Malvus digests all the information given to him. It seemed that the actions of the First Order had ensured the planet was vulnerable to the Dark Side. Plenty of other worlds certainly experienced chaos, internally and externally. Rumbles from the Mandalorian borders, the ever moving war machine of the Empire, the designs of the Sith and their Dark Jedi allies... everything was causing the balance to change, just as Malvus had long desired to see. No Dark Side or Imperial nation before had ever de-stabilized the galaxy to the point that it was now. Someday, the vision of Viox Savage would be realized and the galaxy would be turned into a true vision... ruled by a Dark Empire.
Differences are never a bad thing. There are differences between ourselves and our Dark Jedi allies, but our common enemies ensure we work together. We share a galaxy for the sake of presenting a united front... when before, our predecessors preyed on each other. Fools they were... for weakening themselves for the sake of proving who was the strongest. The greatest degree of fools they were.
And they were nothing but memories now. Their remnants blasted to ashes and their worlds now under the control of the Blackguard Reborn as it moved forward toward its pinnacle. Malvus turns slightly to look at this so called Prophet of the 'Voices'.
We are Sith and we will always be Sith. And despite our differences, we are still adherents and masters of the Dark Side... perhaps we can still find a common ground and seek the destruction of our common foes. A common ground that can ensure a good relation.
There was a reason why Malvus was Jen'ari. True, he was Sith, through and through... ambitions, desires, his eyes set upon greater heights, but he was still a diplomat. Logical, rational, traits necessary to initiate a proper diplomacy to ensure the Blackguard Reborn had future allies, whether they would become expendable or not. Every word spoken was for the sake of the Blackguard's future rise.

There was a long pause as the Prophet turned towards the city below them, a moloch of seemingly regular life. For the moment at least. "We have common goals, I agree at least to this point, Sith", he stated without hesitation, "The aspect of destruction unifies us to a certain degree, as in the end we want to vanquish the Light Side first before we bring the Dark to the universe. Yet Darkness and Dark might collide sooner or later." C'Thyl turned around, yet slowly. He seemed to eye Malvus closer before he continiued his explanation. "You and your brethren might build up a united front, but I wonder if it is really in the nature of the Sith and your Dark Jedi allies to be capable of working on a common agenda, a common goal truely. And if so, will the agenda aim towards what the one called Palpatine once seeked to achieve? If the last thing is the case, there will be conflict. We both create to destroy, but the Dominion is meant to destroy the galaxy and all its creations. Anyone, who is willing to join up in order to push forth the Greater Plan will join volunteerly - but those who oppose we shall either break to our will or destroy as well. We don't need a unified galaxy in order to rule over it - we need to collapse it in the end.
If your Sith'ari and your leader can accept this future, an alliance is possible for sure. I'm aware of the nature of the Sith as a Dark Sorcerer myself - your rage is at the same time your greatest potential as it is your weakness. You can expect me to keep true to my word, that I will consider your forces as allied until we vanquish the Light Side from the galaxy once and for all, as I do not strife for petty ambitions or unnecessary infightings - yet betrayal from the sides of your forces will be retributed in a similiar way. Otherwise though we have a pact, unless you reconsidered your stance."
C'Thyl knew that the Sith lord in front of him was one of the strongest of his order as he was prepared for any inconvieniences. It was important for him to tell their order how he looked upon them as in his eyes they were a valuable asset - one with which he could ally up to a certain degree, but where he himself already doubted that the bargain would last eternal. No matter if they served the Rule of the Two or the old way of the Sith, their philosophy lead them always to attempt overthrowing their superior for petty reasons of power or other motivations, the Prophet neither valued. Even if they unified, there was slight doubt that they could maintain controll over each other. Other sorcerers like Cronal had realized this as well, as Sith Lords like Palpatine build up an Empire in order to maintain it - not in order to cause destruction. The Prophet hoped, that the leader of these Sith would see things in a similiar way as C'Thyl did.
Thus he waited for Malvus reaction, being mildly surprised if the diplomat would consider him and the Dominion as a threat towards his faction. If so, it didn't matter too much as it would only make things easier for the Prophet, when it came to cleansing the galaxy in the far future.

