"Lisssten, if the council getz wind of what happened here I'll never hear the end of it. I'm already in a bit of hot water over a few misssing stormtrooperz, az though I could have posssibly eaten all of them..." Just most, the others he had poisoned. "Perhapz you could be persssuaded to omit a few...mmmm, minor detailz from your report? I in turn would be happy to ssspeak with Vullor about the posssibility of promotion, and it goez without sssaying should you require any alchemical servicez, I would be more than happy to sssee to your needz. I'm certain a young Sssith on the rissse sssuch az yourssself could find a ussse for a poissson or a pox." Dragus saw him cut down an opponent? Xitan delve into his memory, recalling when this may have been, then the acolyte recalled that time he took down a male named Borius, his Sith name being Darth Fexir, who had been killed by his blade recently. Perhaps the Sith councilor meant that occasion as Xitan recalled a few of the Eternal's most highest ranked personnel watching the trials and sparring from above.
What came as a surprise for the young Sith was the next series of words. Dragus was offering him a bribe of sorts to ensure he didn't lose face with his colleagues. Both opportunities presented a means to advance the career of Xitan, either with Dragus' help or making him a possible enemy. Personally, Xitan didn't want to make the Saurian a foe... yet. Dragus was offering a rare opportunity that would put him on the upper advantage with his fellow peers of the favored acolytes of the Supreme Leader.I will mention that the experiment came from the laboratory of Darth Sallus.Xitan replies, complying with the offer presented by Dragus.I do believe he was experimenting of new forms of mutated soldiery given the ongoing debate between using clones or droids. His theories on Sithspawn slave-soldiers are rather well-known among the ranks after all. Shouldn't be too hard to make a mention of it.To the ears of the Saurian, this incident would be between the two Sith. Details adjusted appropriately to pin the fault on Sallus, who would likely lose his current standing and influence. Xitan was willing to take this offer up and see to it that the whole incident was covered up.

Pleased that they had an understanding, Dragus clapped his scaled hands together, his hungry grin widening further in delight. His muscular tail struck the ground twice, hard enough to make the stormtroopers standing watch jump in their plastoid plate. The Hungering One's bloody orbs turned towards them, lingering as he continued to address Xitan."Excellent." He hissed happily. "I could tell you were a bright one from the ssstart." Slipping a claw into his robe, the black scaled barabel retrieved his trusty meltmassif flute, bringing the ruby red instrument to his wet lips. He played a single note into the alchemically enhanced musical device, signalling his monstrous mount that still circled the port. Spite's long purple neck twisted about in the air as it heard the familiar tune and it spun and dove towards the ground. The two troopers standing watch couldn't help but look up upon hearing the loud beat of large leathery wings as the mutated drexl descended, right down on top of them. AHHHH! Came the cry over the shared comms channel as the winged reptoavian's giant talons closed around either trooper and sheared through their armour like a lightsaber through blue-butter. The life was squeezed and bled out of them even before the wide snout of the beast closed its fangs around their remains and gobbled them up in short order. Dragus turned and met the Sith acolyte's helmeted gaze."Apologiez for the losss, but I can't afford loossse lipz. I am sssure you underssstand. Siss, Siss, Siss!" He cackled with his lizard lisp. "Darth Salluz haz much to anssswer for."Far too amused by his own comment, the saurian Sith continued to chuckle as he strode over to his lance embedded in the ground. Taking hold of the hilt, he tensed his powerful muscles and pulled the long black spear free from the duracrete he had previously planted it in and carried it over to Spite's saddle. He thrust it through a large leather loop connected to the saddle straps, then scaled the creature's side until he slipped into the custom seat on its back. He took the reigns into his right hand and raised his left, waving farewell to the acolyte."I am certain you posssesss the meanz to find me should you require my aid in the future. Fare thee well." Digging his heels in, the dark apothecary commanded his mount to take to the air. Spite practically bounded into the sky as its wings extended and beat the air in several powerful flaps. Within moments the reptilian Sith and beast both were rising high over the horizon, disappearing from sight as they vanished behind drifting storm clouds. They rolled in as if on cue, releasing a downpour of water that helped extinguish the remaining blazes around the port.

