*Harnaidan was one of the largest cities on Muunilinst and served as the headquarters of the InterGalactic Banking Clan, and as the planet’s capital. Its towers anchored a skyhook to the orbital city of High Port.*

*Harnaidan. Home to the InterGalactic Banking Clan. One of the most powerful commercial entities in the galaxy. The great towers of the IGBC soar over the city centre, and the grandoise entrance to them fronts directly on to the Grand Plaza. Directly across the plaza is another set of buildings, far shorter but no less impressive. Harnaidan Palace.
The Harnaidan Palace was a vast, opulent and sprawling palace from which the IGBC and Reign Enterprises-backed government ruled Muunilisnt. It was the seat of power for Muunilinst's Chancellor, Em, and was also where official visitors were accommodated for the duration of their stay on Muunilinst. Accordingly, it was well-fenced and fortified, and patrolled by a contingent of elite guards. The palace itself was equipped with a full day spa, a casino, several bars, four floors of rooms, and all the amenities that were befitting of galactic dignitaries. The Palace was also equipped with state of the art surveillance, and a direct secure line to High Port Control, the IGBC Towers, and Reign Enterprises Headquarters on Mariunhus. A portion of the Palace was also set aside for use as a military strategic command centre, and headed by Muunilinst's current Defence Chief, General Bashere.
Another significant feature of Harnaidan was the infamous Xendor's Mug Cantina. Originally founded by the great C'thulu Plaga, it was a vast bar and restaurant with an excellent reputation and an extensive selection of drinks from across the galaxy. Several of the employees were former Dark Jedi informants who now pass any useful information gathered up the Reign Enterprises chain of command via secure intelligence channels, and the establishment also has several highly-qualified bouncers on duty at all times.*

Inside a small cantina near the edge of Harnaidan, a seemingly ordinary man walked through the doors. The interior was dark and shabby; quiet, though the sound of hushed voices and whispers fills the air. Immediately the man stops in his tracks.
There is nothing spectacular that goes through an ordinary man's mind when his usual routine is interrupted, but rather a lack of thought and problem solving skills cloud the mind. But this was not, in fact, an ordinary man. He was an informant, and a good one at that. He had recently posed as an acquirer of certain goods for a certain darksider. The man he had to become to work the way he does makes him an enemy to everyone at this particular cantina. He is the lowest of the low, a snitch.
But Zalgo is enigmatic. He does not judge, he does not worry. When the galactic police force, or whatever they were calling themselves these days, had shown up to take him into custody, Zalgo did not judge them, nor did he hate them. He merely hastened their withdrawal from the living realm, as all eventually will, even Zalgo himself.
The scene the man came upon was a scene of near normalcy, besides the dark figure sitting in his normal seat. It was a gaunt figure, nothing but skin and bone and blackness. A horrible blackness everyone seemed to ignore. There was a glass in front of him, untouched. Brandy, maybe, or possibly whiskey filled it. The figure shifted in the seat, pushing the glass to the seat next to him. It gestured for the man to sit, and he obeyed with a gulp in his throat. He already knew his life was forfeit. He sat and stared at the drink for a moment before finally picking it up and taking a sip. It was much finer quality than he'd ever taste again, but he couldn't know that, for mere men do not understand the shortness of their lives.
The geist passed a note over to the man without a sound, and with barely a movement.
"By now, you must understand the situation you are in. You have not been judged, but we do not tolerate betrayal. We hope your peace has been made."
The man's final shred of hope tore away, and he felt a sudden heaviness in his shoulders. For some reason, he did not feel sadness, but rather anger. He stood up quickly, drawing many away from their whispers.
"Is this what I get? Is this the thanks you give me for what I got you? How dare you!"
By now, everyone had noticed. The man reared back quickly to throw the glass at the apparition. It turned to look at him and he froze but for a moment. It's eyes were gone, it's face made of smoky blackness that hardly seemed real. The man regained composure and once more attempted to throw the glass, but a cold metal hand had found it's grasp around his wrist. Blades dug into his skin, causing a small amount of bleeding.
"We do not appreciate your violence. This drink was hard to acquire, nearly as hard as what you acquired for us. But you have betrayed us. We shall find a new use for you."
The man tried to scream, but he found his vocal cords unresponsive. The was a sharp pain in the back of his skull, where Zalgo was asserting his Force presence.
"Do not try to struggle. You are incapable anyway. You will be welcomed among us."
The lights dimmed as the man felt consciousness drain away from him. He was soon dead, minus the usual blood or gore that accompanied such affairs. Zalgo lifted the man with the Force, dragging him away out of the cantina. It took a few moments, but the cantina's whispers started up again.
Almost as soon as things had returned to normal, they were thrown into chaos once more. Zalgo did not turn to see, but his geist companion was ever curious to watch as the bomb destroyed the building, and the two neighboring it.
"We must remember, we cannot have loose ends."

Seen from a distance, it might seem that the spindly Muun slides from the outstretched arms of a stone statue carved in the likeness of a robed and hooded female figure, slipping free only to fall without a sound into the black emptiness waiting below to accept him. What looks like two tears slide down cheeks as cold and ashen as stone, almost as though the silent, still statue weeps for the fallen Muun.
A closer vantage would dispel whatever terrible beautify distance might lend the scene; the winds three miles up from the streets waiting in the darkness below to break the Muun’s fall reveal that the statue is no statue at all, utterly still though she may be as she stands unmoving on the edge of the building with her hooded head tilted down to watch the lifeless body of the Muun tumble and recede in the distance below. The dark gray robes worn by the woman stir fitfully in the currents of the wind, their soft rippling all the sound there is to be heard now that the Muun’s screams have ceased. What may have looked from a distance like tears, if seen up close, would be revealed to be two droplets of the Muun’s blood, one on each cheek, that creep slowly downward. The woman would not ever weep for one such as the Muun, one who sowed only more disorder in a universe already filled to the brim with it. One death will not stop the tide threatening to wash away what order still stands, but the Muun is not the first to face the woman’s judgement. Nor will the Muun be the last.
The woman, given no name by those that bore her, chose the name Nithya Tandon for herself when the time came for her take a name; one name for that which she is promised by birth, the other name for that which she decided to become when she found a purpose to drive her in place of the solitary wandering that so many of her kind are driven to by an inability to see beyond what their shared nature compels them to pursue. In her youth Nithya, who was only Nithya then, was no different, but when she was older and learned of the Dark Jedi Order, she knew that she had found a reason for her existence, and a purpose to fulfill that suited her nature perfectly. Learning that she was more than twenty five years too late to join those that gave birth to the vision that now guides her had been a bitter pill to swallow. Some might have faltered then, given in to despair or sought other paths to follow, but Nithya suspected that, even if the light cast by the Dark Jedi Order and those in it had been extinguished, it might be possible to rekindle the cleansing flame; knew that some ideals live on even after those that gave rise to and embodied them have gone. If she had been inspired by the Dark Jedi Order even after its time would seem to have passed, why not others too?
Finding those hypothetical others had proven as difficult as uncovering all that she could of the Order’s history and that of its members. Months of fruitless searching, of following the scraps of vague rumors and cryptic hints that had survived the passing of over twenty five years finally led her to Asgard, only to find it laying in ruins that had been pillaged long before Nithya began her quest. It was not until here on Muunilinst, after days of searching the ruins of the Villa Obscurum only to find others before her had taken all that might have once been found amid the broken stones and overgrown weeds, that Nithya learned by chance that she may not be alone in her desire to pull the Dark Jedi from the early grave history would consign it to, so that its purifying fires can burn away the weakness and corruption threatening the universe, leaving only order in its wake.
Wiping the thin trails of blood from her cheeks with a gloved finger, Nithya turns from the ledge, lifting the veil of her niqab to cover her nose and mouth. The Muun, before he had died a death more swift than he deserved, told her of many others that she would seek out to pass sentence upon, but they will have to wait, for Nithya had also learned while hunting the Muun where it is she might find her fellow seeker, and will need to make haste if she does not want the opportunity to slip through her fingers now that it could be so near at hand.

