"...aaaand here we are, ladies and gents! Muunilinst!" "We know, we know, thanks Ad. Scans and comms, what's the word?" "No overriding signals or impressions, Cap; looks like you were right, Mariunhus is a wreck. Ripe for picking." "And everybody else will know it too... Guns, where are we?" "All systems online and hot, cap; anything looks at us wrong and I've got my finger on the trigger." "Palla?" "Wings ready to flap, Abe." "All right, good. Let's drop planetside, then."
Abel wrapped a hand around the rail at his hips, bracing himself as the Chain leaned forward, the black-painted Corona-class frigate beginning to drop towards the city like a stone. Though he never felt any actual gravitational shift, his mind always told him he should, and he'd never managed to completely get over that. Brellas, Guns Chief, was already strapped in at his station and leaning back, mouth beginning to loll open. He'd given his report and was going to nap, but if anything went wrong he'd be awake and atop the situation before anybody else heard an alarm. Abel had never known how Brellas did it, and he didn't want to. It was enough to know that he was good. The captain took a cue from his Guns-Chief and sat back in his command seat, strapping in. Behind and to his right, Abel heard Stephane doing the same. The ever-faithful valet, following his master's lead.
They'd come here on a tip, hearing that something had gone wrong on Muunilinst and that Mariunhus, the city housing the Banking Clan's headquarters, was a mess. It was like an invitation had been issued. The Chain had immediately packed up and shipped out, racing to beat any other pirates and vultures that would be on their way. Nobody had any illusions that they'd be able to make off with the whole carcass; too many hungry mouths coming; but they wanted to be one of the mouths running off with the largest chunks. So they'd come in with guns primed and ships ready to lift off, smash their way in, grab everything they could, and get out.
Down they went, and the Chain began to shake as it punched through the atmosphere.

*Muunilinst had once been one of the most fortified planets in the galaxy. The combined might of the Dark Jedi Order had littered the sky with capital ships, including the awe-inspiring Viscount-class Star Defender, which had been the flagship of the fleet. What's more, any attack against Muunilinst always carried the risk of personal retribution, and few were keen to incur the combined wrath of some of the galaxy's most fearsome warriors.
These days however, were a different story. The only capital ships in orbit right now were 2 Nebula-class Star Destroyers, which constituted a constant orbital patrol against aggressive intrusion. Each vessel carried a complement of twenty-four TIE Avengers and twelve Missile Boats, and at any one time a minimum of one squadron was deployed, split into three roving patrols of four. It was a far cry from the past... but as General Bashere knew, there was no point living in the past; it was only worth looking to the future. And that's exactly what he was going. He had just recently been given approval for the purchase of two new orbital defence platforms, and the acquisition of a third W-165 Planetary Turbolaser. If the two located near Harnaidan, one had been untouched in the rebellion, but the other had been damaged and taken some time to repair. The third one on Mariunhus however, had been completely destroyed, along with most of he rest of the island. But it was getting close to rebuilt now, and that's exactly the location the Chancellor had authorised for the new installation. To that end, General Bashere was sending her best military negotiator to Kuat, in the hopes of making the purchases... discretely too, of course.*
=General Bashere= "Alright lad, off you go. You know the drill - don't forget to change the IFF transponder once you leave system, and make sure everything is delivered to the outskirts of the Mirgoshir system; we'll tow it over from there afterwards."
*Captain by rank and twenty-eight this year, he was hardly a 'lad', but Garvin was hardly about to point that out to the legendary General who stood before him. She had commanded the Shadow Legions with Kai'el Takari, headed Reign's elite Guard, and held the loyalists together in the wake of General Fuc'jo's betrayal. And now served as Minister of Defence for the new regime. Snapping off a salute, the bright and talented Captain performs a precise about turn, and makes his way to the shuttle awaiting him... and an hour later, he had left the Muunilinst system behind.*

