Space immediately outside and surrounding the main hangar entrance to the Docks and Hangar Scramble and Wet Deck of the gargantuan asteroid-based space station named The Rock; built by Clan Australis for the Vegemite Enclave, that hangs in orbit around the planet of Myrkr in the Inner Rim.
Space in the Myrkr system is relatively empty, with only the single primary star and a single habitable planet. The asteroid base is the only other notable astronomical object.

At the last comm buoy, Dolmin and the Shen'Paak had picked up the emergency transmission from The Rock, stating that the station was currently under attack from some organization that he'd never even heard of. "Coordinated Underground"? That would explain a few things. Regardless, the plan to join up with the newly-forming Enclave as a representative of the Bloody Aces Mercenary Force was going to be something of a problem, considering this was his first assignment in over a year and he was seemingly already late to a party he wasn't even aware existed, let alone him being invited to it.*
*Regardless, he had a few adjustments to make to his approach vector. He would have to overshoot his jump, turn about, and approach from the opposite direction behind the asteroid if he had any hope of avoiding the light cruiser that was currently occupying the usual approach vector. After performing the necessary calculations, Dolmin forced the ship into its approach pattern. Within minutes, he found himself on the return path to the asteroid, exiting hyperspace on the far side. Through his forward viewport, he could see the faintest glint of the dorsal portion of the cruiser's hull. As he settled into a low holding pattern behind the asteroid, he opened a secured, encrypted channel to The Rock's main security feed. His booming, bass-filled voice echoed over the channel.
Rock-Actual, this is Bloody Aces Mercenary Force Operative #369, Dolmin Teague. I am currently holding position on the backside of your hangar entrance. I'm ready to offer fire support for the reprising assault on your operating command, over.
Activating and maximizing shields and weapons, Dolmin primed his ship's systems for maximum maneuverability and support rather than speed and lethality. Then he waited, hands at the ready, for the assault to begin.

The Rock recieved the transmission from the Shen'Paak, and relayed it to the defence force naval commander, Captain Fukov, aboard the escort Strill, currently engaging the enemy light cruiser.
A reply was not long in coming. Strill sent a direct comm burst transmission to Dolmin's ship, relayed through The Rock, who was coordinating the forces.::Good to have you with us, Teague. Two shuttles will be inbound from the Rock to the enemy Cruiser; clear out the ship and take it intact, if practicable.:: Turbolaser static crackled across the comm for a moment or two, emphasizing that the two defence force vessels were keeping the enemy cruiser well distracted from the true threat.::We'll keep them busy here. Out.:: The Captain was busy fighting her ship, though she was grateful for the help, she didn't have time for pleasantries just now.A datalink was established, allowing Dolmin access to the boarding team's secure communications. From the data being fed, he would be able to see the boarding shuttles, the friendly forces now boarding the craft to launch towards the enemy cruiser, as well as feeds from the friendly ships and fighters engaging the enemy ship.
Aboard the Rock, the boarding parties prepared to return the favour on the enemy who had so brazenly attacked the station.Dolmin Teague