Flying high above the city Xeonon peered down through the volcanic haze and tried to imagine living here. How would they feel in the next hour? The common person had no beef with the Muun government and the IBC. Hell most of the people that lived here were Muuns and they no doubt supported whatever their government did. It was all to help them get rich. Letting the droid fly, Xeonon stood and walked back to the cargo bay; all of three feet away. Opening a hidden hatch he insured that the bomb inside the ship was still off and not giving off any signatures. He had had the thing converted to analog, the archaic technology would not fail as the clock steadily dropped to zero and it wouldnt give off any warnings to anyone scanning the ship. Supposedly.
Eventually he landed the ship outside the IBC and stepped off the ship. Fixing his red jacket, straightening the edges he was met by one of the representatives of the Clan.
Welcome friend Floyd, if you will please follow me inside we can begin
With that the Munn turned around and walked away. There was something graceful about his motions, as if each one was calculated and thought out. At the same time it was creepy, with his long arms and skinny frame he looked like a Windigo.
Following in behind him Xeonon and the droid walked into the main hall of the building and marveled at the wealth. All around him were Bronzium statues, marble busks and every other kind of pretty thing that showed off wealth. It was all a front though, in back was were all the real money was. Walking past a Bothan they went into the back rooms. This particular one was sparse having a desk, two chairs and some pictures on the wall.
Intertwining his fingers in front of him he held them on the desk before speaking
So Mister Thursby what can we do for you today?
Inwardly Xeonon snorted, he knew damn well why he was here. It was part of their process for the loan, he needed to send in the amount wanted, why it was required and proof that it would work. There was less jumping through hoops at Seaworld than there was getting money from the IBC. Still, he had a part to play and he couldnt allow his anger to get the best of him.
You know what I want. Credits. I am asking for 30 billion credits, I know its a lot, but the machines I require are expensive and should increase my production by 50%. I will be able to pay this loan off in less than 3 years and more importantly you will be able to help out one of the largest mining companies in the universe.
I don not care about how much money you have Thursby, you will never come close to the wealth this bank holds. In the information you sent over it said you could pay this off in 5 years. What changed?
Nothing has changed, that was a worst case scenario if we paid off only the minimum. This is a more optimistic view.
Very well.
He was silent for a minute as he went over the math in his mind. As a side effect of living on the galaxy richest planet every Muun from a young age is able to do difficult equations in their mind. Of course none of it was needed. Floyd had already been approved, this change would not effect it and this was all for show. To try and unnerve the man.
All we need now is your the information for your accounts.
Here it was, the moment Xeonon had been working towards these past nine months.
Of course, if you just give my droid accsess to a computer it can send you the information.
Not being strong when it came to the use of mind tricks he could see the thought take hold in the Munn. The internal fight, obviously this was unorthodox and people just gave it to him but after a moment his eyes glazed over and nodded his consent. Waddling over Xeonon watched as a little spike extended from its right index finger and as he inserted it into the computer. Seconds later things started to go crazy. The door was covered in a blast proof door and a strobe light started flashing as a siren started to wail. All of Xeonons senses were pounded upon and he had to focus to reach out with the force and snap the Muuns neck.
Confounded droid! Did you get into the system, what the fuck happened!
Yes sir I got into the system and shut off surveillance as well as the droid security. It seems someone noticed me in the system and I am locked out from anything else and people are on the way to arrest you after destroying me.
Despite being a droid he could sworn he heard a note of concern in the droid. Rubbing his forehead he reached up to the comm device in his eyes.
All teams this is Blue 2 the droids are down you are free to begin.
In the background they would be able to hear the alarm going off, almost drowning out his voice.

Even inside the bank from so far away Xeonon could feel the explosions in the other city. They were light, like a tickle in his feet but they were there. Thousands were dying, it was obvious and he could feel all of their deaths. Yet he couldnt think about it, his mind was numb from the sound and lights. This was no doubt the point. In the strobe light he saw the door open and a small canister enter. Good. They were a few minutes late, human error but it still put him behind. Breathing outward he pushed the canister out in the hall and counted to three.
Springing out of the room was easy, all the Munn guards were blinded and more than half were on the ground from the flash bang. It was a simple matter of picking up one of their shotguns and shoot them all once in the chest before leaving. Their armour should have held up to a few glancing shots, even a direct shot. However as luck would have it the doorkicker seemed to be the most experienced and had a flechette shotgun, the more powerful purple rounds easily piercing through their armour.
Is it safe to come out?
Yes yes, come on I want you to go on ahead of me to the control room and wait for me there.
He had to get back to take out more of the guards, get back to his ship to get his weapons AND take over the control room in the next few minutes. This was going to take speed and as such he sprinted down the hall shotgun ever at the ready.
Blue 2 for Blue 1, whats your eta?