In one dark corner of the planet, far from the bright lights of civilized society, was a bone strewn pit where Roon's bantha population went to die. Some genetic instinct drove the gentle herbivores to travel here in the waning hours of their soon expiring lives, though no xenological study seemed to be able to determine just why this was the case. It didn't really matter, that they died was enough, fueling the insidious energies of the malevolent fey and weakening the barrier between the physical realm and chaos. This was the bantha graveyard.Greasy furred ranats matted in filth and caked in excrement toiled with bleeding gnarled claws as they burrowed deep into the hardened earth, overwhelming numbers of the rat kin scraping and tunneling with such speed that even an army of droids would have been hard pressed to match their frantic pace. These were the slave mice, the lower caste of the vermintide whose lives were spent frivolously by the higher tier members of their race, as well by the monstrous draconian lord that commanded their obedience. Worked unto death, the corpses became fodder for the rodents that followed in their wake, and so on and so forth. Massive four armed mutants with brutish physiques, the sithspawn affectionately referred to by the mad alchemist who had created them as ranat-ogres, stood watch outside the mouth of the burrow. These towering hulks gnawed upon yellowed bantha bones, cracking the hardening skeletons to suck out the expired marrow while powerful fangs chewed what rancid scraps of decayed meat remained. These genetic freaks were not alone. There atop a palanquin of bone and bantha skulls was the darkened steel figure of Krell, the demonic Sith elite warbot enslaved to the will of He-Who-Hungers. Sheathed in alchemically forged iron that seemed to absorb any radiance and warmth around it, the servant of the Hungering One maintained an endless watch of the growing cortosis mines fueling the steadily growing war machine of the Sith Eternal. A two meter long ostrine great sword rested across the barbed skirt of his lap, radiating cold and menace, frost riming the throne of yellow skeleton from its mere presence. The face guard of his blackened helm was locked in the upright position, revealing the leering skull beneath and the two glowing red photo-receptors that protruded from the ancient sockets, furiously luminous like two orbs of witch-fire.A procession of the hopeless was driven before the monstrous lord of bone and iron, taken from many a world cursed to know the fearsome bite of the Great Devourer and his wicked cabal. Horridly scarred kesh flayed for their unique skin pigmentation, emaciated humans and red eyed duros, tall long necked morodin, featherless Rishii...all had a place in the pit, slowly dying from cancers caused by the precious mineral they mined, rotting from the inside. These deaths were meaningless to the Sith overlords who craved this material with the sickness of greed. The Supreme Leader commanded the cortosis be harvested in great quantities, whatever the cost.

Filthy mists of poisoned blood sprayed from coughing throats choked with cortosis particles, seen all across the endless line of emaciated and downtrodden workers that filed out of the mine after their shift. They would receive just four hours respite before the bell toned and they were forced back into the dark tunnels by their oppressive overseers and the demonic entity that commanded them. Those that gave in to exhaustion were allowed to die where they fell. Once the smell turned rancid, the ranats did the rest, attracted to the delicious aroma of carrion meat. They gnawed spoiled meat straight from the bone, in seconds stripping a corpse down to nothing, even cracking the bones to slurp out the marrow. The other slaves saw this and recoiled, fear absorbing every moment of their tortured existence, despite death being considered a welcome relief from their pitiful lives.A monstrous beast of black scale and razor talon stalked past the slave pens maintained outside the mines. It had two massive bat like wings extruding from its back, currently folded in towards its reptilian like body like two leathery tents. Its tail ended in a barbed head of bone, dragging through the rocky rubble of the pit, still gore crusted from the last time it pulped a slave to meaty paste. Acidic saliva drizzled from its serrated edged beak, hissing as it pooled on the ground beneath its freakish head, its two large eyes burning furiously with barely contained hostility. This creature, once a noble Uvak of Kesh, had been warped by the corrupting influence of the darkside and mutated by the borderline insane alchemical arts of the Sith Eternals own dark apothecary.Yet it wasn't this beast that the slaves feared the most, but rather, the rider mounted on the saddle across its back.Krell was a towering figure, seven feet tall and layered in dark Sith forged iron aeons old. This former tomb guard of Freedon Nadd, once a renowned swordsmen who had held his own against the likes of Warb Null in single combat, now served as a pawn of the Great Devourer. The face plate of his tall helm was lifted to showcase the yellowed skull underneath. Photo-receptors had been worked into the old bones sockets, glowing fiercely like two burning motes of witch-fire. In his left spiked gauntlet he held a long barbed lash, glistening wet from recent use. He raised his arm over his armoured shoulder and cracked the whip, striking a feces spattered human slave across their scarred back, splitting the flesh down to the bone. An agonized wail echoed across the pit, but no one moved from the line, too fearful of the masters punishment should they step out of line to help the poor sod. The ranats though, they lingered near, long gnarled snouts twitching as they scented human blood. They crunched finger bones between their razor sharp fangs, salivation practically frothing from their jaws, beady eyes focused on a future meal.CRACK! The vermin scattered as the mechanized wight's lash snapped between them, scattering the horde as they fled into the tunnels, panicked but still hungry. Krell said nothing, reaching up with his right gauntlet and snapping the faceplate of his helm into place. Hot steam blew from the grill as his cybernetics vented through small gaps in his alchemized plate. He then pulled on the reigns of his uvak, Scourge, and led the beast in a slow trot past a slave pen quite literally fashioned from the stripped bones of former slaves. None could so much as meet his terrible glowing eyes.Hairless wookiees and featherless Rishi, both having lost their natural coats due to the carcinogenic cortosis, pushed fully laden carts on tracks out of the tunnels, overflowing with the toxic ore. From there it was loaded into shuttles destined for the volcanic Fortress of Tawntoom or the Nullus Beacon in the Cloak of the Sith. The Supreme Leader and his loyal legions had a need for the precious substance, though for now it was unclear what exactly that was. Only time would tell.

