*Sand and dust filled the air, clogging the eyes and lungs of those who ventured out into the streets. The intruding substance danced around a lone figure making his way down the crowded street. His tattered old cloak mimicked the color of the sand and kept his face hidden from prying eyes. Each of his steady footsteps caused another cloud of dust to rise into the air to join its comrades in assaulting all things living. The man moved through the crowd, a part of it yet and separate being. His mind was clear and focused, his purpose unshakeable.*
*Underneath his cloak was a set of custom made armor, dull and faded from years of use. His lightsabers, worn and well used as familiar to him as the back of his hands, hung at his hip. With a purpose as steady as time he made his way towards a warehouse at the edge of town. There he would find his prey, there he would inflict justice. He could feel what he was searching for long before he saw it. Smugglers, they were in the warehouse now within view. The warehouse itself sat at the edge of town, right where he was told it would be. He came to a stop at the edge of town next to a wall. Glancing to his right, he saw a small child sitting up against the wall, she was small with paint covering her face. She looked as if she hadn't had a good meal in days. Carver watched the child for a moment, his dark eyes and face cast in shadow from his cloak. He spoke in a low voice to the child*
"Not the best place to be child. Not in a few minutes anyway. I suggest you head my advise and find a safer place to rest."

Zeeb was dozing in and out, her headache slowed to a dull throb. A dream just came into her mind when a voice woke her to a start, intently she came to her feet in a low crouch, hands on her dagger hilts. Seeing a man, she took an instant to size him up, from his cloak, armor and oddities hanging from his belt. Noticing he poised no threat at her, she hissed at herself for being to complacent. Relaxing, she stood up as her mind surged to catch up with what he said. Zeeb tilted her head in confusion. "Safe place??" that baffled her. His stature spoke the loudest, he was a predator and he was after prey, and where there is prey, there is winnings! Another, he warned her, if he owned the building he would have done more then speak to her, not including warn her for her well being. She needed to know more. Squinting, she thought hard and quick about her next move. Zeeb has seen this done many times in this city, might as well see if it works. Reaching into her inside pocket she pulled out her winnings of the day holding it out to the man. " Why wont it be 'safe' in a few ...minutes?" She spoke in broken words, hoping she spoke right, conversation was not a strong point of hers.

*Carvers dark eyes looked down at what the child was holding. In her hand was a small amount of credits. The faintest grin of amusement flashed across his face. He did not take what the child held out for him, he didn't need it.*
"It will not be safe in a few minutes. Because in that warehouse there." *He pointed towards the building not far away.* "Are some very bad people. They need to be punished for what they've done. It will not be safe for you to be around here. At least until it's all over with."
*He eyes the child for a moment. She reminded him much of himself. He to was an orphan who lived on the streets. On a different planet though. The child in front of him might not follow the same path as him. He removed his cloak and dropped it on the ground in front of the child. She needed it more then him.* "Keep it. You'll find better use for this then me." *Carver turned and began to walk towards the warehouse.*

Now, extremly confused, she stood there looking agape at the cloak in front of her. Then at the man. So taken back was she, she had forgotten her mothers teachings on manners. She watched him walk to the building. Waiting for the moment he was out of site she dicarded her old cloak and taking his. Zeeb had never even touched something so fine! Quickly putting on the cloak she took a moment to appreciate the quality. An idea burst in her mind, quickly looking around, she took of running to a corner of the building. Zeeb jumped and grabbing the cracks pulling herself up with her momentom. She was on the roof now, crouching low, taking in the perimeter around the building. She would keep the guards away if they suspect anything, wouldn't be the first time, but she was excited for when he gets done she could sneak in and loot the place.Zeeb remembered he said to find a safe place, she didn't want to be in his way but opportunities like this don't come often. Plus.....deep down she remembered her mother, Zeeb did not say thank you, she would keep outsiders away so he could do this... unsafe thing. That would be her thanks......she smiled 'two bocatss with one rope'.