Post by Bedrovelse Hevn on Aug 28, 2015 4:32:04 GMT -8
Hevn's gut was lodged in his throat as they plummeted through orbit. It took his most focused effort, and greatest strength to push the comm.
Blue 1 is NOW.
His arms flew up above his head as their drop pod smashed through the three hundred floor of the banking headquarters. They punched into it like a bullet. The impact struck with starting brutality. One, two, three, four times. The building would shake and moan in agony. Screams tore out from every corner of the city as the Reavers bombardment began, and their idolized all powerful Banking Clan was showering debris and body parts all over them. Whatever stood between Hevn's pod and the hundreth floor, security reinforced link station was located. The jar of being stopped took a punishing toll on their bodies. Hevn's calculated recklessness had come at a price.
Alpha roared in pain. A loud barbaric cry of raw emotion. What followed was the loud curses in his own language as he unclips his belt and kneels on the floor. He was alive and upset.
They needed to get below and destroy the system lock. Alpha could do it. It was a routine endeavor for the pair as espionage was a regular weekend outing. Hevn reached into Alpha's mind. The beast was so dazed and enraged he was easy to probe. Bedrovelse began to diffuse his anger, and fuel his own. He soaked in the wrath of the Shistavanen's aura. Drank it into his own until, still seated, he coursed with the dark side of the force. He held it, the way ones holds their breath. At first with ease, and as moments passed the struggle began to burn.
Hevn releases himself from the seat, and checks his comm to locate their position. They had hit their mark all right. Beneath them was the control room. A hundred floors too short. They were above the server room. Built to withstand nuclear strikes. Hevn saw an opportunity in this, as he begins to shake with the restraint of his rising power.
He searches for a weakness in the impact he can exploit. Finding a crack beneath them he used shattepoint. He releases his fury into the structure's deficiency, the stress of it weakening it further. With a scream of rage he splits the ground beneath them like a fissure. Tearing open a hole to the server room. Inside the Muun were gathering for safety. Their screams boomed up at him as the ceiling crumbled beneath his raw might.
Bedrovelse drops down. Turning in one direction he sees the pale and skinny Muun, running? If you could call it that. It was a strange sight with their gangly legs and stiff bodies. He pulls the double bladed lightsaber from his back. His thumb finds the ignition and both blades scream to life. Icy blue in color and he did not waste a moment hurling at the horrified crowd. Turning his head behind him he found he was in a long narrow room, rectangular. He was at the center. Guards poured in. He pulls his krayt headed lightsaber from his belt with the force and activates it. The dragon's jaws snap open and the emitter hums to life with a pearly white blade, crackling with power. The foolish guards opened fire. He mockingly strafes the first few, allowing them to pass and shoot their own kin in the back. Four of them kneel to take aim and as the blaster bolts converged at his torso he batted them back making them roll backward. He pulls his double blade back to him with the force.
The void of death lie at his back as though he were there to command it. The pain of those slashed and burned by his throw filled his mind. The emptiness of those slipping away, screaming in agony and despair. Their woe even after life slipped away, was his satisfaction. It was his power and his pleasure. He channeled the suffering to draw the dark side once again.
Hevn pushes his hands out, unleashing an enormous wave of force as his lightsabers fly out before him. The guards are thrown into the air and sliced apart in a blazing swirl of pearly white and icy blue. The blades howl as they smash together underneath the cries of the now completely diced. Bedrovelse pulls them back. There were two entrances. One at each end. Corpses lined the floor behind him, and a vacant doorway stood before him. The computers were whizzing and humming. Droids bustled on about their work regardless of the field of death they did it upon. Hevn tracks the screens, trying to make sense of them. He pushes his comm.
Blue 2, what is your position? Blue 1 is in the server room. Currently secure, may not remain so. What can I do to help?
Looking up, toward the breached ceiling, Hevn called out.
"Let's GO LADIES."
Alpha dropped on sturdy feet, only an eight foot fall. He finds cover next to the wall, aiming over the bodies at the doorway through his blaster scope.

The impact of the pod penetrating the building was not one that Kali could have anticipated, even if she had known that was Hevns plan. It was all happening at such a speed that Kali could not have prepared herself for the impact of breaching the next wall or floor. Her entire body screamed in protest at the pain of the impact so by the time the pod had come to a stand still she was left stunned and winded. Her actions unconsciously matched those of Alpha. When she had finally managed to unclip her belts, she fell to the floor of the pod and on her hands and knees fought desperately to inflate her lungs. She felt the power originating from Hevn and craned her head up and watched in curiosity, she was absorbing everything. Her thirst for knowledge matched her curiosity and she hoped that this would aid her training, if she got that far… Slowly she rose from the ground and stood, stretching her limbs and arching her back all in an unconscious effort to try and free herself of the symptoms of the impact. She needed to shake off and shape up if she hoped to pass this test. There was no time now to recover, there was no time for thought or reflection, that time would come later, now she needed to sharpen her focus and put everything else on the back burner and try and not die.
Following Hevns instruction, Kali followed Alpha from the pod and jumped down through the hole, without thought she cushioned her landing with a small amount of use of the force, mid fall she pulled the blaster from her belt, armed herself with her shield and stood off to the right side of Hevn but a few steps back and awaited his command.
As the cloud of dust and smoke began to thin, her eyes scanned the floor to make sure that there was last attempt at bravery but quickly deduced that this would be impossibility. Her eyes flicked from Alpha, to Hevn and then the doorway before them. From all she had heard from Alpha and Hevn before they had left, she was positive that this would not be the last armed personnel she would see.
She slowed her breaths and focused once more, trying to listen to any sound that would indicate a threat closing in, it was then that over the crackle of sparking wires that she heard heavy boots approaching on the other side of the wall. She holstered her blaster and removed the daggers from the back of her belt and crept swift and wide around the room to the door, she stood beside it watching and waiting. Soon came the nuzzle of a blaster rifle poking around the door, with her right hand she grasped it and gave it a sharp pull and around came the guard it belonged to, dragging his feet as he tried to get a footing in protest, but Kali had taken him by surprise. Having not relinquished his rifle to her, she continued to pull on his outstretched arm and drive the blade of the dagger into his arm pit and up. As the rifle fell to the floor and he began to drop, she used the dagger in his other hand to draw the blade across his throat.

The Banking Clan's reinforcements were already en route: a dozen Nantex-class fighters swarmed about a trio of assault shuttles, all bearing the crest of the Collections and Security Division. They were running at full speed, thrusters at one hundred percent and their formation a tight wedge that skimmed the tops of Harnaidan's skyscrapers. Had Faust been in contact with Fraljia, he might have chuckled at the contrast in response times and the Clan's priorities, but his face remained expressionless as he gave the order to scramble the Exalted March's Starvipers.
They outnumbered the CSD's fighters two-to-one, twenty four heavy starfighters dropping down through Muunilinst's atmosphere in a nosedive. Faust watched them plummet toward the bank's defenders, then brushed a finger across the commlink, opening a channel to Ramsay. "Open fire," he rasped, and closed the line without waiting for a reply.
It was a short, brutal affair: with their attention on the bank and no warning of the incoming attack, the CSD forces died fast. Laser cannons and concussion missile volleys ripped through them, downing two of the assault shuttles and three of the fighters before they even knew they were under fire. As they scrambled to take evasive maneuver they found themselves surrounded, the StarVipers filling the air and cutting off any escape. It wasn't long before the rest of the fighters were trailing smoke on their way to the ground.
The commline crackled, and Ramsay's gruff voice carried across the bridge. "It's done."
Faust drove his knife blade deeper into his palm, amber gaze never leaving the black blood dripping between his fingers. "Spread out, begin strafing runs on the districts surrounding the bank. Keep them too busy running to mount a counterattack."
"Aye, alor." came Ramsay's reply, and the comm closed again.
The Reaver Lord heaved a long sigh and sheathed his bloody dirk on his belt. Now that the preliminary work had been done, it was time to give Bedrovelse what he'd paid for. He took a turbolift down to the hangar, where the men he'd chosen- Janse, Harlen, Katariah, and twelve veteran Reavers- stood next to a Gamma-class shuttle in full battle gear. They offered nods and salutes as he approached, but he ignored them. He could hear Kad's whispering in the back of his mind, the Destroyer God's sharp teeth at his ear, and the rest of the world was beginning to grow dim.
White knuckled as they loaded into the shuttle and the repulsorlifts hummed to life, the priest prayed he would make it to the bank before his God truly began to speak.
For all of their sakes.

