tell you."

As Stormro and his apprentice entered the hanger the Wraith's ramp lowered, meeting the ground just as the trio reached the ship. Belbe split off from the pair towards the cockpit without a word as Stormro turned in the other direction and began walking towards his quarters and meditation sphere, expecting that Nel would know to follow him. As they entered the room he took a seat on his knees with his feet under him in the central nexus of the dark energies which coursed about the chamber and patted the ground next to him, making it clear that he expected Nel to take a seat beside him. Waiting silently until she did, he finally spoke for the first time since they had left the conference room. "You have now met others of our order, bathed in their presences, and have gained a glimpse into what potentially awaits you within the shadows. Tell me; what do you think of what you have just seen and experienced? What do you feel? Tell me everything..." His tone as he spoke the final sentence left no question as to whether or not he would tolerate any hedging or hesitance from her, nor did the subtle darkness in his piercing gaze conceal the fact that she would further pay for her defiance in their coming duel should she not comply. As he waited the ship lifted off from the durasteel surface of the hanger and made it's way out of the Saboath Destroyer, moving across the relatively short distance towards one of the nearby Majestic-class Heavy Cruisers.

"My opinion on them, Master?" There was a slight amount of hesitation, but not out of fear of him, per se. It was more hesitation out of being overheard by the ones she was about to criticize. Would that still result in more punishment to come? The thought didn't cross her mind, really, but she still glanced back over her shoulder, as if to confirm that yes, they were the only ones there. "Phantom is a loose cannon with far too much power then I feel comfortable having in a mad man's clutches. Tyrana is flaky at best; she wasn't there long enough for me to get a comfortable gauge on, unfortunately. Aysa... Well, I like her and she could make a good ally if thinking logically. I at the very least feel comfortable around her. She's strong, has an intelligent mind to back up her pretty looks, and I think I can learn a lot from her, Master."
She ran a hand through the lower portion of her hair as she tried to get her thoughts together. Her mind was reeling as she thought this through. If she spoke too quickly, she would stumble and make a fool of herself. She carefully sat on her own knees next to her Master, "Ver'metus... He... something is off about him, but he could make a potentially potent ally as well. He seems to have some amount of brain to back up his proverbial brawn."
"As for Ferinus, he needs not to be judging before he even knows all of the facts. He seems in league with Phantom, so we need to watch him. He is his own person, but we cannot be too cautious... And I want to beat the newcomer - Makhai, I believe his name was? - into a pulp and take him down a peg or two, but any attempt at this moment to do so would result in my own defeat rather then teaching the fool anything."
Was she missing anything? Her eyes shifted to the mind ahead of her as she flipped her hair over her shoulder again, her eyes on her Master to try and read his expression. "I feel..."
What exactly was she feeling? Nel stopped in her mental tracks, her brows furrowing together and her head lowering some, her gaze down and to the left as she considered. Her stomach was knotted, and a tightness gathered in her shoulders. Her skin prickled into bumps. She swallowed discreetly at the look in his eyes. She felt intimidated, that was for sure! "I... I don't know for certain what I feel, Master. Apprehensive... fearful... Worried. I believe that is the most forefront emotion right now. I... This is a lot to take in, and I fear we might not be in the best position to make any sort of grandiose moves like some of the others are keen on. Especially with Makhai in our midst now. He's truly an idiot. But... I also feel intimidated by these powerful people. They are bright flames of lit candles and I am a barely sputtering, gasping flicker."
The woman stopped talking for a breath, and to wait for her Master's reaction. If he wanted her to, she would elaborate more, but she wanted to see if her thoughts were well founded or if she needed to step back and re-evaluate what she was thinking.

Running his hand through his hair, he smoothed it back and rolled his neck and cracked it. Looking at where everyone was moving he glanced at the planets projection and nodded to himself. It would soon be theirs and they would soon begin to form a base from which they would operate. He would head down to the surface soon enough but first he needed to check on his brother
Taking one final swig from the decanter he set it down with a dull thud and spoke
The ship is home for anyone who would like to stay back otherwise I will take my leave
Without waiting for a reply, he walked out and reached out with the force feeling for his brother's presence. Finding it he walked down the hall and to the mass which he called blood. He had been off recently and if their heads were not on straight it could post an issue...though who was he to talk, his own psychosis was trying to consume him. Stepping quietly behind and to the side of Ferinus he clapped his hand on his brother's shoulder and looked at him, cocking his head to the side, peering over his brothers face
Everything alright brother? You seem disturbed
There were very few people he cared for in this universe, those he trained under he killed, those who even shared his blood were for the most part inconsequential but someone who he had fought side by side with for a majority of his life, almost died with, and razed entire cities to the ground with, that connection was unbreakable,

She sits back again, crossing one leg over the other, toying with the childs fingers again, watching the smile grow.I would love to do anything that didn't involve this room...I do not think you fully understand how much I hate med bays... She sighs deeply again as she shakes her head.I do apologize.. I probably repeat that alot... I'm not much for wine. But a beverage would serve a long way to help me relax in this place... Chel held Zadea's gaze as she spoke and watched her sit back, she thought momentarilly on her words before answering slowly I think I shall remain here, especially if Tyrana has left me for the time being, hopefully she shall return soon... I can understand your loathing of medbays, but I suppose they are a necessity. With a smile she sat up slowly, feeling slightly better now that she had rested for a long while. Everyone seems to have broken up to do their own things if my awareness is anything that it should be. I would be foolish to return to Phantom's chambers at the moment, but I am sure the conference room still has many a drink there, if you would like to accompany me for a sip?