Dolmin nodded to himself as the Captain issued the shorthand orders.Boarding Action confirmed, Rock-Actual. Feeding IFF transponder info into my scanners now, and will be ready to assist accordingly. Save some of the action for me, will you? Shen'Paak, over and out.Dolmin's hands flew across the console as the datalink began to feed the information into his system's computers. As it began tagging all friendly transponder codes, Dolmin was able to pick up the boarding party's shuttles on the inside of the Rock on his scanners. Once his targeting computers had all the pertinent information, they would be able to engage any incoming enemy fighter screens with the assistance of the shipboard AI, using the dual-linked laser cannons on either side, as well as the dorsal turret on the aft of the ship. Once that was locked in, Dolmin stood from his sizable Captain's chair and began making his way toward the machine shop of his ship. The shop held a very important station for Dolmin's arsenal: the Armor Assist Module. It was a mechanical station with a droid-armed contraption that helped Dolmin put on his very expensive and powerful AV-1A power armor; custom-modified and armed to the teeth with an ion cannon, dual-linked forearm blasters, knuckle-plated vibro dagger gauntlets, and repulsor-lifts to allow for zero-g flight. Perhaps the best and most-intimidating factor of Dolmin's armor was the custom-manufactured helmet, built for Dolmin's massive Herglic head and neck, and looking more like the front of a sleek, aerodynamic swoop bike than a helmet. The helm itself didn't appear to have a viewport, but it was a design spec that Dolmin had installed. One-way armor-grade transparisteel, installed on the lower half of the helmet to allow for Dolmin's unique Cetacean range of vision. The internal HUD system also allowed Dolmin to use and even enhance his vision and range, with cameras and sensors that gave him a full 180° peripheral of his surroundings. For added intimidation factor, Dolmin had external LED cyan-colored lighting features in the shape of two triangular-shaped "eyes" that changed shape and expression by whatever Dolmin's eyes were doing inside his helm.Dolmin wasted no time getting into his armor, which was held in several different pieces on each of the droid arms and the station, itself. Once the helm was lowered into position and sealed onto the armor, the suit's systems began to power up and activate, one by one. The HUD display flickered on, and Dolmin began seeing all of the feeds for each of the systems as they came online. He rotated his right forearm until his blasters came into view, and watched the twin barrels cycle through their startup sequence. He felt his left shoulder shimmy as the mounted ion-cannon rotated into its firing position and began to show on the targeting feed in Dolmin's left field of view. Reticules flashed and flickered, and Dolmin acknowledged them with a wink. The cutting torch on his left forearm also cycled through its initiation phase, and Dolmin rotated his arm around to view the brilliant plasma beam, the light shielded by his polarizing viewport. Once all the systems checks were complete, Dolmin made his way across the machine shop bay to the port side, where his workshop benches held his other weapons of choice - the concussion rifle and Bluebolt blaster that he primarily used. He stowed the weapons away in their positions, and then patched his suit's comm systems into his ship's to continue following the chatter as he made his way back up to the cockpit. The armor added almost two feet to the Herglic's already massive frame, so he had to be a lot more careful navigating the hallways and bulkheads of the Shen'Paak. Once he gingerly worked his way back into the cockpit, he stood behind his massive console (rather than seating the heavy armor in his Captain's chair and risk breaking it). Mag-locking his armor's boots to the ship's deck, he put his hands back on the control yoke of the vessel and spoke into the ops channel for this, the intended boarding action.Dolmin Teague, Operation-Ready. The shuttles launched from The Rock and linked up with Dolmin's ship for the run across to the enemy light cruiser.Aboard one shuttle were Amaranth, Cuyan Skirata Calok Warr Lynris Skirata Eshana Farr and Ashrah and their companions while the second shuttle was packed with battle droids.
The enemy weren't blind to the threat forever. Though the attack from the Myrkr Defence fleet had distracted the cruiser and drawn it away from the station, it had spotted the shuttles coming back, and obviously had them flagged as hostile. Turbolaser fire came the way of the shuttles. Both were hit, though their shields held. ::Shuttle one to shuttle two and Dolmin Teague, fall in behind us, we're going in.:: The pilot of the Vegemite's lead shuttle called, but it was too late for the second shuttle. More turbolaser fire blossomed from the light cruiser as they approached, and blew the second shuttle into scrap in an explosion so close it rocked the surviving shuttle and its passengers. Then they were through the gauntlet and into the main hangar. The assault shuttle dropped hard to the deck and dropped its boarding ramps.Everyone out! Amaranth yelled.
The battle could commence.