Bedrovelse extinguishes his double bladed ligtsaber. Each icy blue beam retreating with a hiss. He places it at his back. His eyes dart toward Kali, dragging the blade across the guards throat. He could sense more behind them. He launches himself into the air, forward and over one of the consoles in the room. He winds his arm back before hurling his dragon headed white bladed lightsaber into the doorway at which Kali stood. It ripped hard and fast over her head with an electric whir before mowing down another four men with rifles raised to fire. It came back to his hand just as quickly as it had left, a tornado of crackling white light. He lands on his feet before the blades comes back, his hand extended in wait as the force called his beloved weapon back.
A prickling on the back of his neck drew him into a full sprint down the aisle behind him. Hevn raises his arm, and primes his lanvarok. Alpha leaped behind a console as eight men opened fire on the spot on the floor he had been on, narrowly missing the agile Shistavanen. Bedrovelse squeezes the trigger and the blades poured out in rapid succession. Small spinning saw blades rip through the visor of each guard, tearing into their eyes and killing them painfully. Hevn stops as a sudden feeling grips him.
Death. Glorious death to his enemies. Damn the Banking Clan for denying his right to the Order's relics. This was their punishment and the Reavers were performing like a beautiful orchestra. The joy swept over him. He breathed it in like the fresh frigid air of Ensolica. An idea came over him. It was not his own, but the sword at his hip guiding him. Phantasmagoria whispered to him. 'Raise them.' It was an impulse he did not want to resist.
Necromancy was a gift that came naturally to this dead man. C'thulu's honing in the craft made his natural ability into something of art.
Hevn laughed from behind his dragon mask, through it's jaws. It was not natural for him to do it so boldly. It's mechanical undertone made it a menacing and monstrous sound.
Hevn spoke through the force, channeling his joy of death and vengeance into the farthest reaches of the dark side. It emerged from his mouth in a horrible and almost unintelligible sound to those who did not know of such spells.
"Rise as my minions. Sow death, terror, and chaos."
His arm rises, white lightsaber blade high, to call spirits of fealty to the corpses of the fallen.
It was a struggle to hold the beacon for so long. There were many dead. Those that were not pulverized or dismembered beyond mobility rose from their eternal sleep. The Muun bankers stood with a terrible yellow burning in their eyes. The kind that Hevn now realized reminded him of Faust Skirata, the Reaver Lord. A few of them grabbed weapons from the soldiers on the ground and marched to carry out his order. They would be destroyed ultimately, but would serve as a tactic for terror and confusion. His puppets would murder brutally to weaken the resolve of the other soldiers. They filed out the door in front of Alpha, and next to Kali as well. Perhaps twenty or so in each direction. Enough to take a squad or two by surprise and buy them time.
Hevn points imperiously, the excitement electric and sizzling in his eyes, toward a blaster rile next to Kali.
"Grab it. That is why I didn't need to bring any."
A stirring. The dark side rippled from beyond the bank. From this high it was below, and far. Though much closer than before, it was moving toward them. Anger. Seething.
"Alpha, take down the lock and find us an elevator."
The large canine stalked until he found a console that wasn't damaged. His fingers tapped quickly along the keys. Hevn activates his comm.
Red 1, this is Blue 1. We need to secure the ground floor. Finding and protecting Blue 2 is a priority. Everything else dies.

Now this was a sight that Kali felt she would never tire of seeing, the nifty trick of the lightsaber blender was one that she herself wished to learn. The whir of the blades spinning at such a pace that they looked like a solid disc was beautiful. Though she wished he would not send it spinning so close to her head. It was all happening at such a great pace that Kali, trying to ensure she suffered no injury, crouched down and waited for a time to become useful, she could have tried to help, yes, however, Hevn and Alpha had it all in had and to try and help for the sake of trying to show off, or show some latent skill would have been nothing more than a hindrance. She was still crouched to the side of the door when Hevns laughter caught her attention, momentarily she was confused as to why he was laughing but it was when she turned her gaze toward him to try and find the source of his amusement that she saw him raise his arms, and it was as he did so that she saw the corpse of the fallen rise from the ground. She was taken a back, she had known Hevn for a very brief period and knew he had capabilities that reached far, raising the dead was not one that she could have even begun to have suspected. Within her mask her jaw fell open as she watched with shock and awe as the small troop marched past both her and Alpha and out into the rest of the building.
She watched them leave and cast her gaze at Alpha whose body language did not appear to be showing surprise.
Did you know h….wha…what just happened?
Once more Hevns voice disturbed her and drew her gaze from Alpha and back to Hevn himself, she cast her gaze toward the blaster rifle as directed and picked it up…
By now he was instructing Alpa, as he did so she rose to her feet and walked to the side of him.
How did you do that? I..I uh….
She was stunned, completely stunned and for the first time since meeting Hevn, she was left speechless…
Kali, listened intently into the comm. As he spoke, it seemed that listening closely to what was said between Hevn and others was the only way in which she was able to find out what was happening or what was going to happen, however with him now speaking in code she was unable to understand what was happening once more. She was tempted to let it go and not ask, but she felt that as she was placing her life on the line for him, she deserved to know, so against all that was in her telling her otherwise, she went ahead…
What is blue 2? …out the corner of her eye, she notices a shadow appearing in the door of which they are stood, with her blaster still in her hand she aims and fires forcing the body to drop to the floor and immediately focuses on Hevn once more and with a voice that remained unchanged in tone, she continued to speak with great curiousity….what are we to do next?