*Muunilinst. Economically speaking, it was still one of the most powerful planets in the galaxy. It was home to the Intergalactic Banking Clan, as well as the untold natural riches locked within its very mantle. But it was a much quieter planet these days. Quiet and peaceful. Since the upheaval of the Rebellion, the collapse of the Dark Jedi Order and the re-establishment of local governance, Muunilinst no longer played any part in galactic politics or trouble. But the government was not foolish enough to think that trouble may not one day find them again, and for this reason the Muunilinst military maintained itself well and kept itself vigilant.*
*Two Nebula-class Star Destroyers constituted a constant orbital patrol, each with a complement of twenty-four TIE Avengers and twelve Missile Boats, and at any one time a minimum of one squadron was deployed, split into three roving patrols of four. A Bavos-II heavy-duty military space platform provided additional support and acted as a static headquarters for orbital defence and traffic control. Three W-165 Planetary Turbolasers on the surface of the planet completed the orbital defence network which, all things considered, remained a deterrent to all but the bravest of potential aggressors.*
*But today was just another ordinary day on Muunilinst. There were no imminent threats, nor even any hints of potential trouble. It was business as usual, and as usual freighters and transports of all shapes and sizes came and went, carrying imports and exports; visitors and immigrants as well as businessmen. And one such ship inbound was an upgraded Arquitens-class light cruiser "Victoria" which was dark grey in colouring and registered to a small agricultural business from Agamar. Unbeknown to the pilot of the vessel, the ship's IFF transponder causes a hit of the intelligence network that generates a memo which winds up on the desk of none other than the Chancellor herself. But in the meantime, the vessel is given clearance to land on the now re-built and re-prospering Mariunhus, to deliver a cargo of agricultural goods.*

General Bashere was Hevn's inside man. Assistance from one of the few who held William Reign in memory. Bashere was a proud man who was happy protecting the planet, but not willing to take orders from the Banking Clan. A tensity gripped him as he waited at his post for Hevn's message. He had been waiting for months for the favor to be called in. Every day the anxiety grew a little tougher to stomach. When his comm crackled to life without the sound of a soldier his heart rose from his chest to his throat.
It's time.
Fear stiffened his bones like planks. Freezing mentally and physically as his intestines twisted. How many were about to lose their lives?
His mouth tightened and tongue dried up. His brow furrows and shines with fresh sweat. He navigates the control panel at his lap to jam the radar in Harnaidan, and disable all Banking Clan satellites. Next he spoke into a microphone, passing the message throughout the entire fleet.
This is the General speaking. Muunilinst is about to have visitors. All units are ordered to stand clear. Do not engage under any circumstance. Adjust fleet location to the following given coordinates a safe distance from the planet. Over and out.
The fleet forms up at the edge of orbit. The lowest ship remaining some distance below the formation to jam the sensory and communication relays in the city and Banking Clan headquarters. To the Banking Clan it would appear as though nothing is wrong with their systems as they copy a loop from when the jam started. The planet was vulnerable.

Aboard the bridge of the Exalted March, Faust watched in silence as the brilliant white tunnel of hyperspace suddenly shattered into a trillion pinpricks of fire, scattered indiscriminately across a backdrop of obsidian. At this distance, Muunilist appeared as little more than a blue-green bauble suspended in the center of the Destroyer's viewport. Plain, insignificant...and yet the wealth flowing through its banks was more than any sentient could spend, no matter how long their life span.
But the Reavers were not here for credits. The priest's voice rang out across the bridge, scarred vocal chords rendering his words into a rasping snarl: "Report."
It was Janse that replied, the slouching swordsman appearing soundlessly at his side. "Marauder and Wraith have joined formation; all ships reporting weapons charged and shields at one-hundred percent. Preliminary scans show all military vessels in orbit have formed up over the planet's other hemisphere."
"So," Faust growled, his cheeks splitting in a gruesome smile. "The aruetti has friends in high places." For a moment the Reaver Lord considered going after Muunilist's defense fleet regardless, but as much fun as it would be to crack open their hulls and watch their crews pour into the void, there was work to be done. "Prepare all assault shuttles and fighter squadrons for launch; when the order to strike is given, it will be Kad's faithful that serve as the vanguard."
The Echani clapped a fist to his breast and retreated wordlessly, leaving Faust standing alone once more. Humming an old battle hymn, the priest inverted his ceremonial knife and went back to work carving its tip through the meat of his palm. In the agonizing calm before the storm, he swore he could feel a hand upon his shoulder.

