123rd Regiment - Kite Battalion The Fortress of Tawntoom. A suitable location for Kite Battalion to dig in and secure. Once a pirate hideout, and then a reclusive force-sensitive's lair, the Fortress now belonged to the Blackguard Imperium. Secured and protected, soon the scientists moved in, to study and dissect whatever they could find. And, given the size of the fortress itself, many secret projects were taking place here. Though the members of Kite Battalion knew better than to ask questions of what happened behind closed doors here...

123rd Regiment - Kite Battalion. Within the Fortress of Tawntoom, Kite Battalion continued to guard and protect the scientists and low level acolytes that had taken up residence within. Secret projects were commonplace and rumors were about at what actually transpired behind closed doors. But none of the members of Kite wanted answers badly enough to go poking around. But they did carry out their duty, ensuring the Fortress was secured and well protected in case of an attack of some kind. And that was all that mattered.

123rd Regiment - Kite Battalion Highly defensible and nigh impregnable, the Fortress of Tawntoom was one of the more heavily fortified locations under the Imperium's control, aside from the Dark Obelisk on Mustafar. With rumors of civil war and defections looming in the air, new orders had come in to ensure the Fortress was ready for permanent occupation by a higher ranking Sith, should the need arise. And, as per ordered, Kite Battalion did their duty and made sure the Fortress was ready for occupation and was reinforced and ready to withstand any siege.

123rd Regiment - Kite Battalion Since the new Overseer had arrived, one Asondra Valken, the rumors of civil war originating from Anobis and Iridonia had been confirmed. While this was rather irksome for the members of Kite, hearing that the affected forces had been ordered to withdraw rather than fight until they had been slaughtered was reassuring. It wasn't how they had trained, mind you, but word had it that the Sith'ari himself, had ordered the withdrawals, opting to conserve their resources, rather than throw them away needlessly. That news, lifted the spirits of the men and women of Kite, reinforcing the fact that they were valued as operational units, rather than viewed as expendable cannon fodder.

123rd Regiment - Kite Battalion Lieutenant-Colonel Orien Watson and his battalion had dug in within the walls of the Fortress of Tawntoom and held out against the forces swearing allegiance to Asondra Valken. So far, the bulk of the forces that had engaged them consisted of a few TX-130T Fighter Tanks and a mix of Terror Droids and SCAR Troopers. Nothing too excessive, which meant that Overseer Valken didn't see them as a significant threat. Fortunately, the Fortress could be well defended and was designed to withstand an siege aside from orbital bombardment. Order 212 had come across the appropriate encrypted comm channels and Watson intended to comply. Clearly Asondra Valken had other plans, as they were pinned in the Fortress for the time being. Though spotty transmissions seemed to indicate that the Sith'ari's fleet was currently engaged with the planet's orbital defenses, so were that the case, it would only be a matter of time before Kite Battalion was relieved and relocated.

The Eternal was enduring and without end. Long had they called Roon home, serving under various governments and masters, keeping their heads low because as their leader persisted in his propaganda: 'patience was the greatest of virtues. Through patience, they would endure and thrive when others have not.' These words rang true when the last of the Blackguard Imperium left the planet to its fate. The Fortress of Tawntoom was revived and there was plenty of technology to utilize. Imperialist individuals, veterans of the Imperium and exiles from other parts of the galaxy, were quickly rounded up and forced to kneel before the shadowy leader of the Eternal, the Supreme Leader. For there was nothing but the Eternal Darkness, the Eternity of the Sith and so would their future renew upon the surface of Roon.
Using connections that had been built up, the Imperials were reformed into a new military under a 'puppet' warlord of the Sith, a woman by the name of Doma Kilaeon, self-proclaimed Sovereign Admiral of Greater Roon. The Imperials would give skilled hands, tactical minds, and the ability to gather resources to their Sith masters who lurked within the Fortress of Tawntoom. To the citizens of Roon, this place was off-limits to only the highest of military personnel. But, in truth, beyond the Sith clans that made up some of the populace, ancient bloodlines that extended to the New Sith Wars and beyond, and the highest of military authorities, none knew of the Supreme Leader and his cult of Sith that were the true masters of Roon.
Many, like Xitan, gathered in the tens and into the few hundreds now to serve the Supreme Leader and find their destiny with the Sith Eternal. Their old names discarded and new identities embraced as they embraced the Dark Side. Many died trying to be foolish or weak. Only the strong could thrive, only the greatest could truly call themselves Sith... and the bodies left behind were forgotten, just like all in the past.