Alpha grunted from behind his helmet as his long fingers continued tapping away.
"It gets worse, that ain' nothin'."
Hevn observes Kali's crack shot, and nods unconsciously with approval. His voice is calm and cool despite the freak situation they found themselves in.
"Blue 2 is the burglar. As soon as the server lock is down he can get back in. Next we get down there and crack the vault."
Alpha's voice hoofed over the console in a loud bark.
"Disabled their comms. Account locks are removed. Kriffing lifts are down, pods pulverized the links to the motors."
Hevn's neck turned with a violent and severe twitch. He heard them coming. From both sides guards were descending the floors toward them. Nearest Alpha thirty security officers with rifles were preparing to turn into the hall. Their steps slow as the foremost scout spots his dead comrades lying in the doorway.
"Kali, Alpha, cover the door!"
Hevn pounces to his left and into the aisle behind him, running toward the other entrance to the room. Alpha taking cover behind a console behind him and beginning to fire down the hallway. Two dropped before they decided to rush the room, guns blazing. A hail of fire rain in from the front line of men. They wore very light armor and no helmets. Easy pickings, if they could make an opportunity.
Bedrovelse approaches the opposite door with his white blade raised high. Blaster fire erupted from rifles of a force he could not count, the immediate danger fogging his senses. He grips his lightsaber loosely. Hevn loved battle. Everything seemed more clear to him with death kissing his neck, stroking his ear, and whispering sweet nothings.
It took all of his focus to watch to bolts come in one by one, and move his blade to obstruct them. Had their fire come in disciplined volleys they might have bested the Jen'jidai, but alas their shots were as wild as they were numerous. Hevn's pearly white blade roars as the bolts screech and ting off of it. His lightsaber dances through the rain, slapping, bending, and beating every drop away from wetting him. He parries them like a master of Makashi, rather than standing firm as a juggernaut of Soresu. His hand swims faster and faster through the air in front of him. The whirl of crackling power humming each time it passed his face. With a roar of rage he met them in a storm of white lightning slashes. They began to fall before him as first he cut through their attack and now their bodies. Hevn carves his way to the end of the hall, horror and confusion etched on the face of each dead man in his wake. Hevn's icy blue eyes crawl over them with satisfaction as he retreats, one slow step at a time. The Dragon had showed them the mercy of a quick death.

Hevn had offered Kali a mere glimpse of the capabilities of the force since their meeting on Coruscant, and perhaps before they left he would reveal more. All that she had seen had shown her more than she had believed possible. He had birthed her into this magical new world, a world that she was seeing with fresh eyes. Though dark it was exciting and full of power and prospect. Though he was holding her life in his hands, at least this was how Kali saw it, she was thankful and in awe. He had awoken a thirst in his newborn, she wanted to know and understand it all, and she wanted all that he had and all he could offer. Her thirst for knowledge was great and her hunger for power insatiable. Whether it was part of Hevns plan or maybe it was not, but each time he used the force around her, she felt it, she felt his power. With each occurrence he was pulling her in deeper, making her want it all the more. She would do whatever was needed to complete each phase, to do far better than the others and she did not care who was hurt in the process.
There was something that she had been mulling over before she had even left the med bay and she believed she had just found the answer. She had been wondering what would make her the more attractive choice of pupil. There were the obvious answers such as to succeed in each task set and to fare far better than the others, but there had to be more. She believed she now had the answers, though it was difficult trying to read the mind of someone she had just met and of someone who did not want their mind read, but she believed that if showing initiative while still following the orders set out.
Carefully she began to step over the limbs and puddles of the slaughtered that lay her feet. The dust that lingered in the air was beginning to thin and she was thankful for the fully enclosed helmet. Were it not for this, she would be breathing in particles of mortar and blood. Right here and now is when Kali wished she could have an intravenous drip giving her a direct dose of nicotine straight into her system; unfortunately she was more than aware of the fact that it was likely to be many hours before she would be free to fill her lungs with a delectable mix of deadly toxins. She knew that she would need to give up this delicious habit; it was proving to be a most distracting habit with cravings hitting her at the most inopportune times.
The sense that Kali had felt aboard the ship was growing stronger, she could sense his rage growing in its intensity, and it was rich in its pure darkness. Like a beacon in the force, Kali was able to feel the pure, rich darkness of the force screaming out and filling the air around them. The rage within it was growing and the yielder was making no attempt to hide it. She knew if she were to allow herself to follow her instincts, she would be able to follow it and find him but she would not be so idiotic. According to Hevn she had escaped one death sentence and she would not be so stupid as to give herself another. Whoever this was, they yielded great power and she would be of no help to Hevn and Alpha.
She quickly gave her lower back a pat to check that her daggers were still place sitting at the small of her back, on her right hip sat the blaster, the shield she had was de-activated and also clipped to her belt leaving her hands free to yield the blaster rifle.
Efficiently, Kali assumed her position as ordered. She crouched on the floor behind one of the consoles, nice and low, the dust was settling but stood upright you had a lower quality of vision, aiming around the console she opened rapid fire, Slowly and cautiously she edged her way toward the door, ducking behind a variety of barriers until close enough to see past the dwindling security teams. Only a few feet before the security team lay a steel girder that had once held part of the roof above them, which was now hanging with sparking wires and loose plaster. Ensuring she was covered well enough by what was left of the door way, and with Alphas cover, she maintained a strong focus upon the beam and lifting her now free hands she watched as the 12 ft. girder, horizontally 4 ft. into the air and sent it flying toward the security team. It hit 4 men in the legs and knocked them into 7 others. All of them fell to the floor with 4 pinned. With Alpha still firing upon the others, Kali grasped her rifle and quickly began to open fire on those on the floor, killing them all in a spray of blasts.
Rising to her feet while still firing upon the others and again, using Alpha for cover, she turned toward him and opened the comm…
I am going to dive for cover out there, see if I can clear us a path, and cover me!
Before he could reply she ran from the room while opening fire and immediately dove behind a desk she quickly upended. Now they all had an advantage of cover from various directions.

Alpha laughs aloud as the beam smashes the guards and takes full advantage of punching bolts into their heads while they turned tail. When Kali dives he continues to fire, holding his position and covering her.
This one might be a keeper Hevn.
Hevn's voice responds void of intrigue or surprise.
Finally. A little ingenuity. Now get angry. They tried to kill you.
He felt the blissful absence of all the worthless Muun lives that did nothing to help the Dark Jedi when they were targeted and crushed. The greedy rotten worms that refused him as heir of the Order. Burn. Scream. Bleed. All of you. Let your cries for help go unanswered. Your feet will not take you far enough away to escape it. Darkness was falling over Muunilinst. The shadow of vengeance. Come to make claim on their sins against him.
Hevn's hatred boils his blood. Creeps through it like a poison. He radiates it. It pounds in his heart and veins. Harnessing it he draws the dark side of the force in. He could not sense another one of the wretched creatures on the floors above them. He deduced that those that had not already fled were slaughtered. It brought him pleasure to know it was only to be killed somewhere else. Compared to a Reaver, a lightsaber was a peck on the cheek.
Hevn enters the server room at a jog and removes a grenade from his belt. He holds it as high as he can before releasing it, and it shoots from his hand like a cannon. With the force of his will it sped like a bullet toward the guards firing on Kali's desk and exploded. The concussion scattered and disoriented them. Only meant to stun, it would give the pair closer the door a moment to strike. He activates his comm.
Red 1 this is Blue 1. Guards, and workers are being funneled down stairwells. Lifts are disabled. Security comms are fried. They have no eyes or ears or voice.