Dropping out of hyperspace in the blink of an eye the old Imperial freighter drifted lazily through space, its lone human occupant looked down on the planet with a smile. It had been a long time since he had done any sort of infiltration, years in fact. Beside him was the protocol droid courtesy of Hevn. Guiding the ship through space he joined into the local traffic stream easily before thumbing the comm switch for planetary control.
Planetary control this is Floyd Thursby of Solomon Mines, do I have permission to land?
A few minutes later a rather tired sounding female messaged him back, her voice reminiscent of someone who had smoked one to many cigarettes.
Go ahead hun, follow the path you are on now and head on down planet side. Please enjoy your stay.
By the time she had finished speaking she had sounded dead pan and disinterested, same as Xeonon. He knew he would be allowed to land. A month ago he had scheduled a meeting with a member of the banking clan to talk about a loan. The perks of running a multi-billion credit company. Everyone wanted your money. Especially greedy aliens.
As he drifted through space he monitored for a specific IFF and comm signature to show up. Today was the meeting date for the attack but thus far he did now see Hevns ship, just evidence of his planning. It was blatently obvious of the ships in orbit were moving away from there predetermined paths to just above the planet. He was committed here. What was the chance that this was an elaborate ruse to kill him?

From the depths of space a fairly large vessel dropped out of hyperspace, an intimidating sight for anything smaller than a task force. A single Acclamator-class assault ship with no identifying features or active ID transponders lumbered forward towards the planet, an outer calm that betrayed the flurry of activity that was happening within. The hanger was a mixture of pilots, mechanics, engineers and soldiers who were all running to and fro in preparation for the assault. LAAT/i gunships and two CR25 troop carriers had a few mechanics and most of the actual ground assault force around them, doing final checks on their equipment and weapons. The rest of the pilots and other crewmembers tended to the XJ7 X-wings and the BTL-S8 K-wings that would be providing escort, interception, and close ground support missions.
It wasn't terribly different on the command bridge of the Acclamator "Freelancer". Commodore Selkayim watched his teams compose the ship and the rest of the crew for combat, prepping the shields and weapons to be brought up at the first sign of trouble. Selkayim watched the display of ships in orbit appear on a holo before him, showing him first-hand the interesting events taking place in orbit. The defense fleets slowly tapered away, moving out of harms way as not to be caught in the ensuing battles. He noticed a few ships making their way to the planet however, and figured that this must be their mysterious 'ally' that was mentioned in the briefing. He typed a few things into his control panel, directing a small amount of the ship's manpower into recording and matching these ships description to a database. It wouldn't take long for them to find out. "Continue to approach the planet, and move the ship into a stable orbit near the small task force already present." Glancing over to his communications specialist, he gave him a curt nod. "Tell the crew to prepare themselves for launch, and the assault teams to depart on my command."

The stolen mining freighter dropped out of hyperspace at the edge of Muunilinst's visible space. Hevn jabs his thumb into the comm as he pilots the ship toward the general's fleet.
Thank you for your cooperation general. You will retire quietly and comfortably.
From the viewport Hevn eyes up the fleet formations and grins. All his friends came to the birthday party!
"Lets see here. Reavers....red team. Emerald, green of course. Xeonon and I, blue."
Bedrovelse activated the comms, sending the transmission of ally vessels and positions to the Reavers and Emerald Blades.
Looking down at his screen he could see Xeonon in position.
Better hurry up Thursby, the Reavers are getting antsy.
Red team leader, this is Hevn speaking. Green is going to make a perimeter around the bank to support the strike force. Keep your units clear.
This line will connect you to each other as well. Try to keep them up to scratch on the hell you're raising.
Green team leader, this is Hevn speaking. Get your units on the ground and approach position. You will receive no resistance from the air.
Red team be advised. Due to complications with prior engagements I will be leading my own strike force. You are free to move on your mark at will. I'll be right behind you.