*Carver closed in on the building, as he did he caught the attention of the two guards standing watch. A Rodian and a Twi'lek. Both looked up as he approached. The Rodian broke away from the door and took several steps towards Carver.*
-Rodian- "Hey! you can't be here."
*Carver never said a word, nor did he slow his stride. Instead he grabbed the shorter of his lightsabers from his belt. This caused the two guards to panic. Tthe Rodian raised his blaster rifle and fired. In an instant, Carvers lightsaber came to life, casting out a white colored blade. With ease he deflected the blaster bolt back into the Rodians chest, killing him instantly. The Twi'lek turned and ran to the door. He fumbled with the controls in his haste to escape. Turning around he found himself face to face with Carver. Instinctively he took a swing at the man, only to have it cut off by the lightsaber. Before he could yell in pain, the white blade buried itself into his chest. Carver glanced from the two fallen guards to the door of the building. Focusing his mind, he grabbed the door with the force and ripped it from its frame. Releasing his hold, the door fell inward with a loud crash, now they knew he was here.*
*The moment he stepped over the threshold of the warehouse, Carver was assaulted with blaster bolts. With the aid of the force, he launched himslef behind a pillar for cover. With only a moments glance, he picked his targets then swiftly moved out from behind cover. Carver rushed the nearest thug, batting back blaster rounds as he did, and brought his blade in with a quickly strike, killing the man instantly. Out of the corner of his eye he saw an attacker coming up from behind. Turning quickly he deflected a blaster bolt back into the mans leg, then with a strong force push, launched him into a nearby pillar with enough force to crack duricrete. A loud yell from behind brought him to his next target. Two human males rushed him with vibroblades, intent on ending the fight at close range. Striking forward with his lightsaber, Carver caught the first man in the sternum with his lightsaber. He let go of the blade and grabbed the second mans arm before head butting him hard. As the second man stumbled back, Carver grabbed his second long handled lightsaber. Raising it above his head in a two handed grip, he brought the blade down on the man, almost cutting him clean in two. A sharp tug in the force caught his attention. Reaching out with the force he grabbed the lightsaber burried in the humans chest. He grabbed the blade and turned on his heel, swinging out while he did. Catching a third humansneaking in across the chest.*
*Silence filled the room. He couldn't feel any more hostile presence in the force. But two things weren't right. One, this wasn't all of them. He was told there would be more, he knew there were more. Just where? The second thing wasn't hostile though. He glanced up towards the ceiling. Letting out a sight he called out to the child he had talked to before coming here.*
"I know you're ther child. I thought I told you to find a safe place."

As Zeeb heard the challenge, she ran to the side of the roof, looking down in time to see a most spectacular sight. The man had........she had not a clue what he had, but he used it with grace. Dispatching the two quickly. It was what he did next that made her mind spin, he just looked at the door and judging by the sound it was knocked inward. She didn't have much of a view but if it was from the people on the inside it would have blow outward. After he walked in she heard blaster discharges and yelling. She went back to watching the streets, the building was semi secluded and she really wanted to watch the fight. Zeeb had never seen anyone fight with what he had, but she had already been caught off guard once, it wont happen again.
Then, silence.
Zeeb listened intently, crouched behind the ledge of the roof.
Then a voice from in side the building, He was still alive, and from what he said he had won. Surprised at first that he knew she was there, "He's good." she chuckled. Her humor was short lived, when she spotted two forms heading to the building. She couldn't make out what they where saying but the banter came to a sop when the door was in there sight. One was Barabel and the other human, they instantly ran to the side of the door, pulling out their weapons. The Barabel, who was nearest to the door, unslung a rifle from his back and held it at the ready. While the human pulled out his pistol blaster.
Zeeb's mind raced, if this man knew she was here he would most likely know they were as well. But they know someones inside too. She would set em up. But she didn't want a fight on the streets, secluded this place might be, still not a good idea to chance it.
Swiftly Zeeb unhooked her rope at her waist and spotting a slight out buldge of clay on the side, hooked it. She was running out of time! Without double checking, and keeping tension on the rope, she leaned over the edge just in time to see em charge in the door. She swung herself over the edge, she felt her hands burn from sliding on the rope, but she was heading for the door. As she hoped she made contact with the human following the Barabel. Kicking with both her feet, sent him flying into his companion in front of him, knocking the human down and staggering the Barabel, her victory was short lived. Zeeb felt her rope go slack and fell hard, knocking the wind out of her. Without breath she rolled backwards, grabbing for her daggers. She came to her knees just outside the door, in that instant she saw the human thrashing to get on his feet, the Barabel was turning. She'd only practiced this, and she sent a silent prayer with a slight push of her 'gift' behind it, flicking her hand at the human, she had sent a dagger flying. She saw the dagger stuck just below the shoulder blade.
Tucking and rolling to the side of the door, Zeeb crouched next to the out curve of the door holding her last dagger, ready for a slash move if they came around. Trying to catch her breath at this time, she waited anxiously.