High as a kite, on the bridge of the Light Cruiser of the Coordinated Underground of Nihilistic Tribunal Saints, Moff Giddyup commanded the Sanguinor which was under attack from the Vegemite Enclave, their sworn enemy, whom Giddyup had come to destroy.
The cruiser had already lost two waves of boarders onto the damned station the enemy called The Rock, but still had plenty to defend itself against the enemy's boarding parties.Activate the Dark Troopers. He said. The ship didn't actually have any dark troopers, Giddyup was high on that score too, but it did have battle droids and troopers of the Coordinated Underground's eclectic armies to fight. The alarms rang, and the ship's complement armed themselves and converged on the main hangar. Giddyup looked out to space, and lit another smoke, breathing out a large cloud into the viewport beyond as he watched the battle with the two Myrkr escorts.Dolmin Teague Kaine Australis

Calok knew an order when he heard it. Standing close to the loading ramp as it dropped; he charged forward, tossing a detonator to his left to cause a distraction while taking a right flank. He started to lay down somewhat strategically placed suppressing fire with his ST-W48. Knocking a few battle Droid while waiting for the rest of the team to exit.
His scanner assessed additional threats in the area. They seemed to have this ship fairly heavily fortified but he had been in worse. He continued to draw fire while making a slow forward push towards a computer terminal his scanners picked up during his threat assessment. A short sprint follow by a few bursts of fire for effect into a squad of pirates that had joined the fight.
Another quick sprint to an area of cover behind some crates gave him a decent vantage point of the shuttle as well a line to the terminal. Spiking it would give him access to make sure they didn't try and lock any blast doors down; For now he continued to lay down fire until the first onslaught would pass and the rest of the squad had exited the shuttle.

Everyone out! Amaranth yelled.
The battle could commence. Cuyan engaged his power shield as Amaranth started to yell the command. He drew Runi and one blaster, touching the flat of the beskad to his helm and ran off the ramp, blaster firing. Calok, the young warrior Cuyan didn't know, was first off but Cuyan was close behind him, his HUD marking targets and keeping him appraised of important information. He picked out a group of Rodians using a large crate as cover and quickly activated his jetpack to gain some air, firing the underslung grapple from his blaster. The beskar blades of the grapple sunk deep into the chest of the largest of them, the cable pulling him toward the small team. He switched fire modes from bolt to blast and blew the Rodian's head from his shoulders as he landed. He opened the throat of another with Runi, and fired twice more, blowing holes the size of bolo balls in the chests of two more. He swore loudly across the VE comms as the butt of a rifle cracked the side of his right knee, causing him to fall onto it. He twisted to see his attacker, and disembowled him with a savage stab and twist with Runi. He spoke into the comm to the members of his impromptu squad.::Good day for a scrap, eh vode?::