Waiting on the other side of the med bay doors for Kali was not Bedrovelse Hevn, but an enormous Shistavanen. For his lupine species, Alpha was enormous, six foot eight inches of densely muscled predator. He was wearing armor. Plates of black metal lie over his chest, legs and arms. A black jumpsuit squeezed his mucles, causing his dark blue fur to poke out at the wrists and neck. He was carrying an enormous blaster rifle, and leaning against the wall staring at her. Big yellow glowing eyes. There were traces of red around the edges of his pupils from use of the dark side. His long fingers each had a nasty claw, ragged and sharp. He was without boots, his enormous feet flat against the ground, claws on each toe as well. He snarled and revealed huge pointed teeth before he spoke.
"Hah! Took you long enough. At least you won't be as late to the party as Hevn was."
A deep barking laugh rasped it's way out of his throat and boomed in the hallway. The wolf was more than a little amused with himself. He straightened up, his full height imposing and nearly enough so to cast a shadow over her under the lights. He runs his claws behind his ears, smoothing his blue hair back. His words barked out again, loud and choppy.
"Let's go. I'm Alpha, Hevn's right hand man. You need to get to the cargo bay and suit you up. "
He motions forward, walking at a pace nigh impossible to keep up with. He was naturally swift, and his giant strides carry him through the hallways with haste. He taps a claw against the cortosis weave, making a metallic ring. Looking down at her he laughs again. This time it finished in an almost howl that again reverberated through the metal corridors.
"Gotta get you one of these. It'll fit way better than those rags!"
The cargo bay opens before them and immediately he points to a cubicle at the far left corner. There was one in each she would find, if she looked around. The cargo bay was bare save for a handful of crates and the cubicles prepared. Inside she would find a suit of armor to her size and fit, the medical droids having had taken her specs while healing her for its craft. It is black, and slim fitting, exactly as Alpha's. The plates were made of cortosis weave, and thus highly energy resistant. It was very light and highly mobile, but incapable of dealing with explosions, or repeated heavy blaster fire.
The raspy bark came in command this time. A device on his wrist activated, blinking violently for a few seconds before he disabled it.
"Hurry up squirts! Hevn'll be here any minute! Ain't no more time to waste!"

As the doors slid back, Kali almost jumped out of her skin, with great speed she slid back a few steps and stared open eyed at the monster before her, she thought monster not because of his specie but because he was an intimidating sight, and this is what caused her reaction. The snarl put her on edge and had her looking around the room for something she could use in self defence, however the droids had been efficient in her absence and had cleared and cleaned everything away. When he began to laugh, so did Kali, but her laugh was caused by nerves than finding humour in his words. When he introduced himself, Kali herself did the same…
Hi, I am Kali…
She moved to hold out her hand but he began to stride off before noticing, she followed, though his was an efficient stride, hers was a cross between speed walking and jogging. This prevented her from asking any questions.
It all happened so fast, before she knew it, they had reached their destination and she was being barked orders at and without question, she followed them. It had become so much easier since she had made her decision, she tried not to question too much now but instead, just do what she needed to do in order to complete the phases and hopefully be successful in becoming his new apprentice.
As fast as she could, she moved into the cubicle and changed quickly, once more securing her hair behind her head.
She waited then for Hevns arrival, though she did have a couple of questions for him, this time however, they were practical. What weapons would she have? Who were they fighting? What were they fighting for?

The doors to the cargo bay hiss open and through them strides Bedrovelse Hevn. He was attired in full body armor, considerably heavier than what he offered the four apprentices. Save for his open face, the entire suit was closed and thickly plated. As he walked to the middle of the room his boots pound the floor. Alpha anxiously rushes to meet him, taking the case and hustling it to a nearby table. The humongous Shistavanen roared out into the vast empty room as Hevn folds his arms and waits.
"Peons! Assemble!"
Hevn waited for them to line up in front of the table. The wolf was opening a case in front of each of them. Inside each had a blaster pistol, personal shield, and helmet. The other three apprentices donned their helmets quickly, strapping their blasters to their hips, and clipping the shield to their belt or arms. This time it was Bedrovelse who spoke, soft and cool. For all the intensity the Shistavanen carried, Hevn seemed bored if anything.
" We are about to strike the InterGalactic Banking Clan headquarters. The second phase is surviving the battle, and making yourself useful. None of you has earned the right to use a proper blade, so you have been provided a blaster and personal shield. Without a strong connection to the force, you will die. I suggest you stay close to me."
Hevn approaches a case of his own. From within he begins to equip his onslaught of weaponry. He adapts a sith lanvarok to his left arm, and a wrist blaster to his right. He positions his sword on his back, crossed with his doubled bladed lightsaber. A second lightsaber is clipped to his belt, alongside a few grenades, and throwing knives. He was armed to the teeth.
"We will be using drop pods to follow the soldiers through the front door. The objective is to steal as many credits as possible and clean out the Muun vault for whatever we can find. To your pods when prepared."
Bedrovelse gestures toward the edge of the cargo bay where the pods were lined up inside of the wall. The trajectory systems were aligning the drop zone with the bank. Three of the apprentices moved to their pods while Kali remained. This much he expected. Now his lazy gaze fell upon Kali.
"You will come with me. As will Alpha. Arm yourself and join us."
While the other three apprentices moved with haste, Alpha and Hevn walked rather slowly toward their pod. Sitting at leisure as the message from Xeonon came in. Alpha turned to Hevn barking basic forcefully from his throat.
"The droids are down! Perfect. The siren though...."
Hevn rounded on him with a ferocious scowl. The chill in his eyes enough even to startle his massive sidekick. His face was severe and withholding what felt like a nuclear explosion of rage. His intensity was building. Venom spilled from his lips as he spoke, his displeasure evident.
"I don't think we're making any credits yet."
The Shistavanen nods, and pulls his own helmet down over his dark blue face. It took him a moment to adjust it comfortably to his pronounced muzzle and pointed ears. Hevn pulls his Krayt Dragon Mask over his own face. A piece crafted of sith alchemy, it protected his face from both sight and harm. His eyes leer out from behind thin slits in the dragon's own eyes. A mouth full of intertwined needle like teeth crisscross over his mouth to obscure its vision but allow him to speak. Horns jutted from the cheekbone and forehead of it. If Hevn was not already an unnervingly inhuman sight, this final piece of the visage may have prompted closer judgment to his being a monstrosity.
Both of the heads turn toward Kali in silent expectation.