In a long corridor within the Fortress of Tawntoom, two figures walked side by side, two beings that couldn't be more different despite that which they worshipped. One was a female human, garbed in a combined uniform of the Imperial science division and the dark apparel of a mistress of the Sith, as humourless as she was brilliant. The other a male barabel, black of scale and garbed in a series of flayed human faces sutured together to form a grotesque robe, his only true vanity. Both were members of the Council of Seven, Sith cultists devoted to the faith of the Eternal. The first of them was Darth Astera, the Director of Technological Advancements and mind behind many of the cult's mechanical constructs. The second was Darth Dragus, a diabolical alchemist with a penchant for butchery, serving the role of the cult's Dark Apothecary. Trailing behind the two Sith that walked side by side was a troupe of emaciated little sentient bears known as ewoks, with patchwork fur and bleeding feet, pirouetting and dancing a jig as they followed the council members. They had been commanded to perform for the vile alchemist's twisted entertainment, compelled against their will to do so by a series of musical notes blown from the meltmassif flute tucked into a rope of entrails tied around the barabel's waist. There had been twice the troupes number a day ago; sadly, their little hearts had given out from exhaustion and they now served as material for the apothecary's flesh pits. Dragus' reptilian rasp could be heard as the two walked further down the hall."...and ssso Mortale pullz out of the corpssse and sayz to me, necromancy? That'z not what I heard." He chuckled cruelly. "The look on the face of that dead girl'z mother. Priceless! Siss siss siss." He noted the quiet coming from Astera as they marched in pace, annoyed somewhat that she didn't seem to grasp the comedy of his tale. "Well, I sssuppose you had to be there." The director's response was a derisive snort, followed by a shaking of her head, clearly disgusted by something Dragus had said. When she replied it was cold as stone and practically absent emotion. "Amusing as they are, I did not come to hear another one of your repulsive parables, Dragus. I believe you promised to procure a poison for me." She eyed her saurian counterpart with concern, not for the well being of his mental state as that appeared a lost cause, but rather over the notion that he may have forgotten his obligation to her.Dragus blinked two reptilian orbs of bloody crimson as he recollected doing just as Astera requested. "Of courssse, my dear, it'z here sssomewhere." He reached a clawed hand into the folds of tanned human hide he wore and when it came back empty, he spun about and looked at the floor as though the item he sought might be found there. As he turned, his long lizard tail swept out behind him, dragging across the floor a rusted six inch serrated blade that capped its tip. The blade ended up carving a furrow through the armoured boots of a stormtrooper standing guard in the hall beside them, slicing into the meat of the man's ankles. "Ahhhh!" The stormtrooper shrieked, collapsing to the floor as his feet gave out and his legs followed immediately after. The apothecary seemed to notice the injured man for the first time, leaning down to examine the wounds with equal parts curiosity and hunger. "Oh my goodness. Terribly sssorry there, good chap. I'll have you fixed right up." The barabel snapped two clawed digits, summoning a pair of his ranat assistants. They scurried up the hall and stopped short of the mad alchemist. "Take him to the apothercarium. We could use the ssspare partz." The sentient rodents chittered a snicker and fell on the injured trooper, clutching at him with gnarled paws. Shrieking, the trooper cried to the barabel for clemency. "My lord! Please, mercy!" To which Dragus could only offer a wag of his clawed index and middle finger. "Ta ta. And do keep the ssscreaming to a minimum. My earz are awfully sensssitive."The man's cries soon turned to convulsions as he foamed at the mouth and began to bleed from the eye, his organs liquifying in his chest, unseen to the chittering ranats dragging his rapidly rotting corpse down the hall. "Ah, that'z what I did with the poison." He said somewhat apologetically, looking over his shoulder at the oily sheen of the blade capping his tail, clearly coated in the toxin Astera had asked for. Dragus turned to her and offered a shrug. "Apologiez, dear Assstera. I shall endeavour to provide a tincture of your requesssted elixir az sssoon az I am able." Again she found herself shaking her head at the warped alchemical master, not even surprised a little at these turn of events. "Please see that you do." The director fixed the saurian Sith with a thoughtful look. "You know, you will occasionally be expected to HEAL the troops, Dragus." His lips peeled back to reveal a maw full of dagger shaped incisors, grinning ferally. "Heal or hack apart, it'z all the sssame really. They're all jussst meat." His forked tongue flickered past his bleeding gums and lapped at the hot ropes of drool beginning to drip down his chin as he salivated."Sssay, did I ever tell you about the time my brother Bacca'z pet rancor ate a parasssite infesssted gamorrean? It ssspewed acidic diarrhea for dayz while blade toothed tentaclez writhed like an unsssanitary bouquet from itz posssterior. Impossible to get out of the drapez..." And on he went as the pair continued their walk, another ewok dropping dead in their wake.