Pressing forward to the planet's surface, the crew had established their plan of attack. Within the open lands of the wild terrain, Duvrax would be dropped off as the rest headed to Nime. It would allow them to split up and gather further information while working to also hide themselves from the Imperials. It sounded like a good plan in theory. He could only hope it'd work. Such strategies were typically best thought up by Krokaa, but alas, none of his peers elected to join him on this journey. A shame, but he respected their choices. That was the biggest lesson he had learned over the past few years. Learn all he could about the many beliefs and walks of life that existed before him, then freely choose his path. Choices made in such a way would see him never wavering and demolishing any barriers that would hold him back.
Stepping up the boarding ramp, Lassix stood behind him to both see him off and ensure the ramp was closed before they headed on.
Alright, we are coming up on the drop point. Good luck out there and happy hunting.
With the confirmation they had arrived, Duvrax opened the boarding ramp. They hovered over the ground, not taking the few moments to properly land just in case they were being pursued by any starfighter patrols. Before he could take another step forward, the Pantoran pulled him around and gave him a deep kiss before backing away. A smirk was all he gave her as he leapt backward into a flip, falling from the craft to the ground below. Rising to his feet, he watched as the Tûaradi was already pulling away and heading off for their own destination.
Looking around, the Zabrak took a few deeps breaths as he let himself adjust to his surroundings. Letting himself feel the presence of the planet, the air, the life, the Force, these things would be key to letting him traverse the unfamiliar area with a bit more ease. Still, caution had to be played. He didn't know what awaited him so he had to be ready. Reaching out in attempt to lock down that which called him, he began to press forward.

The terrestrial world of Roon had a variety of biomes: namely plains, mudfields, frozen mountains, and oceans. In contrast with some other Sith worlds, such as the barren surfaces of Ziost and Korriban or the stormy, corrupted planet of Dromund Kaas, this seemed like a peaceful paradise... at first glance. Years of the Dark Side could still be felt within the soil of the world, a darkness that had persisted since the New Sith Wars era, when Lord Kaan made Roon his headquarters. A number of the clans claim ancestry from warriors, assassins, and notables that once served under Kaan's Brotherhood of the Sith. It's modest population served the needs of Kaan's army and, later, Sidious during the Galactic Empire.
In more recent history, it served as a territory of the Blackguard Reborn and, later, under the flag of its Imperium, headquartered in far off Mustafar. But only when the Sith of the Blackguard left that a new darkness took hold. One that was felt permeating through the very ground of Roon. And yet, one needed to be well-tuned to the Dark Side to sense this presence in the Force. It carefully hid itself for the purpose of ensuring that the roots remained and the tree could grow strong once more.
Where Durvax landed appeared to be near a highway to one of the Roonstone mines. A pair ofHCVw A9.2 juggernaut transports were seen halted at a checkpoint about a mile up the way. Stormtroopers were seen, moving back and forth, checking for stowaways and unwanted company. Mudman were exceptionally annoying to them. A blaster went off at a small creature that stowed before a Stormtrooper picked it up and tossed into the vicinity of the woods for a predator to enjoy. Roonstones were a valuable means for trade and the credits were useful.