Kali was ready when Hevn had entered the room, she was donned in the armour that had been provided and despite her expectations and it felt comfortable. She had leapt to the assumption that it would feel heavy and would hinder her movement; however she had been proved wrong. It fit her form perfectly which had surprised her all the more. Once she had secured it all in place, she had taken the time to bend and twist in all manner of ways from bending forward and touching her toes to leaning to the side and stretching her arm above her head. Despite the appearance of perhaps stretching before the upcoming task, she was in fact getting a feel for the armour and trying to assess any limitations she may have due to it. So far she had found none.
At the loud and barking command, Kali strode toward the table and looked down at the case before them. She paid no attention to the others, it served no purpose. They were not all destined to become neither friends nor colleagues, they were competing against each other, so if anything, they were more likely to be enemies. As she appeared in the case, her brows furrowed and her eyes flicked from Alpha to Hevn, but she succeeded in holding her tongue. Was that all they were being given? A blaster and a shield? A blaster did little good when it came to close combat; a shield would help some, but would not be as useful as a dagger!
She clipped the blaster to her belt and took the shield and helmet in her hands but did not secure them as the others had done, not yet, that could wait, there was a lot to be learnt from body language and facial expressions, so for now, she would wait and listen.
For a moment she thought Kali thought she had misheard what Hevn had said and once again looked from Hevn to Alpha and back, had he seriously said they were performing a bank robbery? She then watched as he began to secure a variety of weapons upon himself and felt anger welling up inside her, she was angry as he was endowed with a wealth of power that he was offering to share and teach the one he chose as an apprentice, and yet they were being armed with only a blaster and the force, yet here he was with a small arsenal! Again, she said nothing, not yet… She watched the other 3 dutifully run off toward their pods and sneered toward them, their lack of backbone in this matter, she felt, made them weak. She had witnessed them question nothing and just act without question. That was the behaviour of a robotic soldier. To learn was to question. If anything, it proved you had a brain in your head that you were able to use!
Kali turned her gaze from the 3 and back to Hevn, relieved to know she would be travelling with him and Alpha as it meant she had time to question him as they departed. As Hevn rounded on Alpha, Kali stepped back and watched the interaction between the two with intrigue, it was more than listening to the words and the tone of voice, and it was the body language between them fascinated her more. Hevns helmet had the effect he desired upon Kali, though Kali knew the reasons behind the intricate design, it was designed to intimidate and despite her anger at herself for allowing it to do so, she could not stop it, but that would not stop her form asking her questions… .
She stood tall and looked at Hevn directly…
I believe I should have more than a blaster and a shield, this does not mean I believe I have earned a proper blade, as you call it, but I believe at least a dagger or two. I understand you wish us to use the force but when it comes to close combat, a dagger would be for more effective, surely? Not that I plan on letting anyone get that close. And….This question made Kali nervous but she was intrigued….are we seriously robbing a bank? With the power and allies you seem to have, in order to take on such a task as this, would you not want control of the whole planet?
Unconsciously she was chewing her bottom lip in a nervous gesture…
Can I have one last smoke before we hit the ground running?