A Lambda-shuttle descended from the orbit of Roon, arriving at a shuttle plattform of the fortress. These were the coordinates that were sent to here after her arrival with the Fenrir. Dressed in her red uniform, Azrea Thrune marched forward, flanked by two of her Death Corps troopers, who would guard the entrance of the shuttle. No, she needed no escort. She was her own bodyguard, as the whole purpose of her life was to protect none other than the Imperial leader himself. The true imperial leader.
Whether this supposed Supreme Leader that had called her here would proof to be such a person was yet to be seen. Stoic, the woman waited admidst the dark outskirts of the fortress, waiting for someone to lead her the way.

Azrea ThruneEventually, Azrea was joined by the arrival of the Hand of the Eternal, Xazatar. The masked Sith disembarks with his Shadow Guards and proceeds to walk upon the landing pad. The Sith motions to his guards, dismissing them quietly before motioning to Azrea. The pair of them would enter the facility of Tawntoon that had been a fortress, rebuilt by the Blackguard Imperium, for the sake of securing their hold over the planet. Now it served as a base for the Sith Eternal, under the guise of being a strict military facility that where citizens were outlawed to venture to. In truth, only the highest of the Greater Roon military and government could come here besides the Sith.
Once inside the facility, Xazatar would walk down one of the corridors, passing various Acolytes and Masters. The Hand paused though to watch some training sessions below where he stood. The Hand was always looking for perspective apprentices and acolytes that could, one day, serve in his department as assassins and spies. He turns to Azrea Thrune.=Xazatar= The heart of our operations. We number a few hundred now, coming from just ten or so.The Sith remarks as his eyes continue to scan the various Sith trainees. Even acolytes were educated still, despite graduating from their apprenticeships. Knowledge was a path to power and one could never have enough. Xazatar slowly walked down, facing the viewport of the training. Some of which seemed... rather violent. In fact, one such session, close by, seemed absolutely brutal. A masked Sith, perhaps a young male in his late twenties, let loose a powerful push in the Force, slamming his opponent against the wall several times. His opponent was hardly worth his time, but the educators thought it wise for the two to be paired for a sparring match. None dared come closer though to remotely raise a hand or even a word. His crossguard lightsaber ignited as the Sith bellowed at his opponent, who was hunched slightly and even spitting up a little blood.GET UP! GET UP AND FIGHT!His opponent coughed once more before wiping the blood from his nose and lips. Immediately, the acolyte drew his lightsaber and drove it forward, but quickly, the masked one used the butt of his lightsaber to break the cheek bone of his sparring partner. His free hand grabbed the other, firmly impacting it with the Force as his opponent was disarmed quickly. The other male rose to challenge Xitan, but Xitan elbowed him in the chin, forcing the fellow acolyte down. Xitan was growing impatient at the lack of challenge and finally raised his lightsaber over his opponents head.Nothing but a waste of existence...A downward slash caused the head to be disconnected from the body and roll away. The body went limp and fell to the ground. Xitan uses his foot to ensure the body fell away from him, crumpling with ease. Another failure... the weak would be culled to ensure the strength of the Eternal. The young Sith then notices the gaze of the Hand above with someone foreign. An Imperial Guardsman? Xitan looks away after a moment, disengaging his lightsaber and walking to the sidelines for now.