From the clearing in which he had landed, Duvrax had taken to the woods. Unfortunately he wasn’t the most inconspicuous, his size letting him easily stand out anywhere he went. This he needed to take every advantage he could to remain hidden. It was in these moments he cursed his gifts, denying him others that could have been helpful in other situations. Most times, he made due, but these were that exception.
Before long he came upon the checkpoint, the pair of transports being examined and cleared of unwanted pests. He was curious as to their business, wondering if it would lead him to what called him. So many uncertainties. Going with the flow and adapting was all he had. What was his choice moving forward? Just wait and slip by and continue on? Uses his strength and power to rush in and cause a scene and gain whatever info he could? Maybe he could somehow hitch a ride and at least carry him along faster? So many choices and ones he had little time to make.
He felt the best option was maybe jumping on top of them and just laying low as they went. If only Theranna had been there or he had her skills. She was the assassin, built for speed and stealth. Even if had carried his mask that connected him to his peers, allowing some aspect of usage regarding their abilities, it wouldn’t matter since they weren’t nearby. No, it was his choices, his skills that would lead him forward. In which case, his best option would be to get passed the check point from the woods and hopefully be able to speed up behind them and jump aboard. He didn’t have skills in illusions to create any kind of distraction, and with his build and the distance needed to cover quickly, he’d be seen in an instant. Outside of just attacking everything, it was his only option.
Retreating a bit deeper into the woods so as to not draw any attention, Duvrax allowed the Force to flow through him. He channeled it through his body and into his feet, slowing the world and speeding his steps and he began to run through the woods, looking to get past the checkpoint before the vehicles started moving once more.

One of the engines of the transport roared to life seconds later.
=Stormtrooper= Vehicles B-7 and B-8 are ready for departure.
The soldier contacts up to the gatehouse where an officer has one of his personnel unlock the laser gate, allowing the transports to pass through. This was the last checkpoint before the transports got to the storage facility where the gems would be unloaded, then transported onward to their respective contracts off-world. These contractors were Sith-aligned merchants and sellers, namely within the Outer Rim regions. A small mercantile presence on worlds such as Eriadu, Bespin, Christophsis, Ryloth, Bakura, and elsewhere. All arranged to be able to sell to high bidders and for good profits that would be brought back to the Sith Eternal's coffers.
It was a system set up by Darth Vullorr and other members of the Council in order to ensure a shadowy means to fund their military, operations, and research. Nullus Beacon had been built with funds from slave trading, sponsored piracy, smuggling, and such things as Roonstone selling. Not to mention tax revenues from Roon and regular trading that passed through. On the surface, it just seemed like an Imperial Remnant faction just trying to get by.
Once the two transports were through, they began to make their progress down the road. Behind them, the laser gate was turned back on and the small garrison there went back to waiting for the next set of transports to roll in from the mines.

Time was beginning to slip away as transports began tom progress through the checkpoint. His speed gave him a bit of an advantage, but not much of one. Swiftly moving through the woods, getting through any fence line that extended into the woods, Duvrax started moving back to the tree line. He had gotten ahead, but the pace he was moving and the amount of time in which he was using Force Speed would quickly take its toll. Even since he was ten, training under Gavin had put a focus on stamina and pushing limits. But even with that, pushing one's body passed their natural physical limits still took its toll if pushed too hard or for too long. Even the man himself admitted that increasing two physical attributes only allotted for maybe a minute with his body locking up for a good several minutes after.
Reaching the tree line, he had fallen side by side with the transports as they picked up speed. He had only once chance to make this work. Leaping up into a tree to get some height, he combined Force Jump with his speed, thrusting himself into the air with so much energy that any hard, he may have snapped the branch he was jumped from. To ensure he made it, such output was required. But it was here that the outcomes came to play. If he succeeded, he would land on the transports with no one the wiser. Otherwise, he would completely miss and have to hopefully follow the path for who knew how long. The middle ground, if it could be called that, was him making it onto the transports, but signaling his arrival. The next few moments would determine his next choice.
As he flew towards the transports, his body crossed over the top. He had made it to them. Now he had to stick the landing. Channeling the Force through him again, he let himself reach out with it and took hold of the closest vehicle and pulled himself down, giving off a small burst of Force energy to act as a cushion to soften his fall. Grabbing hold, he let himself fall prone of the roof, waiting to see if he had drew anyone's attention. If not, he could rest and see just where these transports were heading.