The Exalted March's declaration was punctuated by a brief burst of static before the Reaver Fleet returned to radio silence. The ships hung suspended in their formation for a moment longer, then suddenly split apart, engines flaring simultaneously as Wraith and Marauder both angled away from the larger flagship. Faust watched through the viewport as the two cruisers sped toward opposite hemispheres of the planet, while the Destroyer accelerated toward Harnaiden itself.
Within the hangars of all three ships, pilots and engineers swarmed over fighters and transports, scurrying to perform last minute refuelings and weapon checks. They still had time- though not much of it. Soon the order to attack would be given, and they'd come boiling out of their hangars like demons to rain death upon the people of Muunilist. Then the transports would go, ferrying the Reavers down to their waiting victims, and the Rites of Harangir would begin.
The trio of ships broke atmosphere at the same time, their paths parting more and more as they went off to war.

At Alpha's wrist, the Reavers message came through. In the distance the bombardment could be heard. Bombs blasting the planet and lasers burning it all to hell. The thump of it was loud from the opening of the pod. Alpha chuckled from beneath his helmet, before growing suddenly silent. Both had been looking at her before staring abruptly at one another.
Anger. A violent wave of it ripped up from the depths of the force and shook them. It was a rattling of the mind and heart rather than a physical thing. A voracious beacon of explosive power coming from somewhere. Hevn and Alpha could feel it. Kali would be able to much like she had felt Hevn's power when introduced in the shuttle. The rage was coming from beyond their ship, down on the planet.
Hevn is the first to hiss a response. Concern layers his soft voice and the importance of it washed away his thoughts of Kali's questions.
"Did you feel that?"
Alpha nods.
"Aye, but who my Lord? Who could be left after all this time?"
Hevn peels off his mask. The lines on his face were hard with concentration and thought. Reaching under his bench he grabs a deathstick, and presents one to Kali. Snatched from his hand, his eyes lingered on Alpha.
"One of the new guard. Someone smart, to have been surviving on Muunilinst this long after the damage was done. Most of us scattered into the wind."
They both paused. It was Alpha who grunted the first guesses.
"Tiro? Dathius?"
Hevn's face grew more severe. Shock and hatred swept over his visage in a sudden contortion.
"Could be worse. Elyia Reign, or Plaga's son. The ones responsible for the funeral bombings."
Bedrovelse clearly had a nasty bone to pick with both the aforementioned foes. Those who knew of their fathers would understand that their training was beyond excellent and raw power tough to match for even the Jen'jidai who were left. Both were cunning, cruel, and brutal foes. He did not relish the idea of fighting either one in the midst of a mission so delicate.
Hevn took a long drag on his deathstick. The pungent stink of it filled the pod. The helmet of the Shistavanen twitched, sniffing, before he removed his as well. They passed it back and forth taking heavy drags, and finishing it quickly in silent concentration. He turns to Kali with stress etched onto his face.
"You will have your daggers. Ultrasteel vibroblades will do you nicely."
Alpha groaned as he reached with a snarl to his left hip to pull his "daggers" out. To a man of his size they were daggers. To Kali they would be just smaller than a machete, though thankfully very light like the armor. He places them in the seat next to him, baring his teeth in what Hevn understood as a sneer, but might appear to her as intimidation. Hevn pulls his mask back over his face. The dragon peers at Kali with cold eyes. Hevn's hand rises, and with the spread of his fingers the smoke would fly from her hand to the cargo bay, a precise and focused act of telekinesis.
"Strap in. Let's go."
Alpha squeezes the helmet back over his ears and nose. If she listened close enough she would hear him mutter.
"Oh we're kriffed this time."
Hevn's voice was soft and cool once more. His concern faded. Confidence was found where Alpha's was lacking.
"Korriban, Ossus, and Dantooine were all far worse than this. Chin up, pup. Nothing I can't put to heel."
Alpha growled hard and loud at the dog jokes, strapping the belts over each shoulder, as Hevn did the same. With the same gnarled hatred laced in his voice Alpha replied.
"They were jedi! You twisted black souled freaks fight on a whole different level."
Hevn mockingly bows, sweeping an exaggerated arm across his body as he bends into his traps. His white teeth shine through the dragons fangs, and eyes glow dangerous with excitement. Rounding them on Kali again, he gestures for her to get in.
As soon as she was seated, and strapped, Hevn would comm.
Blue 1 is a go.
The drop pod would launch and send them hurdling rapidly toward the bank doors.