*Carver turned to see two more hostiles enter the building. Before he could move, he watched the child come down from the roof and attack both of them. He watched the dagger strike the human directly below the shoulder, he was down but not yet out. The Barabel turned towards the child and began to move towards her, his mind almost forgetting about Carver. Letting out a yell of anger, the Barabel began to make his way towards the door. That was his last mistake. Without so much as a warning, a white blade pierced through his chest. The Barabel looked down in surprise before going limp. Carver then placed his foot on the down humans chest, pining him there. He turned slightly towards the door before calling to the child.*
"No need to hide small one. You got him."

Upon hearing the sound of the mans weapon and his words, she peeked around the edge of the door. Zeeb took in the man pinned, gasping, under his boot and the bodies lying on the ground. She came around the door, her face in awe. Leaning to the side to see some more figures on the floor behind him.
Fights where normal for her but this!? She quickly looked back at the man then at his weapon then back at his wake. It was as if this person had walked out of one of the stories he father told her, long ago!
Speechless, "You....how........what....." then she shut her mouth, spun around to face this person. " How did you do that!?" She was almost bouncing with excitement. " and what kind of weapon is that? That was so quick! No one can move that fast! Not any I seen anyway. You where amazing! " She said rushed. As Zeeb took a deep breath and was about to continue, when she bit her bottom lip and looked down. ... "Sorry.." looking back up " I wanted to say thank you for the cloak." She grabbed the edge of the cloak, trying hard to cover her outbursts.

*Carver let out a low laugh. He removed his boot from the mans chest and took several steps towards the girl.*
"I have trained since I was a little younger then you to fight this way. I also rely on the force to guide me in my battles. This.." *He held up the deactivated lightsaber.* "This is the weapon of both the Jedi and Sith. It's called a lightsaber. Not many people have them, just ones strong in the force." *He gave a nod at the cloak she was holding.* "As for the cloak. There is no need to thank me."
*He turned towards the man on the ground. The injured man had stopped moving, unconscious more then likely, but not dead. Carvers gaze turned back to the child.* "That was pretty brave of you back there, also foolish and reckless at the same time. But you do remind me of someone I once knew." *He knelt down in front of the child.* "My name is Carver. What is yours?"

Zeeb listened intently to what he said, she cocked her head to the side at the words Jedi and Sith. A look of unbelief crossed her face for just a moment. Following his gaze to the man lying on the floor, she wondered why he didn't finish him?
Giving her his name and asked for hers, Zeeb was taken back again, no one has given her their name nor ever asked for hers. elated she smiled. "Zebulan.... But I used to be called Zeeb." She quickly added, she hated her full name. " It would have been better if my rope didn't slip." Looking at he rope on the ground. She chuckled and looked back at Caver. "My dad said its okay to be foolish at times, as long as you learn from them." She said with a sheepish grin. " Next time Ill hook my rope better."
Changing her demeanor to a more serious one. " You said Jedi and Sith, I thought they where just stories. I don't remember much of them. You are Jedi? In the parts of the stories I remember, Jedi's didn't kill unless attacked. You came looking for them....." She did not know the words she wanted to say. Zeeb also wondered if she asked to much.