On the same level as Xazatar and the Royal Guard, but on the opposite side of the dueling pit, Dragus and Astera leaned on the railing as they watched the fight. The director smirked as she witnessed Xitan remove the head of his opponent with a downwards slash of his furious red blade. "He's a spirited one, that's for certain." She said to the black scaled barabel at her side. The saurian Sith, however, was more interested in the carcass left behind after the duel was completed. "Indeed." With a snap of his finger talons the saurian Sith summoned three of his ranat assistants. They scurried on all fours to his side, stopping just short of the reach of his often unintentionally deadly tail. "You three, take the remainz of that one to the lab. I've an idea how bessst to make use of it." Quickly they began to scurry off to the level below. A last moment thought caused Dragus to shout after them. "On sssecond thought, bring me the head. I could do with a light sssnack before lunch."
Darth Astera's cruel icy blue eyes followed the rodents as they descended towards the pit, the revulsion on her face evident. She turned to face her fellow council member and questioned his choice of servants openly. "I don't understand why you make use of such disgusting vermin. It's unseemly for a Sith of your stature." There was a slight flicker of the barabel's tail, dragging the serrated blade on its end across part of the railing in a audible shriek of grinding metal. He didn't care to be questioned, not one bit. Swatting at some of the bot flies that seemed to flock to his robe of tanned human skin, Dragus replied matter-of-factly. "They make excellent assistantz. Their tiny bodiez fit in all the tight ssspaces and they breed like, well, ranatz. Terrible eating though, parasssite ridden, all of them. Givez me the worssst indigessstion." He watched as two of the tusked rodents dragged off the headless body, while the third picked up the head and began to scurry back.
After a moment the ranat returned to the upper level and handed the head to Dragus' waiting claws. It was still smoking from the neck where Xitan's lightsaber had cauterized the meat. Astera took a step back, concerned about what her fellow Sith was about to do. "I hope you're not planning on eating that in front of me." The barabel's dagger filled maw was already open as he held the head above his mouth by the hair. He paused, holding the head dangling above him as steaming ropes of saliva dripped down his chin and soiled his cadaverous robe. "Apologiez, Assstera. How rude of me. Would you care for sssome?" In an exasperated sigh, the director threw up her hands and began to walk away from the other Sith, heading back towards her lab. Dragus watched her go for a moment before offering a simple shrug. "Sssuit yourssself. More for me."
A loud 'crack' sounded as the Dark Apothecary's jaws crunched into the still warm meat of the fallen initiates head, snapping the skull like kindling and savouring every juicy morsel. Flecks of blood and gooey bits of grey matter showered the dueling pit below as Dragus attempted to sate his insatiable appetite.

=Xazatar= The weak are culled so the strong may thrive. The Hand states before turning to Azrea.Do you approve? As she watched the struggle of the masked man below them, Azrea remained unmoved, feeling reminded of her own training under Daala. Even despite them being force users, there were similiarities, as the fights went on similiar. In order to find the most ideal man or woman that would become a Royal Guard, many of the old practices of the Echani martial arts were trained, while it wasn't uncommon to also kill the competitors within the training. It was mostly this training that Azrea remembered, for everything before that she hardly knew anything. "Our training by the Emperor was a similiar task, thus I see no reason to disagree", she thus gave as an answer, her look still fixed upon the Sith, who looked up to her, visors clashing with eachother for a brief moment, before she turned fully towards Xazatar, "My sole purpose is to protect the Emperor and to fulfill his will, so that the Empire may thrive. If someone can't fullfill that duty, it is rightful to eliminate them from the ranks to correct the mistakes. Both the Royal Guard and Vader knew the necessity of these acts, no matters the betrayal of the later one." To some point Azrea wondered if the Eternal saw it similiar like her, given that next to Palpatine there were also two others, that they worshipped. Whether they agreed with her regarding her view point on Vader was up for debate still - yet she didn't fear to be honest, for she had sworn anyways her oaths on a man thought dead and his legacy. At least the later she seemed to have found in the form of this omnious Supreme Leader.