As the thunderous sounds reverberated between the walls of the ship, Kali looked down toward the floor, though she expected to see nothing, she was focusing upon the sounds as if they were vibrating though her. It had begun and though she felt nervous anticipation, there was also a level of excitement and this was visible in the mild shake of her hands. It was only brief moments after this came a feeling that hit her as if she had walked into a wall, it was much like the feelings she had felt from Hevn when she had first boarded the ship. It felt raw, pure and intense, automatically she her gaze, now intense, flicked between Hevn and Alpha. All of her previous thoughts had now dissipated and what she felt now she could not explain.
Before Kali could begin to ask for clarity on what was happening, Hevn and Alpha began to talk between themselves, there was clearly a level of understanding between them as to what was happening, it was also clear that there was a history for them here and her not knowing what that history was left her feeling frustrated, for they were having a conversation between them that left her feeling lost. Here she was about to step into something, something she had thought was a bank robbery when in fact it was sounding more of a mission of revenge, and what’s more, was she was escorting them and aiding them while being blind to the entire situation. They were treating her like a brainless drone and she did not appreciate it one bit.
She takes the offered deathstick and draws it in heavily filling her lungs to capacity. Though the stick was slow burning, with her rapid inhales it would not last overly long. She was doing all she could to swallow her emotions, emotions were now simmering below the surface. Though she did not know Hevn, she knew that if she were to question him now as to the goings on, in this very instant, his wrath would be upon her. She was able to sense the mood of both Hevn and Alpha clearly, the calmness that they had both appeared to express only moments ago was now replaced with the stress with an underlying menace. Her fear of the unknown was now heightened all the more. This was something they had anticipated nor wanted.
Hevn "You will have your daggers. Ultrasteel vibroblades will do you nicely."
A small smile lifted the corners of Kalis mouth, he had obviously seen the sense in her reasoning and she felt relief because of it. Alpha was obviously not so pleased, he was forsaking his weapons and for that, she felt…awkward, not sorry, just awkward. She looked toward him and tried to express a look of gratitude as she retrieved the blades from the seat and strapped them to her belt.
Thank you.
She held the smoke to her lips and began to inhale once more, trying to make this last one count as she was nearing the end of it, when the smoke flew from her hands and landed upon the hanger floor, she cast a glare at Hevn and exhaled the tiny cloud of smoke in his direction and began to strap herself into the pod. Before she had managed to secure her helmet she heard the mumblings of Alpha…
Alpha "Oh we're kriffed this time."
Her head snapped toward him and Hevn as the banter continued between them…
Well don’t you both know how to reassure a lady? You drag me into whatever mess this is, with some severely kriffed off forcey type being down there, is he kriffed off at you? I wouldn’t know! you leave me in the dark to whats happening and not knowing what to expect and then…then you tell me we are kriffed? Great, thanks. Why not just leave me to die quickly on Coruscant instead of bringing me here to die?
It was flowing from her like verbal diarrhoea and she could not stop it, it was as if all the emotions she had felt since waking on the Plaines were coming to the surface and she was mad, and the more she spoke the more angry she was feeling. It was burning inside her starting at the pit of her stomach and spreading through her like wildfire. She felt it in her legs, her arms and fingers, it was as if she was covered in a current of energy screaming to be released. Her hands were shaking and her breathes were rapid.
With her hands stretched out before her now Kali gazed upon them as if inspecting them as they turned from being palm up to palm down.
She secured her helmet and through grit teeth she hissed…
I am not a mindless drone, by keeping me in the dark you are setting me up for failure!