The roaring of the engines certainly did allow Duvrax to land safely upon the transport. Inside, there were several Stormtroopers that kept an eye on things, as necessary security, but given Roon's alignment to the Sith, this wasn't too much of issue. Still, the Sith Eternal took its security as a priority, a top one. Security ensured their secrecy was assured and that their presence was kept to a minimal. To the greater galaxy, an Imperial remnant faction ruled here, not some hidden Sith cult.
The pair of transports went down the well-worn path for a long time before coming up to a new gate. This was just a simple check of credentials and then the transports rolled right into what appeared to be a storage facility with a small spaceport attached. Here, agents of the Sith Eternal, posing as traders and merchants, got their wares and then headed off-world to supply their sub-organizations with the means to bring credits back to the source. Roonstones were valuable as well as spice and flame jewels. There were other things like slaves, especially Twi'leks brought in from Ryloth and such, but the main three were those stated before.
There were other transports here, but a strong security presence showed that this was the heart of some operation. Stormtroopers walked about and even a pair of AT-STs were seen patrolling the perimeter with spotlights attached to the tops of the walkers. The sound of a hovercraft indicated what could be a tank was heard, but not seen. The transports were directed to their designations to unload, refuel, then head back for more. It was a well organized facility and one under tight guard. The sound of a vessel was heard as a transport lifted up and flew off into the atmosphere and space above.

It was a great relief when the transports kept moving and none came topside to see what landed on them. It meant he was allowed a time to relax to prepare his mind and body for what came next, whatever that was. For now, while he held on, he let himself delve into the Force seeking out the darkness that called him.
Before long, the vessels began to slow as Duvrax's eyes opened. He felt the darkness growing, but they weren't quite there. Still, it did feel as if something was here, something worth investigating further. Perhaps answers and clues to progress forward. Looking before him, he saw the facility. The presence of so many bodies, the movement of machinery and weapons, simply staying put was not the best course of action. He'd be seen easily. He heard talking below. HIs only chance to move. Pushing himself toward the back of the transport, he worked to descend down the back and underneath where seeing him would be difficult. Dangerous for sure as he'd have to ensure his grip was tight and unfaltering. But if he could get inside unnoticed, he could hopefully find something to hide behind, maybe even isolate someone and get some answers.
Only time would tell if he was successful.
If he was, he would be carried further into the facility, dropping out from underneath the transport and moving behind some shipping containers, waiting for the right moment to pull someone close to him.
As Jonas flew overhead in a different area of Roon, nothing in particular stood out to him. Luckily nothing had seemed to follow allowing him time to simply fly and focus on the Force. It could certainly cover greater distances and get a bird’s eye view, but it could only offer so much.
It was then that Lynne’s message came through. Quickly bringing the ship around, he made his way back to Nime with all the speed he could muster. Whatever they were about to face, he wanted to ensure the odds tipped in their favor.

KarnacThe engine of the transport was turned off and, soon, the crew onboard were off-loaded. The driver told them that their orders were to leave the transport and wait for the off-loading crew to do its job in the wreck room within the interior. Despite his best efforts, someone had noticed Duvrax. It wasn't eyes who spotted him, but the very ability that he utilized to hide and perform his espionage. There were overseers of this world, drivers of the community, puppeteers of the planet's course in the galaxy, and more.
A few of these individuals were selected to serve as the eyes and hands of this facility. They made sure cargo went to its destination, that all was accounted for going in and out, that the merchants, or rather Sith agents, knew their jobs well, that the crews that manned the facility were kept in line, and so forth. Typical of a boss that boss and keep an eye out. The moment Duvrax entered the gate, all three sensed the individual. And among the trio, one was dispatched. A strong-armed Noghri that served as the main force behind ensuring the workers and crews stayed in line. From a tower that dominated the area, the remaining two, a male Kaleesh and a female Human, watched.
The Noghri's nostrils flexed as he drew to the transport, parked where it had been left. He sniffed the air, taking in the familiar scents. One did not belong there though.=Noghri= Come out, stowaway. We know you are here. The reptilian Sith growled as his hand held his lightsaber, ready to activate it.