Azrea ThruneFurther reinforcement of Azrea's dedication to the Imperial cause. Xazatar had to make sure her dedication was absolute and without question. After all, the Supreme Leader had plans for this Imperial Guardsman, one of the last of her kind. The Hand then continues on, leaving the training area of the Acolytes and heading deeper into the fortress. The pair would soon go down a full level and proceed through some rather secure locations. Masked Sith of higher rank and Stormtroopers in black armor patrolled these underground corridors of metal. Xazatar would approach a door and wave his hand at a console, causing it to go green and open.
The room the pair was occupied by only two pieces: a crescent table, facing away from them, with seven seats. Beyond that was a slightly leveled surface, indicating that something was there. Carried on the wind across a near fathomless distance, only made possible by the transient properties of insidious dark magics and the universal connection of all things through the Force, a musical melody traveled from one end of the Dark Apothecary's meltmassif flute to the Fortress of Tawntoom.♪♫♪ At the very top of the massive structure built into the walls of a volcanic crater, even higher than the throne room of the Supreme Leader of the Cult of the Sith Eternal, was a massive aviary that was home to a plethora of winged creatures. Mostly notably was a large hawk-bat population that had been imported to help keep the troublesome mynock migrations in check. An endless chorus of squawks and chirps escaped the large open cage that served as a nest for the areas avian population. As the tune travelled across the wind and reached the aviary, the pleasant bird song began a symphony of frightened shrieks. Many of the small winged animals took to the air and poured out of the aviary's open portal, spilling out in front of the Fortress like a plague of locusts, obscuring all in a swarm of chaotic flapping wings. Towards the rear of the nest, something stirred as the musical note from Dragus' flute reached its ear, stirring the entity from its deep slumber. Black pitiless orbs set in its small head opened and leered, while poison mist expelled from its wide snout as it exhaled, filling the aviary with the rancid stink of rotting meat. Huge leathery wings covered in dark purple scales stretched out to their full extent, measuring thirty meters across in total, practically the length of a freighter-class starship. The monster let out a powerful shriek as it extended its long neck, snapping its wide snout and catching a slow to escape hawk-bat in its arm length fangs, devouring it with a mighty crunch of its deadly jaws. The creature in question was known as a drexl, native to the poison moon of Dxun. Years ago when the Great Devourer maintained an Empire that stretched from one end of the galaxy to another, he had killed the former Sith King of Onderon, Gaiscioch Dearg, and assumed his royal title. It was during this wicked reign of terror that the saurian Sith, then known as the Famine Lord, traveled to the planet's moon and found the unhatched egg of a drexl. He raised that egg himself, warping the larvae inside with his vast wealth of insidious knowledge of Sith alchemy and dark science. He affectionately referred to the winged repto-avian as 'Spite', using the warbeast as a mount to ride into combat against any who would be foolish enough to challenge him. Imported to blessed Pzob, the scaled monster had grown beyond the size of any of its kin, feasting on the gamorrean tribesmen that called the Cradle of the Eye home. Upon joining the Eternal Cult, Dragus had seen to moving his beloved pet to the planet of Roon, where it slumbered until this very moment.Hooked wings dragged the monster towards the uncovered balcony at the front of the aviary, revealing a dark leather saddle mounted on its back with a large loop that a long black spear tipped cone was thrust through, the sinister energy lance of the Hungering One. Spite let loose another ear splitting shriek, scattering the cloud of birds in front of the fortress. It clawed its way to the lip of the balcony and pulled itself over the edge, unfurling its scaled wings to their full extent and catching the warm air of the volcanic crater. It glided away from the structure and began to beat those giant wings, ascending high into the sky as it veered towards the direction of its cruel master.