Hevn's comm crackled to life. General Bashere's horrified voice mumbled over the line. Hevn transmits the message to Alpha and Kali.
They rained hellfire...down....on everything.....I won't stop you. I can't......I can't stop you now. There's nothing left to save if I wanted to. Bring my payment to Togoria. Try not to dawdle.
Hevn closes the line, leering at first Alpha and then Kali through his wicked chilling eyes. It was why he left them open, as opposed to the traditionally blind sith mask. His stare was burning with his hatred and his vengeance. Already his fires were stoked for war, and these two bickered like children. His voice was almost a whisper. Danger and electricity raced through every chord of his tone. His will was absolute and not to be questioned by the undeserving.
"Quit your crying. Save your tears for the dead."
WIth that final word he punched their launch sequence. The three pods launched one after another before theirs as the voice counted down.
3...2..1
Boom. The pod ripped from the ship like a bat out of hell, steering them right at the IGBC headquarters to slam from orbit to as far into the building as he could hammer it down.

This feeling that was rushing over Kali was now leaving her feeling stunned, it was alien to her and powerful, but it also made her very feel thirsty for more. It was the power of it all and the physical affect it had, it was more powerful than the rush of adrenaline. It made her feel strong and she liked it. Through her helmet came a crackle alerting her to an incoming transmission, beneath her helmet her eyes twinkled and she felt the thrill of adrenaline, fear and apprehension all in one delectable feeling. The corners of lips lifted into a wry smile as she shifted in her seat. Her muscles felt irritable as if they needed to move, or stretch or constrict and she could not decipher which.
Hevn "Quit your crying. Save your tears for the dead."
Her head snapped in his direction as took a deep breadth and took hold of her straps and gripped them tightly. His tone telling her she would be wise to remain silent and follow his instruction.
She had not prepared herself for the sheer velocity at which the pod would depart the ship. Her whole body tensed as she remained pinned to her seat while staring blankly ahead of herself.

Commodore Selkayim turned and nodded to his team after the transmission finished. While they logged the frequency for further communications, Selkayim gave them a quick response before standing up and walking to the front of the bridge to get a better look.
Understood. En Route.
He watched as the three ships designated to 'Red Team' split from one another to complete their assigned tasks. The 'Freelancer' began to move itself into position above Harnaidan, following the vessel that was already pushing itself closer to the planet's surface. He wanted to wait for the results on the identification matching of their 'allies', but there was no time. He tapped on a small panel in front of himself to switch the comm's over to the hanger. All teams, this is Commodore Selkayim speaking. You have the green light for operation start.
The hanger practically exploded with noise as the task force flooded out of the interior of the ship and descended upon the planet. With the X-wings taking point, the CR25 troop transports and LAAT/i gunships followed closely with the K-wings on their tail. As they plummeted into the atmosphere, the X-wings split into three flights and formed a wedge around the assault vessels. Within minutes the ships disappeared from sight as they slipped into the overhead cloud-cover.
Selkayim watched them on the scanners until the disappeared from sight, wondering how bad it was going to be once they had boots on the ground. He could see dim explosions below the clouds which cast the appearance that there was a lightning storm within, but everybody knew better. The general plan for acquiring and holding the perimeter was solid and accounted for several changing factors. However, extensive damage might alter the flow of battle from their key strong points. Only time would tell.
The Commodore didn't even notice one of the aids walk up beside him, noticeably more nervous than he usually was and slightly paler. Selkayim turned and looked to the man, perplexed by his features. He then looked down to see that the crewmember was holding a datapad, which he gingerly took from his grasp and began reading the report. It was on the positive identification on the three ships that just went planetside. The very ones that their men would be working alongside. And it wasn't good. Selkayim simply stared at the planet's surface in disbelief. "...may fate have mercy on your souls, gentlemen."

From the depths of space, three vessels jump into Muunilist's perimeter. The lead vessel was an Imperial I-class Star Destroyer, christened as the Intrepid. It was reinforced by a pair of Vindicator-class Heavy Cruisers. In the days of old, when the First Galactic Empire was at its height, these three ships could easily conquer a number of worlds and ensure cooperation to said worlds with its arsenal and troop complement. Yet today, they came not to conquer, but to investigate.
Nicademus was upon the bridge of the Intrepid while his brother, Moff Artemis, was ensuring the Stormtroopers of Battlegroup Lucifer, numbering 8,000 strong, were equipped. Members of the detachment belonging to the Imperial Shock Regiment were also getting geared up for whatever may lay in waiting on Muunilist. The Emperor gazed out of the viewport, gazing upon the shadowy side of Muunilist where great fires could still be seen, burning bright from the recent destruction. He sighs deeply.
They did not deserve this fate...
