After a lengthy discussion, this is what has been decided:

- Cap Drain will require a point since it's function is to negate a whole effect that would otherwise render it incapacitated.

- Retribution Shielding and the Predator Interdiction Drive will need to be removed. The reason behind this is simply because their effects are suited for their intended purpose of being used in PVP, not for a forum scenario. Though their purposes are written clearly, it isn't explained how much damage the Retribution Shielding does or how long the temporary slowdown effect of the Predator Drive does. These go hand in hand with why some lightsaber crystals cannot be used.

- Ion Shielding will need to be removed as well. While the article states that it can be used by starships, there is no example of this happening and this technology is only mentioned in one book, being utilized by a planet. If it were to be used, it would be believe to be a Stealth Fitting since it prevents sensor scans. However, right now, the DO believes it is best to be removed.

- Flex Tube Launchers are acceptable.

Beyond what was listed above that needs to be removed, the entry should be ready for approval.

After a quick review things look good. I will wait to see what other DO members say.