With the operation beginning, Dolmin sprang the Shen'Paak into action. Linking up with the twin shuttles, Dolmin flew close to their aft, above them so he could attain firing solutions on approaching targets. It was lucky he did, as the shuttle on his starboard side ended up getting shredded by the light cruiser's turbolaser fire. Dolmin did what he could to run interference for the remaining shuttle, hoping the op's commander wasn't taken out in that explosion. Dolmin let out a sigh of relief when he heard the commander's voice continuing to issue orders after the fact. He had the ship's AI scan the wreckage for any survivors though, just in case. Turns out, there weren't any, so he continued his advance along with the shuttle into the mouth of the Krayt. It was the narrowest of fits, but Dolmin's vessel barely made it to the main deck. He found a clearing next to the remaining shuttle, and set his vessel down. The laser turrets on the dorsal portion made their presence felt; picking off targets on the high ramps and letting loose a few salvos, taking out three or four groups of targets on the high ramps. Dolmin shut down the auto-targeting systems shortly after, not wanting to punch a hole in the hull from the inside. He then moved toward the cargo bay of the ship. Lowering the cargo elevator, he made a small drop platform for his entry onto the deck.*
*Taking a deep breath, Dolmin dropped toward the deck, his repulsor-lift jets coming to life on his boots, and a blur of black chromium howled toward the ground. With a massive THUNK, Dolmin's boots slammed into the deck plating of his freight elevator. His body cradled the weight of the armor as he sunk a little lower, and then extended himself to his full height, revealing the stark black armor with a trio of diagonal cyan-colored stripes across the left and right forearms, the same pattern across his breastplate and torso with a zig-zag near the area of his abs, and also across the shin guards on his boots. He quickly armed himself with his concussion rifle in his right hand, which he held more like a long-barreled blaster. His helm suddenly lit up with the holographic "eyes" that he used to give his armor some flair, as well as a bit of intimidation factor. The cyan-lit eyes seemed to scan the area, which Dolmin was also doing from within the helm, making sure that the suit's AI marked his nearby comrades using the same TAC channel as "friendlies" while finding multiple hostiles around him that were ever-decreasing in number due to the engagement of his new comrades-in-arms.*
*It wouldn't take him long to fall into line with the fire-team, as he fanned out on the right flank and cleared his ship before taking to the air once more, landing just a few dozen yards from a grouping of soldiers who were ordering their war-droids to engage the hulking mass of armor. Showers of blaster bolts seemed to fly in his direction, some of them hitting Dolmin, while others missed wildly. He fired his concussion rifle into the largest grouping of them, sending bodies and droid scraps flying in every direction, lessening the threat to himself and his comrades. A couple of extra discharges from his rifle later, he stowed the rifle away when battle droids started in on him within melee range, choosing to slam into a few of them with his knuckle-punchers. With one sweep of his backhand, three droids were flung into the bulkhead in a shower of sparks as they met their end. He then slammed his left fist down on one of the other droids, crushing its head with his massive left boot before shoving his other punch-blade into the head of another, lifting it high as it tried to flail its arms into his forearm, clanging off the surface to no avail, save a little shaking. Extending his right forearm, he activated the dual-linked blasters, and a hail of automatic fire sprang from them, ripping the droid unit to shreds. The remaining enemy units began to scatter as they fired wildly in retreat, leaving Dolmin standing there and shrugging.::Good day for a scrap, eh vode?:: ::I second that. Right flank has been suppressed. Moving on to press the center.::
He tossed the remains of the droid to the deck, retracting the knuckle-blade back into the gauntlet before pulling both his rifle and his Bluebolt blaster out to take aim at the soldiers in the center...

The assault team exited the shuttles post haste, and Amy followed suit, dropping to the deck in her unpainted beskar'gam. The Herglic mercenary was doing a fine job of suppressing the enemy as the Mando'ade advanced inexorably towards the enemy. Amaranth picked her course, and broke into a sprint.
Silent, she bore down upon the Coordinated Underground's fighters, ignoring the blasterfire that came her way. Several bolts pinged off the beskar plates of her armour, but did not slow or impede her advance. She ran directly into the middle of the enemy formation, heedless of danger. She was the shabla danger. Too late, the enemy realised their fatal mistake, but by then she was among them, an avatar of silent, faceless, whirling death.Thrown underhand from her left hand, a dagger ended its journey embedded in the neck of an armoured fighter, who toppled. Amy grabbed the dying being's arm and slung him around into three more blaster toting goons, felling them. She spun to her right, slicing upward with a hooked blade in her right fist, held backhanded. The blade cut through the thin armorweave of another armored warrior and through the throat beyond, in a spray of blood.Amy moved in with quick stabs of her blade, which was coated with a fast acting neurotoxin that was non fatal but extremely painful. No one left behind her was capable of fighting, and she continued into the enemy ranks, slashing and stabbing. A rifle toting warrior took aim at the other Mando'ade, but Amaranth was faster on the draw. Her blowgun was in her left hand and her thumb found a dart and pressed it into the tube. She blew as it came up to her lips, and the dart shot away and smashed into the rifle toting warrior's faceplate, sank into the enemy's visor, and the poison tipped dart made contact. The warrior dropped to the ground, out of the fight. She heard her fellow fighters on the comm, first Cuyan Skirata::Good day for a scrap, eh vode?::and then Dolmin Teague::I second that. Right flank has been suppressed. Moving on to press the center.::Amy replied on the squad comm.::Good times, vode. Moving up the left.:: And move she did, killing and stunning into unconsciousness as she went.Calok Warr Moff Giddyup

