"Well then, we'd better get started. I don't have a preference, though I'm not usually one for long walks unless they involve a garden."

Gwydion uses the Force to call the holoprojector to sit between him and Arden. A section of wall in the new fourth sublevel becomes highlighted. "Go there, and you will find the access point to the halls of the Twelve."

Major Calin and Lieutenant Jen arrive at the Jedi Enclave, and follow the tracks in the dust to the council chamber, where Arden, Gwydion, and Cade are preparing themselves. Calin does a double-take at Cade. "I'll be damned. I never thought I'd see you again." Calin stretches his arm out toward Cade with the intention of shaking hands.

Cade looks at Major Calin and Lieutenant Jen. He steps forward to shake Calin's hand, although somewhat hesitantly. "Given the last place I saw you, I didn't think we'd be meeting again either..."

Arden attempts to remain steadied as this exchange occurs, the last time he saw that armor he had been a child hiding from them with Master Mychi. The memories are not happy ones at the moment and it's possible Cade could even feel something was amiss if he had been paying attention. Finally Arden shifts around the holoprojector and takes a seat in his chair, pressing a button and summoning a cup of tea, which he sips gingerly.
"Cade, are you going to introduce us to your friends, who seem fit to barge into a Jedi Council chamber, uninvited?"
Arden sits back in his seat and as he does so BoB manages to get all the lights working again. The timing was perfect to give Arden the affect of complete control in his room. The hidden doors also slide shut in unison, bringing the new arrival's attention to the Jedi Master addressing them.

Calin mutters under his breath as the lights activate. "Not the first time I've barged into an occupied Jedi Council Chamber..."

Cade turns to face Arden as he senses Arden's fluctuation in the Force, and realizes exactly what is causing it. "Oh, crap... Master, this is Major Calin and Lieutenant Jen of the Eighty-Second. We... worked together on a few missions during the Clone Wars."

"I see."
Arden faces the newcomers and smiles in greeting
"Welcome to the Council Chambers of the CUF, Republic Rebuilt and Phoenix Imperium. Yes all three of these entities have existed in these halls and used these chambers, and yes, if your wondering, this was my seat for all of them. Might I inquire as to what has brought you here Major?"

Calin looks directly at Arden, then jerks his head at Jen. "We both had a really strange dream at the same time, and something told us that we would find the solution here." He nods at Gwydion. "Lord Death here featured prominently in it."

"The Force resides in us all, and dreams are one of the ways it speaks to us. I welcome you to our group."
Arden sips his tea and sets the empty cup back in the dispenser it came from.
"Shall we be going then?"
Arden stands, having recovered from his thoughts and not showing any visible signs of distress, however he does not feel a hundred percent about taking these two with them, but he was not a child anymore and he would not let their presence stop him from seeing this through.

Gwydion's physical presence fades away. The holoprojector remains where he had left it, displaying the new location of the hidden panel. He reappears in the Council Chamber of the Twelve, far beneath the Enclave, and waits for the others to arrive.

Calin and Jen exchange a glance as Gwydion vanishes. "I hate it when he does that... You never know when he's going to pop up next..." He looks at the map. "So, we're headed down there?"

Cade returns Calin's glance. As Calin and Jen move to follow Arden, Cade falls in with them, mirroring Jen's position. Ailyn follows as well, completing the diamond formation.

The Enclave was empty of Jedi, however that was soon to change. Their sojourn in the netherworld felt like months to them, but in the land of the living years had passed. Their journey had taken the two lovers from the brink of oblivion back to life, to do the Force's bidding, and bring balance. And where would the Force deposit them? Where they felt like home, where it was safe. Where they could begin to rectify their wrongs - so many wrongs committed by both. Picas Dixon was unconscious, his body in his chambers that he had previously occupied so many years ago, back when Rael Starfall had been master on Dantooine.
Karrus, his once-Sith lover, also was left on Dantooine, in the Enclave. He was given a second chance to help Picas bring balance, and be the rock that was required when things went wrong. Karrus would be unrecognisable to Picas, however. He was remade in the Light.
Neither were going to wake immediately, their souls took time to fully leave the land of the dead.