The voice that called out to him made Duvrax's head raise. Despite being mediocre at best when it came to stealth, he had been certain he had gone unnoticed. Otherwise, it was more likely that he would have had the entire facility standing on the other side of the crates he rested behind. Unless it was the soldiers' job to report suspicious activity before responding, his discovery could have only be made by way of the Force. He hadn't masked his presence and had used his abilities freely. The currents of the Force he emanated would have easily been picked up by any sensitive to it.
However, this worked to his advantage. No more sneaking around and his theory brought him closer to the truth he sought here. The only way forward was to tackle this situation head on, something he preferred. Standing to his feet, he let off a casual laugh as he came out from behind the crates, his head tilting as he looked upon the Noghri.
"Well, so much for the stealth approach. Wasn't my strongest suit anyway. But since you've found me, I can stop this game." His gaze shifted for a moment to the lightsaber, then back to the reptilian before him. "Color me curious. Has this Imperial Warlord found some Dark Jedi toys to aid in his bidding? Or is he merely the puppet of the Sith?" At this point, the was no beating around the bush. HIs own presence could be felt and its lean towards the darkness. For those that stood before him, unless they were rogues that were operating here unknown to the Imperials, his two options were really the only possibility. Or at least he opted to believe.

KarnacThe Noghri warrior snorts at the remarks. The first one was an absolute insult, to think an Imperial Warlord, a lesser being, would be able to even gain the aid of Dark Jedi. And the second remark wasn't far from the truth, but it was more that the Imperials still served the Sith. These operations were merely a front to keep their secrecy. Calmly, the Noghri keys the side of his head.=Noghri= Hey, Zalast, you hear these questions?A clear voice came through on his comlink.=Zalast= Indeed I did. To think we are Dark Jedi is indeed a laughable thought.A chuckle was heard, two in fact. One male and a female. The male must be the Zalast who spoke, but the other was unknown. The Noghri snorts again, looking directly at the intruder. Wonder how long this one had been on Roon. The Imperial security must be getting sloppy and ineffective. No better than cannon fodder for their goals in the end.=Noghri= Our Supreme Leader is no Imperial, whelp. He is a master of the Sith! And it is by his actions that the Imperials have the privilege to serve us.

Duvrax couldn't help but laugh as the one before him spoke, his laugh joining in with those listening in. Shaking his head, he crossed his arms. "Sith, then. Must give you some credit, though. Any Sith I know would simply refer to them as expendable puppets only worth the life granted in mercy to them. Kind of close, but still." It wasn't quite true as while the Sith her had known did find themselves superior, they didn't simply see those that served them as expendable puppets. A willing sacrifice if needed, but loyal servants that did hold some respect at times.
Taking a deep breath, he waved a hand outward before crossing his arms again. "Alright, let's get to the point. I'm here because the darkness called me here. And where I expected to find some relic seeking to be claimed or some Sith master who could possibly expand my knowledge, but a group of Sith hiding under the guise of an Imperial Warlord. And considering that for all those ships in orbit and me not having any stealth tech on my ship, I'd say our little meeting has purpose. So let's discuss that, shall we?" Confidence oozed from Duvrax as he spoke, not even slightly concerned about how outnumbered he truly was. It could even be said he was cocky, which tended to be true most times. Yet, he never underestimated his enemy or his situation. Still, he knew his strength and the hard dedicated training that had brought him this far over the past fifteen years. Nothing would be gained by fear nor by simply bowing to those that stood before him. He was ready to stand his ground in whatever that might have been.

Azaal had ventured forth from the Beacon and down to Roon, where the Smoke Demon acted on Valefor's behalf. Business deals were made and agreements were come to surrounding the mining of several minerals. A number of different supplies would be useful toward the production of Talismans and the use in various magical incantations and spells. Deals were also made for the acquisition of a small cache of Roonstones, which involved taking items (rings, amulets, jewellery, and a handful of ancient weapons) and empowering them with special traits. While it was menial work, Valefor knew the gains far outweighed the cost