Lynris had swapped out a few supplies before the shuttle had taken off. Opting for a blaster rifle, a second pistol and a few flash bangs. Once the shuttles had launched, Lyn kept herself mostly quiet, only humming to herself even after the other shuttle had found itself turned into space scrap. Today was turning out to be more fun than she had expected. This was the type of excitement she needed more of. Not odd jobs. Not mechanical issues. Not holonet dramas.
"Oya!" Lynris exclaimed in a girlish giggle as the shuttle landed and the ramps dropped down. Her companions began filing out and she readied her rifle as she ran down the ramp, blaster fire flying past her.
Lynris quickly found cover behind a crate from the heavily fortified enemies and used it to her advantage to help cover-fire those who were still exiting the shuttles - or advancing like Amy was. Wow. She thought watching the woman make quick work of her enemies. Fast and loose, just as she had explained. Lynris was starting to warm up to the idea of the Vegemites, despite the sith.
"This is much better than fixin' the ship!" She said in reply to Cuyan.
Wayii! Lynris thought upon noticing Dolmin as it was hard not to notice the hulking man causing such destruction. Well, she assumed it was a man from the voice over the comms. Everyone seemed so impressive and she grinned widely deciding to follow Amy instead of continuing her boring coverfire. Lyn smacked the side of her helmet a few times, as her HUD had been acting awry for a few weeks now.
"That's a pretty neat blowgun!" Lynris said to Amy casually as if they weren't in the middle of an assault. The butt of her rifle found a mans head, she swept his feet, and in another quick motion fired at the prone man. With a few extra seconds, she switch out her rifle for her dual pistols. "Although the big guy's armor seems pretty nifty too."
"You Vegemites-" Lyn cut off, bringing up her pistols to a man in the middle of a group who was readying a grenade, and shooting him before glancing back at Amy. The grenade had dropped, taking out him and his compatriots. "-sure do know how to have fun! We should be friends if this is what you get up to."
Clogging up the comms was a common complaint against Lynris.

Despite there being no formal battle strategy; for the moment everyone was in the fight and even someone from out of nowhere was in the thick of it. The enemy was engaged which provided him with enough of an opening to make a quick dash to the terminal, though a few stray blaster shots made it through to him. One striking his armor and deflecting off his shoulders, another grazing his right arm just below his shoulder. Calok winced in pain for a second, turning around briefly to see a Droid that had somehow not been obliterated yet. A few shots from his blaster took care of the Droid while he turned back to the terminal.
He listened to the small chatter on the VE channel, chuckling slightly at Lyns comments though He didn't let it distract him too much. He pulled a spike from a small pack on his belt; jamming it into the terminal. It ran protocols. Pulling a detailed map of the ship and corrupting security protocols. It wasn't the best spike in the world but it could help. He got on the channel and alerted the rest of the landing party.
"I've got an override on their blast doors. Should keep them from trying to get us locked up in a corridor. Can't get through the bridge security from this terminal so whoever wants to try and pilot this thing home, you may need to blast your way through."
He backed away from the terminal taking more shots at random Droids encroaching on his position; waiting for a clear path to get out of the hangar.