Following Xazatar and Vullorr inside, she remained unmoved, when confronted with the leader of the Eternal. She could see why he was probably the mightiest among them, yet... time would tell if the Supreme Leader was truely following the legacy of the three Sith, that he had mentioned. Looking up towards him, she yet obeyed his demand regarding the status report.
"One Turbulent-class Star Destroyer and two heavy transport cruisers of the Diarchy followed my command, wheras 15000 soldiers have survived, where the others failed to comply", she answered the question hollow, yet dermined, "Those, that didn't make it, will now call the Maw Installation their graveyard. They weren't worthy to continiue the Empire's legacy, for they never served the Emperor with their full heart. Those, that survived have the chance to proof their passion and to reforge what was lost."

Perhaps, through you, they may be reborn as you were.

Perhaps, through you, they may be reborn as you were. The thought, that one of her assigned legions would be titled after Vader's famous First Legion gave Thrune some mixed feelings, given that it was indeed an honor, for they were once known as the Emperor's finest soldiers, yet at the same time it would be the continiuation of a regiment, that had served under the greatest betrayer that the Galactic Empire ever faced. There wasn't necessarily any love that Azrea shared for Vader, as up until this point he had functioned perfectly, when it came to his records. Most imperials up to this day couldn't agree whether they would see his imperial legacy or the very moment, when he unexpectedly turned against his master. The Sith, following their traditional rules of succession might even see the later even as a sign of strength, yet there wasn't any reason to ask the Supreme Leader on these opinions. All she did was lowering her head in respect. When he spoke up further, she simply waited, remaining unmoved by these last words. "The last one, who offered me titles made the mistake of thinking, that I would care for it", she solely said grim, her hollow visor revealing no emotions, "I will lead the legions that were assigned to me and will gladly train those, that will be worthy to protect their Emperor one day, no matter the consequences, yet do not confuse me with a mere powerhungry soldier that switches allegiances based on the reward that was promised. I came, because I serve the true Emperor. I was told that you continiue his legacy and that your forces are the worthy heirs to the Empire. And I know my place within the Empire."

There was a shimmering of anger with the emotions of both Vullorr and Xazatar at the words of Thrune. She showed little gratitude for the titles bestowed upon her by the Supreme Leader. Yet, there was hardly a shimmering emotion within their liege. The master of the Eternal simply gazed down at her, the immense holoimage towering as it usually did before the Councilors when a session was in progress. The holoimage flickered ever so slightly as the mysterious Sith spoke.
Do not consider these titles as bribes for your loyalty, Azrea Thrune, but as gestures of good faith. You surrendered willingly, killed off your disloyal followers and followed your destiny to Roon. With the Diarchy, you were a means to an end... with the Eternal, you will become a prized individual. A commander of the reborn Guard, free of the corruption that tainted its past!
The Supreme Leader speaks to the newly gained subordinate.
Your talents and prowess will soar higher now that the shackles of your enslavement are removed. In the times of old, the Royal Guard were a presence to be feared and respected. You are not a dog... you an exemplar, the manifestation of a vision that the Empire can, one day, be reborn under an inheritor of the Three Emperors.
At the mention of the legacy, the Sith nods his helmet slightly.
Long ago, I was given a vision... the Dark Side swallowed me whole and the ghosts of Vitiate, Sidious, and Krayt spoke to me from beyond their graves. Their spirits instructed me to create a sect, a cult dedicated to worshipping them. For they were the Emperors of the Sith, the true movers of our legacy... I was honored by their presence and thus the Sith Eternal was formed by my leadership and through their guidance.
The word of the Three Emperors was the pillar of the Eternal, the means in which the Sith would thrive once more. With a new Sith Empire, a new Emperor, and a galactic domination that was destined for them. The Supreme Leader's gaze remains focused on Azrea Thrune. His finger points directly at her.
Your presence will not be a means to an end, Azrea Thrune. You... you will become a vital part of this plan, this legacy, that we seek to rebuild. And, one day, you, alongside your fellow Royal Guardsmen, will be the protectors of a new Emperor, one worthy of Vitiate, Sidious, and Krayt! The tip of the spear that will slay their foes.