*Carver gave a small laugh when Zeeb mentioned tying the rope better next time.* "Well Zeeb. Hopefully there doesn't need to be a next time with such an event. Your father is right, it's good to learn from foolish mistakes, no matter how small the lesson."
*Carver shook his head when asked about the Jedi and Sith.* "No, their very real. Scattered across the galaxy in numbers large and small. Yes I was a Jedi, once. Now I follow my own path. I hunt down those who wish to do harm to the galaxy." *He paused for a moment before continuing.* "A few years ago I left the temple I trained at. I was tired of their idleness towards the growing evil out there. I eventually came across a small group of force users who thought the same way. For the past few years I've trained with them. That was before I was sent out into the galaxy to hunt down such injustice. That's why I am here." *He believed that this version of things was shorter and straight to the point. No need to go deeper into detail.*

Zeeb Grinned at Carver, " Oh Wow!" She exclaimed. " Maby the Jedi Don't think they are strong enough yet? I practice hunting and getting stronger, I don't know what the Force is but I use a..uh...'gift' to help get as much credits as I can, and when I do I'm gonna hunt down.............." In her excitement she knew she said way to much. Zeeb shut her mouth and quickly looked at the unconscious man laying on the ground.
Stepping over to the prone form, "You know when you take my dagger out he will bleed alot. Are you planning on keeping him alive? If you do, he will talk." She paused. " Unless you want him to talk." A hint implied. Looking back at up at Carver. She chuckled, trying to change the mood she put herself in. " This person you once knew...that I remind you of." She stood tall. " Must have done pretty well for themselves." She joked. " Who is this person you speak of? Perhapes they can give me some ideas on what to do."

*Carver gave a low chuckle when Zeeb said she would like to meet this person that he knew.*
"Well, you already have met them." *He then turned and face the man on the ground.* "As for him. I have a way with his kind."
*Carver stood up and walked over to the man. Reaching down he pulled the dagger out. The man gave a low grunt but didn't wake up. Crouching down beside them man, Carver placed a hand on his head.* "Wake up." *The man gave a groan and opened his eyes. He turned his head and spotted Carver, but before he could say or do anything Carver slowly waved his hand in front of the mans face.* "You wish to tell me all that I want to hear, isn't that right."
-Man- "I wish to tell."
Good. Now there was a shipment leaving this building. Where did it and the man selling it go?"
-Man- "They went to Nal Hutta. That's where they went."
"Now who was overseeing this deal?"
-Man- "A Twi'lek. I don't know his name. He's got one eye and a mean looking scar across his face though. That's all I know."
*Carver stood up and thought about what the man said. Grabbing the larger of his two lightsabers, he activated it and thrust the white blade into the mans chest. Deactivating his lightsaber he turned to Zeeb and handed her the dagger.*
"His information was valuable. But he was a dead man anyway." *He gave the hangar a quick glance before heading towards the door.* "I suggest we leave, lest something worse show up."

With any hope of his leads on Tatooine having all proven fruitless ventures, Fenrir made his way back to thespaceport and got back into his a-wing and starting the ship up, befor engaging the repulsor lifts to lift the ship up into the air, before engaging the engines to send the ship up into orbit. Fenrir could tell he was not far behind his quarry, but he that could change very quickly if he was not careful

At hearing that she had already met this person a flash of confusion crossed her face. Quickly it was replaced with understanding, but Zeeb kept her mouth shut for now. She was intently curious, on how Carver easily got the information. Feeling deep down he was doing something, but it confused her even more on how.
Taking a few steps back when he plunged his saber into the man, more unsure of the weapon he used.
Nodding in agreement at the man was already a deadman, she stook her dagger back cleaned it on her torn paint leg and put it away. Zeeb knew he told the truth that they had lingered to long in this spot, she looked dissapointed at the hanger. Sighed and jogged up behind Carver. Hanging back a few feet she, thought.
" Nal Hutta?........ I've heard some people talk about that...um..Heard you have to watch your back there. Hope you have back up....not like you really need it." She quickly added. " its just good to have. But I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for with no problem." She hurried her steps and grinned up at him.

*Carver gave a low laugh when Zeeb mentioned having backup.*
"Yeah. I have back up, some friends of mine that I trained with. I'll more then likely go to them first before Nal Hutta."
*Stepping out of the warehouse, Carver squinted his eyes some against the blazing sun. He then turned his attention back to Zeeb.*
"You mentioned that you had a 'gift'. From what I can sense from you, that gift may not be far off from the one I have, and others like me."