Duraanir and his men had loaded into a separate shuttle. Every one of them was more then capable of being one man armies, like those who had landed in the hanger, but chose to work as a unit, which had its own set of advantages and draw backs. But that was why they incorporated such strange tactics. The light in the hold of the shuttle they were in switched from white to red as the shuttle came in to one of the cruisers docking rings. At the front of the stack was Duraanir, the other shield bearers in line behind him. Behind them, the res of the squad, armed with rifles and carbines. There was a thud in the shuttle, and a sudden division of troops aboard the cruiser.
We're latched, go go go!
The docking ring open opened and a flash bang was thrown into the corridor. The boarders were all protected by their helmets and filed in before the flash even went of, Duraanir holding his shield up as he was flanked by two more shielded mando'ade on each side. Array guns blew holes in anyone who stepped towards the small shield wall, and as they stepped further in, those filling in the rear began to fire bursts of blaster fire over their shielded companions. The splitting of CU of NTS forces didn't happen soon enough to prevent the second boarding party from cutting a swathe through the defenders. Unlike the first party, Duraanir and his men turned in the opposite, heading not for the bridge, but for the ships reactor. The column of beskar and blaster fire left carnage in their wake, never stopping in their mission. The frontline simply stepped over the defenders as they moved deeper into the ship, the man behind them mopping up the wounded that the shield wall simply rolled over. It was an archaic, bust an extremely effective tactic for the tight fit of ship corridors.
As they came to the door between them and the reactor, the shields would suddenly turn, the men planting as Duraanir handed his shield off to another in exchange for the mans rifle. Another set his rifle down as he approached the panel next to the door, starting to slice his way into the ships comm systems. He would look up and nod to Duraanir, whose voice suddenly boomed over the ships intercom.
Ner gai cuyir Duraanir Skirata. For you uncultured collection of shitbags, my name is Scorn Skirata. I am coming to you from just outside your reactor. So here is what is going to happen. You all will lower your weapons and turn yourselves into the nearest member of a boarding party. If not, me and my men are going to blow into your reactor and start shutting things down. Starting with life support. As a show of good faith, I will give you a ten count. Fuck around and find out.

"Once more into the breach"
he muttered under his breath, nodding at Cuyan and the rest. He was on his feet and down the ramp at a sedate pace. Let the younger ones get shot first. He may be protected, but it still hurt, and annoyed the grumpy Mando. Drawing his bes'kad from its sheath on his back, he surveyed the chaos. He wasn't in the mood to deal with Droids, battle or otherwise, so he made his way towards some trooper trying valiantly not to crap themselves at the site of a bunch of crazed mando's marching certain death through their loading bay

The Coordinated Underground had the numbers, to be sure, but they were surely outmatched by the fury of the Vegemite's assault. Already the Skirata team had breached the ship as far as the Engineering Deck, and the rest of the assault team had almost swept the hangars clear of enemy.
Calok's call got Amaranth's attention. ::Wayii! Solid work ner vod.:: She didn't give compliments lightly, nor speak in combat unless given good reason. Slicing the computer had been a great move, and now they'd have no blast doors blocking their path. Thinking on your feet kept your allies alive, and Amy definitely approved of that sort of intelligence and initiative.Amy saw Ashrah advance into another group of organic troopers, and took her cue. She drew a long poiniard and switched styles as she moved in at the battle droids. B2s and Droidekas that seemed to lack shields or rolling ability. Shabla blaster cannons still worked, and she had to duck aside to avoid a volley. Beskar was good, but it wasn't going to eat up heavy blasts like that.Lynris's voice echoed in Amy's ear. She wanted to yell to keep it down, though she appreciated the sentiment. This was fun, after all, but Amaranth was busy with the killing and the not dying just now, and didn't need the distraction. Timing had to be perfect. She waited till the droids were a little closer, and then dove from cover, stabbing twice with the long, thin needle-like blade. Sparks flew from each droid's casing, and they sizzled to a halt, collapsing on themselves. Old tech, she thought, known weak points, too bad for you bastards. The next pair of droids fell the same way, a thrust through the main control board, and they were scrap metal. The corridor she'd chosen led up to the command deck. More droids and troopers between her and the main bridge door, the only blast door Calok couldn't slice. ::With me!:: She called, wading into the fray, stabbing at more droids and ducking and whirling to avoid incoming fire. Some rounds that made it past the dervish that was Amaranth in the middle of combat smashed into the disabled droids behind her and blew them apart. Shrapnel flew and a few shards pinged off Amy's beskar'gam, but she ignored them. Ashrah Calok Warr Cuyan Skirata Duraanir Skirata Dolmin Teague Lynris Skirata