Respectful Azrea lowered her head once more, the more she heard. If these news were to be believed her faith within the Supreme Leader were well placed. A man, having communicated with the spirits of the three Emperors was something she had hardly expected - yet it didn't seem unreasonable and also explained why their cult had remained for so long undetected. Even more annoying that she wasn't found by the Eternal's forces earlier, but in the end it didn't matter. Azrea knew that she had found her destiny finally for once.
Then, my Supreme Leader, how may I serve the Eternal for now?, she asked, honestly humble for probably one of few moments. The hopeful ambition that she shared with the Supreme Leader's words wasn't hard to detect for the bystanding Sith and the Leader himself. Almost expecting the helmet eyed the holographic figure, as if there was anything else to know about her current position.

The Supreme Leader leans back in his chair. His gaze turned slightly to Vullorr.
Lord Vullorr, brief Azrea Thrune of her first mission. I must return to my meditations.
As Vullorr bowed, the Sith turned his gaze once more to the Royal Guardsmen.
I expect great things from you, Commander Thrune.
The leader's holoimage then vanished. Yet the room remained dim as Vullorr keyed a console, bringing up a new display for Azrea to view. The Sith motions to her to approach the holoimage of the planet, Kamino, out in the Wild Space of the galaxy. Vullorr turns to her after she approached.
=Vullorr= There has been an ongoing debate among the Council on how to best ensure a strong force for the Eternal's plans. Currently, the discussion is divided between the usage of battle droids or clone troopers. Given the limitations of one planet, conscription cannot relied upon too much as we still need persons in other industries to supply us with weapons, goods, and such.
Greater Roon was the face of the Eternal to cover up their activities. Available hands were limited as both the Imperial and Sith armies needed trained recruits and conscripts to fill the roles of pilots, soldiers, officers, technicians, and more within the respective militaries. And so the Supreme Leader, considering the two arguments, decided to go for the clone option first. Hence the image of Kamino.
=Vullorr= We would like to create a contract with the Kaminoan cloners. See if we can gain the necessary numbers to fulfill the role of our frontline troops, pilots, and support roles. Droids cannot be truly relied upon... though we do use the Sentinel model war-droid. A clone force, similar to the one Palpatine used to ensure his rise to power, would be a worthy army for the Eternal.
Vullorr turns to Azrea.
=Vullorr= Your first mission is to see this contract made. A representative of the Sith Eternal and Greater Roon will join to see to the fulfillment of this task.

Although this nearly smelled similiary to the one mission she had to one escort mission she had conducted at Coruscant as a mere escort to one of Atash's family members for negotiations with the false Emperor, Thrune was more comfortable with the expectation of granting the Eternal a clone army, reminiscent of the forces that were once utilized during the Clone Wars. Under her training with Daala, she had learnt many lessons regarding the Empire and it's formation, to which the clones of Jango Fett were no exception. Various reasons lead to their decommissioning, ranging from betrayal up to straight inefficiency over maintaining such an army over several decades, yet for the current situation they would serve a new Empire even better.
Especially the chance to train these forces up to the image of the old Clone Army was quite intrigueing. From what Azrea knew, Fett's biology mixed with the soldier training routines resulted in the creation of nearly perfect soldiers, shaped within the Mandalorian image. This time we could do better than that..., Azrea thought to herself, remembering her own training within the Echani ways. The possibilities were endless, especially when it came to the choices in candidates.
"Tell your representative that I will be on my way then, Lord Vullorr", she thus stated briefly in front of the Sith, "If this is one of many necessary steps that will allow us to reforge the Empire, then I will not disappoint you nor the Supreme Leader." Not that she necessarily looked forward the negotiations. Kaminoans were after all still xenos. Treacherous, if one wasn't careful. Yet given their own cause, Azrea knew that the outcome would be of actual benefit, where she wouldn't have to deal with these aliens on a daily basis. More trust than she would put in even one of the Hutts at least. No, she would definitly restrain herself for this mission. For after all she served the true Empire...