The shuttle that originated from the Nebula-class Star Destroyer: The Lark, landed easily on the dusty Spaceport of Mos Eisley. The group that exited the craft where immediately hit by a warm blast of wind. The convoy consisting of Sephar, five B1 Battle Droids and two Phase lll Dark Troopers, headed out into the bustling town of Mos Eisley in pursuit of excitement. Because of their aim, they headed strait for the market where Sephar had hoped to start his search.
Finding a target, Sephar headed over to an inexperienced looking sales-girl. Strutting over to her in a pompous manner he said,Hello there, you wouldn't know someone I could point this blaster at would you?Revealing one of his WESTAR-34 blasters.I'm just kidding, but would you anyway be so kind as to point me in the direction of the local gossip? I need to start to get a fell for where all the fun is to be had on this dusty rock!
Looking quite shocked at first, the girl pointed towards a small building, then started to deal with a real client. Sufficiently pleased, Sephar carried on towards the building.
Come boy's we have some drinking to do!Staring at each other first, the droids followed their leader towards the dingy looking cantina.

Pulling her hood up to shade her eyes, she thought a moment on what Caver said. "Perhapes.." She said thoughtfully. " Hopefully if I keep training like I've been doing I can be as good as you." Zeeb quieted, deep in thought..
" From what I've hear you say about these people they must have done some unthinkable things. You seem to want them pretty bad." She paused.
" you have spoken with me longer then anyone that I can remember in a long time, and I'd like to help ya if I can. If you need credits, I have them, I've been saving all I take." Zeeb quickly looked around. " and don't worry I can always get-." She was instently distracted by a man walking, followed by doids. He was dressed she noticed, in coloful clothes. Being a thief, that guy would be an instent target.
Zeeb turned her head back to Carver. " like I was saying, I can always get more." She stated with a chuckle.

Still looking arround one, of the B1 droids noticed a small creature that looked like a girl as well as a man standing with her. Judging by the girls appierance, she was not too well off, as she was clothed in tattered rags. She had given the group a quick glance and then enounciated something quickly to her companion, followed by an expression of amusement. Getting slightly suspicious the droid interupted Sephar just as he was about to reach the cantina's enterance.
"Uhh, Sir?" "What is it now?" "Well, I'm sure that little girl over there, just said something about you to that man with her." "And your concern is?" "Well, Sir, she doesn't look like she had the best intentions, when she did it."
For the first time Sephar looked in the direction the droid had indicated, he glanced quickly at the creature, then with a quick deduction he looked at the droid again.
"Well, I don't see why you worry so much. She just looks like one of the several opportunists you get in a place like this. The worst she could do to us is to steal our credits. That in itself actually sounds like a fun activity but, for her it must already have started to become a menial task. Anyway, if she approaches I might as well just offer some to her, but for now I think our current destination is looming near, so let us proceed."
With that, Sephar advanced the last few steps to the door of the cantina and entered it.

*Carver gave a slight grin when Zeeb mentioned that she wished to train and become as good as he was. She reminded him of himself when he was younger.*
"It takes years of training and dedication to get as far as I have. Not to mention hard work. The path isn't easy, but it's worth while in the end." *When she mentioned the people he was after. His grin faded.* "They have done very bad things to innocent people in the galaxy. I took an oath to purge as much evil from this galaxy as possible. That's what the order I'm part of does. We don't work with the Jedi order anymore, we grew tired of their unwillingness to do what was right."
*Out of the corner of his eye, he to caught sight of the same group as Zeeb. He did not look directly at them, not wanting to draw any attention.*
"Credits are of no problem to me. Not anymore at least. The fact you that you steal credits is frowned on by most beings, but I know different. You do it to survive, you have a purpose, I can't blame you for that, nor will I."
*He noticed that one of the droids was watching them. In a low voice he spoke to Zeeb without looking at her or the group.*
"Stay close Zeeb. Don't look directly at them. The less attention we draw the better."