The hulking mass of gleaming black armor continues to barrel through the right wing of defenders, doing his best to follow the advancement of his teammates as he began closing on the center corridor. The resistance in the hangar was being mopped up quickly, and Dolmin knew it wouldn't be too long before it would be secured, and they would be pressing on toward the bridge. The ship's intercom went off, and a booming voice informed the ship's crew that they would soon be dealing with hard vacuum if they would not cede the ship to them. Of course, it was said with much more colorful language, but Dolmin took the meaning and had already activated his armor's deep space countermeasures; sealing the suit's breathing apparatus and activating the internal life support so he could function in such a situation. As he saw the smaller human female whirling through the left flank and pressing ever-closer toward the center as he was, Dolmin took a split-second to survey the area ahead of her. The corridor held two or three squads of battle droids and even droidekas, as well as some flesh-and-blood soldiers behind the lot of them. Dolmin shook his head at the cowardice that the "Coordinated Underground" had to offer, and spoke a simple command into his suit's internal comms...::Shock Cannon, activate.::The large ion cannon on his left shoulder shifted up, laying over into position. The turret activated, linking the suit to its firing systems, and a targeting reticule entered Dolmin's left field of vision. His eyes tracked the movement of the three droid squads, and Dolmin focused his targeting reticule in on the largest cluster of them in the front. Before he fired his first salvo, he made sure to call out over the intercom to keep the Commander from rushing into friendly fire. Sure, ion blasts weren't particularly-lethal to organic flesh, but they did tend to cause an awful amount of pain. The Cetacean would rather avoid doing that.::Stand clear! Firing two salvos!::The first salvo charged quickly, and then a howling "BWAAM" rang out from the cannon as the brilliant blue projectile soared over the heads of most of the lead troops, slamming into the large cluster of battle droids in the corridor. As the projectile discharged its payload, the corridor was suddenly lit up with electrical energy in every direction for several meters. It took out the two forward squads, and then a feedback wave shot out in either direction, with arcing bolts lashing out, ripping through the remaining droideka squad and also taking out a few of the soldiers closer to the opening to the hangar.::Scratch that. Just the one salvo. Falling in behind you, Commander!::Dolmin continued firing his Bluebolt blaster as he advanced, picking off several remaining soldiers as he pushed his advance forward, the ion cannon retracting onto his back once again. The soldiers had no idea which threat to focus on, as there were far too many to count, and they were all fanned out. Dolmin was one among many, and certainly was the larger target, but he saw surprisingly-little force being thrown his way. A few more shots pinged off of his armor, but Dolmin was noticing that most of the fire was being concentrated towards the Commander herself. No surprise there...she was a force to be reckoned with.Kaine Australis | Ashrah | Moff Giddyup | Calok Warr | Cuyan Skirata | Lynris Skirata | Duraanir Skirata

Calok continued to lay down fire, staying clear of the massive assault taking place in the corridors. He knew better than to get in front of an ion cannon.. he wasn't sure what to make of the behemoth, but it was on his side so he didn't complain.
He moved away from the terminal, making his own advance now, managing to avoid any additional blaster fire while making a quick dash towards the main corridor to regroup with the others. His arm throbbed now from the blast he took. Perhaps it was more than just a graze, but he did his best to ignore it and push forward. He was now just a few meters behind Amaranth, watching her next move to push into the bridge; putting the muzzle of his blaster into a few Droid that handt completely sorted from the ion barrage and waiting to see what the next move was.

Moff Giddyup finished his smoke and put it out in a gilded ashtray that a little floaty droid provided for him. He had expected his imaginary Dark Troopers to deal with the intruders, half expecting that he had hallucinated the intruders. Wouldn't be the first time that had happened, even though he wasn't on a bender today. Giddyup turned away from the main viewport and looked to the command bridge. He saw to his horror that the ship really was under attack, and worse still, there were no Dark Troopers. He made a whinnying noise of anxiety. What could they want? There was nothing important aboard the Sanguinor... except... HIM! He was important! His mother had named him Moff for a good reason. His stash too, he realised belatedly, was inherently valuable, and he didn't want to lose it. Quickly he hoofed it over to the sealed case, and checked that its contents were still safe. The alarms were still ringing, and Giddyup did not like the way his bridge crew were casting longing glances towards the escape pods. He decided to get there first, wandered across and climbed into one of the pods. That way, he wouldn't get left behind when the Captain ordered everyone to abandon ship. The fact that he was in fact the Captain had not yet occured to the high and paranoid Giddyup, who was now curled up in an escape pod, hiding, as the crew and the garrison defended their ship.Calok Warr Dolmin Teague Ashrah Duraanir Skirata Cuyan Skirata Lynris Skirata