There was silence during the confident words spoken by Duvrax. Their role here was to simply keep the operations going and ensure people stayed in line after all. The trio was not meant to be truly reactionary unless a disturbance to their operations occurred. In this case, it wasn't so. And even after he spoke, the silence endured before the comlink lit up and the male's voice, heard before, spoke to both the Noghri and their guest.=Zalast= Lord Vullorr has already been informed, Bastah. The Noghri glances at his comlink before looking at Duvrax.=Bastah= Heh, looks like it be your lucky day. We aren't supposed to understand the plans of the Supreme Leader, but we do know that everything happens for a reason. If you got this far without attracting the worst of us, then clearly you were allowed to come here. The Sith turns and points at the Overseer's tower.=Bastah= We will be going there to meet with Zalast and Ifra. And then we will likely see and wait for what Vullorr says. The Noghri then looks back at Duvrax.=Bastah= Either the Eternal will be interested or I get to hack you apart. Guess we will see what one of the Seven has to say.The large grey-skinned humanoid then turns and proceeds to lumber back to the tower. Damn, the Noghri thought, and here he finally thought today was gonna be a bit more interesting. Zalast just had to go and report to Vullorr. Damn spoiler of a good fight!

Duvrax listened as a voice came over the commlink once more. It seemed he had made point enough to stay their blades and inform their higher ups. But this was just the start. He had to convince the next circle, these seven, as Bastah said, of his worth. Otherwise, things would become very complicated. A hidden group of Sith? You were either brought into the fold or eliminated to ensure their secrecy remained intact. If anything, a far more dangerous type of Sith.
Following in step behind the Noghri, the Zabrak elected to stay his tongue. While their was an enjoyment in using his confidence to possibly get under Bastah's skin, he didn't wish to push his luck in the moment. Perhaps, if he was found worthy of joining, could become pass time. Time would tell.

There was a time in which nothing happened in the tower. There, Duvrax would be introduced to the trio of Sith overseers, with the obvious leader of them being Zalast. The Noghri, Bastah, was clearly the muscle of the group. While the female was the 'eyes', she quietly watched and slipped about, eavesdropping and informing. While their intruder was made to wait, the other three went back to their jobs as Zalast seemed to be reviewing schedules for shipments and their agents. There was a job to do here after all.
But after the long silence, a communication signal went off that Zalast answered. After a few words, the transmission was moved to center console that was a holotransmitter. Flicking on the transponder, the face of an older male would appear in the room. This was Darth Vullorr, the Voice of the Supreme Leader.
=Vullorr= I was informed of an intruder, Zalast. Where is this individual?
Zalast motions to Duvrax, ensuring the attention turned to the individual.
=Vullorr= You seem to be aware of the Dark Side presence on this world, but yet Roon has always been permeating with darkness for many generations. It was the headquarters for Lord Kaan and has served as a refuge and fortress of solitude for a number of Sith exiles and clans since the time of the Old Republic.
Vullorr's eyes narrow slightly.
=Vullorr= ...what exactly did you sense that brought you here?

Duvrax followed the Noghri into the tower, his eyes looking about at those that resided within. What was strange, however, was how he was left standing there as all three went on about their business as if nothing had happened. Was none going to speak to him? He had gathered that the two were Zalast and Ifra, yet the one that was to speak with him, Vullorr, wasn't present. Was he on his way? Were the rest simply going to ignore him now? He rolled his eyes and gave a sigh at the thought, yet said nothing. All he could do was wait.
Though it was a long silence, it didn't seem terribly long before the image of a man came to life on the center console. When asked about an intruder, the attention shifted to him. And with it, came the question. He couldn't help but shrug at the mention at who once utilized the world. "I can't much say I know about who once held sway over the world. While I do take the history of philosophy and knowledge to help guide me to greater power, I've never been the best at details such as those. However, you are correct. Honestly, I don't know of any Sith who have taken real time to meditate in the darkness that wouldn't have noticed the darkness of this world, or any other of the same nature. Yet, after eight years spent training under two separate Sith orders and another seven in exile with my master and comrades, never have I felt 'called.' Yet, after my training was completed a few months ago, I felt it in my meditations, much as a whisper drawing me in. And even of my comrades that still follow the darkness, none felt the calling as I have. Perhaps its this Supreme Leader of yours calling out in the Force, quiet enough that only the strongest and most deeply connected Dark-siders will hear in order to build a great empire of the strongest without anyone knowing. Or maybe its the darkness itself, pulling me in, leading me to knew avenues of knowledge in which I can use to grow in power and break my current limits so as seek the next. The answer as to the why is an unknown. But called here, I was, nonetheless."