What Kali once felt was a force of her hand, was a disorientating chore was now becoming something very different. Her entire being was filled with adrenaline and it was quite the high. She was enjoying herself immensely. Yes, there was an element of fear but that in itself was only adding to the rush she was feeling. If any were able to see beneath her mask they would find her purple hued eyes glistening as they danced with excitement and they would see her cheeks flushed with the same. It was only when the stun grenade activated did she begin to smile. She stepped out from behind the desk and slung the rifle over her shoulder and toward security officers that lay upon the floor.
Out of her peripheral she saw Alpha moving toward herself and the guards, it appeared they both had the same idea. Through the comm came the now familiar gruff voice…
Alpha So, Squirt. How do you think we punish these kriffers?
With a smile Kali removed one of the blades from the small of her back, aware that the stun would only last a small time before some of their senses would return, She bent over and grasped one of the officers by the upper hem of his chest plate and pulled him up while pushing the blade of her dagger into his right eye.
I thought this may be a good punishment? This asshat was coming for me. Then I thought that this…
Removing the blaster from her right hip she held it point blank at anothers head and fired…
…May be another way. How do you think we should deal with…
While firing his blaster over the group, Alpha swiped his free clawed hand over the throat of the other…
Alpha Like this, but the blaster is faster and they are starting to come to, so you had better get your ass in gear.
He roared with laughter at his own joke and continued to open fire on those beginning to move to ensure none were left alive, Kali followed his lead and did the same. Once the two had ensured all were dead they made their way over to Hevn.
Kali looked up at Hevn while wiping the dagger on her left leg to clear the blood and sheathed it…
Are we following them down the stairwell?

Through the Krayt Dragon mask Hevn stares down at her. The trio has thus far remained unscathed save for his reckless entrance. In the force, he could not feel the others, though it did not mean they were not alive. He glances away from her toward a map on one of the screen. Red lights blipped everywhere as the alarm rang, soldiers moved, and the system tried to communicate damages to the server room. Alpha had messed it up so bad that codes were rising through the logs backwards. It was no longer necessary to hold the room. Surveying the layout Hevn spots the turbolift shaft, and points it out.
"We could slide down the cables."
Now it was not just the sound of boots, but the pound of them through the floor approaching. A much larger force was approaching the server room. These were security forces that had been given time to prepare. A squad of 80 clones was jogging through the halls toward where Kali and Alpha had finished executing the guards. Their medium armor offered them drastically more protection than the guards they had encountered thus far. Their sergeant donned a cape with the Collections Division symbol, and he wields an electro staff. His armor red and gold instead of the normal soldier's white and red.
The hallways echoed only the silence of death until the commandos shouts filled them as they approached.
"Enemy numbers unknown! Reported wounds include bite marks, claw marks, blaster burns, lightsaber burns, and blade wounds! Spread out, eyes up! Don't let them catch you off guard."
The noisy hollering drew Hevn and Alpha's attention toward the doorway it echoed through, and likely drew Kali's too. Hevn's voice and demeanor reflect control and consideration. The fire in his throat as his hatred sizzled inside was given a soft and calm voice, though his aura remained a heavy and intense cloud around them. His power was palpably waiting to break free once more.
"Doesn't look like they're done coming to us yet."
Hevn's pearly white lightsaber blade continues to hum in the silence of his thought. It was Alpha who spoke before Hevn. The rough loud sound filling the ears of Kali and Hevn.
"We have to fight them in the office. We'll be trapped in here."
With a shriek Hevn's white blade retreats into the dragon's mouth at top of his hilt. He places it at his belt and removes the saberstaff from his back. With a snap-hiss the two icy blue blade emerge. Ignited and humming with anticipation. He looks to Alpha, nodding, and begins to walk forward. Hevn speaks softly.
"I will throw them, and the desks, into the wall. Next will be the stun grenades. I will meet them will my blade."
Alpha barked abruptly and loudly back at him.
"I already know the drill."
Bedrovelse stopped. Rage spilled out into the force such that it made the air thick with a presence of discomfort. Alpha choked loudly as Hevn turns the storm of his frigid gaze upon him. He strangles the Shistavanen while hissing his reply.
"She doesn't."
The wail of the giant creature sucking for air followed Hevn's gesture toward Kali. He coughs hard, wasting precious seconds they could have been gaining on the enemy. With his final rasp he fought a few words out.
"Apologies my Lord."
Hevn's leer shifts to Kali. His power brewed like a tornado. It was ominous impending doom. In his eyes the clouds circled faster and faster as his anger filled him. Proximity to the Jen'jidai would feel like blades grazing the skin. It was not painful, but it was a sharp and repulsive aura.
"Try not to miss. Let's go."
As Hevn began to run, the force swarmed around him. A huge oppressive pressure in the air that built like a tidal wave behind him. He turns the corner, mind wielding his seething rage in an enormous effort of telekinesis. As soon as he stepped into the office he let it wash over him like a tsunami and tear through the room. Before him he saw the soldiers firing their weapons without hesitation. Their blaster bolts were met with the rising desks and computers that filled the air flying toward them. Hevn throws himself through the air behind his huge force push as the soldiers lift into the air and slam into the wall, the various forms of debris smashing into them and they impacted.
The armor on these men was too heavy to kill them with such an effort. With the force he targets the grenades at his hip. Five left. They raise in the air and spread out evenly in front of him. The soldiers grumbled as they recovered from being tossed, smashed, and disarmed by the giant force push. The grenades skipped into the greatest masses of soldiers, their sergeant included before snapping in concussive bangs. Only a hand full died to proximity of the grenade, but almost the entire force was stunned and tossed again into the wall a second time, or to the floor.
Hevn landed twenty feat away from them at a sprint. He flicks his wrist, sending his double bladed lightsaber spinning ahead of him again. Twisting through the air it chopping through 10 men lying in moaning heap in front of him. Sparks filled the air with their death cries. His hand is extended, calling his hilt back to him. Before it got back his other palm opens. The phrink throwing knives in his utility belt rose. 8 shining metal blades rose into the air, and 8 knives punched through the visors of a different soldier. Into their eyeball and making them still after the quick zip of the knives flight.
Both of Hevn's palms extended to catch his saberstaff. Hevn lunges forward toward the sergeant. Two bounding steps before leaping at him. Hevn twists his hips and spins. His blade cuts through a rising soldier's face as his foot swings up to kick the red and gold helmet right in the temple. With a grunt the sergeant flips and lands heavily on the ground. Hevn sticks his landing and spins again. A pistol shot ricochets off one of his icy blue lightsaber blade into another soldiers head. He stabs the staff down through the chest of a downed soldier and fires his wrist blaster into three more standing with their rifles raised. He turns to his other side and leaps into a group crawling toward weapons, saberstaff spinning fluidly in his hands, and cutting another five down in a rain of sparks and howl of pain.
The sound of heavy blaster fire came from behind him. The soldiers were recovering faster. Two-thirds of their team remained. A group of eight opened fire on Hevn, and he ran toward them, blade held out to his side, like The Reaper's Scythe.
Hevn lets his anger boil over his cold synthflesh. Let his body shake with it's intensity. His rage would be his shield.
A red sheen of emanating power creeps over Hevn's body. The bolts pummel him, but the force of his will prevents their passing through the armor he projects over his body. Hevn began to move with unnatural speed. His legs carried him in great strides as his blades spun from side to side, chopping mercilessly through another ten soldiers firing on him. The stress of repelling their gun fire caused his mind pain and weariness. The act of slaying brought him poise and clarity. They could only balance each other for moments before the scream of Bedrovelse Hevn's wrath filled the room. His roar is painful, visceral, and raw emotion. The cybernetics assisting his voice whined their own cry at trying to make the sound at all. The Dragon Mask enhances the roar punching it's way out of his lungs. It became a force scream that dropped a heap of men before him to their knees as their ear drums burst before the shockwave tossed them again to their backs.
The Dragon is as relentless as he is powerful. Turning his gaze upon others he rushes them with his saberstaff raised. The sheen falls from his body and the bolts rock his armor, shaking him and burning the cortosis weave plates as he charges into the soldiers again. He dashes from side to side, keeping his saber staff at their hip level, and cleaving them into two with the flick of his wrists. Another six fall as Hevn dances between them churning his blade through the air.
One of the soldiers tried to leave him a clever surprise. A grenade on the ground, cooking in his hand when he was slain. Bedrovelse raises a hand and uses the force to redirect the blast into his charging comrades. A hail of shrapnel and a powerful boom put them dead on their backs.
Blaster fire pelts his back again. He turns to meet them with another great roar of whirling blue blades.