Lynris smacked the side of her helmet twice in frustration. She was really starting to regret not fixing her HUD sooner. Bored on the ship, Lyn had attempted to personalize her HUD with images and other things that might make it more "fun". Though some of the files weren't compatible and she only assumed a few were corrupted. Now, in the middle of a battle, a little emoticon of a lothcat kept popping up in her vision. Intermittingly, the theme music from her favorite holodrama played.
She advanced with Amaranth, though not noticing the woman had all but ignored her. There wasn't much work but provide cover for her advancing, Amy was easily mopping up those before her and--
"Woo!" Lynris cheered as if she were watching a bolo-ball game as Dolmin fired his salvo helping clear the way.
Heading down the corridors no towards the bridge, Lynris took up position covering the party from those who would come at them from behind. Easy work, she thought especially since there happened to be a lot of droids as well. She hated fighting droids. It was even less fun.
Her stun baton found the side of a droideka and she giggled as she took out the briefly immobile scrap. Though she felt a little bad, she always did think the little rolly boys were kind of cute. She supposed they were lucky they were without shields. Coupled with her over-charged baton and the droids lacking vital features, it wasn't hard for her to take care of the stragglers on their flank.
"You think if we knock, they'll let us in." She teased about the blast doors. "Maybe Big Guy can punch us through."
MROW! A lothcat appeared on her HUD and Lynris yelped in surprise. At the same time, a B2 stomped towards her, its arm outstretched.

The B2s and half-functional Droidekas were little match for Amaranth as she whirled among them, ending each with a quick stab or thrust with her long needle-like poniard. Behind a final pair was a more dangerous opponent. An IG-100 Magnaguard, with its electrostaff crackling as it came on. So much the better. Amy said to herself, relishing the challenge even as she faced the danger. These things had been a match for a Jedi in the Clone Wars, she knew. It was on her in an instant, feinting like a master before swinging the staff around like a club with droid-enhanced strength. Amy parried the stroke downward and jumped over the swipe, and then went on the offensive. Once, twice, she thrust at the droid's central processor, but both times, the droid caught her strike on its staff, spinning it like a dervish in her face. Forgetting herself for a moment, Amaranth kicked out, her boot clanging into unforgiving metal to no effect. As if to punish her for her insolence, the Magnaguard grabbed her by the chestplate and slammed her backward into the bulkhead, hard enough to dent it. That hurt, and nearly knocked the wind from her.Seconds left to live, the IG-100 winding back for a metallic punch that would intersect her cranium, Amy prepared for an all or nothing stab with her wristblade as the droid came in. She would have to time it perfectly or die. Just as she was about to strike, a loud whine and crackle echoed down the hallway, blue lightning playing across the nearby droids, including the Magnaguard, which dropped its electrostaff, and slumped, humming into an unpowered state. The staff crackled on the floor for a moment before shutting off. Amy batted the droid's hand away and got back to her feet, kicking the dead droid over. The source of the blast was, to no surprise, the giant Herglic mercenary that had joined them for the raid. Impressive firepower, she had to admit, though her pride said she could have dealt with the shabla droid on her own, she was grateful for the assist. Amy heard the voice of Lynris Skirata as it crackled across a comm still hissing with blast static. "Maybe Big Guy can punch us through." Amy liked that idea. ::What about it, Teague? Want to knock and see who's home?:: She made her way up towards the main bridge doors, and saw the controls had been blasted, so slicing was out. A pair of uniformed troops came around a corner from an adjoining passage, and she threw two knives from the hip, each finding a chest and sinking in, dropping the two blaster toting enemies to the floor. We won't have long. She said, figuring the enemy had to have more troops on the way. Or worse, more ships.Dolmin Teague Calok Warr Cuyan Skirata Duraanir Skirata Ashrah