It had been a long time since Picas last roamed these halls. He had been a padawan who had been taken under the wing of Master Starfall. He already had some mastery over the Force by then, after all the fighting on Bespin, but he had none of the Jedi experience to temper his attitude. That was what he really needed, and Picas received that training at the enclave. He made himself useful, updating the archives on things such as the Dantari language with the help of a Dantari friend, Yaz'hu. It seemed like a lifetime ago, when all was simple. They had even got together to make Dantooine the centre of the Republic Rebuilt. With hard work and determination, they had expanded to Glee Anselm and set up a praxeium there. Now, he was back. He was home.
Picas woke up groggily. It was as if from a very deep sleep, though the sluggishness wasn't through tiredness. He took a breath, realising it was the first one of his new life. It was... underwhelming. He looked around, immediately recognising his old, sparse quarters. Nothing had changed over the years, just him. Last time he was there his hair had no grey. He took a moment to get himself together, realising that he was clothed in his old Jedi Historian robes. He smiled, feeling whole again. This is where he was meant to be.
He stood slowly and carefully, though there was no need. His mind still knew how to walk, he was being gentle due to being dead. That was no longer the case, and as he took a step towards the door, he realised he had all of his abilities that he wielded in his previous life.
But Karrus was missing. Picas' heart began to beat quicker as panic invaded his sense of calmness. Was he with Picas? Was he brought back to life, too? Picas stretched out with his senses, but could not sense the same presence that had accompanied him in the netherworld. He tried his best to keep his heart from breaking, was Karrus taken from him? Was the Force so cruel?

It was odd walking through the enclave again. Though deserted, it didn't look much different to all those years ago, when Picas had called it home. "Home," he whispered, an involuntary smile appearing on his face. He felt right at home, and safe. He left his personal quarters and briefly looked in the other identical rooms in that section of the enclave. Karrus was not in any of them. Picas left the personal quarters briskly, walking down to central area where a large, thick tree stood. It was much bigger than the last time Picas was there, and it began to sink in how long Picas had been gone.
Picas took a moment to look at the tree as flashbacks began to pick at his conscience. Times where the Sith organisation of the CDDC had ruled Dantooine, but put Jedi Master Starfall and Holt in charge of every-day running. Picas saw that the enclave was no longer used, and he vowed he would restore it, and it would not be responsible for running the planet. That was not the Jedi way.
"Picas?" Said a voice behind him. Picas knew it was Karrus, he had spent so much time with him both before his death and after, he'd recognise the voice anywhere. He turned, and saw someone standing by the entrance to the council chamber. He had unkempt brown hair with a silver streak, and was devilishly handsome despite not being so young - much like Picas. He wore traditional Jedi robes, and had greying facial hair. Picas could see no one else around.
"Karrus?" Picas asked, and Karrus nodded. "But you're so different."
"This is what I would have been, if I had not taken the path of the Sith. The Force has restored me to that being. How do I look?"
"Handsome, as always." Picas replied. "But I reached out for you, tried to sense you in the Force, but I couldn't?"
"Like my physical image, my Force signature has changed. It is no longer once of Ignus, but one of Karrus. You'll get used to it." Karrus looked around. "So, this is the enclave? I understand why you missed it so much, it's beautiful."
"There's no one here, Karrus. We'll have to rebuild the Dantooine Jedi." Picas said, looking worried.
"We've completed far greater tasks than that, Picas. Think of it as the beginning of our atonement."
Picas liked that.

Picas and Karrus decided to tour the enclave. It was never a big building, not like the temple of Coruscant. It was designed to be humbling. From the central room where the large tree stood, the pair went right, towards the council chamber where Karrus had appeared. Their footsteps echoed quietly, it was not disturbing. "Where did you wake up, Karrus?" Picas asked.
He waved to the entrance of the council chamber. "Just there," he said, "I didn't know where I was, to be honest, but I could sense you in the Force. That's how I found you."
Picas nodded, understanding. "And how do you feel?"
"Good, but in an odd way. I feel like I am going to have to start from scratch, my Force abilities were always used in anger or hatred or greed." Karrus said, eyes widening as he took in the council chamber. It was large and round, though very sparse. Only a few seats arranged in a half-circle around the room were present. It was a big enough area to spar in. Picas then remembered his training in Shii Cho with Master Starfall. Since then, he had only been interested in Form II, though he would have to begin practising again. "This is the council chamber?" Karrus asked. Picas nodded. "So, who's on the council?"
Picas frowned. "No one, technically. The enclave's unused."
"Does that mean we're the council members?" Karrus asked. Picas thought for a moment, thinking back to historical Jedi Orders.
"No, it doesn't. A council seat must be earned. Neither of us have the right to call ourselves Jedi Masters. I think we can content ourselves with founders of the New Dantooine Jedi, however. Only when our numbers grow can there be a council. In the mean time, we could use this as a meeting space, a consultation chamber and practice room."
They remained in the council chamber for a few moments more, allowing the history of the place to sink in, before turning right and heading to the archives.