Slip down the cables, was he mad? Firstly, Kali, Hevn and Alpha were on the upper floors of the building, they were at a considerable height but, if they were to slip mid climb, not only would they end up with holes in their hands from the friction, but there was a very good chance of plummeting to their death or at the very least, knocking one or two of them to their death, that did not seem a feasible task. Now Kali had been about to express her concerns when she to heard the sound of another onslaught of security. She took a deep breath and sighed while muttering to herself…
Just give it up already.
Well, they were definitely persistent, pasty gangly things. Persistent or stupid? She could not decide which, either way they were getting on her nerves now, she just wanted to get on and do what they came here for so she could have a smoke!
Hearing the loud voices coming toward them, Kali sniggered…
Skilled in the art of subtlety aren’t they?
She removed the rifle from her shoulder and nestled down against a nearby post, crouched down with one knee on the floor, the other bent she concealed the main of her body behind the beam and sat the butt of the rifle against her shoulder and focused the scope on where the security would enter the building. She released the safety and waited.
Listening to Alpha and Hevn, Kali does not take her eyes of the enemy entry point, but still hears and absorbs every word said between them, she remains still apart from a nod of the head to signal her understanding. She felt the anger from Hevn before she saw, from her peripheral, him take hold of Alpha. This treatment of him angered her deeply and she had to force herself to remain in place and stay silent. She took a few deep and calming breaths to hold her control. She liked Alpha and respected him. In all that had happened within the last 24 hours he had been the one to even acknowledge her as a person and not a mindless robot. She had, and still appreciated that. To now see him treated in such a way and rewarded for his loyalty with such disrespect angered her. Her eyes now less focused on the entry point, continued to flick toward Alpha, she bit her lip and furrowed her brow as she willed Hevn to release him.
When Hevn finally released him, Kali dropped her head, just as Hevn threw his gaze upon her, she did not need to see his face to know what he was feeling, she could feel it. She looked past Hevn and over at Alpha who was now bent over rubbing at his throat, panting and coughing. She said nothing to him for she did not wish to embarrass him but she was sorely tempted to fire a shot at Hevn. She took a sigh of relief and focused again, watching Hevn march across the room. Occasionally she glanced across at Alpha out of concern but to understand his next move.
As the security team started funnelling through the door Kali smiled, already firing upon them, she activated her comm and called out to Alpha…
Ready pup?
She grinned as she heard his loud barking laugh down the comm, he had obviously recovered…
Ready bitch.
Close by to the door was a large screen that had what appeared to have be the market stocks and share prices scrolling across it, so as the next group of troops tried to come through the door Kali focused upon it and with a flick of her hand ripped it from the wall and bought it down upon the heads of those entering. Quickly she moved forward and shielded herself behind another beam while firing continuously. It did not stop several shots, whether a deflected shot from Hevn or one from an officer, she did not know, bouncing off the armour plates on her right upper arm. This just served to anger her greatly, and she used it to her full advantage. She slung the rifle back over her shoulder and activated her shield. Holding it before her she boldly/stupidly stormed across the room, with one push after another sending the offending officers into the nearest walls…
You nearly shot me and I have only just been healed!
She took out her hand held blaster and and began to open fire upon this that she had thrown into the walls…
From the comm. She could hear Alphas roaring laughter and from the corner of her eye she saw him moving across the other side of the room, him too advancing.

Bedrovelse Hevn deflects a few bolts before Kali storms up behind him. Her shield was eating shots but the rookie was making a mockery of the Muun. Her blaster fire aiming true and her anger smashing them into the walls as if crushed by giant palms. Hevn raises his wrist blaster assisting her fire and punching through the visors of a few more soldiers before turning to Alpha's side. A wave of his own rage explodes forward, throwing a heap of guards toward the corner where Alpha's grenade was already en route. The density of bodies over the explosion made it thump as blood and limbs showered the office.
The sergeant was on his feet, charging with his electrostaff. He churns his arms as if rowing, punching one end and then the other toward Hevn rapidly. Hevn strides backward, once, twice, and then skips over the body of a fallen soldier. An act the enraged sergeant failed to mimic as he swung with all his might. His foot slides as the dead mans arm rolls under his weight. Hevn casually passes the blade of his staff through the mans throat before hurling his double blade into the doorway to slay a pair of fleeing soldiers. He catches and spins to cut finish a fallen man.
Alpha had sprayed everything with blaster fire. His scattergun had ripped through them quickly after Hevn pushed them. They turn toward Kali's engagement to mow the rest of them down with blasters raised. Alpha spoke as soon as the last soldier fell.
"I doubt more are coming up. The stairs could be safe."
Hevn considered him through the mask.
Ultimately Hevn could not be sure. No response had come on the comms yet. He could hear the rage of battle outside as screams filled the streets. It seemed like a large singular force had been dispatched to deal with them. Without knowing there was a Dark Jedi among their attackers, Alpha could be correct. They may assume the first effort enough and direct no backup.
Finally Hevn nods, and kneels to take grenades and blaster rounds off of the soldiers.
"Grab what you need quick. I'll cover the door."
Hevn disengages his double blade, holstering it on his back. Looking around the corner he saw the wide stairway bend down, to the left, and then down again. He waits a moment for them to collect whatever weapons or ammo they can find. He could not sense any other life in the immediate proximity.
"Alpha take point with the scattergun. Kali in the middle. I'll cover the rear."
Alpha snarls raising the gun up to his shoulder, and crouching. He turns tapping the face of his helmet.
"That's right Hev. Nose in the front, ass in the back."
Hevn laughed against his will.
"I would skin you, but I enjoy my silks too much to let your fleas gnaw on them."
Alpha barks a laugh in return, and begins to descend.