Malvus remained quiet as the Prophet spoke his piece. Destruction of the galaxy and all its creations... there was a sense of madness to those words. Even the Dark Lord Vitiate desired such an outcome and failed in his endeavor. Nihilius was a blackhole within the Force, his similar plans were also met with his own death. There was one other who had the desire to see the galaxy burn and vanish. A man whose name was never known, but his power and presence had frightened the Sith Lord. He had ever been known as the Eternal Darkness, a being unlike anything known to the Jen'ari. Yet his existence had vanished from the galaxy, perhaps for the better.
Malvus knew that the Sith'ari's plan for the galaxy was seeing a Dark Empire rule over its many systems and stars. To have an Empire, ruled by the strong and the powerful, that would dominate all life and its very course through history. Viox desired to see this galaxy his and the stars to make up his immortal throne. Long ago, Malvus desired the destruction of the galaxy too... he had been where C'thyl was now. However, the greatest fear of the Dark Lord was dying. He had stretched his life over many centuries now, jumping from body to body, and alchemically creating new vessels. The destruction of the galaxy meant the end of his life, more than likely. The Sith turned from those designs and sought an empire, built by the Dark Side and thriving upon its dark energies.
However, it was best not to tangle with this cult that was flourishing on Mon Calamari. Patience was a virtue that the Sith were trained and indoctrinated in. Patience was the key to understanding those who followed C'thyl and to watch its evolution. For now, the Blackguard Reborn had other priorities. It was best to make a friend, even if tentative and temporary, to ensure the Sith'ari did not extend himself too far. To the questions asked, there were things still unknown so it was best not to potentially lie right now. For as fate was a strange mistress, so was the Force. Today's enemies could be tomorrow's friends and vice versa.
I believe we can have an agreement, Lord C'thyl. We should not turn against each other while the Jedi still breath. Even when Palpatine saw to their utter destruction, the order still rebounded and brought down his empire. Great names have come and gone all because of even one Jedi existing in all the stars.
Malvus looks fully at the Quarren, turning his body to fully face the strange individual.
The Light must be extinguished, once and for all. Are we in agreement?

The Quarren thought for a brief time over the words of the Sith Lord in front of him, before he answered himself without any visible emotion. "We have an agreement then", he concluded solely, "Our visions are different, yet the path is the same. A promising future lies ahead. The monstrous toad will conquer the stars in unified mind. The tendrils will stretch to where Butchers were born and where horrors lurk behind the dark trees. Tund, home to the sorcerors of old lies ahead."
Although the words were once again mysterious, it seemed as if the Prophet agreed so far with Malvus. "Tell your master that for the moment our goals allign", he then said, "Time will show how long it will last, as we have no intentions of betraying your order for minor motives. The Grand Plan is too important than to be disturbed by selfish agendas - yet we will react, should the pact be broken by the means of your kind."

The sleek black hull of a Mantis-Class Interceptor cuts through the rain of Mon Calamari like a knife, descending through the atmosphere in a deadly silence. Only for the briefest of moments does comms traffic pass back and forth between the city and the ship; even then, breath is not wasted on pleasantries.
"Identify."
"Transponder codes sent. Docking authorization, Sleeper three."
"Cleared for bay eight."
Bypassing the public spaceport entirely, the Mantis banks hard and plunges into the sea, diving beneath the waves before pulling into an unmarked dock, unlit but defended by several rotating turrets. As the docking hatch connected to the Mantis and began its pressurization cycle, Alorxlan found his mind pondering the time lost since he had last set foot in the Coral City. The long months away from home had not been by choice- when one crafts a web of shadows and lies, every care must be taken to shield it from the harsh, exposing rays of the sun. And should such a prying beam of light twist, and turn, and wriggle its way into long-forgotten crevices and stumble upon that which it should not know... the light must be snuffed. That is simply the way of things.
The purple-mottled Quarren's facial tendrils writhe as he twists in the cockpit of his ship, staring back at the petrified, carbonite-frozen face of his captive. "Isn't that right, my friend? Secrecy is most important, most important indeed."
Within moments of Alorxlan stepping off the Mantis, a squad of black-armored Mon Calamari were already rushing to greet him- or rather, rushing to surround the frozen block of carbonite towed gently behind as cargo. "Package secured and ready for turnover. You have your orders. Make sure it finds its way to Morjanssik. It will be taken out of your hands from there."
A series of crisp salutes follow; while a Dominion infiltrator does not hold excessive rank over the common soldiery, it is still enough to merit unquestioning obedience- though without the certainty of mental manipulations. Dwelling on this thought for perhaps an instant too long, Alorxlan steps off to the side, keying on a hand-held holocom and bowing his head subserviently to the flickering visage of a frog-like Amphi-Hydrus. "Our rogue informant has been retrieved as ordered, sir, and will be held for re-indoctrination at your convenience...I kept the exfiltration discreet. The other spies may remain in place... No, sir. It remains unclear how they broke free from the mental conditioning... Understood. I will await further orders."
Plans were in motion, and those plans required the delicate balance of information and secrecy be maintained. Eliminating weak links, securing the Dominion intelligence network, and providing with deft hand and violent blade what the warped machinations of the Force could not accomplish; Alorxlan was well aware that these base tasks made him a mere pawn of his superiors. But he was determined nonetheless to play his part to perfection, for it is far better to be a part of the web than to be the fly caught within.

Given his most recent tasks, a small card was eventually sent to Alorxlan's department, showing the black-tinted Dominion logo, a ring of tentacles, on the white paper. The backside of it showed however a few numbers in Basic. Seemingly unrelated to anyone else reading them, but they were part of a code. The code itself was refering to coordinates - in fact coordinates on the surface of the planet. Apparently the Sorcerers wished to request a meeting in private with one of the Dominion's recently sucessful agents. Whether that was a good or a bad omen was hard to tell - in either way it was most certainly of greater importance.