For a moment Kali stood brushing the pieces of Muun from her armour, irritated and wondering why she had even bothered to shower before leaving the ship but thankful she had been given a helmet so she would not be trying to comb flesh from her hair when showering upon their return. It was just all a rather gruesome affair in her eyes. Had she always been this way? Had she always been afraid of a little dirt?
There was a rather annoying smear upon her visor directly before her eye line and it was driving her mad, she had attempted to wipe it with her gloved hand but had no luck, so in an act of desperation, she bent down to one of the slain bodies and tore a little of the cleanest part of fabric she had been able to find and rubbed at her visor, finally leaving it clear. With a sigh of relief she tucked the material over the strap of belt and began to retrieve all she could carry from the guards. There were some grenades another couple of small hand held blasters and several flash bang grenades.
As they neared the stairwell Kali became nervous, it was having Hevn covering her behind that was making her feel such a way. From behind he would be able to see everything; he would be able to watch her closely. So far he had been at the centre of everything that had happened so far leaving her free to do whatever she felt needed doing without his direct attention. Now, she felt under pressure to preform and she hated it. When Alpha had called him an ass however, it eased her tension a little as without warning or being able to stop it, she laughed loudly, very loudly. As soon as Alpha begins his decent, Kali recovers herself and begins to follow.
Once they had entered the stairwell it become clear that the impact of their pods had caused some foundational damage. There were cracks in the walls and some of the plaster had come loose. The more stairs they descended the less the damage was obvious. For 4 or 5 flights they encountered nothing as the stairwells remained totally empty then when halfway down another set all the lights went down, apart from the small dim emergency lights and then a soft echo of boots could be heard in the distance and were moving closer. Alpha stopped and turned to Kali and Hevn, his voice could be heard over the comm to both Kali and Hevn, it was as quiet as was possible with his gruffness.
Alpha Hear that? I would say 3 or 4 flights down.
Kali gave a nod she had heard them and assumed that Hevn would have sensed them before she and Alpha had heard them…
Alpha once more began his descent and Kali followed. She lifted a flash bang grenade from her belt and had it ready to activate. Her initial thought had been to ready a grenade but then decided against it. To use it in such a confined space was not a risk she was willing to take unless she had no other option.
They came to a blind turn on the stairs when Alpha stopped again. The sound of the oncoming security was close. To their right was a wall and on the other side of that wall was another set of stairs that were connected to theirs by a small landing of no larger than 6ft squared. Kali tapped him on the shoulder and when he turned, she handed him a flash bang, not know if he had one or not. He waited and waited and then, when he felt the sound was close enough he tossed the grenade around the corner while turning his head. As soon as Kali saw him throw it she too closed her eyes to safe herself temporary blindness. Cries could be heard from the security from around the corner and that was when Alpha took the lead and dove around the corner. Kali followed him and as soon as she could see what was happening, she once more used the force to lift one of the men and throw them as hard as she could toward the men behind him. With the stairs being no more than 5 ft in width and the security team being half way down it, the men began tumbling like bowling pins and there was no way the could stop it. They were trapped and by the looks upon their faces, they were surprised. As the men began tumbling Alpha rained down upon them with his blaster finishing them off while Kali took down the individual stragglers who were attempting to hold on to the rail to stop them from falling.
As the silence resumed there came another sound, one they had not heard before. It was a deep methodical thud. Alpha and Kali had stepped over the bodies and stood on yet another small landing of the same size as the previous one. One after the other Alpha looked down the next stairwell followed by Kali to try and distinguish the source of the sound, then on the landing below them on the far wall facing Kali, Alpha and Hevn if he was following and looking, came a red beam. The sound of an automatic door swishing open could be heard from the floor below, suggesting that there was another office level entrance below, the loud deep metallic thud had stopped and then a whir could be heard.
Alpha spun round to look to Hevn and opened his comm….
Alpha Droid! It has released one of those annoying flying ones, I do not know what kind. Do you want me to drop a grenade?
Kali had continued to look around the corner and had noticed that there was now a solid line of laser sweeping up the stairs toward them as a hovering droid and had just begun its ascent at a slow and measured pace. She held her blaster and began to take aim…
Just shoot the thing!
From nowhere came the heavy sound of more security filing out of the door from which the flying droid had come…

Hevn growls in frustration as they quickly grow surrounded. With the flourish of his hand his white lightsaber blade screams to life. He shouts toward the landing Alpha and Kali are standing on as he goes back up a flight.
"Do it! We can't risk any kamikaze droids. Their integrity will soon begin to run thin."
Alpha nods to Kali from behind his helmet. The flashbang doesn't do anything against the droid still floating up the stairwell, except trigger it's sensors and lock on to them. The groans of briefly blinded men behind the droid sound out from below. Alpha whips the frag as hard as he can against the wall. With his skill, he uses the wall as the triggering push, the grenade activating as it ricochets toward the next floor and erupts with smoke and the wails of the aware. The droids thrusters disengage, causing it to fall and roll back down. It's self destruct sequence counting in a few quick blips before fire engulfs it's allies and screams wail out from below. Alpha growls over the comm.
You were right. Exercise caution.
Hevn gives an unconscious nod as he releases his saber blade. It whirls in a white howling disc toward the droid firing on him to slice it in half. Extending his hand, he uses the force to stop secondary explosion, and force it into the doorway it's backup was coming through. Men are thrown to the ground burning alive. Hevn uses the force to guide one of his grenades into the heap of suffering soldiers and with another thump from above murders them with shrapnel and concussive proximity.
Blood begins to run down the stairwell. Past Hevn's feet, dripping off the landing. The stink of death and smoke was growing thick in their wake. Hevn descends once more to cover the rear, watching Alpha and Kali expectantly.
